Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif (200) pour le montage d'une couche de colle (301) sur une couverture (102) sans colle d'un document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100),
    avec un premier logement de rouleau (210) qui est réalisé afin de recevoir un premier rouleau (300) avec un film porteur (302) et une séquence montée sur le film porteur (302) de couches de colle (301) individuelles ou d'un film porteur (302) et d'une bande (303) montée sur le film porteur (302) de couches de colle (301),
    avec un appui (220) comprenant une unité de chauffage (221) pour la réception et pour le chauffage de la couverture (102) sans colle, ainsi qu' avec un dispositif de détachement et de montage (230) réglable le long d'un premier axe (241) entre une position de montage et une position de détachement par rapport à l'appui (220),

Dispositif (200) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'appui (220) est réglable le long d'un second axe (222) par rapport au dispositif de détachement et de montage (230) entre une première position, dans laquelle la couverture (102) sans colle peut être placée sur l'appui (220) ou dans laquelle la couverture (102) pourvue de la couche de colle (301) peut être prise par l'appui (220), et une seconde position, dans laquelle la couverture (301) sans colle touche la couche de colle (301) sur la zone de pressage (240) de la lame de pliage (232) de telle manière que la couche de colle (301) adhère à la couverture (102) sans colle ou est montée sur celle-ci.
  3. Dispositif (200) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'appui (220) comprend une ou plusieurs ventouses (223) qui sont réalisées afin de fixer la couverture (102) à l'appui (220).
  4. Dispositif (200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'appui (220) comprend une unité de détachement (224) qui est réalisée afin de libérer ou de détacher la couverture (102) reçue par l'appui (220).
  5. Dispositif (200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de coupe (250) est présent, lequel est réalisé afin de séparer la couche de colle (301) adhérant sur la couverture (102) ou montée sur celle-ci de la séquence ou bande (303) restante montée sur le film porteur (302) lorsque le dispositif de détachement et de montage (230) se trouve dans la position de détachement.
  6. Dispositif (200) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de coupe (250) est entraîné par le dispositif de détachement et de montage (230).
  7. Dispositif (200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un rouleau d'entraînement (253) est associé au dispositif de détachement et de montage (230), lequel est entraîné par le dispositif de détachement et de montage (230).
  8. Dispositif (200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un rouleau de renvoi de déroulement (260) est présent, auquel sont associés un ou plusieurs disques de rebord (261) qui sont agencés ou réalisés sur le rouleau de renvoi de déroulement (260) afin d'orienter et/ou de guider le film porteur (302) pourvu de la couche de colle (301) à partir du premier rouleau (300) par rapport à la lame de pliage (232) du dispositif de détachement et de montage (230).
  9. Dispositif (200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la lame de pliage (232) est logée de manière élastique dans une direction correspondant au second axe (222) de telle manière qu'une force de rappel soit active lorsque la couverture (102) sans colle touche la couche de colle (301) se trouvant dans la zone de pressage (240).
  10. Procédé de montage d'une couche de colle (301) sur une couverture (102) sans colle d'un document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100), celui-ci comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - la fourniture d'un premier rouleau (300) avec un film porteur (302), sur lequel une séquence de couches de colle (301) individuelles ou une bande (303) de couches de colle (301) est montée,
    - l'amenée du film porteur (302) pourvu de la couche de colle (301) à une lame de pliage (232) comprenant une zone de pressage (240) et une arête de lame de pliage (231) d'un dispositif de détachement et de montage (230),
    - le placement d'une couverture (102) sans colle sur un appui (220) qui comprend une unité de chauffage (221) et le chauffage de la couverture (102),
    - le pressage de la couverture (102) chauffée contre une couche de colle (301) se trouvant dans la zone de pressage (240),
    - le détachement de la couche de colle (301) du film porteur (302) et ainsi l'adhérence ou le montage de la couche de colle (301) sur la couverture (102) par réglage du dispositif de détachement et de montage (230) par rapport à l'appui (220) le long d'un premier axe (241) à partir d'une position de montage dans une position de détachement.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'appui (220) est réglé le long d'un second axe (222) par rapport au dispositif de détachement et de montage (230) jusqu'à ce que la couverture (102) placée parvienne en contact avec la couche de colle (301) dans la zone de pressage (240) et cette couche de colle (301) adhère à la couverture ou soit montée dessus.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la couverture (102) sans colle est fixée lors du placement sur l'appui (220) au moyen d'une ou de plusieurs ventouses (223).
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la couverture (102) pourvue de la couche de colle (301) est libérée ou détachée au moyen d'une unité de détachement (224) de l'appui (220).
  14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la couche de colle (301) est séparée au moyen d'un dispositif de coupe (250) de la séquence ou bande (303) restante montée sur le film porteur (302) lorsque le dispositif de détachement et de montage (230) se trouve dans la position de détachement.
  15. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la couche de colle (301) est chauffée lors du pressage au moyen de l'unité de chauffage (224) et/ou au moyen de la couverture (102) chauffée à une température d'activation pour laquelle la couche de colle (301) développe des propriétés adhésives et adhère au moins partiellement à la couverture (102) sans colle.
