Claims (5)

  1. Einheit zur Stapelung von Lamellen auf einer Stützleiter zur Herstellung von Jalousien, wobei die Leiter aus einer vollständigen Leiter oder einem Paar von Halbleitern besteht und in beiden Fällen zwei Holme (P1, P2) umfasst, die eine Vielzahl von Eingriffselementen (T1, T2) mit den in gleichmäßigen Abständen entlang der Längsausdehnung der Holme angeordneten Lamellen stützen, wobei die Stapelungseinheit (1) umfasst:
    - Mittel (20) zum Führen einer Lamelle (L) entlang einer Längseinfügungsspur (X) auf einer Einfügungsebene (m);
    - Mittel (30) zum Positionieren einer Leiter auf einer Positionierungsebene (p), die auf der Einfügungsebene (m) in einem Eingriffsbereich (2) mit den Lamellen auftrifft, wobei die Positionierungsmittel (30) geeignet sind, die Leiter mit den beiden quer voneinander beabstandeten Holmen (P1, P2) auf den beiden Seiten der Längseinfügungsspur (X) zu positionieren; und
    - Mittel (40) zum Verbinden der Lamelle mit der Leiter an dem Eingriffsbereich (2) durch Einwirken auf die Eingriffselemente (T1, T2); und
    - einen Lader (50), der über der Einfügungsebene (m) platziert ist und in den die Lamellen jeweils einzeln nach und nach geschoben und nebeneinandergelegt werden, nachdem sie mit der Leiter verbunden wurden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stapelungseinheit ferner Mittel (11, 12) zum seitlichen Eingrenzen der Bewegungen von jedem der beiden Holme (P1, P2) der Leiter zwischen zwei vertikalen Führungsebenen (V1, V2) umfasst, die sich parallel zu der Längseinfügungsspur (X) erstrecken, wobei jede der beiden vertikalen Führungsebenen (V1, V2) sich seitlich zu der Längseinfügungsspur (X) in der Nähe von einem der beiden Seitenränder (X1, X2) der Längseinfügungsspur außerhalb davon erstreckt, wobei die Eingrenzungsmittel (11, 12) geeignet sind, die parallel zu den Längsrändern der Lamellen (L) zu platzierenden Holme (P1, P2) zu führen,
    wobei die seitlichen Eingrenzungsmittel aus zwei flachen Blechen (11, 12) bestehen, die jeweils eine Hauptseite definieren, die der Längseinfügungsspur (X) zugewandt ist und derart positioniert ist, dass die Hauptseite auf einer der beiden vertikalen Führungsebenen (V1, V2) liegt.
  2. Stapelungseinheit nach Anspruch 1, wobei jede der beiden vertikalen Führungsebenen (V1, V2) sich seitlich zu der Spur (X) außerhalb davon in einem Abstand (D) von dem entsprechenden Seitenrand der Spur von zwischen 5 mm und 20 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 10 und 15 mm, erstreckt.
  3. Stapelungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Einheit (1) auf beiden Seiten der Spur (X) Mittel (60) zum Schneiden der Holme (P1, P2) der Leiter an dem Eingriffsbereich (2) zwischen der Leiter und der Lamelle über der Einfügungsebene (m) umfasst und wobei die beiden flachen Bleche (11, 12) so in der Höhe nach oben, vorzugsweise parallel zur entsprechenden vertikalen Führungsebene (V1, V2) beweglich sind, dass den Schneidemitteln (60) der freie Zugang zu den Holmen (P1, P2) erlaubt wird.
  4. Stapelungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die Einheit (1) auf beiden Seiten der Spur (X) Mittel (60) zum Schneiden der Holme (P1, P2) der Leiter an dem Eingriffsbereich (2) zwischen der Leiter und der Lamelle über der Einfügungsebene (m) umfasst und wobei jedes der beiden flachen Bleche (11, 12) mit einer Durchgangsöffnung versehen ist, durch die den Schneidemitteln (60) der Zugang zu den Holmen (P1, P2) ermöglicht wird.
  5. Verfahren zum Stapeln von Lamellen auf einer Stützleiter zur Herstellung von Jalousien, wobei die Leiter aus einer vollständigen Leiter oder einem Paar von Halbleitern besteht und in beiden Fällen zwei Holme (P1, P2) umfasst, die eine Vielzahl von Eingriffselementen mit den in gleichmäßigen Abständen entlang der Längsausdehnung der Holme angeordneten Lamellen (T1, T2) stützen, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Arbeitsschritte umfasst:
    - a) Anordnen einer Einheit (1) zum Stapeln von Lamellen (L) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche;
    - b) Anordnen einer Leiter (S) auf der Positionierungsebene (p) mit den entsprechenden beiden, quer auf den beiden Seiten der Längseinfügungsspur (X) voneinander beabstandeten Holmen (P1, P2)
    - c) Einfügen einer Lamelle (L) entlang der Längseinfügungsspur (X), indem sie mit der Leiter verbunden wird;
    - d) Anheben der mit der Leiter verbundenen Lamelle von der Einfügungsebene (m), bis sie in das Innere des Laders (50) gebracht wird, indem sie durch Übereinanderlegen mit beliebigen anderen bereits in dem Lader vorhandenen Lamellen nebeneinander gelegt wird, wodurch bewirkt wird, dass die Holme (P1, P2) sich aufeinander falten;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Schritt e) zum seitlichen Eingrenzen der Bewegungen der Holme (P1, P2) während des Anhebeschritts d) mittels der Eingrenzungsmittel (11, 12) umfasst, derart dass verhindert wird, dass die Holme (P1, P2) während ihres Faltens sich quer zu der Spur (X) außerhalb davon positionieren, und sie so geführt werden, dass sie sich parallel zu den Längsrändern der Lamellen (L) positionieren.
