Abstract
Kosmetische oder dermatologische O/W– Emulsionen mit einem Gehalt an a) 3 – 10 Gew. % an einer oder mehreren α–Hydroxycarbonsäuren und/oder einer oder mehreren β–Hydroxycarbonsäuren und/oder einer oder mehreren Polyhydroxysäuren, b) einem oder mehreren Distearaten, die einen Schmelzbereich im Temperaturbereich von 53 – 64 °C aufweisen, c) einem oder mehreren Monostearaten, die einen Schmelzbereich im Temperaturbereich von 40 – 57 °C aufweisen, d) einer Wasserphase e) einer Ölphase f) einen Gehalt von 0,1 – 2 Gew.–% an einer oder mehreren Stärken, die bei 85 – 95 °C in einem wässrigen Medium vorgequollen wurde, wobei die Prozentangaben auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitungen bezogen sind.

EMULSIONEN MIT (POLY)HYDROXYCARBONSÄUREN, MONOODER DISTEARATEN UND STÄRKE
Beschreibung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Kosmetische Zubereitungen mit einem Gehalt an einer oder mehreren α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren und/oder einer oder mehreren ß-Hydroxycarbonsäuren und/oder einer oder mehreren Polyhydroxysäuren, einem oder mehreren Distearaten und Stärke.
Viele Körperpflegeprodukte, die derzeit für den Verbraucher erhältlich sind, sind in erster Linie darauf gerichtet, die Gesundheit oder das äußere Erscheinungsbild der Haut oder des Haars zu verbessern. Von den Hautpflegeprodukten sind viele darauf gerichtet, die Faltenbildung der Haut und andere histologische Veränderungen, die in der Regel mit der Hautalterung oder mit einer Schädigung der Haut durch Umwelteinflüsse in Zusammenhang stehen, zu verzögern, zu minimieren oder sogar zu eliminieren.
Es wurden in der Technik zahlreiche Verbindungen als geeignet für die Regulierung des Hautzustands, einschließlich der Regulierung feiner Linien, Falten und anderer Formen von ungleichmäßiger oder rauer Oberflächenbeschaffenheit im Zusammenhang mit gealterter oder lichtgeschädigter Haut beschrieben.
Die Haut ist Belastungen durch zahlreiche äußere und innere Faktoren ausgesetzt. Extrinsische Faktoren umfassen Ultraviolettstrahlung (z. B. Sonnenbestrahlung), Umweltverschmutzung, Wind, Hitze, niedrige Feuchtigkeit, aggressive Tenside, Schleifmittel und dergleichen.
Intrinsische Faktoren umfassen chronologisches Alter und andere biochemische Veränderungen innerhalb der Haut. Ob nun äußerlich oder innerlich, diese Faktoren resultieren in sichtbaren Zeichen der Hautalterung und der Schädigung durch Umwelteinflüsse, wie der Entstehung von Falten und anderen Formen der Rauigkeit (einschließlich vergrößerter Poren, Schuppenbil-
dung und Hautlinien) sowie anderen histologischen Veränderungen im Zusammenhang mit Hautalterung oder -Schädigung. Hautfalten erinnern viele Menschen an das Verschwinden der Jugend.
Ziel der Hautpflege ist es ferner, den durch tägliche Waschen verursachten Fett- und Wasserverlust der Haut auszugleichen. Dies ist gerade dann wichtig, wenn das natürliche Regenerationsvermögen nicht ausreicht. Außerdem sollen Hautpflegeprodukte vor Umwelteinflüssen, insbesondere vor Sonne und Wind, schützen und die Hautalterung verzögern.
Die chronologische Hautalterung wird z.B. durch endogene, genetisch determinierte Faktoren verursacht. In Epidermis und Dermis kommt es alterungsbedingt z.B. zu folgenden Strukturschäden und Funktionsstörungen, die auch unter den Begriff „Senile Xerosis" fallen können: a) Trockenheit, Rauigkeit und Ausbildung von Trockenheitsfältchen,
b) Juckreiz und
c) verminderte Rückfettung durch Talgdrüsen (z.B. nach Waschen).
Exogene Faktoren, wie UV-Licht und chemische Noxen, können kumulativ wirksam sein und z.B. die endogenen Alterungsprozesse beschleunigen bzw. sie ergänzen. In Epidermis und Dermis kommt es insbesondere durch exogene Faktoren z.B. zu folgenden Strukturschäden- und Funktionsstörungen in der Haut, die über Maß und Qualität der Schäden bei chronologischer Alterung hinausgehen: d) Sichtbare Gefäßerweiterungen (Teleangiektasien, Cuperosis);
e) Schlaffheit und Ausbildung von Falten;
f) lokale Hyper-, Hypo- und Fehlpigmentierungen (z.B. Altersflecken) und
g) vergrößerte Anfälligkeit gegenüber mechanischem Stress (z.B. Rissigkeit).
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft insbesondere Produkte zur Pflege der auf natürliche Weise gealterten Haut, sowie zur Behandlung der Folgeschäden der Lichtalterung, insbesondere der unter a) bis g) aufgeführten Phänomenen.
Hautunebenheiten, beispielsweise kleine Fältchen, sind besonders unerwünschte Begleiterscheinungen der Hautalterung. Eines der Ziele kosmetischer Mittel ist es, diese Erscheinung entweder zu beseitigen, zu überspielen und/oder zu minimeren. Ein Weg besteht darin, der
Haut Pflegekomponenten oder Wirkstoffe zuzufügen, was aber ein langwieriges Unterfangen darstellen kann. α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren sind in der Kosmetik und der dermatologischen Galenik gut bekannt. Ihnen wird die Glättung von Hautfalten zugeschrieben, weiterhin sind sie als Wirkstoffe gegen Akne bekannt.
Bei zu Akne neigender Haut werden alte Hautschüppchen entfernt, dadurch wird das Hautbild verfeinert und Unreinheiten verringert. Die Haut kann sich besser wieder erneuern.
Als problematisch kann sich gestalten, entsprechende Produkte die mehr als 3 Gew.-% an a- Hydroxycarbonsäuren enthalten, zu formulieren, da diese oftmals keine ansprechende Sensorik oder gute Hautverträglichkeit aufweisen - oder beides nicht. Wenn eine hohe Konzentration an freien α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren, beispielsweise 1 - 5 % im Produkt gewährleistet werden soll, muß der pH Wert im Bereich zwischen etwa 3,6 und 4,0 liegen. Das bedeutet aber wiederum, dass es zudem schwierig wird, eine stabile Emulsion zu formulieren.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung war es daher, diese Probleme zu lösen.
Gelöst wurde diese Aufgabe durch
Kosmetische oder dermatologische O/W- Emulsionen mit einem Gehalt an
a) 3 - 10 Gew. % an einer oder mehreren α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren und/oder einer oder mehreren ß-Hydroxycarbonsäuren und/oder einer oder mehreren Polyhydroxysäuren, b) einem oder mehreren Distearaten, die einen Schmelzbereich im Temperaturbereich von 53 - 64 °C aufweisen,
c) einem oder mehreren Monostearaten, die einen Schmelzbereich im Temperaturbereich von 40 - 57 °C aufweisen,
d) einer Wasserphase
e) einer Ölphase
f) einen Gehalt von 0,1 - 2 Gew.-% an einer oder mehreren Stärken, die bei 85 - 95 °C in einem wässrigen Medium vorgequollen wurde,
wobei die Prozentangaben auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitungen bezogen sind.
Derartige Zubereitungen sind insbesondere geeignet zur Behandlung und/oder Vorbeugung von UV-Licht bedingten Hautschäden sowie von Hautalterungseffekten oder auch zur Behandlung von Pigmentierungsstörungen und/oder zur Hautaufhellung. Es ist auch möglich sie zur Behandlung von Akne und zur Desquamation zu verwenden
Erfindungsgemäß ist auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von O/W-Emulsionen dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als man Mischungen aus
a) 3 - 10 Gew. % an einer oder mehreren α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren und/oder einer oder mehreren ß-Hydroxycarbonsäuren und/oder einer oder mehreren Polyhydroxysäuren, b) einem oder mehreren Distearaten, die einen Schmelzbereich im Temperaturbereich von 53 - 64 °C aufweisen,
c) einem oder mehreren Monostearaten, die einen Schmelzbereich im Temperaturbereich von 40 - 57 °C aufweisen,
d) f)einen Gehalt von 0,1 - 2 Gew.-% an einer oder mehreren Stärken, die bei 85 - 95 °C in einem wässrigen Medium vorgequollen wurde,
e) zusammengibt, wobei die wasserlöslichen oder hydrophilen Bestandteile in
f) einer Wasserphase
g) und die öllöslichen oder lipophilen Bestandteile in
h) einer Ölphase gelöst oder dispergiert werden, und Öl- und Wasserphase, gegebenenfalls unter Erwärmung und unter Rühren miteinander emulgiert werden.
Die α-Hydroxycarbonsäure oder -Säuren werden vorteilhaft aus den Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel

wobei die α-Hydroxycarbonsäure oder die α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren oder die ß-Hydroxycarbonsäure oder die ß-Hydroxycarbonsäuren gegebenenfalls in Form ihrer physiologisch verträglichen Salze und/oder Ethylester und/oder Methylester vorliegen können.
Bevorzugte α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren sind Glycolsäure, Milchsäure und Citronensäure bevorzugte ß-Hydroxycarbonsäure ist die Salicylsäure, sowie die bevorzugte Polyhydroxysäure ist Gluco- nolacton.
Bevorzugtes Distearat ist PEG-150 Distearat.
Bevorzugte Monostearate sind Glycerylstearat und PEG^IO-Stearat.
Die erfindungsgemäßen kosmetischen oder dermatologischen Zubereitungen können wie üblich zusammengesetzt sein und zur Behandlung, der Pflege und der Reinigung der Haut und/oder der Haare und als Schminkprodukt in der dekorativen Kosmetik dienen. Sie enthalten bevorzugt 5 bis 10 Gew., bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitungen, an einer oder mehreren a- Hydroxycarbonsäuren und oder einer oder mehreren ß-Hydroxycarbonsäuren.
Die erfindungsgemäßen kosmetischen oder dermatologischen Zubereitungen enthalten bevorzugt 0,001 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,05 Gew.-% bis 5 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,1 - 2,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitungen, an einem oder mehreren Dis- tearaten, die einen Schmelzbereich im Temperaturbereich von 53 - 64 °C aufweisen.
Die erfindungsgemäßen kosmetischen oder dermatologischen Zubereitungen enthalten bevorzugt 0,001 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,05 Gew.-% bis 5 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,1 - 2,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitungen, an einem oder mehreren Mo- nostearaten, die einen Schmelzbereich im Temperaturbereich von 40 - 57 °C aufweisen.
Erfindungsgemäße Emulsionen im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung, z.B. in Form einer Creme, einer Lotion, einer kosmetischen Milch sind vorteilhaft und enthalten z.B. Fette, Öle, Wachse und/oder andere Fettkörper, sowie Wasser und einen oder mehrere Emulgatoren, wie sie üblicherweise für einen solchen Typ der Formulierung verwendet werden.
Es ist auch möglich und vorteilhaft im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung, den erfindungsgemäß verwendeten Wirkstoff in wäßrige Systeme bzw. Tensidzubereitungen zur Reinigung der Haut und der Haare einzufügen.
Es ist dem Fachmanne natürlich bekannt, dass anspruchsvolle kosmetische Zusammensetzungen zumeist nicht ohne die üblichen Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe denkbar sind. Darunter zählen beispielsweise Konsistenzgeber, Füllstoffe, Parfüm, Farbstoffe, Emulgatoren, zusätzliche Wirkstoffe wie Vitamine oder Proteine, Lichtschutzmittel, Stabilisatoren, Insektenrepellentien, Alkohol, Wasser, Salze, antimikrobiell, proteolytisch oder keratolytisch wirksame Substanzen usw.
Mutatis mutandis gelten entsprechende Anforderungen an die Formulierung medizinischer Zubereitungen.
Medizinische topische Zusammensetzungen im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung enthalten in der Regel ein oder mehrere Medikamente in wirksamer Konzentration. Der Einfachheit halber wird zur sauberen Unterscheidung zwischen kosmetischer und medizinischer Anwendung und entsprechenden Produkten auf die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland verwiesen (z.B. Kosmetikverordnung, Lebensmittel- und Arzneimittelgesetz).
Es ist dabei ebenfalls von Vorteil, den erfindungsgemäß verwendeten Wirkstoff als Zusatzstoff zu Zubereitungen zu geben, die bereits andere Wirkstoffe für andere Zwecke enthalten.
Die erfindungsgemäßen kosmetischen und/oder dermatologischen Formulierungen können wie üblich zusammengesetzt sein und zur Behandlung der Haut und/oder der Haare im Sinne einer dermatologischen Behandlung oder einer Behandlung im Sinne der pflegenden Kosmetik dienen. Sie können aber auch in Schminkprodukten in der dekorativen Kosmetik eingesetzt werden oder in den kosmetischen und dermatologischen Reinigungsprodukten.
Sofern die kosmetische oder dermatologische Zubereitung eine Lösung oder Lotion darstellt, können als Lösungsmittel verwendet werden: Wasser oder wäßrige Lösungen, ferner Öle, wie Triglyceride der Caprin- oder der Caprylsäure, vorzugsweise aber Rizinusöl, Fette, Wachse und andere natürliche und synthetische Fettkörper, vorzugsweise Ester von Fettsäuren mit Alkoholen niedriger C-Zahl, z.B. mit Isopropanol, Propylenglykol oder Glycerin, oder Ester von Fettalkoholen mit Alkansäuren niedriger C-Zahl oder mit Fettsäuren, aber auch Alkohole, Diole oder Polyole niedriger C-Zahl, sowie deren Ether, vorzugsweise Ethanol, Isopropanol, Propylenglykol, Glycerin, Ethylenglykol, Ethylenglykolmonoethyl- oder -monobutylether, Propy- lenglykolmonomethyl, -monoethyl- oder -monobutylether, Diethylenglykolmonomethyl- oder - monoethylether und analoge Produkte.
Insbesondere werden Gemische der vorstehend genannten Lösungsmittel verwendet, so wie bei alkoholischen Lösungsmitteln Wasser ein vorteilhafter weiterer Bestandteil sein kann.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können auch besonders vorteilhaft in Mikroemulsionen, beispielsweise wie in der deutschen Offenlegungsschrift DE-195 9 079 beschrieben, verwendet werden.
Die Ölphase der erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitungen wird vorteilhaft gewählt aus der Gruppe der Ester aus gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten, verzweigten und/oder unverzweigten Al-
kancarbonsäuren einer Kettenlänge von 3 bis 30 C-Atomen und gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten, verzweigten und/oder unverzweigten Alkoholen einer Kettenlänge von 3 bis 30 C-Atomen, aus der Gruppe der Ester aus aromatischen Carbonsäuren und gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten, verzweigten und/oder unverzweigten Alkoholen einer Kettenlänge von 3 bis 30 C- Atomen. Solche Esteröle können dann vorteilhaft gewählt werden aus der Gruppe Isopropylmy- ristat, Isopropylpalmitat, Isopropylstearat, Isopropyloleat, n-Butylstearat, n-Hexyllaurat, n- Decyloleat, Isooctylstearat, Isononylstearat, Isononylisononanoat, 2-Ethylhexylpalmitat, 2-Ethyl- hexyllaurat, 2-Hexyldecylstearat, 2-Octyldodecylpalmitat, Oleyloleat, Oleylerucat, Erucyloleat, Erucylerucat sowie synthetische, halbsynthetische und natürliche Gemische solcher Ester, z.B. Jojobaöl.
Ferner kann die Ölphase vorteilhaft gewählt werden aus der Gruppe der verzweigten und unverzweigten Kohlenwasserstoffe und -wachse, der Silkonöle, der Dialkylether, der Gruppe der gesättigten oder ungesättigten, verzweigten oder unverzweigten Alkohole, sowie der Fettsäuretri- glyceride, namentlich der Triglycerinester gesättigter und/oder ungesättigter, verzweigter und/oder unverzweigter Alkancarbonsäuren einer Kettenlänge von 8 bis 24, insbesondere 12 - 18 C-Atomen. Die Fettsäuretriglyceride können beispielsweise vorteilhaft gewählt werden aus der Gruppe der synthetischen, halbsynthetischen und natürlichen Öle, z.B. Olivenöl, Sonnenblumenöl, Sojaöl, Erdnußöl, Rapsöl, Mandelöl, Palmöl, Kokosöl, Palmkernöl und dergleichen mehr.
Auch beliebige Abmischungen solcher Öl- und Wachskomponenten sind vorteilhaft im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung einzusetzen.
Vorteilhaft wird die Ölphase gewählt aus der Gruppe 2-Ethylhexylisostearat, Octyldodecanol, Isotridecylisononanoat, Isoeicosan, 2-Ethylhexylcocoat, C12-15-Alkylbenzoat, Capryl-Caprin- säure-triglycerid, Dicaprylylether.
Besonders vorteilhaft sind Mischungen aus C12-15-Alkylbenzoat und 2-Ethylhexylisostearat, Mischungen aus C12-15-Alkylbenzoat und Isotridecylisononanoat sowie Mischungen aus C12-15- Alkylbenzoat, 2-Ethylhexylisostearat und Isotridecylisononanoat.
Von den Kohlenwasserstoffen sind Paraffinöl, Squalan und Squalen vorteilhaft im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung zu verwenden.
Vorteilhaft kann die Ölphase ferner einen Gehalt an cyclischen oder linearen Silikonölen aufweisen oder vollständig aus solchen Ölen bestehen, wobei allerdings bevorzugt wird, außer dem Silikonöl oder den Silikonölen einen zusätzlichen Gehalt an anderen Olphasenkomponenten zu verwenden.
Vorteilhaft wird Cyclomethicon (Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxan) als erfindungsgemäß zu verwendendes Silikonöl eingesetzt. Aber auch andere Silikonöle sind vorteilhaft im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung zu verwenden, beispielsweise Hexamethylcyclotrisiloxan, Polydimethyl- siloxan, Poly(methylphenylsiloxan).
Besonders vorteilhaft sind ferner Mischungen aus Cyclomethicon und Isotridecylisononanoat, aus Cyclomethicon und 2-Ethylhexylisostearat.
Vorteilhaft beträgt der Gehalt an der Ölphase zwischen 1 und 50 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitungen, bevorzugt 2,5 - 30 Gew.-%, insbesondere bevorzugt 5 - 15 Gew.-%.
Zur Anwendung werden die erfindungsgemäßen kosmetischen und/oder dermatologischen Formulierungen in der für Kosmetika und Dermatika üblichen Weise auf die Haut in ausreichender Menge aufgebracht.

Herstellanweisung für alle Rezepturen:
Fettphase bei 80°C auschmelzen. Stärke in der kalten Wasserphase dispergieren und dann unter Rühren auf 90°C erhitzen. Die Verdickerphase kurz vor zusammengabe der Fett- und Wasserphase unter die aufgeschmolzene Fettphase rühren. Die Phasen unter rühren zusammen geben und bei 65°C homogenisieren. Wirkstoff- Konservierung-, Parfümphasen zugeben und bei 30°C abermals homogenisieren.
Claims
1 . Kosmetische oder dermatologische O/W- Emulsionen mit einem Gehalt an
a) 3 - 10 Gew. % an einer oder mehreren α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren und/oder einer o- der mehreren ß-Hydroxycarbonsäuren und/oder einer oder mehreren Polyhydro- xysäuren,
b) einem oder mehreren Distearaten, die einen Schmelzbereich im Temperaturbereich von 53 - 64 °C aufweisen,
c) einem oder mehreren Monostearaten, die einen Schmelzbereich im Temperaturbereich von 40 - 57 °C aufweisen,
d) einer Wasserphase
e) einer Ölphase
f) einen Gehalt von 0,1 - 2 Gew.-% an einer oder mehreren Stärken, die bei 85 - 95 °C in einem wässrigen Medium vorgequollen wurde,
wobei die Prozentangaben auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitungen bezogen sind.
2. Emulsionen nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass

wobei die α-Hydroxycarbonsäure oder die α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren oder die ß-Hydroxycarbonsäure oder die ß-Hydroxycarbonsäuren gegebenenfalls in Form ihrer physiologisch verträglichen Salze und/oder Ethylester und/oder Methylester vorliegen können.
3. Emulsionen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als a-Hydroxycar- bonsäure oder -säuren Citronensäure und/oder Milchsäure, und/oder als ß-Hydroxycarbonsäure die Salicylsäure gewählt wird oder werden.
4. Emulsionen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Polyhydroxycarbonsäure das Gluconolacton gewählt wird.
5. Emulsionen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Distearat das PEG-150 Distearat gewählt wird.
6. Emulsionen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Monostearat oder -stearate Glycerylstearat und/oder PEG-40-Stearat gewählt wird oder werden.
7. Emulsionen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie 5 bis 10 Gew., bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitungen, an einer oder mehre-
ren α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren und/oder einer oder mehreren ß-Hydroxycarbonsäuren und/oder einer oder mehreren Polyhydroxysäuren, enthalten.
8. Emulsionen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie 0,001 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,05 Gew.-% bis 5 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,1 - 2,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitungen, an einem oder mehreren Distearaten, die einen Schmelzbereich im Temperaturbereich von 53 - 64 °C aufweisen, enthalten.
9. Emulsionen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sie 0,001 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,05 Gew.-% bis 5 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,1 - 2,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitungen, an einem oder mehreren Monostearaten, die einen Schmelzbereich im Temperaturbereich von 40 - 57 °C aufweisen, enthalten.
10. Verfahren zur Herstellung von O/W-Emulsionen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als man Mischungen aus
a) 3 - 10 Gew. % an einer oder mehreren α-Hydroxycarbonsäuren und/oder einer o- der mehreren ß-Hydroxycarbonsäuren und/oder einer oder mehreren Polyhydroxysäuren,
b) einem oder mehreren Distearaten, die einen Schmelzbereich im Temperaturbereich von 53 - 64 °C aufweisen,
c) einem oder mehreren Monostearaten, die einen Schmelzbereich im Temperaturbereich von 40 - 57 °C aufweisen,
f) einen Gehalt von 0,1 - 2 Gew.-% an einer oder mehreren Stärken, die bei 85 - 95
°C in einem wässrigen Medium vorgequollen wurde,
zusammengibt, wobei die wasserlöslichen oder hydrophilen Bestandteile in
d) einer Wasserphase
und die öllöslichen oder lipophilen Bestandteile in
e) einer Ölphase
gelöst oder dispergiert werden, und Öl- und Wasserphase, gegebenenfalls unter Erwärmung und unter Rühren miteinander emulgiert werden.
