Claims (15)

  1. Procédé d'affranchissement d'articles à expédier (2) acheminés vers une machine d'affranchissement (3), tels que des enveloppes, des sacs d'expédition, des pochettes, des cartes, des étiquettes, des produits imprimés ou analogues, qui sont soutirés à partir du/sur le côté inférieur d'une pile (5) pour l'individualisation et/ou acheminés individuellement sur une voie de convoyage (6) en amont de la machine d'affranchissement (3) vers une unité d'impression (30) comprenant une tête d'impression (31) pour l'affranchissement et sont déchargés de l'unité d'impression (30) après l'affranchissement dans une direction de convoyage inverse, les articles à expédier (2) étant acheminés par l'intermédiaire d'une section d'aiguillage de la voie de convoyage (6) vers la machine d'affranchissement (3) et étant convoyés après l'affranchissement par l'intermédiaire de la section d'aiguillage renversée pour la modification de la direction de convoyage des articles à expédier (2) dans un dispositif de dépôt (17) agencé en dessous de la section d'aiguillage, les articles à expédier (2) étant guidés dans la zone d'embouchure de la machine d'affranchissement (3) dans l'emplacement d'impression et rapatriés à partir de l'emplacement d'impression, caractérisé en ce que l'emplacement d'impression d'un article à expédier (2) acheminé à chaque fois vers l'unité d'impression (30) est déterminé par la tête d'impression (31) commandée en mouvement à partir d'une station d'attente selon sa longueur de format.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le processus d'impression/le parcours d'impression de la tête d'impression (31) et son rappel dans la station d'attente, ainsi que l'emplacement d'impression d'un article à expédier (2) et le soutirage de l'article à expédier imprimé/affranchi (2) ont lieu par un capteur (34) fixé sur la tête d'impression (31) et relié à un système de commande (35) .
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la tête d'impression (31) commandée de façon pouvant être initiée par un capteur produit, lors de l'atteinte de l'emplacement d'impression de l'article à expédier (2) dans la machine d'affranchissement (3), le processus d'impression, ainsi que le rapatriement ultérieur de l'article à expédier affranchi (2) à partir de l'emplacement d'impression dans un dispositif de dépôt (17) et le rappel de la tête d'impression (31) dans la/une station d'attente.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le traitement a lieu sur la base de la cadence de traitement de la machine d'affranchissement (3)/de son unité d'impression (30) ou du dispositif d'individualisation (4).
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le processus d'impression pour des articles à expédier (2) < C5/6 a lieu par actionnement manuel d'une imprimante ou d'un écran tactile (37) relié au système de commande programmé (35) ou d'une instruction de commande produite au moyen d'un levier de dégagement de courrier (49) du dispositif d'individualisation (4).
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le processus d'impression/parcours d'impression est initié dans la station d'attente de la tête d'impression (31).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la tête d'impression (31) peut être déplacée d'une station de repos dans la station d'attente et retour.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la longueur ou respectivement la largeur d'un article à expédier (2) mesurée sur le parcours de convoyage vers la machine d'affranchissement (3) est utilisée pour la détermination de l'emplacement d'impression de l'article à expédier (2) et de la station d'attente et du déclenchement de la tête d'impression (31), ainsi que du rappel de la tête d'impression (31) à la suite du processus d'impression/parcours d'impression et du rapatriement de l'article à expédier imprimé (2).
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les articles à expédier (2) sont maintenus mécaniquement/par liaison par friction dans l'emplacement d'impression pendant le processus d'impression/parcours d'impression par un dispositif de rapatriement.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le parcours d'impression/la position d'impression de la tête d'impression (31) est déterminé par la longueur d'un article à expédier (2) mesurée/enregistrée sur le parcours de convoyage/la voie de convoyage (6) et transmise au système de commande (35) de la machine d'affranchissement (3).
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la longueur de l'article à expédier (2) est mesurée sur la voie de convoyage (6) au niveau d'un ou entre deux emplacements de mesure LS1 et LS2 et le résultat de la mesure est transmis au système de commande (35) pour la détermination de la station d'attente de la tête d'impression (31) et de l'emplacement d'impression de l'article à expédier (2).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que l'écart entre les deux emplacements de mesure LS1 et LS2 est de moins de ou respectivement d'au moins la longueur de l'article à expédier (2) le plus court déterminé pour l'impression/l'affranchissement.
  13. Appareil pour la réalisation du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, constitué par une machine d'affranchissement (3) et un appareil de convoyage (50) en amont de celle-ci, pour le transport d'articles à expédier (2) soutirés sur le/à partir du côté inférieur d'une pile (5) dans un dispositif d'individualisation (4) ou disposés individuellement, qui sont acheminés par l'intermédiaire d'un aiguillage (23) agencé sur une voie de convoyage (6) de l'appareil de convoyage (50) vers l'unité d'impression (30) configurée avec une tête d'impression commandée (31) et rapatriés après le processus d'impression dans la direction de convoyage inverse par l'intermédiaire de l'aiguillage renversé (23) dans un dispositif de dépôt prévu (17), caractérisé en ce que la tête d'impression (31) est formée par un capteur (34) relié à un dispositif de commande (35), tourné vers l'extrémité avant d'un article à expédier (2) guidé dans l'emplacement d'impression de la machine d'affranchissement (3).
  14. Appareil selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la zone d'embouchure dans l'unité d'impression (30) de la machine d'affranchissement (3) est formée par un dispositif de rapatriement maintenant les articles à expédier (2) dans l'emplacement d'impression.
  15. Appareil selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de rapatriement est formé par une paire de rouleaux de convoyage (20, 21) agencés l'un au-dessus de l'autre, maintenant à chaque fois mécaniquement ou respectivement par liaison par friction les articles à expédier (2) dans l'emplacement d'impression.
