  • the yaw dampers 44 are mounted at outer sides of the side beams 21 in longitudinal and horizontal pattern, thus avoiding the occurrence of hunting instability at high-speed and improving the running stability of railway vehicles.
  • the embodiments of the present invention also provide a frame for a bogie for the high-speed railway vehicles, which is applied to the aforementioned bogie for the high-speed railway vehicles.
  • the frame 2 comprises two side beams 21 and an intermediate crossbeam 22.

  • the embodiments of the present invention also provide a traction rod device for a bogie for high-speed railway vehicles, which is applied to the aforementioned bogie for high-speed railway vehicles.

Claims (14)

  1. Bogie pour véhicules ferroviaires grande vitesse, comprenant un essieu monté (1), un châssis (2), un système de suspension primaire (3) et un système de suspension secondaire (4), dans lequel :
    le châssis (2) comprend des poutres latérales (21) et une entretoise transversale intermédiaire (22), une partie médiane de chacune des poutres latérales (21) comporte une portion concave (211), et les deux extrémités de l'entretoise transversale intermédiaire (22) sont connectées de manière séparée avec les portions concaves (211) des poutres latérales (21) ;
    le système de suspension primaire (3) comprend un ou plusieurs dispositif(s) de suspension de boîte d'essieu primaire(s) (31), une extrémité de chacun des dispositifs de suspension de boîte d'essieu primaires (31) est connectée avec un essieu de roue (12) de l'essieu monté (1), et l'autre extrémité est supportée au niveau d'une extrémité de l'une des poutres latérales (21) ; et
    le système de suspension secondaire (4) comprend au moins deux jeux de ressorts (41), lesquels sont agencés selon des intervalles sur l'entretoise transversale intermédiaire (22) et sont situés entre les poutres latérales (21), et des parties supérieures des jeux de ressorts (41) sont connectées avec une carrosserie,
    le bogie est caractérisé en ce que :
    le système de suspension secondaire (4) comprend en outre un ou plusieurs amortisseur(s) vertical/verticaux secondaire(s) (42), un ou plusieurs amortisseur(s) transversal/transversaux secondaire(s) (43) et un ou plusieurs amortisseur(s) de lacet (44) ;
    une extrémité de chacun des amortisseurs verticaux secondaires (42) est connectée avec le châssis (2), et l'autre extrémité peut être connectée avec la carrosserie ;
    une extrémité de chacun des amortisseurs transversaux secondaires (43) est connectée avec le châssis (2), et l'autre extrémité peut être connectée avec la carrosserie ; et
    une extrémité de chacun des amortisseurs de lacet (44) est connectée avec un côté externe de la poutre latérale (21), et l'autre extrémité peut être connectée avec la carrosserie.
  2. Bogie selon la revendication 1, dans lequel :
    les jeux de ressorts (41) sont des jeux de ressorts en caoutchouc ;
    des côtés externes des jeux de ressorts (41) sont munis d'une butée transversale secondaire (45) et d'une butée verticale secondaire (46) ; et
    les amortisseurs verticaux secondaires (42) et les amortisseurs de lacet (44) sont placés au niveau de côtés externes des butées verticales secondaires respectives (46).
  3. Bogie selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le système de suspension primaire (3) comprend en outre un ou plusieurs amortisseur(s) vertical/verticaux primaire(s) (32) ; une extrémité de chacun des amortisseurs verticaux primaires est connectée avec l'un des dispositifs de suspension de boîte d'essieu primaires (31), et l'autre extrémité est connectée avec l'une des poutres latérales (21).
  4. Bogie selon la revendication 1, dans lequel :
    le dispositif de suspension de boîte d'essieu primaire (31) comprend un bras tournant de positionnement de boîte d'essieu (311) et un ressort de suspension primaire (312), et une extrémité inférieure du bras tournant de positionnement de boîte d'essieu (311) est connectée avec l'essieu de roue (12) ; et
    le ressort de suspension primaire (312) est monté sur une extrémité supérieure du bras tournant de positionnement de boîte d'essieu (311), et les deux extrémités de chacune des poutres latérales (21) sont munies de manière séparée d'un trou de montage de ressort, trou de montage à l'intérieur duquel le ressort de suspension primaire (312) est monté.
  5. Bogie selon la revendication 4, dans lequel :
    le bras tournant de positionnement de boîte d'essieu (311) est d'une structure divisée qui comprend une boîte d'essieu supérieure (3111), une boîte d'essieu inférieure (3112) et un joint élastique de bras tournant (3113) couplés ensemble ;
    une extrémité de la boîte d'essieu supérieure (3111) est d'une structure en demi-douille, et l'autre extrémité est munie d'un trou de montage de joint élastique de bras tournant (3114) ; la boîte d'essieu inférieure (3112) est d'une structure en demi-douille ; et la boîte d'essieu supérieure (3111) et la boîte d'essieu inférieure (3112) sont jointes bout à bout de manière à former une douille (3115) pour l'installation de l'essieu de roue (12) ;
    les deux extrémités du joint élastique de bras tournant (3113) sont d'une structure semi-colonnaire, laquelle structure semi-colonnaire est conjuguée avec un siège de montage sur la poutre latérale (21) selon un motif en demi-arc ; et
    le ressort de suspension primaire (312) comprend un support de montage de ressort (3121), une colonne d'arrêt élastique (3122), un ressort en bague interne (3123) et un ressort en bague externe (3124) ; la colonne d'arrêt élastique (3122) est montée verticalement sur le support de montage de ressort (3121), lequel support de montage de ressort est ensuite monté sur une surface d'extrémité supérieure de la boîte d'essieu supérieure (3111) ; le ressort en bague interne (3123) est enfilé à la façon d'une gaine sur la colonne d'arrêt élastique (3122), et le ressort en bague externe (3124) est enfilé à la façon d'une gaine sur le ressort en bague interne (3123).
  6. Bogie selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le joint élastique de bras tournant (3113) est un joint en caoutchouc de bras tournant.
  7. Bogie selon la revendication 5 ou 6, comprenant en outre un détecteur de température d'essieu pour détecter la température de l'essieu de roue (12), dans lequel le détecteur de température d'essieu est placé sur la boîte d'essieu inférieure (3112).
  8. Bogie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant en outre un dispositif de barre de traction (6), dans lequel une extrémité du dispositif de barre de traction (6) est connectée avec l'entretoise transversale intermédiaire (22), l'autre extrémité est connectée avec la carrosserie, et le dispositif de barre de traction (6) est configuré de manière à produire une force de traction pour l'entretoise transversale intermédiaire (22).
  9. Bogie selon la revendication 8, dans lequel :
    le dispositif de barre de traction (6) comprend une barre de traction (61), des joints élastiques (62) et un siège fixe (63) ;
    les deux extrémités de la barre de traction (61) sont ouvertes en étant munies de trous de montage, et les joints élastiques (62) sont montés à l'intérieur des trous de montage ;
    les deux extrémités de chacun des joints élastiques (62) sont d'une structure semi-colonnaire ; le siège fixe (63) est ouvert en étant muni de trous semi-colonnaires ; la structure semi-colonnaire au niveau des deux extrémités de l'un des joints élastiques (62) est conjuguée avec les trous semi-colonnaires sur le siège fixe (63), et la structure semi-colonnaire au niveau des deux extrémités de l'autre joint élastique (62) est configurée de manière à se conjuguer avec des trous de montage semi-colonnaires de la carrosserie.
  10. Bogie selon la revendication 9, dans lequel les joints élastiques (62) sont des joints en caoutchouc.
  11. Bogie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel :
    le châssis (2) comprend en outre deux entretoises transversales auxiliaires (23), dont les deux extrémités sont connectées de manière séparée avec les poutres latérales (21) et sont distribuées de manière uniforme au niveau des deux côtés de l'entretoise transversale intermédiaire (22) ;
    le bogie comprend en outre un dispositif de freinage (8), lequel dispositif de freinage comprend un disque de frein (81), un cylindre de frein, un patin de frein et un moyen de fixation, le patin de frein est monté sur le moyen de fixation, le moyen de fixation est monté sur l'entretoise transversale auxiliaire (23), et le disque de frein (81) est fixé sur l'essieu de roue (12) ; une force de friction générée entre le patin de frein et le disque de frein (81) est configurée de manière à produire une force de freinage pour les véhicules ferroviaires grande vitesse.
  12. Bogie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant en outre au moins une chaîne de sécurité élastique (7) ; une extrémité de chacune des chaînes de sécurité élastiques (7) est connectée avec l'entretoise transversale intermédiaire (22), et l'autre extrémité est connectée avec la carrosserie.
  13. Bogie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel :
    l'essieu de roue (12) est un essieu creux ou solide ;
    en option, les deux extrémités de l'essieu de roue (12) sont munies d'un dispositif anti-patinage (9).
  14. Bogie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant en outre au moins une soupape de pesée (10), dans lequel :
    une extrémité de chaque soupape de pesée (10) est connectée avec le dispositif de suspension de boîte d'essieu primaire (31), et l'autre extrémité est connectée avec l'une des poutres latérales (21) et est située au niveau d'un côté externe de la poutre latérale (21) ;
    en option, les amortisseurs verticaux primaires (32), les amortisseurs transversaux secondaires (43) et les amortisseurs verticaux secondaires (42) sont des amortisseurs hydrauliques.
