Description

The invention relates to a coupling device with post-locking according to the preamble of claim 1.

A generic coupling device is from the EP 2 937 018 A1 famous.

In various drawers, in particular system drawers, catches or coupling devices with which the drawers are fixed to a pull-out guide attached to the furniture body are part of one or both side walls or frames of the drawer.

In the case of wooden drawers, these coupling devices are often attached to a floor or to a panel of the drawer, which means additional work for the furniture manufacturer.

In the case of system drawers with relatively narrow side walls or frames made of metallic materials such as steel, however, underfloor runners are often used. The construction of the drawers is similar to that of the wooden drawers, i.e. the drawer with narrow side frames rests with a continuous base on the pull-out runners of the drawer and there is space for the side frame between the respective pull-out runners and the furniture body.

This installation space can be used to hold a catch or a coupling device with which the frame and thus the drawer are attached to the pull-out guide.

According to a variant embodiment for such a catch or for such a coupling device as shown in FIG Figure 12a or 12b is shown, a detent spring 103 'with a coupling device housing is fixed in place on a side frame 3' of a drawer 2 '. When the drawer is snapped on, the detent spring 103 'locks in a first detent window 9a', which has a running rail 7 'of the pull-out guide 6'.

Tests have shown that a second latching window 9b ', which has the running rail 7' of the pull-out guide 6 ', is not necessarily reached reliably when it is re-latched. The locking air between the locking spring 103 'and the locking window 9a', 9b 'leads to undesirable impact noises when the drawer 2' is closed and the front panel of the drawer comes to rest against the furniture body 1 '.

The invention aims to alleviate this problem.

The invention solves this problem with the subject matter of claim 1.

A coupling device is created for attaching and locking a drawer to a pull-out guide, the drawer having at least one base, a frame on each side and a front panel, and the pull-out guide having at least one body rail and at least one running rail.

In this case, the pull-out guide with the body rail is attached to a furniture body and a free end of the running rail is encompassed by a hook element of the coupling device, the hook element being formed on a slide of the coupling device and a retaining lug of a latching element which is movably mounted on the slide, as a result of the drawer being pushed onto the pull-out guide, engages in a latching window of the running rail, so that the running rail is locked to the drawer by the interaction of the hook element and the latching element.

The slide is finally guided displaceably relative to a base element of the coupling device, the base element being attached to the frame and the slide and the base element having complementary locking means such that the base element and the slide can be fixed in different positions relative to one another.

In this way, the functions of locking the running rail with the coupling device and thus with the drawer as well as the function of fine adjustment of a distance between the front panel and the furniture body are functionally separated from one another when the drawer is closed.

As a result, the drawer is advantageously locked or fastened to the pull-out slide with virtually no play. The complementary latching means are advantageously used to ensure that the front panel rests securely on the furniture body when the drawer is fully inserted into the furniture body, and also advantageously to compensate for tolerances.

According to claim 1, the locking means are designed to be structurally simple and reliably functional as latching means, in such a way that the base element and the slide can be latched in different latching positions relative to one another.

According to claim 1, the locking means further include a locking plate with a locking toothing and a locking spring arrangement with a tongue. The tongue can be an integral part of the locking spring arrangement - e.g., one end of a leaf spring - or a part of the locking spring arrangement that is separate from an actual spring. For example, it is alternatively conceivable to implement the locking spring arrangement as a structural unit with a rotatable pawl, which can engage with one end in the locking toothing and is acted upon with force by a spring, in particular a helical spring. As a result, the locking means are each advantageously designed to be simple and robust. Further refinements are conceivable.

There are various possibilities for implementation, including mixed forms of a non-positive and a positive locking in different positions.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the base element has a cuboid basic geometry. As a result, the base element is advantageously designed to be robust and compact, so that it can safely accommodate further components and operating forces over the long term.

According to a further embodiment, it can advantageously be provided that such a force is applied by a cam, in particular as part of a spring arrangement the latching element is exercised so that the retaining lug, in particular due to the spring force, engages through the latching window.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the base element has an opening with an essentially rectangular cross section, the opening having one or more undercuts. As a result, a component can be easily and thus advantageously mounted on the base element without further fastening means.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the at least one spring arrangement engages in the one or more undercuts in a simple manner. The spring arrangement can be implemented in one or more pieces in various ways. A trapezoidal spring may be mentioned as an example as a possibility for practical implementation, in which such a form-fitting connection between the base element and the spring, in particular the trapezoidal spring, can exist.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the base element has a recess which is designed such that the locking spring arrangement can be positively connected to the base element with its free end on the base element through the recess. As a result, the locking spring arrangement can be easily and thus advantageously mounted on the base element without further fastening means.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, a release button is provided, the release button being movably arranged on the base element, in particular being movably guided or rotatably mounted.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, a housing plate is pivotably attached to the base element, so that the recesses as well as the undercuts and the opening are closed. As a result, the cam, in particular as part of the spring arrangement, the locking spring arrangement and the release button are simply and advantageously secured against falling out of the base element.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the latching element has a first tab and a second tab, the second tab being supported on a link. As a result, by moving the slide relative to the base element, the locking element is simply and thus advantageously brought out of engagement with the locking window. This results in a simple and therefore advantageous handling of an unlocking function of the coupling device.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the first tab of the latching element can be pushed onto a surface of the spring arrangement, in particular in the form of a trapezoidal spring, which is arranged parallel to the free ends of the spring arrangement. As a result, the spring arrangement exerts a constantly acting force on the latching element, so that the retaining lug reaches through the latching window. This ensures an advantageously secure locking of the coupling element.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the retaining lug has a bevel on its side facing the front panel. This ensures that tolerances are compensated for and that the locking of the coupling element is free of play in a simple and therefore advantageous manner.

The invention also provides a drawer which has at least a base, a frame on each of its sides and a front panel on its front, the drawer having at least one pull-out guide to which it is attached with a coupling device according to one of the claims related to this. The invention also creates a piece of furniture with a furniture body which has at least one such drawer. Further advantageous refinements of the invention can be found in the remaining subclaims.

In Figure 1 a section of a wall or a furniture panel of a furniture body 1 with a drawer 2 is shown. Only one side wall of the furniture body 1 is shown here. The drawer 2 has two frames 3, of which only one frame 3 is shown here. The frames 3 are designed here as so-called "narrow" frames 3, which have a relatively small width, which can be less than 15 mm, for example. They can be made of a metallic material such as sheet steel. However, they can also be made from a different material such as wood or from a wood substitute material or a plastic material.

The drawer 2 has a base 4 which is fastened to the frames 3. The drawer 2 also has a front panel 5. The drawer 2 can also have a rear wall, which is not shown here.

The bottom 4 of the drawer 2 is here arranged at a distance from the lower end of the respective frame 3 in the direction of the upper end of the respective frame 3. The bottom 4 is supported on two pull-out guides 6, wherein in Fig. 1a only one of the two pull-out guides 6 is shown.

The pull-out guide 6 is designed here in a telescopic design, only one running rail 7 of the pull-out guide 6 being shown here. The pull-out guide 6 can also be designed according to a different structural principle. The pull-out guides 6 are each arranged in an installation space between the base 4 and the lower end of the frames 3 and each bear against the frame 3. The pull-out guides 6 are attached to the furniture carcass 1, more precisely to the side wall of the furniture carcass 1, an angled carcass rail of the respective pull-out guide 6 encompassing the lower end of the respective frame 3 (see FIG Figure 12a ).

The drawer 2 also has a coupling device 100 with which the drawer 2 can be fastened or locked to the pull-out guide 6. The coupling device 100 is inserted into a cutout 8 of the frame 3 so that the coupling device 100 fills an installation space in the frame 3 or between a wall of the frame 3 and the running rail 7 of the pull-out guide 6 and rests on the running rail 7 of the pull-out guide 6.

In Fig. 1a a state of the drawer 2 before being pushed onto the pull-out guides 6 is shown, while in FIG Figure 1b a state is shown in which the drawer 2 is fastened and locked to the pull-out guide 6 by the coupling device 100 in each case.

Fig. 2a zeigt die Kupplungsvorrichtung 100. Fig. 2a zeigt ebenfalls die Laufschiene 7 der Auszugsführung 6. In Fig. 2a the arrangement is off Fig. 1a shown enlarged, the furniture body 1 being hidden or not shown. Fig. 2a shows the coupling device 100. The coupling device 100 has a compact, here essentially cuboid geometry. A hook element 101 and a retaining lug 102, which is formed by a latching element 103 at its free end, can be clearly seen. The hook element 101 accordingly has a hook. Fig. 2a also shows the running rail 7 of the pull-out guide 6. The running rail 7 here has a U-shaped cross section. A web of the running rail 7 has a latching window 9 in its edge area.

In Figure 2b the arrangement is off Figure 1b Shown somewhat enlarged, the furniture body 1 also being omitted. The edge area of the web of the running rail 7 engages in a hook mouth of the hook, so that the hook of the Hook element 101 encloses the edge region of the web of the running rail 7 and the end of the web rests on the bottom of the hook mouth of the hook for contact. The retaining lug 102 of the locking element 102 engages in the locking window 9 of the web. As a result, the drawer 2 is advantageously locked or fastened to the pull-out guide 6 with virtually no play. The creation of backlash-free locking is described in more detail below.

In Fig. 3 the coupling device 100 and its individual parts are shown clearly visible. The coupling device 100 has a base element 104. The base element 104 has a cuboid basic geometry and is used for receiving, fastening and as a guide partner for further individual parts of the coupling device 100.

The base element 104 has an opening 105 with an essentially rectangular cross section. The opening 105 also has two undercuts 106a, 106b. A spring arrangement, implemented here as a trapezoidal spring 107, engages with its two free ends in the undercuts 106a, 106b. This creates a form-fitting connection between the base element 104 and the trapezoidal spring 107. The trapezoidal spring 107 is made from a flat material as a bent part.

The base element 104 also has a recess 108 which is designed such that a locking spring arrangement 109 with a free end on the base element side can be positively connected to the base element 104 through the recess 108. When the locking spring arrangement 109 is installed in the base element 104, a tongue 110 of the locking spring arrangement 109, which works as a type of pawl when the coupling device 100 is installed, protrudes into the free space of the recess 108.

A release button 112 engages in a further recess 111 of the base element 104. In this exemplary embodiment, the release button 112 is movably guided in the recess 111. The release button 112 is used in the assembled state of the coupling device 100 to unlock the locking spring arrangement 109 when it is locked Coupling device 100. The release button 112 is actuated manually, ie moved in the direction of coupling device 100. The free end of the release button 112 on the base element side presses against the tongue 110 in such a way that the tongue 110 swings out of a locking toothing 113, which has a locking plate 114 (see also FIG Figure 9b , 10b ).

A housing plate 115 is movably, preferably pivotably, attached to the base element 104. The fastening is carried out with a connection, here with a form-fitting connection, for example a rivet connection. The attachment can also be carried out differently. The housing plate 115 is pivotably attached to the base element 104 in such a way that the recesses 108, 111 and the undercuts 106a, 106b and the opening 105 are closed so that the trapezoidal spring 107, the locking spring arrangement 109 and the release button 112 prevent falling out of the base element 104 are secured.

The housing plate 115 has a tab 116. The bracket 116 is produced, for example, by a folding process and has a threaded hole 117. Due to the tab 116, the housing plate 115 has, at least in sections, an L-shaped cross-sectional geometry. In the assembled state of the housing plate 115 on the base element 104, the tab 116 engages in a recess 118.

The base element 104 has a through hole 119 in the region of the recess 118. In the assembled state of the housing plate 115, a screw 120 extends through the through hole 119 and the threaded hole 117. The inclination of the base element 104 relative to the housing plate 115 can therefore be adjusted with the screw 120 via the threaded hole 117. In the assembled state of the coupling device 100, the housing plate 115 rests against the respective frame 3 of the drawer 2 and is fastened to it.

The coupling device 100 furthermore has a slide 121. The slide 121 has guide surfaces 122 of a sliding guide, via which it is displaceably guided on the base element 104. The base element 104 accordingly has geometrically corresponding guide surfaces 123. The guide surfaces 122, 123 or the sliding guide are / is here designed in such a way that a type of flat guide results in the assembled state of the slide 121 on the base element 104. The type of sliding guide can also be designed geometrically differently.

Dabei weist die Rastverzahnung 113 zu der Innenseite des U-förmigen Querschnitts des Schiebers 121.The slide 121 has a U-shaped cross-sectional geometry, at least in sections, so that the slide 121 is embodied in the manner of a housing. The slide 121 also has the hook element 101 at a free end. On an inside of a leg of the C-shaped cross section of the slide 121, the latching plate 114 is connected here to the slide 121 in a form-fitting manner by means of a rivet connection. The locking toothing 113 points to the inside of the U-shaped cross section of the slide 121.

Furthermore, the latching element 103 is movably, preferably pivotably mounted on the slide 121. The latching element 101 rests on the housing-like inside of the C-shaped cross section of the slide 121. The retaining lug 102 of the latching element 103 points in the same direction as the hook element 101 of the slide 121. The slide 121 is designed so that the retaining lug 102 can be pivoted out of the C-shaped cross section. For this purpose, the slide 115 has a recess 124.

The latching element 103 also has a first tab 125 and a second tab 126. The tabs 125, 126 are, for example, each produced by a folding process and are designed in such a way that the tabs 125, 126 create an - at least partially - U-shaped cross-section of the latching element 103.

In Figure 4a the drawer 2 is shown in a partial plan view. In an initial state, shown here, of a locking process of the drawer on the pull-out guides 6 (not shown here) together with the coupling device 100, the front panel 5 is spaced apart from the furniture cork cup 1 at a distance A.
In Figure 4b the drawer 2 is shown in section through the coupling device 100. The coupling device 100 is shown in the assembled state. It can be clearly seen that the coupling device 100 is inserted in the cutout of the frame 3 of the drawer 2.

The latching element 103, here in the non-latched state, which is movably, preferably pivotably, mounted in the slide 121 is also clearly recognizable. The second tab 126 of the latching element 103 is supported on a link 127. The trapezoidal spring 107, which engages with its two free ends in the undercuts 106a, 106b, is also clearly visible.

The running rail 7 of the pull-out guide 6 rests on one of the webs of the U-shaped cross section of the slide 121. The latching window 9 in the running rail 7 is also clearly recognizable. The hook element 101, which the slide 121 forms, is also clearly visible. The hook or the hook mouth of the hook element 101 is designed so that it can enclose a web of the running rail 7 on three sides. Furthermore, the locking plate 114 with the locking toothing 113 is clearly shown. The locking spring arrangement 109 is also clearly shown, which is supported with its free end facing the central body in the recess 111 of the base element 104. In this starting position of the locking process, the tongue 110 of the locking spring arrangement 109 engages in a tooth gap of the locking toothing 113, which is arranged farthest in the direction of the front panel 5. The release button 112 is therefore not actuated, but its free end facing the locking spring arrangement 109 rests against the locking spring arrangement 109.

Accordingly, the slide 121 and the base element 104 have complementary locking means -that is, the locking spring arrangement 109 or the tongue 110 and the locking plate 114 or the locking teeth 113- so that the base element 104 and the slide 121 can be locked in different locking positions relative to one another.

Fig. 4b.
The latching means 109, 110, 113, 114 are advantageously used for secure contact of the front panel 5 on the furniture body 1 when the drawer 2 has been pushed completely into the furniture body 1, and also advantageously for tolerance compensation.
In Figure 5a the drawer 2 is shown in a partial plan view. In the state shown here of the locking process of the drawer 2 on the pull-out guides 6 (not shown here) by the coupling device 100, the front panel 5 is spaced from the furniture body 1 at a distance B, the distance B is smaller than the distance A in Figure 4a or. Figure 4b . This means that the drawer 2 was pushed further onto the pull-out guide 6.

Compared to Figure 4b encloses in Figure 5b the hook of the hook element 101 the front panel-side free end of the running rail 7 of the pull-out guide 6, so that the front panel-side free end comes to rest on the bottom of the hook mouth that the hook element 101 forms.

As a result, the pull-out guide 6 is encompassed by its running rail 7 on three sides by the hook element 101 of the slide 121. This advantageously results in a defined distance between the base of the hook mouth of the hook element 101 and the latching window 9 of the running rail 7.

Fig. 5b. Also in Figure 6a the drawer 2 is shown in a partial plan view. In the state shown here of the locking process of the drawer 2 on the pull-out guides 6 (not shown here) by the coupling device 100 - also referred to as post-locking - the front panel 5 is spaced from the furniture body 1 at a distance C, the distance C being smaller than the distance B in Figure 5a or. Figure 5b . This in turn means that the drawer 2 was pushed further in the direction of the furniture body 1. This is possible although the running rail 7 of the pull-out guide 6 is already in contact with the base of the hook mouth of the hook element 101, since the base element 104 (not shown here) can be displaced relative to the slide 121.

Compared to Figure 5b the locking element 103 has also moved relative to the pull-out guide 6 due to the movement of the base element 104 in the direction of the rear wall (not shown here) of the drawer 2 relative to the slide 121.

As a result, the first tab 125 of the latching element 103 was pushed onto a surface 128 of the trapezoidal spring 107, which is arranged parallel to the free ends of the trapezoidal spring 107. As a result, the latching element 103 has swiveled counterclockwise about its pivot point P, so that the retaining lug 102 of the latching element 103 now engages through the latching window 9. As a result, the pull-out guide 6 is locked to the drawer 2 via the coupling device 100. The trapezoidal spring 107 exerts a continuously acting force on the latching element 103, which ensures that the retaining lug 102 securely reaches through the latching window 9.

The retaining lug 102 has a bevel 129 on its side facing the front panel (see also FIG Fig. 3 ). Dimensional tolerances of the hook element 101 can be compensated for by the bevel, so that the bevel 129 advantageously ensures a quasi-play-free, fixed locking.

Furthermore, the locking spring arrangement 109 has also shifted relative to the slide 121 and thus relative to the locking plate 114. As a result, the tongue 110 of the locking spring arrangement 109 now engages in a tooth gap of the locking toothing 113, which is arranged in the direction of the front panel 5 behind the tooth gap that is furthest in the extension direction of the drawer 2.

In the in Figure 7a shown state of the drawer 2 on the pull-out guides 6 (not shown here) by the coupling device 100, the front panel 5 of the drawer 2 is spaced from the furniture body 1 at a distance D, the distance D is again smaller than the distance C in Figure 6a , or 6b. This in turn means that the drawer 2 was pushed further in the direction of the furniture body 1, so that a gap between the front panel 5 and the furniture body 1 was further minimized. This is possible although the running rail 7 of the pull-out guide 6 is already in contact with the bottom of the hook mouth of the hook element 101, since the base element 104 (not shown here) can be displaced relative to the slide 121.

This is in Figure 7b clearly shown. In the following, there are essentially differences or additions to it Figure 6b described. Compared to Figure 6b If the movement of the base element 104 in the direction of the rear wall (not shown here) of the drawer 2 relative to the slide 121, the locking spring arrangement 109 has also moved relative to the slide 121 and thus to the locking plate 114.

Dadurch greift nun die Zunge 110 der Sperrfederanordnung 109 in eine Zahnlücke der Rastverzahnung 113 ein, die zwischen der Zahnlücke, die am weitesten in Auszugsrichtung angeordnet ist und einer Zahnlücke, die am weitesten in Richtung Rückwand (hier nicht dargestellt) angeordnet ist, liegtAs a result, the tongue 110 of the locking spring arrangement 109 now engages in a tooth gap of the locking toothing 113, which is between the tooth gap that is furthest in Extension direction is arranged and a tooth gap which is arranged furthest in the direction of the rear wall (not shown here) is

In Figure 8a the drawer 2 is shown in a partial plan view. In the state shown here of the locking process of the drawer 2 on the pull-out guides 6 (not shown here) by the coupling device 100, the front panel 5 rests on the furniture body 1. This is possible although the running rail 7 of the pull-out guide 6 is already in contact with the base of the hook mouth of the hook element 101, since the base element 104 (not shown here) can be displaced relative to the slide 121.

This is in Figure 8b clearly shown. Compared to Figure 7b If the movement of the base element 104 in the direction of the rear wall (not shown here) of the drawer 2 relative to the slide 121, the locking spring arrangement 109 has also moved relative to the slide 121 and thus to the locking plate 114.

As a result, the tongue 110 of the locking spring arrangement 109 now engages in the tooth gap of the locking toothing 113, which is arranged furthest in the direction of the rear wall (not shown here).

Due to the locking toothing 113 with several tooth gaps, it is possible, depending on the tolerance position, that this tooth gap is not reached, although the front panel 5 has come to rest on the furniture body 1. In this respect, the locking toothing 113 is not only used advantageously for the safe contact of the front panel 5 on the furniture body 1 when the drawer 2 is completely inserted into the furniture body 1, but also advantageously for tolerance compensation.

In Figure 9a the drawer 2 is shown in a partial plan view. In the state shown here at the beginning of a process of releasing the drawer 2 from the pull-out guides 6 (not shown here) by the coupling device 100, the front panel 5 rests against the furniture body 1.

This is in Figure 9b shown. Compared to Figure 8b is in Figure 9b the release button 112 is actuated so that the tongue 110 of the locking spring assembly 109 moves away from the Locking teeth 113 has loosened. The actuation of the release button 112 is possible manually, since the geometry of the respective recess 8 of the respective frame 3 is dimensioned such that such a manual or manual actuation of the release button 112 is possible. As a result, the front panel 5 and thus the drawer 2 as a whole can be moved away from the furniture body 1 in the pull-out direction, so that a gap with a distance E can form again.

This is in Figure 10a and in Figure 10b shown. When the release button 112 is actuated, the tongue 110 of the locking spring arrangement 109 is no longer in engagement with the locking toothing 113, so that the front panel 5 and thus the drawer 2 can be moved further away from the furniture body 1 in the pull-out direction due to the relative displaceability of the slide 121 to the base element 104.

In Figure 10b a state of the release process is shown in which the first tab 125 of the latching element 103 has left the surface 128 of the trapezoidal spring 107 and the second tab 126 of the latching element 103 runs onto the gate 127. In this respect, the locking element 103 has executed a pivoting movement in the clockwise direction about its pivot point P. However, the retaining lug 102 still engages in the latching window 9.

As the drawer 2 continues to move in the pull-out direction, i.e. away from the furniture body 1-, the locking element 103 is pivoted further in the clockwise direction about its pivot point P by the gate 127. As a result, the retaining lug 102 of the latching element 103 migrates out of the latching window 9, as shown in FIG Figure 11b is clearly shown.

Thus the initial state is after Figure 4a , or 4b is reached again, so that the drawer 2 can be lifted off the pull-out guide 6.
