Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for performing an installation process in an elevator shaft of an elevator system according to the preamble of claim 1 and an assembly device for performing an installation process in an elevator shaft of an elevator system according to the preamble of claim 8.
- the WO 2017/016783 A1 describes a method and an assembly device for performing an installation process in an elevator shaft of an elevator installation.
- the assembly device has a carrier component and a mechatronic installation component held on the carrier component in the form of an industrial robot.
- a displacement component arranged above the assembly device in the elevator shaft and a suspension element, the carrier component and thus the assembly device can be shifted in a displacement phase in the elevator shaft.
- the assembly device also has a fixing component by means of which it can fix itself in a desired position in the elevator shaft in the horizontal direction and thus carry out assembly steps at least semi-automatically with the installation component in an assembly phase.
- the installation component removes mounting means in the form of rail brackets, also called brackets, and fastening means in the form of screws from a magazine component arranged on the carrier component and installs them on a shaft wall of the elevator shaft.
- the magazine component is fixedly arranged on the carrier component. In order to equip the magazine component with assembly means, it and thus the carrier component must be positioned in such a way that the assembly means can be placed individually in the magazine component.
- this The object is achieved with a method with the features of claim 1 and a mounting device with the features of claim 8.
- the carrier component is displaced relative to the elevator shaft and positioned at different heights within the elevator shaft in a displacement phase.
- an assembly step is carried out at least partially automatically, an assembly means being removed from a magazine component arranged on the carrier component and being installed on a shaft wall of the elevator shaft.
- a magazine component in a loading phase, is equipped with assembly means outside the elevator shaft, and in a loading phase, the equipped magazine component is arranged on the carrier component.
- the rather time-consuming equipping of the magazine component with assembly means can thus take place independently of the assembly device, that is to say also during a relocation or assembly phase.
- the assembly device therefore only has to be positioned in the elevator shaft during the comparatively short loading phase in such a way that the loaded magazine component can be arranged on the carrier component.
- the necessary interruption of the productive relocation or assembly phases is therefore very short, which enables the entire installation process to be carried out comparatively quickly.
- the carrier component is designed to be displaced relative to the elevator shaft in a displacement phase and to be positioned at different heights within the elevator shaft.
- the installation component is designed to carry out an assembly step at least partially automatically in an assembly phase and to remove an assembly means from a magazine component arranged on the carrier component and to install it on a shaft wall of the elevator shaft.
- the carrier component has a magazine receiving device which can assume an assembly position and a loading position.
- the carrier component and the magazine receiving device are designed and arranged in such a way that, in the assembly position, an assembly means can be removed from a magazine component arranged on the magazine receiving device from the installation component and the carrier component can be relocated in the elevator shaft.
- an equipped magazine component can be arranged on the magazine receiving device in the loading position via an accessible door opening of the elevator shaft.
- the assembly device according to the invention has the same advantages as the described method according to the invention.
- the installation process described is, in particular, a fixing of rail brackets to the shaft walls of the elevator shaft.
- rail brackets are also referred to as brackets.
- guide rails for an elevator car of the elevator system are fixed to the shaft walls via the rail brackets.
- the carrier component can be designed in different ways.
- the carrier component can be designed as a simple platform, frame, scaffolding, cabin or the like.
- the installation component should be mechatronic, i.e. it should have interacting mechanical, electronic and information technology elements or modules.
- the installation component can in particular be designed as an industrial robot.
- the mounting device can in particular according to one in the WO 2017/016783 A1 be executed assembly device described.
- a displacement component is provided, which is arranged in particular above the assembly device in the elevator shaft and is connected to the carrier component via a suspension element.
- the displacement component can be arranged in the elevator shaft or at least partially above the elevator shaft.
- the displacement component can be designed, for example, as a type of cable winch, in which the suspension element can be wound, for example in the form of a cable or a chain, onto a winch driven by an electric motor, for example.
- a fixing phase is carried out between the displacement phase and the assembly phase, in which the carrier component is fixed in the lateral direction, that is to say in the horizontal direction, within the elevator shaft.
- a fixing in the lateral direction should be understood to mean that the carrier component together with the installation component attached to it can not only be brought vertically to a position at a desired height within the elevator shaft with the aid of the displacement component and the suspension element, but that the carrier component can be brought there with the aid of the Fixing component can then also be fixed in the horizontal direction.
- the support component no longer has to be held by the support means and can also support forces that occur when carrying out an assembly step, for example when drilling a hole in a shaft wall.
- the assembly device has in particular a fixing component, with the aid of which the carrier component can be fixed in the lateral direction within the elevator shaft.
- the fixing component can be designed, for example, to be laterally supported on walls of the elevator shaft or to be caulked so that the Beam component can no longer move in a horizontal direction relative to the walls.
- the fixing component can have suitable supports, stamps, levers or the like, for example.
- a rail bracket is automatically installed on the shaft wall. To do this, first two holes are drilled in the shaft wall. Then, one after the other, two screws are removed from the magazine component and screwed a little into the drilled holes. Then a specially designed rail bracket is removed from the magazine component and attached to the two screws. Finally, the two screws are screwed in completely. In this way, two screws and a rail bracket and thus three assembly means are installed on the shaft wall during these assembly steps.
- the assembly steps can in particular as in the WO 2017/016781 A1 as described.
- the assembly means removed from the magazine component can also generally be designed as so-called shaft material, for example as bolts, screw anchors, sensors, switches, holders for sensors or switches, shaft lighting, clips, connecting elements between guide rails, so-called fishplates or the like.
- the magazine component is equipped with assembly equipment.
- the magazine component has in particular special receptacles for the assembly means, in which the assembly means are arranged. This ensures that the installation component can safely remove the assembly means in an assembly phase.
- the assembly means can in particular be arranged one above the other in several levels.
- the magazine component can have springs which press the assembly means in the direction of a removal opening of the magazine component.
- the mounting means are in particular arranged symmetrically in the magazine component. In this way, when the assembly means are removed accordingly, an even weight distribution in the magazine component can be achieved.
- the magazine components can be loaded near the elevator shaft, i.e. on the construction site itself. However, it is also possible for the magazine components to be equipped outside the construction site, for example in a factory, and for the magazine components to be delivered to the construction site already equipped.
- the magazine component In order to enable the magazine component to be transported easily, it has, in particular, rollers on which it can be pushed.
- an emptied magazine component is removed in order to create space for the equipped magazine component.
- the carrier component has, in particular, a magazine receiving device that can accommodate the magazine component.
- the magazine receiving device can, for example, have a platform or a floor onto which the magazine component can be pushed. It can also have, for example, grooves into which rails of the magazine component can be inserted.
- One or more, in particular two, magazine components can be arranged on the carrier component.
- the one or more magazine components are arranged in particular on the carrier component in such a way that the resulting weight of the magazine components runs through the center of gravity of the assembly device.
- the loaded magazine component is arranged on the carrier component in particular via an accessible door opening of the elevator shaft.
- Door openings of the elevator shaft are in particular assigned to floors of the building in which the elevator system is installed.
- an accessible door opening is understood to mean a door opening which is connected to a magazine component via a Floor is accessible and allows access to the elevator shaft.
- One of the accessible door openings is designed in particular as the first door opening above the so-called shaft pit of the elevator shaft.
- a fixing phase is carried out before the loading phase, in which the carrier component is fixed in the lateral direction within the elevator shaft. This ensures that the magazine component can be safely arranged on the carrier component.
- the carrier component has a magazine receiving device which can assume an assembly position and a loading position.
- assembly means can be removed from a magazine component arranged on the magazine receiving device from the installation component and the carrier component can be relocated in the elevator shaft.
- an equipped magazine component can be arranged on the magazine receiving device via an accessible door opening of the elevator shaft. The magazine receiving device is brought into the loading position before the start of a loading phase of the assembly device and into the assembly position before the start of an assembly phase or displacement phase.
- the loaded magazine component is arranged on the carrier component via a door cutout of the elevator shaft.
- the magazine receiving device Before the start of a loading phase of the assembly device, the magazine receiving device is brought into the loading position so that a floor of the magazine receiving device and a floor of a floor assigned to the door cutout are at the same level. This enables the magazine component to be pushed onto the floor of the magazine receiving device in a safe and risk-free manner.
- the same level is to be understood here as meaning that the floor of the magazine receiving device and the floor of the floor mentioned are arranged approximately at the same height, that is in the range of a few centimeters.
- the floor of the magazine receiving device rests in particular on the floor of the floor mentioned, so that the two floors form an interconnected surface that does not necessarily have to be completely flat. This enables the component to be pushed onto the floor of the magazine receiving device in a particularly secure manner.
- the loading phase takes place in the shaft pit.
- one or more loaded magazine components are brought into the shaft pit and arranged there on the carrier component. This can be useful if no door opening of the elevator shaft is accessible.
- the magazine receiving device has, in particular, a safety device by means of which a magazine component received by the magazine receiving device can be secured against displacement, that is to say in particular against slipping or rolling away.
- the safety device is designed, for example, as a recess in the bottom of the magazine receiving device, in which rollers of the magazine component are arranged and the magazine component is thus secured against rolling away.
- the safety device can also be designed, for example, as a recess in the bottom of the magazine receiving device, in which a suitably aligned pin of the magazine component is arranged during the loading phase and the magazine component is thus secured.
- the loaded magazine component is arranged on the carrier component in the loading phase via an accessible door opening of the elevator shaft, which is directly adjacent to a position of the carrier component in the preceding assembly phase. So the The carrier component can be shifted very little in the elevator shaft between the previous assembly phase and the following loading phase. The relocation therefore takes very little time.
- the door opening selected for the loading phase can be the door opening which is closest to the position of the carrier component in the previous assembly phase or the door opening closest in the direction of an assembly direction.
- the mounting direction is from bottom to top when the installation is started from below and vice versa.
- the first variant has the advantage that the shortest possible displacement of the carrier component is necessary.
- the second variant has the advantage that the carrier component is not shifted against the assembly direction.
- the door openings at which a loading phase is to take place are determined on the basis of the number of assembly means that can be accommodated by the magazine device and the number of assembly means required for assembly per floor. On the basis of these numbers, it is very easy to determine on which floors a loading phase must take place.
- One result of the planning phase can also be that the magazine components are not fully equipped, but are only equipped with as many assembly aids as are necessary until the next planned loading phase. A small reserve of assembly equipment can also be planned for these calculations.
- the provision phase can be carried out in one piece before the start of the installation. But it is also possible that the provision phase is interrupted again and again. It must only be ensured that at the point in time at which a loading phase is over a door opening is to be carried out, an equipped magazine component is also provided.
- the placement of the loaded magazine component on the carrier component takes place in an automated manner in the loading phase. This means that no installer is required during the loading phase and the assembly device can work independently for a long time.
- the elevator device can thus be installed particularly quickly and inexpensively.
- the automated arrangement of the magazine component on the carrier component can be implemented in different ways.
- the installation component can arrange a magazine component provided on a floor on the carrier component, for example pull it onto the floor of the magazine receiving device.
- the installation components can remove an empty magazine component from the carrier component, for example push it from the floor of the magazine receiving device onto the floor of the floor.
- an autonomous mobile robot can also be used.
- Such robots can move and act independently in their environment.
- the robot can first remove an empty magazine component from the carrier component and then arrange an equipped magazine component on the carrier component.
- the robot can, for example, couple with the magazine component and move it in this way.
- the magazine components can have a drive and a control, that is to say are designed as an autonomous mobile robot.
- a drive and a control that is to say are designed as an autonomous mobile robot.
- the magazine receiving device is pivotably arranged on the carrier component.
- the magazine receiving device can thus be brought from the assembly position into the loading position and back in a particularly simple and cost-effective manner.
- the magazine receiving device is arranged in particular on the carrier component in such a way that it can be pivoted in the direction of a door opening and away from a door opening. In particular, it is arranged at the bottom of the carrier component.
- This information relates to a functional condition of the assembly device. In this state, the assembly device is arranged in an elevator shaft in such a way that it can be displaced in the elevator shaft, carry out the assembly steps mentioned and be supplied with an equipped magazine component.
- an energy store is arranged between the carrier component and the magazine receiving device in such a way that a torque acts on the magazine receiving device which is oriented from the assembly position in the direction of the loading position.
- the torque is thus oriented in such a way that it moves the magazine receiving device from the assembly position into the loading position if it is of sufficient size and if the rotation is not blocked.
- the magazine receiving device can thus be brought into the loading position without an actuator and thus particularly easily and inexpensively.
- the energy store is designed in particular as a spring, in particular a tension spring; it can also be designed, for example, as a compression spring, an air or hydraulic accumulator.
- said energy store is designed so that it can bring a magazine receiving device with an empty or at least almost empty magazine component into the loading position. This is possible if the pivoting of the magazine receiving device is not blocked by a blocking device. If the magazine receiving device has more than one magazine component, the indication “empty or at least almost empty” relates to all magazine components.
- said energy store is designed so that an equipped magazine receiving device can move independently from the loading position to the assembly position. This is possible when the pivoting of the magazine receiving device is not blocked, that is to say, for example, when the floor of the magazine receiving device does not rest on the floor of the story. Pivoting is possible in this case when the carrier component is raised. This means that no actuator is necessary for pivoting the magazine receiving device from the loading position into the assembly position, and the pivoting can thus be implemented simply and inexpensively.
- a loaded magazine receiving device should be understood to mean a magazine receiving device which has received at least one loaded magazine component.
- An equipped magazine component is a magazine component in which assembly means are arranged.
- a controllable blocking device which can assume a rest position and a blocking position, is arranged on the carrier component. In the rest position, the magazine receiving device can be pivoted from the assembly position in the direction of the loading position and is blocked in the blocking device. This makes it possible to prevent the magazine receiving device from moving independently from the assembly position into the loading position in a simple and cost-effective manner. This ensures that the carrier component can be safely relocated in the elevator shaft even with an empty magazine receiving device.
- the blocking device can be designed, for example, as a bolt or pin which can be extended by means of an actuator and which prevents pivoting of the magazine receiving device in one position and allows it in another position.
- the actuator can for example be designed as an electric motor and from a Control device are controlled.
- the aforementioned control device also controls, in particular, further actuators of the assembly device such as, for example, the fixing component or also the displacement component.
- Fig. 1 shows an elevator shaft 10 of an elevator installation in which an assembly device 26 is arranged.
- a lower part 12 with a shaft pit 14, a middle part 16 and an upper part 18 with a shaft head 20 are shown.
- a lowermost door opening 22 is arranged on a lowest floor of a building and in the middle part 16 an upper door opening 24 is arranged on an upper floor.
- the door openings 22, 24 can be reached via the floors mentioned and the elevator shaft 10 is accessible via the door openings 22, 24.
- the door openings 22, 24 are thus referred to as accessible door openings.
- the assembly device 26 has a carrier component 28 and a mechatronic installation component 30.
- the carrier component 28 is designed as a frame on which the mechatronic installation component 30 is mounted. This frame has Dimensions that enable the carrier component 28 to be displaced vertically within the elevator shaft 10, that is to say, for example, to move to different vertical positions on different floors within the building.
- the mechatronic installation component 30 is designed as an industrial robot, which is attached to the frame of the carrier component 28 hanging down. An arm of the industrial robot 30 can be moved relative to the carrier component 28 and, for example, shifted towards a shaft wall 32 of the elevator shaft 10.
- the carrier component 28 is connected to a displacement component 36 in the form of a motor-driven cable winch, which is attached to the ceiling of the elevator shaft 10 at the top of the elevator shaft 10, via a steel cable serving as a suspension element 34. With the aid of the displacement component 36, the assembly device 26 can be displaced vertically within the elevator shaft 10 over an entire length of the elevator shaft 10.
- the assembly device 26 also has a fixing component, with the aid of which the carrier component 28 can be fixed within the elevator shaft 10 in the lateral direction, that is to say in the horizontal direction.
- the fixing component consists of two extendable rams 38 and an elongated support element 40, the support element 40 being arranged on the side of the door openings 22, 24 and the extendable rams 38 on the opposite side on the carrier component 28. By extending the rams 38, the carrier component 28 can jam between the shaft walls 32 of the elevator shaft 10 during a fixing phase.
- a magazine receiving device 42 is arranged at the bottom of the carrier component 28 so as to be pivotable in the direction of door openings 22, 24.
- This magazine receiving device 42 is used to receive at least one, in particular two in the Fig. 1 magazine components not shown.
- the magazine components can provide assembly means, in particular in the form of rail brackets, also called brackets, and fastening means in the form of screws to the industrial robot 30 for installation on a shaft wall 32.
- a control device 44 is arranged on the carrier component 28, which controls the industrial robot 30 and actuators (not shown) of the extendable rams 38.
- the magazine receiving device 42 is designed in two parts, the two parts 45, 47 each being arranged on one side of the carrier component 28. Since the two parts 45, 47 are constructed identically, only the first part 45 will be described.
- the part 45 of the magazine receiving device 42 has a U-shaped cross section with a bottom 46 and side parts 48.
- the side parts 48 are arranged pivotably on a holding rod 52 via two holding arms 50.
- the holding rod 52 is fastened to the carrier component 28 and extends horizontally, so that the part 45 of the magazine receiving device 42 is arranged on the carrier component 28 such that it can pivot in the direction of the door openings 22, 24. Since the second part 47 is also arranged on the carrier component 28 such that it can pivot in the direction of the door openings 22, 24, this also applies to the magazine receiving device 42.
- a blocking device 54 is also arranged on the carrier component 28, which has an actuator in the form of an electric motor 56 and two bolts 58 that can be extended and retracted horizontally in the direction of the holding arms 50 of the two parts 45, 47 of the magazine receiving device 42 by the electric motor 56.
- the two bolts 58 are retracted so that the two parts 45, 47 and thus the magazine receiving device 42 can pivot.
- the two bolts 58 are extended so that pivoting of the two parts 45, 47 and thus of the magazine receiving device 42 is blocked.
- the electric motor 56 is also controlled by the control device 44.
- Fig. 3 the magazine receiving device 42 is shown in a so-called assembly position.
- the holding arms 50 are oriented vertically downwards, starting from the carrier component 28.
- the blocking device is in the blocking position, the bolts 58 are therefore extended and the magazine receiving device 42 can therefore not pivot in the direction of the upper door opening 24.
- the industrial robot 30 can assemble means from a Remove the magazine component 60 arranged on the magazine receiving device 42 and the carrier component 28 can be displaced in the elevator shaft 10.
- an energy store in the form of a tension spring 62 is arranged in such a way that a torque acts on the magazine receiving device 42 or the first part 45 of the magazine receiving device 42, which is provided by the in the Fig. 3 mounting position shown in the direction of an in Fig. 4 illustrated loading position of the magazine receiving device 42 is aligned.
- the tension spring 62 thus exerts a force on the magazine receiving device 42 or the first part 45 of the magazine receiving device 42, which has a component in the direction of the door opening 24.
- a further tension spring can be arranged in an analogous manner between the carrier component 28 and the second part of the magazine receiving device 42.
- the tension spring 62 is designed such that it can bring the magazine receiving device 42 into the loading position with an empty or at least almost empty magazine component 60.
- the magazine component 60 is in the Fig. 3 empty, but since the bolt 58 of the blocking device 54 is extended at the same time, thus blocking the pivoting of the magazine receiving device 42, the magazine receiving device 42 nevertheless remains in the assembly position.
- Fig. 4 the magazine receiving device 42 is shown in a so-called loading position.
- the holding arms 50 are pivoted, starting from the carrier component 28, in the direction of the upper door opening 24.
- the blocking device is in the rest position, the bolts 58 are therefore retracted so that the magazine receiving device 42 could pivot in the direction of the upper door opening 24.
- a loaded magazine component 61 can be arranged on the magazine receiving device 42 via the upper door opening 24.
- the blocking device is first brought into the rest position, that is, the bolt 58 is retracted.
- the magazine component 60 in Fig. 3 is empty, the force of the tension spring 62 is sufficient to pivot the magazine receiving device 42 in the direction of the upper door opening 24.
- the carrier component 28 and thus also the magazine receiving device 42 are then lowered in the elevator shaft until the floor 46 of the magazine receiving device 42 rests on a floor 63 of the floor associated with the upper door cutout 24.
- the two floors 46 and 63 thus have the same level.
- the carrier component 28 is first fixed in the elevator shaft.
- the empty magazine component 60 is then removed from the magazine receiving device 42 by an autonomous mobile robot 64.
- the autonomous mobile robot 64 couples itself to the magazine component 60 having rollers and pulls it from the bottom 46 of the magazine receiving device 42. If there is more than one empty magazine component, the others are removed in the same way.
- the autonomous mobile robot 64 then couples itself to an equipped magazine component 61.
- the magazine component 61 which has rollers, a plurality of rail brackets 66 and screws 68 are arranged, which are required for the following assembly steps.
- the mobile autonomous robot 64 pushes the loaded magazine component 61 onto the floor 46 of the magazine receiving device 42 and thus arranges it on the carrier component 28.
- the bottom 46 of the magazine receiving device 42 has a recess, not shown, in which two rollers of the magazine component 61 arranged on an axis are arranged. The magazine component 61 is thus secured against rolling away.
- the empty magazine component can also be removed from the magazine receiving device by an installer, possibly with the aid of suitable levers or rods. Likewise, the loaded magazine component can be pushed onto the floor of the magazine receiving device by an installer.
- the tension spring 62 is designed so that an equipped magazine receiving device 42, that is to say a magazine receiving device 42 with an equipped magazine component 61, can move independently from the loading position into the assembly position.
- the power the tension spring 62 is therefore not sufficient to hold the loaded magazine receiving device 42 in the loading position. This is done in Fig. 4 However, this prevents the floor 46 of the magazine receiving device 42 from resting on the floor 63 of the floor and thereby blocking the pivoting of the magazine receiving device 42.
- the pivoting of the magazine receiving device 42 is only made possible when the fixation of the carrier component 28 is released and it is raised in the elevator shaft. This has the effect that the pivoting is no longer blocked and the magazine receiving device 42 is pivoted into the assembly position against the force of the tension spring 62 by its weight.
- Fig. 5 shows the magazine receiving device 42 after completion of the pivoting into the assembly position. This position is identical to the position in the Fig. 3 .
- the difference between the Fig. 5 and the Fig. 3 is only due to the fact that the loaded magazine component 61 is arranged on the carrier component 28 instead of the empty magazine component 60.
- the assembly device 26 can now carry out further installation steps and install assembly means in the form of rail brackets 66 and screws 68 on the shaft walls.
- the displacement component 36 is first fixed in the shaft head 20 and provided with the suspension element 34.
- the assembly device 26 is then arranged in the elevator shaft 10 and connected to the displacement component 36 via the support means 34.
- the magazine receiving device 42 as in connection with the Figs. 3 and 4 described brought to the lower door opening 22 in the loading position.
- the carrier component 28 is fixed laterally in the elevator shaft 10 in a fixing phase.
- the rams 38 are extended and the carrier component 28 is caulked in the elevator shaft 10.
- the magazine components were either fitted or were fitted outside the elevator shaft 10 in a fitting phase already equipped, delivered to the building in which the elevator shaft is located.
- the assembly phase then took place outside the building.
- the assembly device 26 can thus carry out several assembly steps. For this purpose, it is displaced in several displacement phases relative to the elevator shaft 10 and positioned at different heights within the elevator shaft 10. After positioning, rail brackets 66 are installed with screws 68 at different heights in the elevator shaft 10 on the shaft walls 32 in an assembly phase.
- a planning phase which takes place in particular before the start of the installation, is used to plan at which door openings a loading phase will be necessary .
- stocked magazine components 61 are made available at door openings provided for a loading phase.
- the provision phase can in particular be carried out in one piece before the start of the installation. But it is also possible that the provision phase is interrupted again and again. It only has to be ensured that at the point in time at which a loading phase is to be carried out via a door opening, an equipped magazine component 61 is also provided.
