Stellantriebe mit einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung zum Arretieren einer Schwenklage des Stellarmes werden insbesondere zum Bewegen von Möbelklappen verwendet, die relativ zu einem Möbelkorpus hochbewegbar gelagert sind. Der Möbelbeschlag 4 weist eine Begrenzungsvorrichtung 16 zur Begrenzung eines Öffnungswinkels einer relativen Schwenkbewegung des Stellarmes 6 und dem Gehäuse 5 auf, sodass also der maximale Schwenkweg des Stellarmes 6 (und damit jener des bewegbaren Möbelteiles 3) begrenzbar ist. Die Begrenzungsvorrichtung 16 umfasst ein am Hebel 8 bewegbar gelagertes Betätigungselement 16a, wobei durch eine manuelle oder durch eine mittels Werkzeug erfolgende Betätigung des Betätigungselementes 16a der maximale Öffnungswinkel des Stellarmes 6 einstellbar begrenzbar ist. Diese Begrenzungsvorrichtung 16 ist beispielsweise dann vorteilhaft, wenn sich das bewegbare Möbelteil 3 in Montagelage unmittelbar unter einer Raumdecke befindet und eine Kollision des bewegbaren Möbelteiles 3 mit dieser Raumdecke beim Öffnen verhindert werden soll. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel bilden die Hebel 8, 14 zusammen mit den Gelenkachsen F, G, H, I ein Gelenkviereck aus, wobei durch die Begrenzungsvorrichtung 16 der Abstand zwischen den Hebeln 8, 14 begrenzbar ist.The
Der Stellantrieb 4 weist ferner eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung 17 zum Verriegeln einer Schwenklage des Stellarmes 6 auf. Diese Verriegelungsvorrichtung 17 ist dann von Vorteil, wenn das bewegbare Möbelteil 3 noch nicht mit dem Stellarm 6 verbunden ist, sodass ein unkontrolliertes Ausschlagen des klappenlosen Stellarmes 6 in Öffnungsrichtung aufgrund des von der Federvorrichtung 7 auf den Stellarm 6 ausgeübten Drehmomentes verhindert wird. Die Verriegelungsvorrichtung 17 umfasst ein manuell zu betätigendes Schaltelement 18 und ein am Stellarm 6 bewegbar gelagertes Steuerteil 19, welches durch die Montage des bewegbaren Möbelteiles 3 am Stellarm 6 (d.h. durch das am bewegbaren Möbelteil 3 zu befestigende Beschlagteil 22) beaufschlagbar ist. Durch Kraftausübung auf das Schaltelement 18 sowie durch Kraftausübung auf das Steuerteil 19 (nämlich durch die Herstellung der Verbindung zwischen dem Stellarm 6 und dem Beschlagteil 22 durch die Montage des bewegbaren Möbelteiles 3) ist ein Verriegelungselement 20 ausgehend von einer den Stellarm 6 verriegelnden Stellung in eine den Stellarm 6 freigebende Stellung entlang eines Langlochs 21 des Stellarmes 6 bewegbar gelagert. Das Verriegelungselement 20 ist im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel als zylindrischer Bolzen ausgeführt. Am Stellarm 6 ist eine Rastvorrichtung 23 mit einem federnden Rasthebel gelagert, durch welchen der Stellarm 6 mit dem am bewegbaren Möbelteil 3 zu befestigenden Beschlagteil 22 lösbar verrastbar ist. Am Stellarm 6 ist zumindest eine Einstellvorrichtung 27 mit einem Einstellrad vorhanden, wobei durch Drehung des Einstellrades eine Lage des Stellarmes 6 relativ zum Beschlagteil 22 einstellbar ist.The
Die Verriegelungsvorrichtung 17 umfasst das Verriegelungselement 20, durch welches in einer den Stellarm 6 verriegelnden Stellung die Gelenkachse I, das Schaltelement 18 und das Steuerteil 19 miteinander verriegelbar sind. Der Stellarm 6 ist hierbei in der Schließstellung arretiert, wobei das Verriegelungselement 20 in einer ersten Rastmulde 28a des Hebels 8 aufgenommen ist. Zum Verriegeln des Stellarmes 6 in einer Offenstellung ist eine zweite Rastmulde 28b vorgesehen, wobei der Stellarm 6 in der Offenstellung in der zweiten Rastmulde 28b aufnehmbar ist. Claims (12)
- An actuating drive (4) for moving a furniture part (3) movably-mounted relative to a furniture carcass (2), comprising:- at least one pivotally mounted actuating arm (6) for moving the movable furniture part (3),- a spring device (7) for applying a force to the actuating arm (6),- a locking device (17) for releasably locking the actuating arm (6), the locking device (17) including at least one movably-supported locking element (20) cooperating with at least one locking recess (28a) in a position in which the actuating arm (6) is locked,- wherein the locking element (20) can be unlocked from the at least one locking recess (28a) by a switch element (18) to be operated manually and also by a control portion (19) arranged on the actuating arm (19), wherein the control portion (19) can be acted upon by mounting the movable furniture part (3) to the actuating arm (6),characterized in that the locking element (20) is configured as a cylindrical pin, wherein the switch element (18) includes at least one first guide track (25), wherein the locking element (20) is movably supported in or along the at least one guide track (25) by a manual actuation of the switch element (18) or by acting upon the control portion (19).
- The actuating drive according to claim 1, characterized in that the actuating arm (6), in a closed position, can be locked by the cooperation of the locking element (20) with the at least one locking recess (28a).
- The actuating drive according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that at least one second locking recess (28b) is provided, wherein the actuating arm (6), in an open position, can be locked by a cooperation of the locking element (20) with the second locking recess (28b).
- The actuating drive according to claim 3, characterized in that at least a third locking recess (28c) is provided, wherein the actuating arm (6), in an intermediate position located between the open position and the closed position and which preferably corresponds to the half-open position of the actuating arm (6), can be locked by a cooperation of the locking element (20) with the third locking recess (28c).
- The actuating drive according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the switch element (18) is movably supported between a first switching position and a second switching position, wherein in the first switching position, the locking element (20) is locked with the at least one locking recess (28a), and in the second switching position, the locking element (20) can be unlocked from the at least one locking recess (28a).

- The actuating drive according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the control portion (19) is configured as a lever having two lever ends, the lever being pivotally mounted about a pivoting axis (30), a first lever end of the lever can be acted upon by a fitting portion (22) to be fixed to the movable furniture part (3) when the movable furniture part (3) is mounted to the actuating arm (6), and a second lever end of the lever has a guide (31) in or along which the locking element (20) is displaceably supported.
- The actuating drive according to claim 8, characterized in that the actuating arm (6) can be releasably latched to the fitting portion (22) to be fixed to the movable furniture part (3) by a latching device (23).
- The actuating drive according to one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the actuating arm (6) is pivotally connected to a lever (8) via a hinge axis member (I), wherein the locking device (17) is operative between the actuating arm (6) and the lever (8).
- The actuating drive according to claim 10, characterized in that the at least one locking recess (28a) is formed or arranged on the lever (8).
- The actuating drive according to one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the switch element (18) and/or the control portion (19) is or are pre-stressed in a direction towards the locking position by a spring element (33).
