  • the fluid chamber 9 being empty of solid material, the modified atmosphere is not polluted.
  • the perforations 15 of the film 7 are designed for liquid circulation. Some of the perforations could be micro-perforations used for gas circulation only and too small for liquid circulation. In any case, the film 7 should be designed for the modified atmosphere to be able to envelop the piece of food 14 and be in contact with the underside of the food product.

Claims (7)

  1. Lebensmittelverpackungsschale zum Verpacken von einem Flüssigkeit absondernden und gegenüber Sauerstoff empfindlichen Lebensmittelprodukt unter modifizierter Atmosphäre, wobei die Schale bereitgestellt ist mit
    - einer äußeren Seitenwand (1) und einem Boden (2), wobei die Seitenwand durch einen oberen Rand (3) verlängert ist, der allgemein parallel zum Boden (2) ist, um einen Deckel zum Schließen der Schale zu sichern, wobei die innere Oberfläche der Seitenwand mit einem Tablett (6) bereitgestellt ist, das eine obere ringförmige Oberfläche (13) aufweist, auf der gesichert ist:
    - eine Lebensmittel tragende Unterteilung (7), die die Schale in eine Lebensmittelkammer (8) oberhalb der tragenden Unterteilung und eine Flüssigkammer (9) zwischen der tragenden Unterteilung und dem Boden der Schale unterteilt, wobei die Lebensmittel tragende Unterteilung ein undurchlässiger Film ist, der beide Kammern verschließt,
    - wobei die Flüssigkammer frei ist von absorbierendem Material und geeignet ist, um Flüssigkeit aufzunehmen, die von einem Lebensmittelprodukt abgesondert ist, das auf dem perforierten durchlässigen Film angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (2) der Flüssigkammer (9) mit einer kapillaren Wabenstruktur bereitgestellt ist.
  2. Schale gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der durchlässige Film ein für Feuchtigkeit durchlässiger Film (7) ist.
  3. Schale gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, wobei der durchlässige Film (7) eine flüssige Kommunikation (15) zwischen dem Lebensmittel und den Flüssigkammern (8, 9) aufweist.
  4. Schale gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der durchlässige Film (7) eine Mikroperforation aufweist, die nur zur Gaszirkulation verwendet ist und zur Flüssigkeitszirkulation zu klein ist.
  5. Schale gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Lebensmittel tragende Unterteilung (7) von einem Tablett (6) getragen ist, das auf der Innenwand (5) der Schale getragen ist.
  6. Schale gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Lebensmittel tragende Unterteilung (7) auf Säulen (11) getragen ist, die vom Boden (2) der Flüssigkammer (9) eine Höhe derart aufweisen, dass deren freie Ende (12) und die obere Fläche des Tabletts (13) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene parallel zum Boden (2) der Flüssigkammer (9) liegen.
  7. Schale gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 6, umfassend ein Lebensmittelprodukt, das auf dem permeablen Film (7) unter modifizierter Atmosphäre angeordnet ist, wobei die Schale von einem Plastikblatt (4) versiegelt ist, das auf dem oberen Rand (3) gesichert ist.
