Verpackung, insbesondere für Lebensmittel, umfasst eine Schale (1) aus Karton oder Pappe und einen im geschlossenen Zustand der Verpackung auf die Schale (1) aufgesetzten Deckel (2), der einen oberen Rand der Schale (1) außen übergreift, wobei an mindestens zwei Seitenwänden (3, 4) des Deckels (2) angeordnete, nach innen vorspringende Noppen (5) mit an zugeordneten Seitenwänden (7, 8) der Schale (1) angeordneten Rückhalteelementen (6) zusammenwirken. Die die Rückhalteelemente (6) aufweisenden gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (7, 8) der Schale (1) weisen jeweils einen Wandabschnitt (9), der mit dem Boden (10) der Schale (1) über einen Knick verbunden ist, einen mit dem oberen Ende des Wandabschnitts (9) über einen Knick verbundenen ersten Aussteifungsabschnitt (11), einen mit dem ersten Aussteifungsabschnitt über einen Knick verbundenen zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitt (12) und einen mit dem zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitt (12) über einen Knick verbundenen Anklebeabschnitt (13) auf, welcher mit der Außenseite des Wandabschnitts (9) verklebt ist, wobei ein oberhalb des Anklebeabschnitts (13) liegender Teilabschnitt des Wandabschnitts (9),der erste Aussteifungsabschnitt (11) und der zweite Aussteifungsabschnitt (12) einen im Querschnitt dreieckförmigen Kanal (14) begrenzen. Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Verpackung, insbesondere für Lebensmittel, umfassend eine Schale aus Karton oder Pappe und einen im geschlossenen Zustand der Verpackung auf die Schale aufgesetzten Deckel, der einen oberen Rand der Schale außen übergreift, wobei an mindestens zwei Seitenwänden des Deckels angeordnete, nach innen vorspringende Noppen mit an zugeordneten Seitenwänden der Schale angeordneten Rückhalteelementen zusammenwirken.
  • Bekannt sind Verpackungen für Lebensmittel, beispielsweise Kuchen, Gebäck, Fertiggerichte oder Salat, welche aus einer Schale aus Kunststoff und einem darauf aufgesetzten, insbesondere hutförmigen, Deckel aus Kunststoff bestehen, wobei der Deckel vorspringende Noppen aufweist, welche mit Rückhalteelementen der Schale zusammenwirken. Zumindest der Kunststoff des Deckels, gegebenenfalls auch der Kunststoff der Schale, kann durchsichtig ausgebildet sein. Solche Verpackungen werden auch als Blisterverpackungen bezeichnet.
  • Zur Verringerung des Anfalls an Plastik wurde bereits vorgeschlagen, die Schale aus Karton oder Pappe auszubilden. Vorbekannte "hybride" Verpackungen dieser Art sind aber in unterschiedlicher Hinsicht nachteilig, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Handhabung und/oder der Stabilität und/oder des Haltes des aufgesetzten Deckels auf der Schale.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es eine vorteilhafte Verpackung der eingangs genannten Art bereitzustellen, die einfach handhabbar und mit einer guten Stabilität ausgebildet sein kann. Erfindungsgemäß gelingt dies durch eine Verpackung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1.
  • Bei der Verpackung gemäß der Erfindung weisen Seitenwände der Schale, welche Rückhalteelemente zum Zusammenwirken mit nach innen vorspringenden Noppen des Deckels aufweisen, jeweils einen Wandabschnitt, der mit dem Boden der Schale über einen Knick verbunden ist, einen mit dem oberen Ende des Wandabschnitts über einen Knick verbundenen ersten Aussteifungsabschnitt, einen mit dem ersten Aussteifungsabschnitt über einen Knick verbundenen zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitt und einen mit dem zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitt über einen Knick verbundenen Anklebeabschnitt auf, der mit der Außenseite des Wandabschnitts verklebt ist. Ein Teilabschnitt des Wandabschnitts, der oberhalb des Anklebeabschnitts liegt, der erste Aussteifungsabschnitt und der zweite Aussteifungsabschnitt begrenzen zusammen einen im Querschnitt gesehen dreieckförmigen Kanal. Die Rückhaltelemente für die Noppen werden von Rändern von Öffnungen in den zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitten oder von den nach unten gerichteten äußeren Oberflächen der zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitte gebildet.
  • Bei einer in erfindungsgemäßer Weise ausgebildeten Schale kann ein sehr guter Halt des mit der Schale verbundenen Deckels bereitgestellt werden, und zwar insbesondere aufgrund der Stabilität der Bereiche, in welchen die Rückhalteelemente für die Noppen des Deckels angeordnet sind.
  • Vorzugsweise weisen zumindest zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwände des Deckels nach innen vorspringende Noppen auf, die mit an gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden der Schale angeordneten Rückhalteelementen zusammenwirken. Eine herstellungstechnisch vorteilhafte Ausführungsform sieht vor, dass nur an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden des Deckels solche nach innen vorspringenden Noppen vorgesehen sind und die Schale entsprechend nur an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden angeordnete Rückhalteelemente aufweist, die mit den Noppen des Deckels zusammenwirken.
  • Eine zweckmäßige Ausbildung sieht vor, dass jeder der zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitte mindestens zwei in Richtung der Längserstreckung des jeweiligen Kanals voneinander beabstandete Öffnungen aufweist, in welche jeweils eine Noppe des Deckels eingreift.
  • Eine in erfindungsgemäßer Weise ausgebildete Schale der Verpackung kann vorteilhafterweise aus einem flachen Zuschnitt aus Karton oder Pappe aufgefaltet und verklebt werden. Es kann dadurch eine einfache und effektive Herstellung ermöglicht werden.
  • Das Flächengewicht des Kartons oder der Pappe, aus dem die Schale ausgebildet ist, beträgt insbesondere mehr als 150 g/m2. Ab einem solchen Flächengewicht spricht man im Allgemeinen von Karton. Bei einem Flächengewicht ab 225 g/m2, teilweise auch erst ab 300 g/m2 spricht man üblicherweise von Pappe.
  • Der Karton oder die Pappe, aus welcher die Schale besteht, ist vorteilhafterweise mehrlagig ausgebildet.
  • Es kann sich um Vollkarton oder Vollpappe oder um Wellkarton oder Wellpappe handeln.
  • Beim flachen Zuschnitt aus Karton oder Pappe können in einer möglichen Ausführungsform der Erfindung in Umfangsrichtung der Schale aufeinanderfolgende Seitenwände über Verbindungsabschnitte miteinander verbunden sein, welche im aufgefalteten und verklebten Zustand der Schale an zumindest einer der aufeinanderfolgenden Seitenwände angeklebt sind. Solche Verbindungsabschnitte können jeweils einen ersten und einen zweiten dreieckförmigen Abschnitt aufweisen. Im flach ausgelegten Zustand des Zuschnitts der Schale können der erste und der zweite dreieckförmige Abschnitt jeweils über eine Knicklinie an die jeweils benachbarte Seitenwand anschließen, wobei diese Knicklinie von der Ecke des Bodens ausgeht, bei der der jeweilige Verbindungsabschnitt angeordnet ist. Der erste und der zweite Verbindungsabschnitt. sind dann im Weiteren durch eine Knicklinie voneinander getrennt, die von der Ecke des Bodens ausgeht und unter einem Winkel von 135° zum jeweiligen der beiden Seitenränder des Bodens steht, die miteinander die Ecke einschließen. Beim Auffalten der Schale aus dem Zuschnitt werden die ersten und zweiten dreieckförmigen Abschnitte des jeweiligen Verbindungsabschnitts zusammengefaltet, dann zu einer der benachbarten Seitenwände umgefaltet und an diese angeklebt.
  • Die Knicklinien des Zuschnitts, an denen dieser beim Auffalten der Schale geknickt wird, können in Form von Rilllinien (die durch Rillen des Kartons oder der Pappe ausgebildet werden) oder in der Form von Perforationslinien (die durch Perforierungen des Kartons oder der Pappe ausgebildet werden) ausgebildet sein.
  • Der Deckel, der vorzugsweise aus einem, insbesondere durchsichtigen, Kunststoff, beispielsweise PET, besteht, weist vorteilhafterweise einen verbreiterten unteren Sockelabschnitt auf, der über Abstufungen zumindest der die Noppen aufweisenden Seitenwände des Deckels an den darüber liegenden Teil des Deckels anschließt. Zumindest zwei gegenüberliegende Abstufungen des Deckels liegen hierbei auf den Oberseiten der ersten Aussteifungsabschnitte der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände der Schale auf.
  • Weitere Vorteile und Einzelheiten der Erfindung werden im Folgenden anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung erläutert. In dieser zeigen:

  • Die Figuren weisen unterschiedliche Maßstäbe auf.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand der Fig. 1 bis 14 erläutert. Die Verpackung wird von einer Schale 1 aus Karton oder Pappe und einem Deckel 2 aus, vorzugsweise durchsichtigem, Kunststoff, beispielsweise PET, ausgebildet. Der Deckel 2 kann über eine Schnappverbindung mit der Schale 1 verbunden werden. Hierzu weist der Deckel 2 an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden 3, 4 jeweils zwei nach innen vorspringende Noppen 5 auf. Im auf die Schale 1 aufgesetzten Zustand des Deckels 2 übergreift der Deckel 2 einen oberen Rand der Schale 1 außen, wobei die Noppen 5 mit Rückhalteelementen 6 zusammenwirken, die an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden 7, 8 der Schale 1 angeordnet sind.
  • Die die Rückhalteelemente 6 aufweisenden gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände 7, 8 der Schale 1 weisen jeweils einen Wandabschnitt 9 auf, der mit dem Boden 10 der Schale 1 über einen Knick verbunden ist, wobei der Wandabschnitt 9 mit dem Boden 10 einen im Bereich von 90° bis 135° liegenden Winkel einschließt. Vorzugsweise liegt dieser Winkel im Bereich von 90° bis 110°, im Ausführungsbeispiel bei ca. 105°.
  • Mit dem oberen Ende des Wandabschnitts 9 ist ein erster Aussteifungsabschnitt 11 über einen Knick verbunden, wobei der Wandabschnitt 9 mit dem ersten Aussteifungsabschnitt 11 einen Winkel im Bereich von 30° bis 150°, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 45° bis 135°, im Ausführungsbeispiel von etwa 60° einschließt. Der erste Aussteifungsabschnitt 11 erstreckt sich hierbei zu seinem vom Wandabschnitt 9 abgelegenen Ende hin nach außen.
  • Mit dem vom Wandabschnitt 9 abgelegenen Ende des ersten Aussteifungsabschnitts 11 ist ein zweiter Aussteifungsabschnitt 12 über einen Knick verbunden, wobei der erste Aussteifungsabschnitt 11 mit dem zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitt 12 einen Winkel im Bereich von 20° bis 120°, vorzugsweise 45° bis 90°, im Ausführungsbeispiel von etwa 70° einschließt. Der zweite Aussteifungsabschnitt 12 läuft ausgehend von seinem vom oberen Ende des Wandabschnitts 9 abgelegenen Ende des ersten Aussteifungsabschnitts 11 bis zur Außenseite des Wandabschnitts 9. Mit diesem, an die Außenseite des Wandabschnitts 9 angrenzenden Ende des zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitts 12 ist ein Anklebeabschnitt 13 über einen Knick verbunden, wobei der zweite Aussteifungsabschnitt 12 mit dem Anklebeabschnitt 13 einen Winkel im Bereich von 80° bis 160°, vorzugsweis 90° bis 145°, im Ausführungsbeispiel von etwa 135° einschließt. Der Anklebeabschnitt 13 verläuft ausgehend von seinem mit dem zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitt 12 verbundenen Ende nach unten und ist, vorzugsweise über seine gesamte Erstreckung, an der Außenseite des Wandabschnitts 9 angeklebt.
  • Es wird somit jeweils ein Kanal 14 ausgebildet, der durch einen Teilabschnitt des Wandabschnitts 9, welcher oberhalb des Anklebeabschnitts 13 liegt, den ersten Aussteifungsabschnitt 11 und den zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitt 12 begrenzt ist. Der Kanal 14 weist einen dreieckförmigen Querschnitt auf, d.h. im vertikalen Querschnitt durch die Schale liegen der oberhalb des Anklebeabschnitts 13 liegende Teilabschnitt des Wandabschnitts 9, der erste Aussteifungsabschnitt 11 und der zweite Aussteifungsabschnitt 12 auf den Seiten eines Dreiecks.
  • Die Kanäle 14 verlaufen horizontal, vorzugweise über die gesamten Längserstreckungen der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände 7, 8.
  • Durch diese Ausbildung werden die gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände 7, 8 wesentlich verstärkt, insbesondere in den Bereichen, in welchen die Kanäle 14 ausgebildet sind.
  • Zur Ausbildung der Rückhalteelemente 6 weisen die zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitte 12 Öffnungen 15 auf, die in Form von Fensterausnehmungen ausgebildet sind. Für jede der Noppen 5 ist eine solche Öffnung 15 vorgesehen, also im Ausführungsbeispiel sind pro Seitenwand 7, 8 jeweils zwei Öffnungen 15 vorgesehen, die in Richtung der Längserstreckung des jeweiligen Kanals 14 voneinander beabstandet sind. Die oben liegenden, horizontal verlaufenden Ränder der Öffnungen 15, bilden die Rückhalteelemente 6, die einem Abheben des Deckels 2 nach oben (zumindest bis zu einer gewissen Abhebekraft) entgegenwirken.
  • Im Ausführungsbeispiel erstrecken sich die Öffnungen 15 bis zum an den zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitt 12 angrenzenden Rand des ersten Aussteifungsabschnitts 11.
  • Die ersten und zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitte 11, 12 bilden nach außen abstehende Flansche der Schale 1 aus.
  • Der Deckel 2 weist einen verbreiterten unteren Sockelabschnitt auf, der über Abstufungen 18, 19 der Seitenwände 3, 4, 16, 17 an den darüber liegenden Teil des Deckels 2 anschließen. Die Abstufungen 18 der die Noppen 5 aufweisenden Seitenwände 3, 4 liegen im auf die Schale 1 aufgesetzten Zustand des Deckels 2 auf den ersten Aussteifungsabschnitten 11 der Seitenwände 7, 8 der Schale 1 auf.
  • Die Abstufungen 19 der Seitenwände 16, 17 des Deckels 2 liegen auf den oberen Rändern der Seitenwände 20, 21 der Schale 1 auf, welche sich zwischen den die Kanäle 14 aufweisenden Seitenwänden 7, 8 der Schale 1 erstrecken.
  • Die Ausbildung der Schale 1 erfolgt aus einem Zuschnitt aus Karton oder Pappe, der im flach auf einen ebenen Untergrund ausgelegten Zustand in Fig. 14 dargestellt ist. Zwischen den in Umfangsrichtung der Schale 1 jeweils aufeinanderfolgenden Seitenwänden 7, 21; 21, 8; 8, 20; 20, 7 liegt jeweils ein Verbindungsabschnitt 22, über den die jeweils aufeinanderfolgenden Seitenwände miteinander verbunden sind. Ein jeweiliger Verbindungsabschnitt 22 weist einen ersten und einen zweiten dreieckförmigen Abschnitt 22a, 22b auf. Der jeweilige erste dreieckförmige Abschnitt 22a ist von der jeweils benachbarten Seitenwand durch eine von der jeweiligen Ecke ausgehende Knicklinie 23 getrennt. Der jeweilige zweite dreieckförmige Abschnitt 22b ist von der jeweils benachbarten Seitenwand durch eine von der jeweiligen Ecke ausgehende Knicklinie 24 getrennt. Der erste und der zweite dreieckförmige Abschnitt 22a, 22b sind jeweils durch eine Knicklinie 25 voneinander getrennt. Diese Knicklinie 25 geht von der jeweiligen Ecke des Bodens 10 aus und steht zu den beiden Seitenrändern des Bodens, die miteinander die Ecke einschließen, in einem Winkel von 135°. Die Knicklinie 25 unterteilt den Verbindungsabschnitt 22 so, dass zwei gleich große dreieckförmige Abschnitte 22a, 22b ausgebildet werden.
  • Um die Schale 1 aus dem Zuschnitt auszubilden, werden die dreieckförmigen Abschnitte 22a, 22b eines jeweiligen Verbindungsabschnitts 22 zusammengefaltet, sodass sie vorzugsweise nach außen abstehen. Hierbei werden die Wandabschnitte 9 der Seitenwände 7, 8 und die Seitenwände 20, 21 gegenüber dem Boden 10 um die Knicklinien 29, 30 nach oben geknickt. In der Folge werden die zusammengefalteten dreieckförmigen Abschnitte 22a, 22b jeweils zu einer der Seitenwände 20, 21 umgefaltet und an dieser festgeklebt. Die Bereiche, die miteinander verklebt werden, sind in Fig. 14 durch gestrichelte Linien angedeutet.
  • In der Folge werden die Anklebeabschnitte 13 gegenüber den zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitten 12 um die Knicklinien 26, die zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitte 12 gegenüber den ersten Aussteifungsabschnitten 11 um die Knicklinien 27 und die ersten Aussteifungsabschnitte gegenüber den Wandabschnitten 9 um die Knicklinien 28 geknickt und die Anklebeabschnitte 13 werden an die Außenseiten der Wandabschnitte 9 angeklebt. Die Bereiche, in denen die Anklebeabschnitte 13 an die Wandabschnitte 9 angeklebt werden, sind in Fig. 14 durch gestrichelte Linien angedeutet.
  • Die Knicklinien 23-30 können durch Rilllinien oder durch Perforationslinien ausgebildet sein. Beispielsweise können die Knicklinien 23, 26 als Perforationslinien ausgebildet sein und die übrigen Knicklinien als Rilllinien.
  • Die Fig. 15 bis 17 zeigen verschiedene mögliche Modifikationen der Winkel zwischen den Wandabschnitten 9, ersten Aussteifungsabschnitten 11, zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitten 12 und Anklebeabschnitten 13, wobei jeweils im Querschnitt dreieckförmige Kanäle 14 ausgebildet werden. Die außen liegenden Oberflächen der zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitte 12 weisen jeweils unter einem mehr oder weniger großen Winkel zur Horizontalen nach unten und können jeweils mit Öffnungen versehen sein, deren Ränder die Rückhalteelemente 6 für die Noppen 5 des Deckels 2 bilden.
  • Unterschiedliche Modifikationen der gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiele sind denkbar und möglich, ohne den Bereich der Erfindung zu verlassen.
  • So wäre es grundsätzlich denkbar und möglich, dass die Öffnungen 15 in den zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitten 12 entfallen, wobei die nach unten gerichteten äußeren Oberflächen der zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitte 12 mit den Noppen 5 zusammenwirken, um einem Abheben des Deckels 2 nach oben (zumindest bis zu einer gewissen Abhebekraft) entgegenwirken. Eine solche Ausbildung kann insbesondere bei der Ausbildung entsprechend Fig. 16 zweckmäßig sein, bei der der zweite Aussteifungsabschnitt 12 horizontal steht.
  • Öffnungen in den zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitten 12 könnten auch derart ausgebildet sein, dass der Karton oder die Pappe über einen Teil des Umfangs der Öffnung, vorzugsweise über drei Seiten, nur angestanzt ist und im Bereich der Öffnung bei der Verbindung mit dem Deckel durch die Noppen nach innen eingedrückt wird. Vorzugsweise bleibt die Verbindung des eingedrückten Abschnitts mit dem übrigen Material des Zuschnitts an einem Rand bestehen, an welchem insbesondere eine Knicklinie ausgebildet ist. Es wird somit zur Ausbildung der Öffnung ein Lappen um diese Knicklinie nach innen (in den Kanal 14 hinein) verschwenkt.
  • Der zweite Aussteifungsabschnitt 12 könnte auch ausgehend von seiner Verbindung mit dem ersten Aussteifungsabschnitt 11 bis zum Wandabschnitt 9 schräg nach oben verlaufen. Auch bei einer solchen Ausbildung können die nach unten gerichteten äußeren Oberflächen der zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitte 12 die Rückhalteelemente für die Noppen 5 bilden.
  • Die Abstufungen 19 des Deckels 2 könnten auch entfallen.
  • Die Verbindungsabschnitte 22 könnten auch in anderer Weise ausgebildet sein. Beispielsweise könnte eine der beiden aneinander angrenzenden Seitenwände eine anhängende (die Seitenwand verlängernde) Lasche aufweisen, die nach dem Auffalten der Seitenwände umgeknickt und an die benachbarte Seitenwand außen angeklebt wird.
  • Die Verpackung könnte in Draufsicht gesehen auch eine andere als eine viereckige Form aufweisen, beispielsweise eine sechseckige oder achteckige Form.
  • Eine in erfindungsgemäßer Weise ausgebildete Verpackung kann auch zum Verpacken andere Gegenstände als von Lebensmitteln vorgesehen sein, beispielsweise für Haushaltsgegenstände. Legende zu den Hinweisziffern:

Claims (10)

  1. Verpackung, insbesondere für Lebensmittel, umfassend eine Schale (1) aus Karton oder Pappe und einen im geschlossenen Zustand der Verpackung auf die Schale (1) aufgesetzten Deckel (2), der einen oberen Rand der Schale (1) außen übergreift, wobei an mindestens zwei Seitenwänden (3, 4) des Deckels (2) angeordnete, nach innen vorspringende Noppen (5) mit an zugeordneten Seitenwänden (7, 8) der Schale (1) angeordneten Rückhalteelementen (6) zusammenwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Rückhalteelemente (6) aufweisenden Seitenwände (7, 8) der Schale (1) jeweils einen Wandabschnitt (9), der mit dem Boden (10) der Schale (1) über einen Knick verbunden ist, einen mit dem oberen Ende des Wandabschnitts (9) über einen Knick verbundenen ersten Aussteifungsabschnitt (11), einen mit dem ersten Aussteifungsabschnitt über einen Knick verbundenen zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitt (12) und einen mit dem zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitt (12) über einen Knick verbundenen Anklebeabschnitt (13) aufweisen, welcher mit der Außenseite des Wandabschnitts (9) verklebt ist, wobei ein oberhalb des Anklebeabschnitts (13) liegender Teilabschnitt des Wandabschnitts (9),der erste Aussteifungsabschnitt (11) und der zweite Aussteifungsabschnitt (12) einen im Querschnitt dreieckförmigen Kanal (14) begrenzen und dass die Rückhalteelemente (6) für die Noppen (5) von Rändern von Öffnungen (15) in den zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitten (12) oder von den nach unten gerichteten äußeren Oberflächen der zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitte (12) gebildet werden.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (2) einen verbreiterten unteren Sockelabschnitt aufweist, der über Abstufungen (18) der die Noppen (5) aufweisenden Seitenwände (3, 4) des Deckels (2) an den darüber liegenden Teil des Deckels (2) anschließt, wobei die Abstufungen (18) auf den ersten Aussteifungsabschnitten (11) der Seitenwände (7, 8) der Schale (1) aufliegen.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (2) zumindest an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (3, 4) nach innen vorspringenden Noppen (5) aufweist, die mit an gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (7, 8) der Schale (1) angeordneten Rückhalteelementen (6) zusammenwirken.
  4. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Umfangsrichtung der Schale (1) aufeinanderfolgende Seitenwände (7, 21; 21, 8; 8, 20; 20, 7) über Verbindungsabschnitte (22) miteinander verbunden sind, welche an zumindest einer der aufeinanderfolgenden Seitenwände angeklebt sind.
  5. Verpackung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsabschnitte (22) jeweils einen ersten und einen zweiten dreieckförmigen Abschnitt (22a, 22b) aufweisen, wobei im flach ausgelegten Zustand des Zuschnitts der Schale (1) der erste und der zweite dreieckförmige Abschnitt (22a, 22b) jeweils durch eine Knicklinie (23, 24) von der benachbarten Seitenwand getrennt sind, welche von der Ecke des Bodens (10) ausgeht, bei der der jeweilige Verbindungsabschnitt (22) angeordnet ist, und der erste und der zweite dreieckförmige Abschnitt (22a, 22b) durch eine Knicklinie voneinander getrennt sind, die von der Ecke des Bodens ausgeht und in einem Winkel von 135° zum jeweiligen der beiden Seitenränder des Bodens (10) steht, die miteinander die Ecke einschließen.
  6. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel zwischen dem Boden (10) der Schale (1) und dem jeweiligen Wandabschnitt (9), dessen oberes Ende über einen jeweiligen Knick mit dem jeweiligen ersten Aussteifungsabschnitt (11) verbunden ist, im Bereich von 45° bis 90° liegt.
  7. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel zwischen dem Wandabschnitt (9) und dem ersten Aussteifungsabschnitt (11) der jeweiligen Seitenwand (7, 8) im Bereich von 30° bis 150°, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 45° bis 135°, liegt.
  8. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitt (11, 12) der jeweiligen Seitenwand (7, 8) im Bereich von 20° bis 120°, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 45° bis 90°, liegt.
  9. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel zwischen dem zweiten Aussteifungsabschnitt (12) und dem Anklebeabschnitt (13) der jeweiligen Seitenwand (7, 8) im Bereich von 80° bis 160°, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 90° bis 145° liegt.
  10. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (2) aus Kunststoff besteht.
