Claims (9)
- Appareil de distribution pour dépiler des feuilles de carton d'une pile de feuilles de carton, l'appareil de dépilage comprenant un magasin de feuilles de carton pour contenir une pile de cartons à dépiler, le magasin de feuilles de carton ayant une ouverture pour permettre aux feuilles d'être distribuées à partir de la pile, où l'appareil de distribution comprend au moins une bande transporteuse (3, 4) agencée à proximité immédiate de l'ouverture du magasin de feuilles de carton (2), l'au moins une bande transporteuse (3, 4) étant destinée à déplacer une feuille de carton à dépiler de la pile (1) à l'écart de la pile (1), caractérisé en ce qu'un rail de guidage arrière (6) présente une extrémité extérieure (8) faisant un angle α par rapport à une extension longitudinale (L) de la pile (1) de feuilles de carton, et où un rail de guidage avant (7) présente une extrémité extérieure (9) faisant un angle β par rapport à l'extension longitudinale (L) de la pile (1) de feuilles de carton, et où l'angle α est supérieur à l'angle β et où le magasin de feuilles de carton (2) peut être détaché du reste de l'appareil, et où le détachement du magasin de feuilles de carton (2) est assuré par un verrou actionné manuellement, lequel verrou dans une première position maintient le magasin de feuilles en carton (2) sur le reste de l'appareil, et lequel verrou dans une seconde position permet de détacher le magasin de feuilles de carton (2) du reste de l'appareil, laissant la transmission, les poulies d'entraînement (12, 13) et les bandes transporteuses (3, 4) en place sur le reste de l'appareil, pour un éventuel rattachement du magasin de feuilles de carton (2) ou pour un éventuel attachement d'un autre magasin de feuilles de carton (2), sans également rattacher ou détacher la transmission, les poulies d'entraînement (12, 13) et les bandes transporteuses (2, 3) à ou du reste de l'appareil.
- Appareil de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'angle α est entre 1 degré et 45 degrés par rapport à l'extension longitudinale (L) de la pile (1) de feuilles de carton, et l'angle β est entre 1 degré et 30 degrés par rapport à l'extension longitudinale (L) de la pile (1) de feuilles de carton.
- Appareil de distribution selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité extérieure inclinée (8) du rail de guidage arrière (6) commence à une position la plus à l'intérieur par rapport à une ouverture du magasin de feuilles de carton (2) vers l'au moins une bande transporteuse par rapport à l'extrémité extérieure inclinée (9) du rail de guidage avant (7) commençant à une position la plus à l'extérieur par rapport à l'ouverture du magasin de feuilles de carton vers l'au moins une bande transporteuse (3, 4).
- Appareil de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par au moins deux bandes transporteuses (3, 4) agencées à proximité immédiate de l'ouverture du magasin de feuilles de carton (2) vers les bandes transporteuses (3, 4), les bandes transporteuses (3, 4) étant destinées à déplacer une feuille de carton à dépiler de la pile (1) à l'écart de la pile (1), et une extension de l'au moins une bande transporteuse arrière (3) commençant à une position (S3) vers l'arrière par rapport à l'ouverture du magasin de feuilles de carton (2), se poursuit au-delà de l'arrière de l'ouverture du magasin de feuilles de carton (2) et se termine à une position (E3) en partie après l'ouverture du magasin de feuilles de carton (2), et en ce qu'une extension de l'au moins une bande transporteuse avant (4) commence à une position (S4) à l'extérieur de l'ouverture du magasin de feuilles de carton (2), se poursuit vers l'avant de l'ouverture du magasin de feuilles de carton (2) et se termine à une position (E4) au-delà de l'avant de l'ouverture du magasin de feuilles de carton (2), et en ce que la position (E3) où se termine la bande transporteuse arrière (3) est en position avant par rapport à la position (S4), où l'au moins une bande transporteuse avant (4) commence de sorte qu'un chevauchement (0) soit établi entre l'au moins une bande transporteuse arrière (3) et l'au moins une bande transporteuse avant (4), vu dans une direction (A) de transport.
- Appareil de distribution selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un déplacement et une vitesse de l'au moins une bande transporteuse arrière (3) sont fournis par au moins un moteur (10), et où un déplacement et une vitesse de l'au moins une bande transporteuse avant (4) sont fournis par au moins un moteur (10), et où une vitesse de l'au moins une bande transporteuse arrière (3) peut être ajustée individuellement par rapport à une vitesse de l'au moins une bande transporteuse avant (4), et inversement, et où la vitesse de l'au moins une bande transporteuse avant (4), lors de l'utilisation de l'appareil lors du dépilage des feuilles de carton de la pile (1), peut d'être ajustée à une vitesse supérieure à une vitesse de l'au moins une bande transporteuse arrière (3).
- Appareil de distribution selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un rail de guidage (7) est agencé entre l'ouverture du magasin de feuilles de carton et les bandes transporteuses (3, 4), et en ce que le rail de guidage (7) présente une extrémité extérieure inclinée (9) agencée dans une position où un chevauchement (0) est établi entre l'au moins une bande transporteuse arrière (3) et l'au moins une bande transporteuse avant (4), et dans une position où à la fois l'au moins une bande transporteuse arrière (3) et l'au moins une bande transporteuse avant (4) traversent l'ouverture du magasin de feuilles de carton (2) vers les bandes transporteuses (3, 4).
- Appareil de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement et la vitesse de l'au moins une bande transporteuse arrière (3) et le déplacement et la vitesse de l'au moins une bande transporteuse avant (4) sont fournis par un et le même moteur (10), et où une première transmission est prévue entre un axe d'entraînement (11) du moteur (10) et une poulie d'entraînement (12) de l'au moins une bande transporteuse arrière (3), et où une seconde transmission est prévue entre l'axe d'entraînement (11) du moteur (10) et une poulie d'entraînement (13) de l'au moins une bande transporteuse avant (4), et où la première transmission a un premier rapport entre la vitesse rationnelle de l'axe de moteur (11) et de la poulie d'entraînement (12) de l'au moins une bande transporteuse arrière (3), et où la seconde transmission a un second rapport entre la vitesse rationnelle de l'axe de moteur (11) et de la poulie d'entraînement (13) de l'au moins une bande transporteuse avant (4), et où le premier rapport est inférieur au second rapport.
- Appareil de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moteur (10) peut être détaché du reste de l'appareil, et où le détachement du moteur (10) est assuré par un verrou actionné manuellement (14), lequel verrou (14) dans une première position maintient le moteur sur le reste de l'appareil, et lequel verrou (14) dans une seconde position permet au moteur (10) d'être détaché du reste de l'appareil, laissant la transmission, les poulies d'entraînement (12, 13) et les bandes transporteuses (3, 4) en place sur le reste de l'appareil, pour un éventuel rattachement du moteur (10) ou pour un éventuel attachement d'un autre moteur, sans également rattacher ou détacher la transmission, les poulies d'entraînement (12, 13) et les bandes transporteuses (3, 4) à ou du reste de l'appareil.
- Procédé de dépilage de feuilles de carton d'une pile (1) de feuilles de carton, le procédé comprenant l'utilisation d'un appareil de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, et- la fourniture d'une pile (1) de feuilles de carton dans un magasin (2) de l'appareil de distribution,- l'avancement de la pile (1) de feuilles de carton vers une ouverture du magasin (2)- la fourniture d'au moins la feuille de carton la plus à l'extérieur avec une inclinaison par rapport à une surface de bande transporteuse d'une bande transporteuse arrière (3) et d'une bande transporteuse avant (4),- la feuille de carton la plus à l'extérieur étant inclinée de sorte qu'un bord avant de la feuille de carton soit plus proche des bandes transporteuses (3, 4) qu'un bord arrière de la feuille de carton,- le déplacement du bord avant de la feuille de carton la plus à l'extérieur vers et en butée avec la bande transporteuse arrière (3),- le déplacement vers l'avant de la feuille de carton la plus à l'extérieur, au moyen de la bande transporteuse arrière (3), à une première vitesse relative,- le déplacement du bord avant de la feuille de carton la plus à l'extérieur vers et en butée avec la bande transporteuse avant (4),- le déplacement vers l'avant de la feuille de carton la plus à l'extérieur, au moyen de la bande transporteuse avant (4), à une seconde vitesse, la seconde vitesse étant supérieure à la première vitesse.
