The invention relates to a soffit connection profile for plaster adjacent components, in particular for window or door frames, with a sealing leg, which component side has a sealing tape with an adhesive for attachment to the component.
Sealing tapes or self-adhesive sealing compounds with which soffit connection profiles are fastened to window or door sills have the disadvantage that relative movements between the adjoining installation part and the facade can only be recorded to a very limited extent. Usually, the extensibility of the sealing tape is about 10% of the sealing tape thickness. For example, a sealing strip with 4 mm can only absorb movements of the facade away from the window or door frame to the extent of approx. 0.4 mm.
For larger relative movements, the sealing tape is detached from the adjacent component, resulting in unsightly joints and gaps.
In DE 200 11 013 Ul, for example, a soffit connection profile is described, which is connected to a self-adhesive sealing strip with a component. In order to protect the sealing strip against the effects of weather, a flexible lip is upstream, but a detachment of the sealing strip is not prevented in relative movements.
A soffit connection profile, which also permits a vertical movement or tensile load in a direction away from the adjacent component to a sufficient extent, is described in EP 1 479 848 A1. This profile has a sealing leg, which is equipped on the component side with a sealing strip and connected in a U-shaped arrangement with an outer leg.
A relative movement between the sealing leg and outer leg is absorbed by a flexible tab which connects the sealing leg with the outer leg. The outer leg has a substantially perpendicular thereto angled Einputzsteg, and a Putzarmierungsgewebe. The outer leg further has a projecting in the direction of the component cover strip, which projects beyond the gap between the sealing leg and outer leg. On both sides of the sealing strip in the direction of component projecting sealing lips made of a soft or hard plastic are arranged. The disadvantage is only the great expense of producing such a profile.
The object of the invention is to provide a soffit connection profile for components adjacent to plaster, which is suitable for vertical movements, or
To compensate for tensile loads away from the adjacent component, but the manufacture and handling of the profile should be simplified.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that adhesive or holding means are arranged on a contact surface of the sealing strip to the sealing leg whose holding force is smaller than that of the adhesive to the component, and that the soffit connection profile at least one sealing lip projecting in the direction component and / or at least one web which bridges or covers an opening gap between the sealing leg and the sealing strip.
The profile according to the invention has a simple structure and is adapted to absorb relative movements due to the matched adhesive and holding forces on the two sides of the sealing strip.
without creating unsightly gaps between facade and components. In a movement away from the component, the sealing strip from the sealing leg, wherein the forming gap is bridged or covered by sealing lips or webs.
It is particularly advantageous if the soffit connection profile is constructed in two parts and has a plastered web which can be fastened to the sealing leg with the aid of a latching connection, wherein the latching connection defines the plastered web slidably in the direction of the profile longitudinal axis. This allows both vertical movements, or
Tensile loads away from the adjacent component as well as relative movements of the component and the facade are compensated in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the profile.
For example, the locking connection consist of a groove arranged in the sealing leg and a matched thereto in its dimensions, integrally formed on Einputzsteg latching web.
According to the invention, the sealing leg may have on both sides of the sealing strip in the direction of the component projecting sealing webs or sealing lips, wherein these rest on opposite narrow sides of the sealing strip slidably.
As a result, a closed air chamber is formed by which the insulation values of the connection profile are essentially retained and the penetration of moisture is prevented.
At least one of the sealing lips, for example, those on the visible side, may be formed integrally with the sealing leg as a short sealing web.
The two sealing lips may also consist of a softer plastic material compared to the sealing leg and preferably be produced by coextrusion.
According to a development of the invention, it is provided that in order to reduce the adhesive force between the sealing leg and the sealing strip at least one of the mutually facing contact surfaces is structured and is preferably provided with grooves or grooves.
A preferred embodiment variant of the invention provides that the at least one web projecting in the direction of the sealing leg protrudes into a corresponding recess in the sealing strip and seals a forming gap between the sealing leg and the sealing strip.
The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to drawings.
1 shows a two-part soffit connection profile according to the invention for components adjacent to plaster in a first embodiment in a sectional view, FIG. 2 shows the connection profile according to FIG. 1 in a tensile stress away from the component, FIG.
3 shows the connection profile according to FIG. 1 in a three-dimensional representation, and FIG. 4 shows a variant of embodiment of the reveal connection profile according to the invention in a sectional illustration according to FIG. 1.
The illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3 two-part soffit connection profile 1 for plaster adjacent components 20 has a sealing leg 2, which is attached to the component 20 with the interposition of a sealing strip 3 with an adhesive 4, for example, a double-sided adhesive tape. At the sealing leg
2 are on both sides of the sealing strip 3 in the direction of component 20 projecting sealing lips 5 and 6 are arranged, which rest on opposite narrow sides 7, 8 of the sealing strip 3 slidably.
At the contact surface 9 of the sealing strip 3 to the sealing leg 2 adhesive or holding means 10 are provided, the adhesive force is smaller than that of the adhesive 4 to the component 20th
In the case of a relative movement according to arrow 11 (see FIG. 2), the sealing strip 3 now sticks to the component 20 and a gap s of approx. 2 bis forms
3 mm (depending on the thickness of the sealing strip) between the contact surface 9 of the sealing strip 3 and the underside of the sealing leg 2, which, however, by the voltage applied to the narrow sides 7, 8 of the sealing strip 3 sealing lips 5, 6 remains closed.
The result is a closed space 12, which takes over the thermal insulation function of the connection profile in this area.
On the sealing leg 2 a Einputzsteg 16 'of the soffit connection profile 1 is fixed by means of a latching connection 22, 23, wherein the locking connection 22, 23 slidably defines the Einputzsteg 16' in the direction of the profile longitudinal axis (see arrow 25 in Fig. 3).
The latching connection may e.g. from one in the seal give! 2 arranged groove 22 and an integrally formed on the back of Einputzsteges 16 'detent web 23, which is snapped into the groove 22.
According to a simple embodiment variant, the sealing lips 5, 6 can also be omitted, since a smaller gap s is also optically covered by the part of the plastering web 16 'protruding in the direction of the component 20.
According to another embodiment, at least one of the sealing lips 5, 6 may be formed integrally with the sealing leg 2 as a sealing web.
To reduce the adhesive force between the sealing leg 2 and the sealing strip 3 at least one of the mutually facing contact surfaces is structured.
In the example shown, the sealing strip 3 facing underside of the sealing leg 2 webs, grooves or grooves 13, which have a lower adhesive force to the adhesive layer 14 at the upper contact surface 9 of the sealing strip, than those on the smooth surface of the component 20. Das Haltemittel 10 between the sealing leg 2 and the sealing strip 3 thus preferably consists of an adhesive layer 14 in which a groove or groove structure 13 is only partially immersed. The holding means 10 could also be realized only by a low-holding adhesive.
The sealing leg 2 has in a known manner to a plaster take-off strip 15 ', which together with a Einputzsteg 16', which protrudes from the sealing leg 2 is substantially perpendicular, forming a Putzaufnahmeraum. At Einputzsteg 16 ', a reinforcing fabric 17 may be attached.
The parallel to the surface of the component 20 aligned drawbar 15 'may also serve to optically cover the gap between the sealing leg 2 and sealing strip 3.
Furthermore, the plastering web 16 'may have a sealing lip 24 protruding in the direction of the component 20.
In the embodiment variant shown in FIG. 4, the sealing leg 2 has at least one web 18 which projects in the direction of the sealing strip 3 and projects into a corresponding recess 19 in the sealing strip 3. The web 18 thus forms a further sealing plane and subdivides the gap forming during a pulling movement into a chamber 12 'and a chamber 12 ".
It is also possible to omit one or both sealing lips 5, 6 and to provide only one or more sealing webs 18 in order to bridge or seal a forming gap between sealing leg 2 and sealing strip 3.
