Claims (15)
- Backofen (10), insbesondere ein Haushaltsbackofen (10), der einen Ofenhohlraum (12) umfasst, wobei:- der Ofenhohlraum (12) eine Hohlraumwand (14) umfasst, wobei ein Innenraum des Ofenhohlraums (12) von der Hohlraumwand (14) umschlossen ist, und- der Ofenhohlraum wenigstens eine Hohlraumkomponente (22, 27, 28, 32, 34, 36, 37, 40) umfasst, wobei die Hohlraumkomponente ein Heizelement, beispielsweise ein elektrisches Heizelement (32, 34, 36) oder ein Gasbrenner, ein Seitengitter (27) zum Tragen eines Lebensmittelträgers (28), eine Ofenhohlraumlampe (37) und/oder eine Gebläseabdeckung (40) für ein Heizgebläse (22), das im Inneren des Ofenhohlraums (12) an der Hohlraumwand (14) angeordnet ist, sein kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Hohlraumwand (14) ein Teilstück (15) umfasst, bei dem wenigstens eine der Hohlraumkomponenten (22, 27, 28, 32, 34, 36, 37, 40) angeordnet ist, wobei das wenigstens eine Teilstück (15) der Hohlraumwand (14) eine nicht ausreichende mechanische Festigkeit aufweist, um die wenigstens eine Hohlraumkomponente (22, 27, 28, 32, 34, 36, 37, 40) zu tragen, so dass das Teilstück (15) der Hohlraumwand (14) die Hohlraumkomponente (22, 27, 28, 32, 34, 36, 37, 40) nicht tragen kann,
und wobei der Backofen (10) eine Tragstruktur (50) umfasst, die außerhalb der Hohlraumwand (14) angeordnet ist, wobei die wenigstens eine Hohlraumkomponente (22, 27, 28, 32, 34, 36, 37, 40), die im Inneren des Ofenhohlraums (12) bei dem Teilstück (15) der Hohlraumwand (14), das keine ausreichende mechanische Festigkeit aufweist, angeordnet ist, mit der Tragstruktur (50) verbunden ist oder verbunden werden kann,
und wobei das Teilstück (15) der Hohlraumwand (14) mit nicht ausreichender mechanischer Festigkeit wenigstens ein Loch (17) zum Verbinden der wenigstens einen Hohlraumkomponente (22, 27, 28, 32, 34, 36, 37, 40), die an der Tragstruktur (50) angeordnet ist, aufweist. - Backofen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
wenigstens das Teilstück (15) der Hohlraumwand (14) mit nicht ausreichender mechanischer Festigkeit, insbesondere eine seitliche (42), untere (44), obere (46) und/oder hintere (48) Hohlraumwand oder alle der seitlichen (42), der unteren (44), der oberen (46) oder der hinteren (48) Hohlraumwand des Ofenhohlraums (12) eine Folie oder ein gewebtes oder vliesartiges Textilmaterial (14) umfassen, das wenigstens ein festgelegtes Material wie etwa ein ofentemperaturbeständiges Polymer, insbesondere ein temperaturbeständiges Polymer, das die Temperaturen einer pyrolytischen Ofenreinigung aushält, oder eine Blechfolie umfasst, wobei insbesondere die Blechfolie eine Dicke hat, die kleiner als 0,6 mm, vorzugsweise kleiner als 0,5 mm ist. - Backofen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Tragstruktur (50) eine mechanische Festigkeit aufweist, die so ausgelegt ist, dass sie die wenigstens eine Hohlraumkomponente (22, 27, 28, 32, 34, 36, 37, 40) im Wesentlichen unabhängig von dem Teilstück (15) der Hohlraumwand (14) tragen kann. - Backofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine vordere Öffnung des Ofenhohlraums (12) durch eine Ofentür (18) geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann. - Backofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Ofenhohlraum (12) an seiner Außenseite wenigstens teilweise durch eine isolierende Lage (16) umschlossen ist, die so ausgelegt ist, dass sie den Wärmeverlust des Ofenhohlraums (12) über die Hohlraumwand (14), insbesondere über das Teilstück (15) der Hohlraumwand mit nicht ausreichender mechanischer Festigkeit, insbesondere über die Folie, das gewebte oder das vliesartige Textilmaterial (14) wirksam reduzieren kann. - Backofen nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die isolierende Lage (16) einen Aufbau mit mehreren Kammern umfasst, wobei die Kammern wenigstens eine festgelegte Form aufweisen, und wobei die isolierende Lage (16) vorzugsweise eine Wabenstruktur umfasst. - Backofen nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Kammern der isolierenden Lage (16) mit losem isolierenden Material, vorzugsweise mit Perlit oder Aerogel gefüllt sind, und/oder die Kammern der isolierenden Lage (16) evakuiert sind oder unter einem niedrigen Druck stehen. - Backofen nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die isolierende Lage (16) in Kontakt mit wenigstens einem Teil der äußeren Oberfläche der Hohlraumwand (14) angeordnet ist, wobei insbesondere die isolierende Lage (16) wenigstens einen Teil wenigstens eines Teilstücks (15) der Hohlraumwand (14), das eine nicht ausreichende mechanische Festigkeit aufweist, hält, wobei insbesondere die isolierende Lage (16) wenigstens einen Teil der Folie, des gewebten oder des vliesartigen Textilmaterials (14), das in dem Teilstück (15) der Hohlraumwand (14) enthalten ist, hält. - Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Hohlraumwand (14) so ausgelegt ist, dass sie von einem Benutzer ausgetauscht werden kann, wobei insbesondere der Hohlraum (14) für eine manuell austauschbare Anordnung durch einen Benutzer in einem äußeren Ofengehäuse (20) und/oder der isolierenden Lage (16) ausgelegt ist, wobei insbesondere die Hohlraumwand (14) wenigstens ein vorzugsweise manuell lösbares Fixiermittel (54) umfasst, das dem wenigstens einen Fixiermittel (52) des äußeren Ofengehäuses (20) oder der isolierenden Lage (16) entspricht. - Backofen nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Hohlraumwand (14) ein Material umfasst, das nach der Anordnung der Hohlraumwand (14) durch den Benutzer während eines Heizschritts seine Form ändern kann, um sie auf eine festgelegte Abmessung und/oder Form des Ofenhohlraums (12) anzupassen, wobei insbesondere die Hohlraumwand (14) wenigstens einen gefalteten Pufferraum umfasst, der durch eine Formgedächtnislegierung kontrahiert werden kann, wenn die Hohlraumwand (14) zum ersten Mal erhitzt wird. - Backofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Hohlraumwand (14) aus einem gewebten und/oder einem vliesartigen Textilmaterial (14) und/oder aus einem elektrisch erhitzbaren Material hergestellt ist, wobei insbesondere ein elektrisch erhitzbares Material mit dem gewebten Textilmaterial (14) verwoben ist oder in das vliesartige Textilmaterial (14) eingearbeitet ist. - Backofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Folie, das gewebte oder das vliesartige Textilmaterial (14) mit wenigstens einer nicht haftenden Beschichtung, vorzugsweise wenigstens auf der Innenseite der Ofenhohlraumwand (14) beschichtet ist. - Backofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Folie, das gewebte oder das vliesartige Textilmaterial (14) mit wenigstens einer Beschichtung mit niedriger Emission, beispielsweise mit Zinnoxid, vorzugsweise wenigstens auf der Außenseite der Ofenhohlraumwand (14) beschichtet ist. - Backofen (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Backofen (10) wenigstens ein Ofengehäuse (20), das die Hohlraumwand (14) umgibt, umfasst, wobei vorzugsweise die isolierende Lage (16) zwischen dem Ofengehäuse (20) und der Hohlraumwand (14) angeordnet ist. - Backofen (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
wenigstens eine der Tragstrukturen (50) als Teil der isolierenden Lage (16) und/oder des Ofengehäuses (20) ausgebildet ist.
