Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Falten eines Blatts aus Papier oder ähnlichen Materialien für eine Einrichtung (100) zum Zuführen und Falten des Blatts (1), wobei die Einrichtung (100) Folgendes umfasst: wenigstens einen Speicher (2), der imstande ist, eine Vielzahl der in einem Stapel (1a) gestapelten Blätter (1) zu enthalten, eine Vorrichtung (50), um die aus dem Speicher (2) entnommenen Blätter nacheinander zuzuführen, und die Faltvorrichtung (10), die in Bezug auf eine Zuführrichtung (W) der zu faltenden Blätter (1) stromabwärts der Zuführvorrichtung (50) angeordnet werden kann, wobei die Faltvorrichtung (10) einen Förderer vom Bandtyp mit geschlossenem Kreislauf (11) umfasst, der imstande ist, eine Folge der zu faltenden Blätter (1) auf ihm ruhend aufzunehmen, wobei die Faltvorrichtung (10) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Förderer (11) in der Zuführrichtung (W) der Blätter (1) beweglich ist und sich entlang eines Arbeitswegs von einem Bereich (A) zum Aufgreifen eines Blatts (1) in einer liegenden Konfiguration bis zu einem Bereich (E) zum Auswerfen desselben in einer gefalteten Konfiguration und entlang eines Rückwegs in der entgegengesetzten Richtung erstreckt; wobei die Faltvorrichtung (10) Folgendes umfasst: wenigstens eine erste Lenkwalze (12), die in Bezug auf die Zuführrichtung (W) quer angeordnet ist und in der Nähe der Zuführvorrichtung (50) mit dem Förderer (11) in Eingriff gelangt; eine Wickeleinheit (13), die entlang des Arbeitswegs angeordnet ist und dazu bestimmt ist, ein Blatt (1) aufzufangen und es so zu führen, dass es röhrenförmig aufgewickelt wird, wobei sie einen Wickelsitz (14), der das Blatt (1) aufnehmen kann, und einen Schlitz (15) bildet, der dem Förderer (11) zugewandt ist, um den Eintritt des Blatts (1) in den Wickelsitz (14) zu ermöglichen; eine Falteinheit (20), umfassend Faltmittel (22), die zwischen einer inaktiven Position (R) und einer Faltposition (P) beweglich sind und dazu bestimmt sind, auf ihrem Weg zur Faltposition (P) in den Wickelsitz (14) eingeführt zu werden, um das Blatt (1) in eine röhrenförmige Konfiguration zu komprimieren und seinen Austritt aus dem Sitz (14) zu erleichtern; Auswurfmittel (30), die stromabwärts der Wickeleinheit (20) in Übereinstimmung mit dem Auswurfbereich (E) angeordnet sind und dazu bestimmt sind, das gefaltete Blatt (1) von dem Förderer (11) aufzugreifen und es aus der Faltvorrichtung (10) auszustoßen.
  2. Faltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickeleinheit (13) ein feststehendes Element (16) und ein bewegliches Element (17) umfasst, wobei das Letztgenannte zwischen einer vorgeschobenen Wickelposition (V) und einer zurückgezogenen Austrittposition (U) antreibbar ist, um den Schlitz (15) zu erweitern und den Austritt des Blatts (1) in einer gefalteten Konfiguration zu erleichtern.
  3. Faltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Wickeleinheit (13) das feststehende Element (16) eine Klappe (16c) aufweist, die sich stromaufwärts des Arbeitswegs erstreckt und als Führung für das liegende Blatt (1) dient.

Faltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickeleinheit (13) auch wenigstens eine Einführwalze (18) umfasst, die in Übereinstimmung mit dem Schlitz (15) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Förderers (11) angeordnet ist und imstande ist, den Eintritt des Blatts (1) in den Wickelsitz (14) zu erleichtern.
  5. Faltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickeleinheit (13) auch wenigstens eine motorisierte Begleitwalze (19) umfasst, die in der Nähe des Wickelsitzes (14) auf der dem Schlitz (15) gegenüberliegenden Seite angeordnet ist, wobei ihre Seitenfläche geringfügig mit dem Wickelsitz (14) interferiert, wodurch das Aufwickeln des Blatts (1) in eine Röhrenform erleichtert werden soll.
  6. Faltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Begleitwalze (19) Mittel zu ihrer Neupositionierung in Bezug auf den Wickelsitz (14) umfasst, um das Aufwickeln der Blätter in eine Röhrenform mit unterschiedlichem Durchmesser zu ermöglichen.
  7. Faltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Falteinheit (20) die Faltmittel (22) wenigstens eine Faltwalze (22a) umfassen, die mithilfe eines entsprechenden Nockens (23) jeweils auf einer Antriebswalze (21) montiert ist.
  8. Faltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswurfmittel (30) ein Paar von gegenläufigen motorisierten Walzen, eine erste (31) und eine zweite (32), umfassen, die auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Förderers vom Bandtyp (11) angeordnet sind.
  9. Einrichtung (100) zum Zuführen und Falten eines Blatts (1) aus Papier oder ähnlichen Materialien, umfassend wenigstens einen Speicher (2), der imstande ist, eine Vielzahl der in einem Stapel (1a) gestapelten Blätter (1) zu enthalten, eine Vorrichtung (50), um die aus dem Speicher (2) entnommenen Blätter (1) nacheinander zuzuführen, und eine Faltvorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, die in Bezug auf eine Zuführrichtung (W) der zu faltenden Blätter (1) stromabwärts der Zuführvorrichtung (50) angeordnet ist.
