Abstract
Bandeja moldeada de forma generalmente rectangular que sirve para el envase de carne fresca, de pescado o de aves conjuntamente con una película de envoltura transparente termosoldada alrededor de ella, que incluye unas paredes laterales orientadas hacia arriba e inclinadas hacia el exterior que definen la configuración rectangular; una esquina generalmente redondeada, entre las paredes laterales adyacentes; y un reborde periférico que se extiende hacia el exterior a partir de dichas paredes laterales y que, definen la periferia de dicha bandeja, caracterizados dicha bandeja, por unos medios para asegurar una mejor penetración del oxigeno a través del fondo de la bandeja y para asegurar la visibilidad a través del fondo de la bandeja y para soportar la carne, el pescado o las aves en el fondo de dicha bandeja manteniendo una humedad elevada alrededor de ellos sustancialmente sin que se formen charcos de líquido igualmente para proteger la frescura de la carne y facilitar la conservación dela calidad de la carne, incluyendo dichos medios qué facilitan la permeabilidad a los gases y que sirven de soporte una pluralidad de nervios fuertes substancialmente macizos cuya sección transversal tiene la forma de una V invertida con vértices redondeados, extendiendose algunos de dichos.nervios en una direccion y extendiendose otros de dichos nervios en una direccion diferente, encontrándose dichos nervios y delimitando entre ellos una pluralidad de ventanas abiertas, teniendo dichos nervios un módulo de sección en combinación con dichas paredes laterales de forma tal que la resistencia total sea substancialmente igual ala resistencia a la flexión de una bandeja del mismo material y de peso idéntico, pro vista de un fondo plano no perforado; y unos medios para oponerse a la deformación de la pared lateral debido a la presión orientada hacia el interior ejercida por la película de envoltura y para aumentar la rigidez y la resistencia en el emplazamiento donde dichos nervios-en forma de Vinvertida se unen a dichas paredes laterales, incluyendo dichos medios una porción curva en cada una de dichas paredes laterales definiendo así en dichas paredes laterales una porción superior recta, una porción central curva y una porción inferior recta, teniendo dicha porción inferior una altura igual a la altura de dichos nervios en forma de V invertida.
