Claims (7)

  1. Châssis de remorque, comprenant une traverse (1) et des poutres latérales (2) disposées de manière fixe à deux extrémités de la traverse (1), et chaque poutre latérale (2) étant une poutre de structure en forme de U, dans lequel une première poutre-frein (3) située entre les poutres latérales (2) est disposée devant et au-dessus de la traverse (1) et une deuxième poutre-frein (5) située entre les poutres latérales (2) est disposée à l'arrière et au-dessus de la traverse (1) ; la première poutre-frein (3) est parallèle à la deuxième poutre-frein (5), deux extrémités de chacune poutre-frein la première poutre-frein (3) et la deuxième poutre-frein (5) sont reliées fixement à des côtés intérieurs des poutres latérales (2) respectivement, et la première poutre-frein (3) et la deuxième poutre-frein (5) sont fournies chacune avec un siège de frein (4) destiné au montage d'un dispositif de freinage ; la première poutre-frein (3) présente une pluralité de sièges de frein (4), et la pluralité des sièges de frein (4) de la première poutre-frein (3) sont situés sur un côté avant de la première poutre-frein (3) et sont disposés de manière transversale à des intervalles sur la première poutre-frein (3) ; la deuxième poutre-frein (5) présente une pluralité de sièges de frein (4), et la pluralité de sièges de frein (4) de la deuxième poutre-frein (5) sont situés sur un côté arrière de la deuxième poutre-frein (5) et sont disposés de manière transversale à des intervalles sur la deuxième poutre-frein (5) ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    une plaque supérieure de recouvrement de la poutre latérale (2) s'étend à l'intérieur sur une position correspondant à la première poutre-frein (3) et à la deuxième poutre-frein (5) pour former une plaque de liaison (21) ; deux extrémités de chaque poutre-frein parmi la première poutre-frein (3) et la deuxième poutre-frein (5) sont fournies chacune avec une partie de liaison (6) située sous la plaque de liaison (21) correspondante, et la première poutre-frein (3) et la deuxième poutre-frein (5) sont reliées chacune à une plaque latérale de la poutre latérale (2) et la plaque de liaison (21) par la partie de liaison (6) respective ; et dans lequel
    la partie de liaison (6) est une plaque en forme de U présentant une ouverture faisant face à la plaque de liaison (21) correspondante, une surface d'extrémité en forme de U de la partie de liaison (6) est soudée à la plaque latérale de la poutre latérale (2), et une surface d'extrémité supérieure de la partie de liaison (6) est soudée à une surface inférieure de la plaque de liaison (21).
  2. Châssis de remorque selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la première poutre-frein (3) et la deuxième poutre-frein (5) comprennent chacune une bride radiale (7) sur une position d'une racine de la partie de liaison (6) correspondante, et la bride radiale (7) vient buter contre la plaque de liaison (21) et la partie de liaison (6).
  3. Châssis de remorque selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la bride radiale (7) présente un bord en forme d'arc correspondant à la partie de liaison (6) et des bords droits situés sur deux côtés du bord en forme d'arc, et présente une partie élargie latéralement correspondant à la plaque de liaison.
  4. Châssis de remorque selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le siège de frein (4) est fourni avec quatre points de suspension (41) destinés au montage du dispositif de freinage par suspension sur les quatre points.
  5. Châssis de remorque selon la revendication 4, dans lequel un dossier du siège de frein (4) est en forme de C et est disposé de manière à correspondre à une surface extérieure de la première poutre-frein (3) ou de la deuxième poutre-frein (5).
  6. Châssis de remorque selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le siège de frein (4) comprend une plaque de siège horizontale et une jupe supérieure sur une face supérieure de la plaque de siège et une jupe inférieure sur une face inférieure de la plaque de siège, et une hauteur de la jupe supérieure et une hauteur de la jupe inférieure augmentent graduellement depuis une extrémité avant à une racine de la plaque de siège.
  7. Bogie de remorque comprenant le châssis de remorque selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6.
