Die Anpressrolle 264 ist dabei an einem, vorzugsweise federbeaufschlagten, Hebelarm gelagert. Vorliegend ist auch hier ein Sensor 265, vorzugsweise ein Distanzmesssensor, vorhanden. Anschließend wird die leere Trägerfolie 302 auf eine an einer zweiten Rollenaufnahme 270 gelagerte zweite Rolle 310 aufgewickelt. Diese zweite Rollenaufnahme 270 ist mittels einer Rutschkupplung mit der Zentralrolle 263 bzw. mit deren Antrieb verbunden. Somit wird die zweite Rollenaufnahme 270 von der Zentralrolle 263 angetrieben, wobei die Rutschkupplung bei einem vorgegebenen oder einstellbaren Drehmoment auslöst. Claims (15)

  1. A Device (200) for applying an adhesive layer (301) to an adhesive-free tape (102) of an ID, valuable or security document (100),
    comprising a first roller carrier (210) configured to receive a first roller (300) comprising a carrier film (302) and a sequence of individual adhesive layers (301) attached to the carrier film (302) or a carrier film (302) and a path (303) of adhesive layers (301) attached to the carrier film (302),
    having a support surface (220) comprising a heating unit (221) for receiving and heating the adhesive-free tape (102), and
    with a detaching and applying device (230) adjustable along a first axis (241) between an applying position and a detaching position relative to the support surface (220),
    which comprises a sword (232) which is designed in such a way that the carrier film (302) with the adhesive layers (301) is guided along a first side of the sword (232) to a sword edge (231), and that the no adhesive carrier film (302), starting from the sword edge (231), is guided further along a second side of the sword (232) and which has on the first side a pressure area (240) which is designed in such a way that an adhesive-free tape (102) can contact an adhesive layer (301) located in the pressure area (240) when the detaching and application device (230) is in the application position wherein the adhesive layer (301) is released from the carrier film (302) and adhered to or attached to the adhesive-free tape (102) when the detaching and application device (230) is moved from the application position to the detaching position.
  2. The device (200) according to claim 1, wherein the support surface (220) is adjustable along a second axis (222) relative to the detaching and applying device (230) between a first position, in which the adhesive-free tape (102) can be placed on the support surface (220) or in which the tape (102) provided with the adhesive layer (301) can be taken off the support surface (220) and a second position in which the adhesive-free cover (301) contacts the adhesive layer (301) at the pressure area (240) of the sword (232) such that the adhesive layer (301) adheres to or is attached to the adhesive-free cover (102).
  3. The device (200) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the support surface (220) comprises one or more vacuum grippers (223) configured to secure the tape (102) to the support surface (220).
  4. The device (200) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the support surface (220) comprises a release unit (224) configured to release or detach the tape (102) received by the support surface (220).
  5. The device (200) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein there is provided a cutting device (250) adapted to separate the adhesive layer (301) adhered to or attached to the tape (102) from the remaining sequence or path (303) attached to the carrier film (302) when the detaching and attaching device (230) is in the detached position.
  6. The device (200) according to claim 5, wherein the cutting device (250) is carried along by the detaching and attaching device (230).
  7. The device (200) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a roller feed (253) is associated with the detaching and attaching device (230) and is carried along by the detaching and attaching device (230).
  8. The device (200) according to one of claims 1 to 8, wherein an unwinding deflection roller (260) is present, to which one or more flanged discs (261) are assigned, which are arranged or formed on the unwinding deflection roller (260) in such a way as to align and/or guide the carrier film (302) provided with the adhesive layer (301), starting from the first roller (300), relative to the sword (232) of the detaching and applying device (230).

    - providing a first roller (300) having a carrier film (302) to which is attached a sequence of individual adhesive layers (301) or a path (303) of adhesive layers (301),
    - feeding the carrier film (302) provided with the adhesive layer (301) to a sword (232) of a detaching and applying device (230) comprising a pressure area (240) and a sword edge (231),
    - placing an adhesive-free tape (102) on a support surface (220) comprising a heating unit (221) and heating the tape (102),
    - pressing the heated tape (102) against an adhesive layer (301) located in the pressure area (240),
    - detaching the adhesive layer (301) from the carrier film (302) and thus adhering or attaching the adhesive layer (301) to the tape (102) by moving the detaching and applying device (230) relative to the support surface (220) along a first axis (241) from an applying position to a detaching position.
  11. The method according to claim 10, wherein the support surface (220) is displaced along a second axis (222) relative to the detaching and applying device (230) until the applied tape (102) comes into contact with the adhesive layer (301) in the pressure area (240) and this adhesive layer (301) adheres to or is applied to the tape.
  12. The method according to claim 10 or 11, wherein the adhesive-free tape (102) is fixed in place by means of one or more vacuum grippers (223) when it is placed on the support surface (220).
  13. The method according to any one of claims 10 to 12, wherein the tape (102) provided with the adhesive layer (301) is released or detached from the support surface (220) by the release unit (224).
  14. The method according to any one of claims 10 to 13, wherein the adhesive layer (301) is separated from the remaining sequence or path (303) applied to the carrier film (302) by means of a cutting device (250) when the detaching and applying device (230) is in the detaching position.
  15. The method according to any one of claims 10 to 14, wherein the adhesive layer (301) is heated during pressing by means of the heating unit (224) [Zahl passt nicht, sollte eigentlich 221 sein?] and/or by means of the heated tape (102) to an activation temperature at which the adhesive layer (301) develops adhesive properties and adheres at least partially to the adhesive-free tape (102).
