Claims (8)

  1. Gehäuse (10; 50) für einen Stecker (1; 5), das dazu bestimmt ist, an ein komplementäres Gehäuse (50; 10) eines Steckers (5; 1) gekoppelt zu werden und einen Kabelanschluss (3) aufzunehmen, wobei sich das Steckergehäuse entlang einer Längsachse (X) erstreckt und Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Körper (10; 50), der mindestens eine erste Aufnahme (14; 54) umfasst, die sich quer zu der Achse X erstreckt,
    - eine so genannte TPA-Vorrichtung (2) (TPA - Terminal Position Assurance), die im Innern des Steckergehäuses quer zu der Achse X zwischen einer Entriegelungsbereitschaftsposition und einer aktiven Position zur Sicherung der Verriegelung zwischen dem Kabelanschluss (2) und dem Steckergehäuse gleitend montiert ist, wobei die TPA-Vorrichtung mindestens eine flexible Lasche (21, 210) umfasst, die dazu ausgestaltet ist,
    • in dem Körper des Steckergehäuses in einer Bereitschaftsposition blockiert zu sein, wenn kein Kabelanschluss (3) in dem Steckergehäuse eingeführt ist,
    bzw.
    • durch einen Leiter (30) des Anschlusses (3) bei dessen Einführung in das Steckergehäuse abgelenkt zu werden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - der Körper des Steckergehäuses mindestens zwei Halte- und Verriegelungsnasen (13) umfasst,
    - die TPA-Vorrichtung (2) mindestens zwei Halte- und Verriegelungszungen (22) umfasst, die jeweils mit mindestens einer Öffnung (220) versehen sind, die zum Zusammenwirken mit einer der Nasen ausgeführt ist, um die TPA-Vorrichtung sowohl in ihrer Bereitschaftsposition als auch ihrer aktiven Position an dem Steckergehäuse zu halten.
  2. Gehäuse (10; 50) für einen Stecker (1; 5) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die mindestens eine flexible Lasche (21, 210) so angeordnet ist, dass sie mindestens teilweise in einen mittleren Durchgang (100) des Steckergehäuses vorkragt, wenn sie in ihrer Bereitschaftsposition ist, und dass sie in der aktiven Position vollständig in einer Wand des Steckergehäuses aufgenommen ist.
  3. Gehäuse (10; 50) für einen Stecker (1; 5) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die mindestens eine flexible Lasche (21, 210) dazu ausgeführt ist, wenn keine Einführung eines Anschlusses (3) in das Steckergehäuse erfolgt ist, das Gleiten der TPA-Vorrichtung zu ihrer aktiven Position hin nicht zu gestatten, wenn sie in ihrer Bereitschaftsposition blockiert ist.
  4. Gehäuse (10; 50) für einen Stecker (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede flexible Lasche (21) an ihrem freien Ende eine Abschrägung (210) umfasst, wobei die Abschrägung dazu angeordnet ist, in Kontakt mit dem Leiter des Anschlusses zu treten, wenn dieser in das Steckergehäuse eingeführt wird, um das Einführen des Leiters (30) in das Steckergehäuse (10; 50) zu erleichtern.
  5. Gehäuse (10; 50) für einen Stecker (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei
    - der Körper mindestens eine zweite Aufnahme (15), die so genannte Verriegelungsaufnahme, umfasst,
    - die TPA-Vorrichtung (2) mindestens einen Verriegelungsvorsprung (23) umfasst, der dazu ausgeführt ist, in der zweiten Aufnahme aufgenommen zu werden und den Leiter in der Verriegelungsposition der TPA (2) durch Klemmung zu blockieren.
  6. Stecker (1; 5), umfassend:
    - ein Steckergehäuse (10; 50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    - einen elektrischen Kabelanschluss (3), der mittels der TPA-Vorrichtung (2) in dem Körper des Steckergehäuses (10; 50) aufgenommen und verriegelt ist.
  7. Stecker (1) nach Anspruch 6, umfassend eine CPA-Vorrichtung (4) (CPA - Connector Position Assurance), die zur Sicherung der Verriegelung eines mit dem Stecker (1) gekoppelten komplementären Steckers (5) ausgeführt ist.
  8. Verfahren zur Montage eines Kabelanschlusses (3) in einem Stecker (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    a) Einführen des Anschlusses (3), um das Ablenken der mindestens einen flexiblen Lasche (21) und somit das Ausrücken der TPA-Vorrichtung (2) aus ihrer Bereitschaftsposition hervorzurufen,
    b) sobald der Anschluss (3) in seiner Verbindungsposition positioniert ist, translatorisches Verschieben der aus ihrer Bereitschaftsposition ausgerückten TPA-Vorrichtung (2) quer zu der Achse X, um die Sicherung der Verriegelung des Anschlusses (3) in dem Steckergehäuse (10; 50) durchzuführen.
