Definitions

  • the present invention relates to packaging and more particularly to packaging made of semi-rigid material, such as corrugated cardboard or flat cardboard for example or the like, intended to group together products for their storage and transport and, if necessary, to be transformed into a display in which the products are displayed for sale, such as packaging known as PAV according to the French acronym “Prêt ARIC” or SRP according to the Anglo-Saxon acronym “Shelf Ready Packaging” or RRP according to the acronym Anglo-Saxon “Retail Ready Packaging”.
  • PAV packaging
  • SRP Standard acronym "Prêt ARIC”
  • RRP shelf Ready Packaging
  • Retail Ready Packaging By products we mean sales units or logistics units.
  • These different types of packaging regardless of their combined technical functions or not, are commonly called primary packaging, secondary packaging or tertiary packaging between a product packager and its logistics or distributor customers.
  • the free edges of the intermediate flaps directed towards the flaps have protrusions, and the free edges of the intermediate flaps directed towards the flap side have notches.
  • the end flap of the series of flaps and the tongue on the one hand and the flaps on the other hand are fixed by application to one another and by gluing, said body being mounted automatically by folding said flaps and flaps of said first set around a mandrel.
  • Ready-to-sell packaging consisting of a parallelepipedal packaging comprising a peripheral cutting line delimiting the base of the cover of the packaging and allowing the removal of the cover, after cutting along the peripheral cutting line, to make accessible the products contained in the base which is directly positioned on the shelves of the sales areas.
  • a parallelepipedal packaging comprising a peripheral cutting line delimiting the base of the cover of the packaging and allowing the removal of the cover, after cutting along the peripheral cutting line, to make accessible the products contained in the base which is directly positioned on the shelves of the sales areas.
  • the document JP2009241958 and the document US 6,135,289 disclose a so-called ready-to-sell packaging carton having a peripheral wall formed by a front wall, a pair of side walls and a rear wall.
  • An inclined cutting line is provided in both side walls so that the upper part of the packing carton can be removed by breaking the packing carton along the cutting line to convert the packing carton into a display stand of products.
  • the package comprises a corrugated cardboard box closed at one end, open at its other end and comprising at least side walls, one of said side walls having a line of low resistance, the ends of which end on the upper edge of said side wall and which internally defines a tear-off precut, and a corrugated cardboard cover comprising a bottom wall and a side skirt, said cover covering the open end of the body and being secured thereto, by bonding the skirt to said precut and on at least one other wall of the body.
