Zudem sind Dunstabzugsvorrichtungen bekannt, die die Luft von dem Kochfeld nach unten absaugen. Diese Dunstabzugsvorrichtungen werden auch als Downdraft bezeichnet. Die Absaugöffnung dieser Downdrafts kann in der Vertikalen an einen vertikal verfahrbaren Absaugkörper liegen. Eine solche Dunstabzugsvorrichtung ist beispielsweise in der

Die Deckplatte liegt im montierten Zustand in der Horizontalen. Die Absaugöffnung stellt vorzugsweise eine längliche Aussparung dar. Die Absaugöffnung erstreckt sich dabei vorzugsweise parallel zu einem Rand des Kochfeldes. Die Dunstabzugsvorrichtung weist mindestens eine Abdeckklappe für die Absaugöffnung auf. Die Abdeckklappe wird im Folgenden auch einfach als Klappe bezeichnet. Die Abdeckkappe stellt ein plattenförmiges Element dar, das vorzugsweise eben ist. Die Größe der Abdeckklappe ist so ausgelegt, dass diese zumindest die Absaugöffnung der Dunstabzugsvorrichtung abdecken kann. Sind mehrere Abdeckklappen vorgesehen, so ist die Größe der einzelnen Abdeckklappen so gewählt, dass diese gemeinsam zumindest die Absaugöffnung abdecken können. Claims (12)
