Claims (6)

  1. A hinge (1), in particular for furniture, having a hinge part (2), which is fixable on a door or flap, and which is held so it is pivotable on a side part (3), which is fixable via a mounting element (30) on a furniture body or a frame, and a damper (11) which decelerates a closing movement of the hinge part (2) relative to the side part (3), whereby a switch element (17) is provided, by means of which the damper (11) can be switched to inactive, characterized in that the damper (11) has a damper housing (12) and a piston rod (13) movable relative to the damper housing (12) and a holding element (40), on which the switch element (17) is arranged and the holding element (40), in a first position of the switch element (17), is locked thereto and, in a second position, the switch element (17) is movable relative to the holding element (40), whereby the switch element (17), in the first position, couples the damper (11) to the side part (3) and the hinge part (2) such that the piston rod (13) is moved relative to the damper housing (12) during a closing movement and, in the second position, the piston rod (13) remains fixed in position on the damper housing (12) during a closing movement, and the switch element (17) has a bolt having at least one flattened area (18), whereby the bolt is held pivotally, so that the flattened areas (18) can either be arranged for the second position on the arms (40) being integrally formed with the damper housing (12) or the piston rod, or else for the first position vertically thereto, and the bolt is locked with the damper (11) in the first position and is movable relative to the damper (11) in the second position, whereby the switch element (17) has an actuating section (20), which is arranged on an outer side of the side part (3) or the hinge part (2).
  2. The hinge according to claim 1, characterized in that the damper (11) has a guide element (16), by means of which the inactive damper (11) is displaceable relative to the switch element (17).
  3. The hinge according to Claim 2, characterized in that the guide element (16) comprises two webs, between which a bolt of the switch element (17) is arranged.
  4. The hinge according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the actuating section (20) is implemented as a pivotable lever.
  5. The hinge according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the switch element (17) is arranged in the side part (3).
  6. The hinge according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the damper (11) is implemented as a pressure damper, which is compressed during a closing movement of the hinge part (2).
