Durch den Stellantrieb 4 ist das bewegbare Möbelteil 3 ausgehend von einer vertikalen Schließstellung in eine relativ zum Möbelkorpus 2 angehobene Lage (und in die umgekehrte Richtung) bewegbar. Der Stellantrieb 4 weist ein am Möbelkorpus 2 zu befestigendes Gehäuse 5 und zumindest einen relativ zum Gehäuse 5 schwenkbar gelagerten Stellarm 6 zum Bewegen des bewegbaren Möbelteiles 3 auf. Zur Kraftbeaufschlagung des Stellarmes 6 ist eine Federvorrichtung 7 vorgesehen, sodass die Bedienung des bewegbaren Möbelteiles 3 für einen Benutzer erleichtert wird. Der Stellarm 6 ist durch eine Rastvorrichtung 23 mit einem am bewegbaren Möbelteil 3 zu befestigenden Beschlagteil 22 lösbar verrastbar. Durch eine Einstellvorrichtung 13 ist der Abstand des Bolzens 11 entlang einer Führung des Hebels 12 relativ zur Gelenkachse E und damit der wirksame Hebelarm zwischen dem Bolzen 11 und der Gelenkachse E veränderbar, sodass ein auf den Stellarm 6 ausgeübtes Drehmoment der Federvorrichtung 7 entsprechend dem jeweiligen Gewicht des bewegbaren Möbelteiles 3 einstellbar ist. Der Hebel 12 ist über die Gelenkachsen F, G mit Hebeln 8, 14 gelenkig verbunden, wobei die Hebel 8, 14 über die Gelenkachsen H, I mit dem Stellarm 6 schwenkbar verbunden sind. Der Stellantrieb 4 umfasst ferner eine Dämpfvorrichtung 15 in Form eines hydraulischen Fluiddämpfers, welcher im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel als Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit ausgeführt ist. Bei einer Schließbewegung des Stellarmes 6 trifft der um die Gelenkachse E schwenkbare Hebel 12 auf einen Stößel der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit auf, woraufhin zur Ausführung eines Dämpfungshubes eine Relativbewegung zwischen dem Zylinder und dem Kolben der Dämpfvorrichtung 15 erfolgt und damit die Bewegung des Hebels 12 (und damit des bewegbaren Möbelteiles 3) gegen Ende der Schließbewegung bis hin zur vollständigen Schließstellung abgebremst wird. A latching device 23 with a resilient latching lever is mounted on the actuating arm 6 , by which the actuating arm 6 can be detachably latched to the fitting part 22 to be fastened to the movable furniture part 3 . At least one adjustment device 27 with an adjustment wheel is provided on the adjustment arm 6, a position of the adjustment arm 6 relative to the fitting part 22 being adjustable by rotating the adjustment wheel.

Fig. 2a zeigt den Stellantrieb 4 gemäß Fig. 1b in einem Querschnitt. Ausschlagen des Stellarmes 6 in jenem Schwenkbereich, in welchem die Federvorrichtung 7 den Stellarm 6 in Öffnungsrichtung beaufschlagt, verhindert ist. Das Schaltelement 18 ist in der gezeigten Figur am Stellarm 6 in Richtung des Pfeils 29 (Fig. 2b) bewegbar gelagert und weist zumindest eine erste Führungsbahn 25 zur verschiebbaren Lagerung des Verriegelungselementes 20 und eine zweite Führungsbahn 26 zur verschiebbaren Lagerung der Gelenkachse I auf, wobei das Verriegelungselement 20 durch eine manuelle Betätigung des Schaltelementes 18 oder durch die Beaufschlagung des Steuerteiles 19 in oder entlang der ersten Führungsbahn 25 und die Gelenkachse I in oder entlang der zweiten Führungsbahn 26 bewegbar gelagert sind. Das Steuerteil 19 kann als ein um eine Drehachse 30 schwenkbar gelagerter Hebel ausgebildet sein, wobei ein erstes Hebelende des Hebels (bei Bezugszeichen 19) bei der Montage des bewegbaren Möbelteiles 3 durch das Beschlagteil 22 beaufschlagbar ist und wobei ein zweites Hebelende des Steuerteiles 19 eine Führung 31 zur verschiebbaren Lagerung des Verriegelungselementes 20 aufweist. Bei der Montage des bewegbaren Möbelteiles 3 wird zunächst das am bewegbaren Möbelteil 3 vormontierte Beschlagteil 22 in ein Lager 32 des Stellarmes 6 eingehängt, durch anschließendes Verschwenken ist das Beschlagteil 22 (und damit das bewegbare Möbelteil 3) mit dem Rasthebel der Rastvorrichtung 23 verrastbar. In diesem Fall würde das am bewegbaren Möbelteil 3 zu befestigende Beschlagteil 22 den Hebelarm des Steuerteiles (bei Bezugszeichen 19) im Uhrzeigersinn beaufschlagen, sodass die Entriegelung des Verriegelungselementes 20 von der Rastmulde 28a und die oben beschriebenen Bewegungsabläufe in einer identischen Weise erfolgen. Das Schaltelement 18 würde sich dann, durch die Montage des Beschlagteiles 22 am Stellarm 6, von selbst in Richtung des eingezeichneten Pfeils 29 (Fig. 2b) bewegen. Für den Benutzer ist es somit möglich, entweder durch eine manuelle Betätigung des Schaltelementes 18 in Richtung des Pfeils 29 oder wahlweise durch die Montage des Beschlagteiles 22 am Stellarm 6 eine Entriegelung des Stellarmes 6 herbeizuführen. Nach erfolgter Entriegelung ist der Stellarm 6 durch Kraftausübung auf das Schaltelement 18 in Richtung des Pfeils 29 weiter in Richtung Offenstellung bewegbar. Durch diese Montage wird das Steuerteil 19 vom Beschlagteil 22 um die Drehachse 30 im Uhrzeigersinn gedrückt, sodass das Verriegelungselement 20 aus der ersten Rastmulde 28a des Hebels 8 entriegelt und der Stellarm 6 für eine Schwenkbewegung freigegeben wird. Fig. 6b zeigt den in Fig. 6a eingekreisten Bereich in einer vergrößerten Ansicht. Fig. 7a zeigt einen Querschnitt des Stellantriebes 4, wobei der Stellarm 6 in einer halb geöffneten Stellung mit dem bewegbaren Möbelteil 3 verbindbar ist. Die Verriegelungsvorrichtung 17 umfasst hierfür eine dritte Rastmulde 28c, in welcher das Verriegelungselement 20 aufgenommen ist. Die erste, zweite und dritte Rastmulde 28a, 28b, 28c können dabei jeweils an einem Umfangsrand des Hebels 8 ausgebildet sein. Der verriegelte Stellarm 6 befindet sich etwa in einer 45° Offenstellung und ist entweder durch Kraftausübung auf das Schaltelement 18 oder durch die Montage des bewegbaren Möbelteils 3 am Stellarm 6 entriegelbar. Erkennbar sind die linearen Führungsbahnen 25, 26 des Schaltelementes 18, wobei die Hauptlängsrichtungen der Führungsbahnen 25, 26 quer zueinander verlaufen. Auch ist die Führung 31 des Steuerteiles 19 erkennbar, entlang welcher das Verriegelungselement 20 verschiebbar ist. Fig. 8a zeigt den Stellantrieb 4 in einer perspektivischen, teilweise aufgebrochenen Ansicht. Erkennbar ist das am Hebel 8 gelagerte Betätigungselement 16a der Begrenzungsvorrichtung 16, durch die der maximale Öffnungswinkel des Stellarmes 6 begrenzbar ist. Fig. 8b zeigt den in Fig. 8a eingekreisten Bereich in einer vergrößerten Ansicht, wobei das Verriegelungselement 20 durch das Schaltelement 18 und durch das Steuerteil 19 wahlweise aus drei verschiedenen Rastmulden 28a, 28b, 28c entriegelbar ist. Das Schaltelement 18 und/oder das Steuerteil 19 sind durch ein Federelement 33 in Richtung Verriegelungsstellung vorgespannt. Dieses Federelement 33 dient dazu, das Verriegelungselement 20 bei Nicht-Betätigung des Schaltelementes 18 bzw. durch ein Trennen des Beschlagteiles 22 vom Stellarm 6 wieder in die Verriegelungsposition zu bewegen, sodass der Stellarm 6 durch die Kraft des Federelementes 33 selbsttätig in seiner Schwenklage verriegelbar ist. Das Federelement 33 ist im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel als eine an der Drehachse 30 angeordnete Schenkelfeder ausgebildet, wobei ein erstes Ende der Schenkelfeder an einem Gegenanschlag 34 des Stellarmes 6 und ein zweites Ende der Schenkelfeder gegen das Steuerteil 19 drückt, sodass das Verriegelungselement 20 stets mit einer in Richtung der Rastmulden 28a, 28b, 28c wirkenden Kraft beaufschlagt ist. Claims (12)

  1. An actuating drive (4) for moving a furniture part (3) movably-mounted relative to a furniture carcass (2), comprising:
    - at least one pivotally mounted actuating arm (6) for moving the movable furniture part (3),
    - a spring device (7) for applying a force to the actuating arm (6),
    - a locking device (17) for releasably locking the actuating arm (6), the locking device (17) including at least one movably-supported locking element (20) cooperating with at least one locking recess (28a) in a position in which the actuating arm (6) is locked,
    - wherein the locking element (20) can be unlocked from the at least one locking recess (28a) by a switch element (18) to be operated manually and also by a control portion (19) arranged on the actuating arm (19), wherein the control portion (19) can be acted upon by mounting the movable furniture part (3) to the actuating arm (6),
    characterized in that the locking element (20) is configured as a cylindrical pin, wherein the switch element (18) includes at least one first guide track (25), wherein the locking element (20) is movably supported in or along the at least one guide track (25) by a manual actuation of the switch element (18) or by acting upon the control portion (19).
  2. The actuating drive according to claim 1, characterized in that the actuating arm (6), in a closed position, can be locked by the cooperation of the locking element (20) with the at least one locking recess (28a).
  3. The actuating drive according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that at least one second locking recess (28b) is provided, wherein the actuating arm (6), in an open position, can be locked by a cooperation of the locking element (20) with the second locking recess (28b).
  4. The actuating drive according to claim 3, characterized in that at least a third locking recess (28c) is provided, wherein the actuating arm (6), in an intermediate position located between the open position and the closed position and which preferably corresponds to the half-open position of the actuating arm (6), can be locked by a cooperation of the locking element (20) with the third locking recess (28c).
  5. The actuating drive according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the switch element (18) is movably supported between a first switching position and a second switching position, wherein in the first switching position, the locking element (20) is locked with the at least one locking recess (28a), and in the second switching position, the locking element (20) can be unlocked from the at least one locking recess (28a).
  6. The actuating drive according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the switch element (18) is movably arranged on the actuating arm (6).
  7. The actuating drive according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the switch element (18) includes a second guide track (26), wherein a hinge axis member (I) of the actuating arm (6) is movably supported in or along the second guide track (26) by a manual actuation of the switch element (18) or by acting upon the control portion (19).
  8. The actuating drive according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the control portion (19) is configured as a lever having two lever ends, the lever being pivotally mounted about a pivoting axis (30), a first lever end of the lever can be acted upon by a fitting portion (22) to be fixed to the movable furniture part (3) when the movable furniture part (3) is mounted to the actuating arm (6), and a second lever end of the lever has a guide (31) in or along which the locking element (20) is displaceably supported.
  9. The actuating drive according to claim 8, characterized in that the actuating arm (6) can be releasably latched to the fitting portion (22) to be fixed to the movable furniture part (3) by a latching device (23).
  10. The actuating drive according to one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the actuating arm (6) is pivotally connected to a lever (8) via a hinge axis member (I), wherein the locking device (17) is operative between the actuating arm (6) and the lever (8).
  11. The actuating drive according to claim 10, characterized in that the at least one locking recess (28a) is formed or arranged on the lever (8).
  12. The actuating drive according to one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the switch element (18) and/or the control portion (19) is or are pre-stressed in a direction towards the locking position by a spring element (33).
