Definitions
- the invention relates to a roofing with one or more supports, at least one support having a side rain gutter and at least one end of the support being supported directly or indirectly by a post, the post having a downpipe for draining rainwater.
- Such roofs are from the FR 2 970 495 A1 , the US 4,100,703 A , the JP S61 39704 U , the DE 10 2016 117 772 A1 and the JP S58 110 102 U known.
- Such a roof is from the EP 3 092 351 B1 known.
- the rainwater that hits the roof is drained from a side gutter via perforations into a gutter integrated into the support.
- the disadvantage here is that contaminants can accumulate in the perforations and removing these contaminants is impossible because the perforations are not accessible from the outside. Such deposits in the area of the perforations can lead to blockages and inadequate rainwater drainage.
- the object of the invention is to overcome these disadvantages and to develop a roof in such a way that sufficient rainwater drainage is always guaranteed.
- roofing with one or more supports with at least one support having a side rain gutter and with at least one end of the support being supported directly or indirectly by a post, the post having a downpipe for draining away rainwater, with a drain bend arranged is that the rain gutter opens into the downpipe starting from the rain gutter, it is that the rain gutter is arranged laterally next to the support parallel to the support and the drain bend is guided to the downpipe through a notch in the support.
- the drain bend starting from the gutter can flow directly or indirectly into the downpipe. This means that additional rainwater-carrying components can be installed upstream or downstream of the drain bend.
- the drain bend can also have an outlet opening from which the rainwater falls freely into a collector upstream of the downpipe.
- mouthing means that the drain bend interacts with the downpipe in such a way that the rainwater automatically flows from the drain bend into the downpipe due to gravity. It is therefore advantageous if the lower edge of the connection of the drain bend to the rain gutter lies geodetically above the lower edge of the connection of the drain bend to the downpipe.
- each post having a downpipe for draining rainwater
- a drain bend can be arranged at both ends of the side rain gutter of the support, which flows from the rain gutter into the respective downpipe .
- the roofing can be a so-called pergola awning, in which at least two guide rails are arranged, on which several cross rungs with a front cross rung in the extension direction and at least one further cross rung are movably mounted and a flexible shading element is arranged between two cross rungs .
- a circumferential belt with a lower belt and an upper belt, in particular a toothed belt can also be engaged and/or attached to the frontmost crossbar in the extension direction, by means of which at least the frontmost crossbar can be moved forward as a tension profile in the extension direction or backwards in the retraction direction the guide rails can be moved, the belt being guided along a travel path via at least one drive roller and at least one deflection roller.
- the guide rails of such a pergola awning can be carried or accommodated as longitudinal beams by two opposite supports.
- the guide rails can be an integral part of the carrier.
- a frame can be formed from a total of four supports. This frame can therefore be formed from two longitudinal beams and two cross beams.
- Each longitudinal beam preferably has a lateral rain gutter, with a drain bend being arranged in each case, which opens into a downpipe starting from the rain gutter.
- Such pergola awnings have a plurality of cross bars which are arranged between side guide rails.
- the side guide rails thus define the extension direction.
- the crossbar arranged at the rear in the extension direction is usually fixed to the guide rails, ie cannot be moved along the guide rails.
- a drive for example in the form of a belt, engages the front crossbar in the extension direction. Using the belt, the cross rung at the front in the extension direction is moved forward in the extension direction or moved backwards in the retraction direction in the opposite direction to the extension direction.
- At least one further movable cross rung is arranged between the front cross rung in the extension direction and the rear fixed cross rung.
- a flexible shading element is arranged between two, in particular adjacent, cross rungs and is attached to the two cross rungs.
- the further cross bars can be free-running. If the frontmost cross rung in the extension direction is extended in the extension direction, the individual shading elements arranged between the cross rungs are gradually tensioned and the next free-running cross rung is pulled in the extension direction by means of the tensioned shading element. Conversely, when the front crossbar moves against the extension direction in the retraction direction, the flexible shading elements are relaxed so that they hang freely between the crossbars. As soon as the frontmost cross rung runs against the extension direction during a movement onto the subsequent free-running cross rung, this free-running cross rung is moved counter to the extension direction by means of the frontmost driven cross rung.
- this free-running cross rung is also moved against the extension direction and so on until the entire package of movable cross rungs has moved up to the stop on the fixed, i.e. the last cross rung in the extension direction.
- the further cross rungs can also be pulled directly or indirectly by the belt, so that the further cross rung(s) are not free-running.
- the cross bars can be extended gradually without the shading elements being tensioned between the cross bars. This means they can also be retracted without colliding with each other.
- the belt can act directly or indirectly, in particular by means of drivers and/or by means of a frictional connection and/or a non-positive connection and/or a positive connection and/or a material connection.
- the two ends of the circumferential belt can be attached to the frontmost cross rung and/or it can be an endless belt that engages the frontmost cross rung and moves it in the extension and retraction directions.
- the other cross bars are preferably free-running.
- Free-running refers to the fact that these cross rungs can be moved along the guide rails without a drive means of the belt directly engaging the free-running cross rungs.
- a flexible shading element is arranged between two, in particular adjacent, cross rungs and is attached to the two cross rungs. If the frontmost cross rung in the extension direction is extended in the extension direction, the individual shading elements arranged between the cross rungs are gradually tensioned and the next free-running cross rung is pulled in the extension direction by means of the tensioned shading element.
- each crossbar can be movably mounted on the guide rails by means of carriages.
- the terms of the extension direction serve to understand the function without restricting it to a specific arrangement, although in the usual arrangement of such a pergola awning on the terrace on a wall of a house the exit direction points away from the house.
- a pergola awning can serve as both sun protection and rain protection.
- the flexible shading elements can be formed by transparent and/or partially transparent and/or opaque elements. Individual sections of shading elements can be arranged between the crossbars or longer sections of shading elements can be arranged across several crossbars or a single shading element can be arranged across all crossbars. In this case, the shading element is preferably attached to the cross bars in order to ensure uniform extension and retraction.
- the cross bars of the pergola awning are curved upwards and/or have a pointed roof shape, so that an upwardly curved roof shape of the pergola awning is formed.
- the two opposite supports of the pergola awning which carry the guide rails, each have a lateral rain gutter, which is arranged on the side of the support pointing towards the opposite support. These side gutters absorb the water that hits the pergola awning and is diverted towards the guide rails.
- the water is drained into the downpipe via a drain bend arranged on each rain gutter, which flows from the rain gutter into a downpipe.
- the post is formed by a hollow profile and the downpipe is accommodated in the hollow profile of the post.
- the post is designed as a hollow profile and integrating the downpipe into the post, a visually very advantageous design is achieved.
- the assembly effort is reduced because the downpipe is an integral part of the post in this case.
- Such a hollow profile can have one or more chambers.
- the downpipe is held by the post.
- Each of the posts, in particular four or six posts, can be designed in this way.
- two such posts are preferably arranged, which support the end of the supports or a frame formed from several supports that is away from the wall.
- the roofing preferably has a frame formed from several supports; in particular, the frame can be supported by several, in particular four, posts arranged at the corners of the frame.
- posts can also be provided between the posts arranged at the corners of the frame.
- Posts can also be indented, which means that the posts can be positioned in such a way that they are not arranged at the corners of the frame, but offset along the support. In this case, too, the rainwater can easily be drained from the gutter directly into a downpipe integrated into the post via the appropriately positioned drain bend.
- a particularly preferred embodiment is when one post is arranged at each corner of the frame.
- Each support can each have a rain gutter, but alternatively two opposite and parallel longitudinal supports can each have a rain gutter, with the other two cross supports running transversely thereto not having any rain gutters.
- At least one drain bend is then arranged on each rain gutter on the longitudinal beams, which flows from the rain gutter into the downpipe.
- each post having a downpipe for draining rainwater
- a drain bend can be arranged at both ends of the side rain gutter of the support, which flows from the rain gutter into the respective downpipe .
- the rainwater drainage can also be designed in such a way that the rainwater is drained exclusively via the posts further away from the house wall in order to direct the water away from the house and thereby prevent moisture damage to the house wall.
- the end of the support is attached to the top of a post by means of a corner connector and the drain bend is guided from the gutter through a recess in the corner connector into the downpipe.
- a corner connector In the case of forming a frame from a total of four supports can be at each corner one such corner connector can be arranged in each case.
- the beams run above the posts and between two posts.
- the rain gutter is arranged laterally next to the carrier and running parallel to the carrier.
- the drain bend preferably runs from the gutter to the downpipe through the carrier.
- the drain bend is guided from the gutter to the downpipe via another component, namely the support, and runs through the hollow profile forming the support.
- the rain gutter is arranged laterally next to the support and runs parallel to the support and the drain bend is guided to the downpipe through a notch in the support.
- the carrier can have an insert which is inserted into a notch in the carrier and can be removed, in particular downwards, in which the drainage arch is arranged.
- the carrier has an insert which is inserted into a notch in the carrier, and can be removed in particular downwards, in which the drain bend is arranged, the insert being accommodated in the carrier in a form-fitting and/or force-fitting manner so that it can be dismantled.
- the carrier can have an insert which can be removed, in particular downwards, and which is formed in one piece with the drain bend.
- the drain bend can be dismantled and cleaned. Any debris such as leaves can then be removed in a way.
- the removable insert which has the drain bend, can be removed downwards, the removal and insertion is The removable insert makes it very easy for the user, as the area is immediately accessible from below.
- the drain bend has a heating device, in particular an electrical resistance heater.
- a heating device ensures that the roofing is frost-proof and can prevent rainwater from freezing in the drain bend.
- the rain gutter is preferably formed by a gutter profile and the drain bend is connected to the rain gutter by means of a socket located in a recess in the gutter profile.
- a socket located in a recess in the gutter profile facilitates and reliably seals the connection of the drain bend to the rain gutter.
- the downpipe has a connecting piece with a socket, in particular a connecting piece in the form of an angle, with the drain bend opening into the socket of the connecting piece of the downpipe.
- a connecting piece with a socket whereby the drain bend opens into the socket of the connecting piece of the downpipe, makes the connection of the drain bend to the downpipe easier and reliably sealed.
- the drain bend and/or a socket for connecting the drain bend to the rain gutter and/or a socket for connecting the drain bend to the downpipe and/or the rain gutter and/or the downpipe preferably has a particularly removable sieve. Using such a sieve, impurities can be retained. In the event that the sieve is removable, it can be easily removed, cleaned and then reinserted.
- the rain gutter and/or the drain arch preferably have a viewing window. Through such a viewing window, the current water level can be read from the outside and any contamination and deposits can be seen visible through this. Based on such a visual inspection, it can then be recognized whether cleaning of the drain arch is necessary.
- the Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a roofing 10 according to a first exemplary embodiment.
- the roofing 10 has four supports 1, 2, 3, 4, which form a frame of the roofing 10.
- several cross rungs Q can be moved in the extension direction 100 and against the extension direction 100, with a cloth being arranged between adjacent cross rungs Q.
- the cloths between the cross rungs Q are gradually stretched and form a cover Space under the canopy 10.
- the cross rungs Q are moved against the extension direction 100, the distance between the cross rungs Q is reduced until they have formed into a package, so that the majority of the space under the canopy 10 is in the open air.
- the cross bars are roof-shaped, so that the rainwater hitting the cloth runs laterally to the side rain gutters of the supports 2 and 3, which are not visible in this figure.
- the beams 1, 2, 3, 4 are supported by four posts 5, 6, 7 and another in perspective Fig. 1 worn on invisible posts.
- Fig. 1 the corner cover between the post 6 and the supports 1, 3 is removed so that the internal components are visible.
- a drain bend 31 is visible, which is connected to the side rain gutter of the carrier 3.
- a downpipe 61 is visible, which is arranged within the post 6.
- the drain arch 31 and the corner cover are mounted in such a way that they are removable, which makes it easier to remove the drain arch 31 and clean it. With such a construction it is possible to drain the rainwater laterally and according to the image plane Figure 1 forward without running the risk of clogging the waterways.
- the Figure 2 shows the section A - A of the carrier 3 Fig. 1 . It can be seen here that the carrier 3 is designed as a hollow chamber profile, with a lateral rain gutter 32 and an inner chamber 30. Furthermore, the drain bend 31, which is connected to the rain gutter 32, is visible in this illustration. The drain bend 31 opens into the downpipe 61 of the post 6. The downpipe 6 is received by the post 6 designed as a hollow profile.
