Definitions
- the present invention relates to a spinneret for an air spinning machine for producing a yarn from a fiber structure supplied to the spinneret, the spinneret having an inner cavity in the form of an internal vortex chamber which is at least partially bounded on the outside by a first spinneret section and a second spinneret section.
- the spinneret sections are in particular housing sections of the housing which delimits the spinneret towards the outside.
- the first spinneret section comprises an inlet opening for the strand-like fiber structure and a plurality of air nozzles via which air can be introduced into the swirl chamber.
- the spinneret is connected to a corresponding compressed air line after installing an air spinning machine.
- the spinneret comprises a preferably spindle-shaped yarn-forming element that extends at least partially into the swirl chamber, with an inlet for the fiber structure and an outlet for the yarn produced within the swirl chamber in the region of the yarn-forming element during operation of the spinneret.
- the inlet and the outlet are connected to a discharge channel running inside the yarn formation element.
- the yarn forming element is held by the second spinneret section with the aid of a guide and is movable between a spinning position and a cleaning position relative to the second spinneret section.
- the spinneret in turn having an internal vortex chamber that at least partially outwards from a first spinneret section and a second spinneret section is limited.
- the first spinneret section comprises an inlet opening for the fiber structure as well several air nozzles via which air is introduced into the swirl chamber when the air nozzle is in operation.
- the spinneret has a yarn-forming element that extends at least partially into the swirl chamber, with an inlet for the fiber structure and an outlet for the yarn produced within the swirl chamber in the region of the yarn-forming element during operation of the spinneret.
- the method provides that the yarn-forming element is moved from a spinning position into a cleaning position before or during the opening of the spinneret relative to the second spinneret section.
- Generic spinnerets are used to produce a yarn from an elongated fiber structure with the help of a vortex air flow generated by appropriate air nozzles within the vortex chamber.
- the outer fibers of the fiber bandage are wound around the inner fibers (core fibers) in the area of the inlet of the generally spindle-shaped yarn-forming element, so that a yarn is formed as a result, which is finally drawn off from the swirl chamber via the take-off channel of the yarn-forming element and with the aid of a winding device can be wound on a tube.
- the object of the present invention is to improve a generic spinneret and to propose an improved method for opening or cleaning a spinneret.
- the yarn forming element is held by the second spinneret section with the aid of a guide.
- the guide is preferably a component of the second spinneret section or is formed directly by it, for example with the aid of the bore which will be explained in more detail later.
- the guide is designed in such a way that the yarn-forming element can be moved relative to the second spinneret section and thus also relative to the first spinneret section. In particular, a movement from a spinning position into a cleaning position is possible.
- the spinning position is the position that the yarn-forming element during a spinning process, i.e. during the manufacture of a yarn.
- the cleaning position is a position which the yarn-forming element assumes when the spinning process has been interrupted and cleaning of the yarn-forming element or the swirl chamber is desired.
- the yarn forming element is moved into the cleaning position in a direction facing away from the inlet opening of the spinneret.
- the distance between the inlet opening and the inlet of the yarn-forming element is therefore greater than in the spinning position.
- the spinneret preferably comprises a suction channel, which is preferably designed as an opening in a wall of the second spinneret section that delimits the vortex chamber to the outside.
- the suction channel is when operating the spinneret with a vacuum supply connected, so that air adhering to the swirl chamber and thus also in the swirl chamber or on the yarn forming element can be sucked off through the suction channel. To equalize the pressure, air flows into the swirl chamber via the inlet opening of the spinneret.
- the movement of the yarn-forming element from the spinning position into the cleaning position favors the suctioning off of impurities in the form of fiber residues, which wrap around the tip of the yarn-forming element having the inlet and adversely affect the spinning process.
- the first spinneret section is fastened to the second spinneret section via at least one pivot axis and can be pivoted about a pivot axis from a closed position to an open position.
- the closed position is the position of the first spinneret section which it assumes during the spinning process. In this position, the first spinneret section lies against the second spinneret section, so that the vortex chamber is closed off from the outside by the two spinneret sections.
- first spinneret section is pivoted starting from its closed position, it is in its open position.
- the open position is understood here to mean any position of the first spinneret section that deviates from the closed position. It is further provided that the inlet of the yarn formation element is independent of the position of the yarn formation element (Spinning position or cleaning position) is only accessible to an operator from the outside in the open position. If the first spinneret section is in its closed position, the tip of the yarn formation element is not accessible and protected from the outside.
- the spinneret By pivoting the first spinneret section, the spinneret is opened as a whole, so that an operator can directly remove fiber residues from the tip of the yarn-forming element, which has the inlet, from the outside. After this cleaning process, the first spinneret section can be pivoted again from its open position into the spinning position, so that the spinning process can be continued.
- the first spinneret section can preferably be pivoted exclusively relative to the second spinneret section.
- the pivot axis is in operative connection with the first spinneret section on the one hand and with the second spinneret section on the other hand.
- both the first spinneret section and the second spinneret section have a receptacle into which the pivot axis extends.
- the swivel axis does not necessarily have to be a bolt-shaped structure.
- the pivot axis is merely an imaginary axis about which the first spinneret section can be pivoted with respect to the second spinneret section. The connection of the two spinneret sections can thus take place, for example, by means of a tab which enables the desired pivoting process.
- the yarn-forming element is only linear and preferably relative to the second spinneret section can be moved colinearly to a longitudinal axis of a draw-off channel connecting the inlet of the yarn-forming element with its outlet.
- the draw-off channel connects the inlet and the outlet of the yarn-forming element and serves to guide the yarn during the spinning process. It is advantageous if, starting from its spinning position, the yarn-forming element can be moved at least 3 mm, preferably at least 5 mm, in the direction facing away from the inlet opening of the spinneret.
- the yarn-forming element preferably comprises a section surrounding the outlet, which is visible and / or tangible from outside the spinneret in every position of the yarn-forming element and also in every position of the first spinneret section.
- the guide of the yarn formation element is designed as a bore, the yarn formation element in the region of the bore having a cylindrical outer contour corresponding to the bore, via which it is in contact with the guide.
- the yarn forming element therefore lies in particular on its outer contour against the inner wall of the bore and is thereby guided so as to be movable in the axial direction of the draw-off channel.
- the spinneret has a force accumulator, with the aid of which the first spinneret section is held in its closed position without external force, ie without an operator trying to move the first spinneret section into its open position. If the first spinneret section is moved into its open position by an operator for cleaning the yarn-forming element, the first spinneret section only remains in its open position until the operator no longer acts on the first spinneret section. From this point in time, the energy accumulator causes the first spinneret section to move back into its closed position.
- a magnet can also be present, for example is firmly connected to the second spinneret section and is in operative connection with a surface section or further magnets of the first spinneret section which is attracted by the magnet.
- the magnet can also be arranged on the first spinneret section and cooperate with a surface section or other magnets in the region of the second spinneret section.
- first spinneret section starting from its closed position, can be pivoted through an angle ⁇ into its open position, the amount of which lies between 25 ° and 120 °.
- An angle is preferred, the amount of which is between 45 ° and 70 °.
- the first spinneret section has a connection for a compressed air line, via which the air nozzles can be supplied with compressed air.
- the spinnerets are therefore preferably located completely in the first spinneret section. Furthermore, there should be a cavity within the first spinneret section, which connects the individual spinnerets to the connection for the compressed air line.
- a seal is arranged between the first spinneret section and the second spinneret section, by means of which the vortex chamber in the closed position of the first spinneret section in the region of the first spinneret section is sealed airtight from the surroundings of the spinneret.
- the seal is preferably an annular seal, which is connected, for example, to the first spinneret section or the second spinneret section by positive locking or with the aid of an adhesive connection.
- the spinneret has a carrier via which it can be connected to a holding section of an air spinning machine, the carrier being rigid and preferably being connected exclusively to or formed by the second spinneret section.
- Porters and The second spinneret section can be designed as a separate component. It is also possible that the second spinneret section is formed in one piece with the carrier.
- the carrier preferably has a bearing section which can be formed, for example, by a bore. Via the bearing section, the spinneret can be movably attached, for example, to a holding section of an air spinning machine designed as a bolt. In this case, the spinneret as a whole can be moved, preferably pivoted, relative to other components of the air spinning machine.
- the method according to the invention is characterized in that the first spinneret section is fastened to the second spinneret section via at least one pivot axis and is pivoted from a closed position into an open position about the pivot axis during the opening of the spinneret. It is provided here that the inlet of the yarn-forming element, irrespective of the position of the yarn-forming element (spinning position or cleaning position), is only accessible to an operator from the outside in the open position, the yarn-forming element being cleaned by an operator after the first spinning nozzle section has been pivoted.
- the section of the yarn forming element which has the inlet is therefore protected from external influences within the spinneret until an operator pivots the first spinneret section into the corresponding open position. In this position, the yarn-forming element and in particular its inlet are accessible from the outside, so that adhering fiber residues or other impurities can easily be removed by the operator.
- the first spinneret section is brought back into its spinning position, this being done either by the operator or with the aid of an energy store or magnet, as soon as the operator no longer exerts any force on the first spinneret section.
- the yarn formation element is first displaced relative to the second spinneret section. Subsequently or simultaneously, air is sucked out of the swirl chamber via a suction channel, which is preferably part of the second spinneret section, air simultaneously flowing into the swirl chamber via the inlet opening of the spinneret.
- a negative pressure is applied to the swirl chamber via a suction channel of the spinneret when the yarn-forming element is in its cleaning position in order to suck off fiber residues from the swirl chamber, air being sucked in from the environment through the inlet opening of the spinneret into the swirl chamber becomes.
- first spinneret section can finally be pivoted into its open position relative to the second spinneret section and also relative to the yarn-forming element in order to allow an additional manual cleaning of the yarn-forming element or the swirl chamber by an operator.
- the first spinneret section is finally pivoted back into its closed position.
- the yarn-forming element is also shifted back into its spinning position. After completing the above movements, the spinning process can be started again.
- the actuator can be, for example, one or more levers which are connected to a section of the yarn-forming element which is arranged outside the second spinneret section is.
- This section preferably has the outlet of the yarn-forming element and has, for example, a groove or a bulge which is connected to the actuator.
- a spinneret is used in the sense of the description of the device claims. It is also conceivable that the spinneret according to the invention has features that have been described exclusively in connection with the method.
- Figure 1 shows a spinneret 1 according to the invention in cross section, as used in air spinning machines, which are known in principle from the prior art.
- the spinneret 1 has a housing which comprises at least a first spinneret section 5 and a second spinneret section 6.
- the first spinneret section 5 and the second spinneret section 6 delimit an internal swirl chamber 4, into which a yarn-forming element 9 with an internal extraction duct 15 projects.
- the yarn-forming element 9 is preferably rotationally symmetrical with respect to a longitudinal axis 14 shown only in FIG. 2 and preferably has a cylindrical outer contour 16 which bears against a guide 12 of the second air nozzle section 6.
- the guide 12 allows a linear movement of the yarn forming element 9 between the in Figure 1 shown spinning position and in the Figures 2 and 3rd shown cleaning position.
- the movement of the yarn forming element 9 takes place, for example, by an actuator 24, which is formed, for example, by one or more levers.
- the first spinneret section 5 has a plurality of air nozzles 8, which are in fluid communication via a corresponding connection to a connection 19, the connection 19 being designed to be connected to a compressed air line 20 of the air spinning machine.
- compressed air is introduced into the air nozzles 8 via the compressed air line 20. Since these open tangentially into the swirl chamber 4, a swirling air flow arises in the area of the inlet 10 of the yarn-forming element 9, which causes the fibers of the fiber assembly 3 introduced via the inlet opening 7 to rotate.
- a fiber 2 arises from the fiber composite 3, which yarn can be drawn off from the spinneret 1 via the draw-off channel 15 and finally the outlet 11 of the yarn-forming element 9.
- the air introduced via the air nozzles 8 escapes primarily via a suction channel 25, which is connected to a corresponding vacuum supply, not shown, of the air spinning machine.
- the spinneret 1 itself is preferably mounted on a holding section 23 of the air spinning machine via a carrier 22, which is in particular rigidly connected to the second spinneret section 6.
- the movement of the yarn forming element 9 increases the distance between its inlet 10 and the inlet opening 7 of the spinneret 1 or the first spinneret section 5. Fiber residues that have accumulated in the area of the inlet 10 on the surface of the yarn forming element 9 can thereby be detached from the yarn forming element 9 more easily and are finally sucked out of the spinneret 1 via the suction channel 25.
- first spinneret section 5 relative to the second spinneret section 6 to pivot about a pivot axis 13.
- the pivoting can be done manually by the operator or automatically with a handling device of the air spinning machine, such as a lever element, not shown.
- the first spinneret section 5 can finally be returned to its closed position and the yarn forming element 9 to its spinning position ( Figure 1 ) are moved to close the swirl chamber 4 to the outside.
- the movement of the first spinneret section 5 into its closed position can be effected either manually by the operator or with the aid of an energy store 17.
- an energy accumulator 17 is shown by way of example in the form of a spiral spring, which holds the first spinneret section 5 in its closed position when force is not present or moves it back into it when there is no external force in the open position of the first spinneret section 5.
- one or more magnets 18 can be present (see Figure 2 ), which fix the first spinneret section 5 in its closed position when there is no external force.
- a seal 21 for example in the form of a sealing ring, can be present between the first spinneret section 5 and the second spinneret section 6, via which the first spinneret section 5, in its closed position, lies airtight on the second spinneret section 6.
- the first spinneret section 5 can moreover be pivoted through an angle ⁇ , the amount of which is preferably between 25 ° and 120 °.

Description
The present invention relates to a spinneret for an air spinning machine for producing a yarn from a fiber structure supplied to the spinneret, the spinneret having an inner cavity in the form of an internal vortex chamber which is at least partially bounded on the outside by a first spinneret section and a second spinneret section. The spinneret sections are in particular housing sections of the housing which delimits the spinneret towards the outside. The first spinneret section comprises an inlet opening for the strand-like fiber structure and a plurality of air nozzles via which air can be introduced into the swirl chamber. For this purpose, the spinneret is connected to a corresponding compressed air line after installing an air spinning machine. Furthermore, the spinneret comprises a preferably spindle-shaped yarn-forming element that extends at least partially into the swirl chamber, with an inlet for the fiber structure and an outlet for the yarn produced within the swirl chamber in the region of the yarn-forming element during operation of the spinneret. The inlet and the outlet are connected to a discharge channel running inside the yarn formation element. It is further provided that the yarn forming element is held by the second spinneret section with the aid of a guide and is movable between a spinning position and a cleaning position relative to the second spinneret section.
In addition, a method for cleaning a spinneret on an air spinning machine, which is used to produce a yarn from a fiber assembly fed to the spinneret, is proposed, the spinneret in turn having an internal vortex chamber that at least partially outwards from a first spinneret section and a second spinneret section is limited. In this case too, the first spinneret section comprises an inlet opening for the fiber structure as well several air nozzles via which air is introduced into the swirl chamber when the air nozzle is in operation. The spinneret has a yarn-forming element that extends at least partially into the swirl chamber, with an inlet for the fiber structure and an outlet for the yarn produced within the swirl chamber in the region of the yarn-forming element during operation of the spinneret. Finally, the method provides that the yarn-forming element is moved from a spinning position into a cleaning position before or during the opening of the spinneret relative to the second spinneret section.
Generic spinnerets are used to produce a yarn from an elongated fiber structure with the help of a vortex air flow generated by appropriate air nozzles within the vortex chamber. The outer fibers of the fiber bandage are wound around the inner fibers (core fibers) in the area of the inlet of the generally spindle-shaped yarn-forming element, so that a yarn is formed as a result, which is finally drawn off from the swirl chamber via the take-off channel of the yarn-forming element and with the aid of a winding device can be wound on a tube.
In order to be able to clean the inside of the spinneret, in particular the yarn forming element, manually or also with the aid of automatic handling devices after the yarn production has stopped, there are already proposals for forming the housing of the spinneret surrounding the swirl chamber in several parts. The individual spinneret sections are mounted such that they can move relative to one another, so that the housing can be opened by moving one or more spinneret sections. After opening, the interior of the spinneret is accessible and can be cleared of deposits (softening, honeydew, etc.).
The object of the present invention is to improve a generic spinneret and to propose an improved method for opening or cleaning a spinneret.
The object is achieved by a spinneret and a method with the features of the independent claims.
As already mentioned, the yarn forming element is held by the second spinneret section with the aid of a guide. The guide is preferably a component of the second spinneret section or is formed directly by it, for example with the aid of the bore which will be explained in more detail later. In any case, the guide is designed in such a way that the yarn-forming element can be moved relative to the second spinneret section and thus also relative to the first spinneret section. In particular, a movement from a spinning position into a cleaning position is possible. The spinning position is the position that the yarn-forming element during a spinning process, i.e. during the manufacture of a yarn. In contrast, the cleaning position is a position which the yarn-forming element assumes when the spinning process has been interrupted and cleaning of the yarn-forming element or the swirl chamber is desired. For this purpose, the yarn forming element is moved into the cleaning position in a direction facing away from the inlet opening of the spinneret.
In the cleaning position, the distance between the inlet opening and the inlet of the yarn-forming element is therefore greater than in the spinning position.
In addition, the spinneret preferably comprises a suction channel, which is preferably designed as an opening in a wall of the second spinneret section that delimits the vortex chamber to the outside. The suction channel is when operating the spinneret with a vacuum supply connected, so that air adhering to the swirl chamber and thus also in the swirl chamber or on the yarn forming element can be sucked off through the suction channel. To equalize the pressure, air flows into the swirl chamber via the inlet opening of the spinneret.
The movement of the yarn-forming element from the spinning position into the cleaning position here favors the suctioning off of impurities in the form of fiber residues, which wrap around the tip of the yarn-forming element having the inlet and adversely affect the spinning process.
However, there are always cases in which the cleaning process described by suction of air from the swirl chamber is not sufficient to remove fiber residues or other impurities, such as honeydew, from the tip of the yarn-forming element.
It is therefore proposed according to the invention that the first spinneret section is fastened to the second spinneret section via at least one pivot axis and can be pivoted about a pivot axis from a closed position to an open position.
The closed position is the position of the first spinneret section which it assumes during the spinning process. In this position, the first spinneret section lies against the second spinneret section, so that the vortex chamber is closed off from the outside by the two spinneret sections.
If the first spinneret section is pivoted starting from its closed position, it is in its open position. The open position is understood here to mean any position of the first spinneret section that deviates from the closed position.
By pivoting the first spinneret section, the spinneret is opened as a whole, so that an operator can directly remove fiber residues from the tip of the yarn-forming element, which has the inlet, from the outside. After this cleaning process, the first spinneret section can be pivoted again from its open position into the spinning position, so that the spinning process can be continued.
Thus, while the yarn-forming element can preferably only be moved linearly relative to the second spinneret section, the first spinneret section can preferably be pivoted exclusively relative to the second spinneret section.
It is particularly advantageous if the pivot axis is in operative connection with the first spinneret section on the one hand and with the second spinneret section on the other hand. For example, it would be conceivable that both the first spinneret section and the second spinneret section have a receptacle into which the pivot axis extends. At this point, however, it should be pointed out that the swivel axis does not necessarily have to be a bolt-shaped structure. It would also be conceivable that the pivot axis is merely an imaginary axis about which the first spinneret section can be pivoted with respect to the second spinneret section. The connection of the two spinneret sections can thus take place, for example, by means of a tab which enables the desired pivoting process.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the yarn-forming element is only linear and preferably relative to the second spinneret section can be moved colinearly to a longitudinal axis of a draw-off channel connecting the inlet of the yarn-forming element with its outlet. The draw-off channel connects the inlet and the outlet of the yarn-forming element and serves to guide the yarn during the spinning process. It is advantageous if, starting from its spinning position, the yarn-forming element can be moved at least 3 mm, preferably at least 5 mm, in the direction facing away from the inlet opening of the spinneret.
The yarn-forming element preferably comprises a section surrounding the outlet, which is visible and / or tangible from outside the spinneret in every position of the yarn-forming element and also in every position of the first spinneret section.
It has particular advantages if the guide of the yarn formation element is designed as a bore, the yarn formation element in the region of the bore having a cylindrical outer contour corresponding to the bore, via which it is in contact with the guide. The yarn forming element therefore lies in particular on its outer contour against the inner wall of the bore and is thereby guided so as to be movable in the axial direction of the draw-off channel.
It is also extremely advantageous if the spinneret has a force accumulator, with the aid of which the first spinneret section is held in its closed position without external force, ie without an operator trying to move the first spinneret section into its open position. If the first spinneret section is moved into its open position by an operator for cleaning the yarn-forming element, the first spinneret section only remains in its open position until the operator no longer acts on the first spinneret section. From this point in time, the energy accumulator causes the first spinneret section to move back into its closed position. In addition or as an alternative to the energy store, a magnet can also be present, for example is firmly connected to the second spinneret section and is in operative connection with a surface section or further magnets of the first spinneret section which is attracted by the magnet. Of course, the magnet can also be arranged on the first spinneret section and cooperate with a surface section or other magnets in the region of the second spinneret section.
It is advantageous if the first spinneret section, starting from its closed position, can be pivoted through an angle α into its open position, the amount of which lies between 25 ° and 120 °. An angle is preferred, the amount of which is between 45 ° and 70 °.
It is also advantageous if the first spinneret section has a connection for a compressed air line, via which the air nozzles can be supplied with compressed air. The spinnerets are therefore preferably located completely in the first spinneret section. Furthermore, there should be a cavity within the first spinneret section, which connects the individual spinnerets to the connection for the compressed air line.
It is advantageous if a seal is arranged between the first spinneret section and the second spinneret section, by means of which the vortex chamber in the closed position of the first spinneret section in the region of the first spinneret section is sealed airtight from the surroundings of the spinneret. The seal is preferably an annular seal, which is connected, for example, to the first spinneret section or the second spinneret section by positive locking or with the aid of an adhesive connection.
It is also extremely advantageous if the spinneret has a carrier via which it can be connected to a holding section of an air spinning machine, the carrier being rigid and preferably being connected exclusively to or formed by the second spinneret section. Porters and The second spinneret section can be designed as a separate component. It is also possible that the second spinneret section is formed in one piece with the carrier. The carrier preferably has a bearing section which can be formed, for example, by a bore. Via the bearing section, the spinneret can be movably attached, for example, to a holding section of an air spinning machine designed as a bolt. In this case, the spinneret as a whole can be moved, preferably pivoted, relative to other components of the air spinning machine.
The method according to the invention is characterized in that the first spinneret section is fastened to the second spinneret section via at least one pivot axis and is pivoted from a closed position into an open position about the pivot axis during the opening of the spinneret.
The section of the yarn forming element which has the inlet is therefore protected from external influences within the spinneret until an operator pivots the first spinneret section into the corresponding open position. In this position, the yarn-forming element and in particular its inlet are accessible from the outside, so that adhering fiber residues or other impurities can easily be removed by the operator. After the end of the cleaning step, the first spinneret section is brought back into its spinning position, this being done either by the operator or with the aid of an energy store or magnet, as soon as the operator no longer exerts any force on the first spinneret section.
Preferably, during the cleaning of the yarn formation element, the yarn formation element is first displaced relative to the second spinneret section. Subsequently or simultaneously, air is sucked out of the swirl chamber via a suction channel, which is preferably part of the second spinneret section, air simultaneously flowing into the swirl chamber via the inlet opening of the spinneret. As a result, fiber residues are already removed from the swirl chamber. It is therefore advantageous if a negative pressure is applied to the swirl chamber via a suction channel of the spinneret when the yarn-forming element is in its cleaning position in order to suck off fiber residues from the swirl chamber, air being sucked in from the environment through the inlet opening of the spinneret into the swirl chamber becomes.
In a further step, the first spinneret section can finally be pivoted into its open position relative to the second spinneret section and also relative to the yarn-forming element in order to allow an additional manual cleaning of the yarn-forming element or the swirl chamber by an operator.
After cleaning has ended, the first spinneret section is finally pivoted back into its closed position. The yarn-forming element is also shifted back into its spinning position. After completing the above movements, the spinning process can be started again.
It also has advantages if the operator moves the yarn forming element with the help of an actuator of the air spinning machine and swivels the first spinneret section manually. The actuator can be, for example, one or more levers which are connected to a section of the yarn-forming element which is arranged outside the second spinneret section is. This section preferably has the outlet of the yarn-forming element and has, for example, a groove or a bulge which is connected to the actuator.
In particular, a spinneret is used in the sense of the description of the device claims. It is also conceivable that the spinneret according to the invention has features that have been described exclusively in connection with the method.
