  2. A lift and slide element in accordance with claim 1,
    characterized in that
    the leaf frame profile (17) is at least partly produced from a glass fiber-reinforced plastic.
  3. A lift and slide element in accordance with claim 1 or claim 2,
    characterized in that
    the roller arrangement (21, 27) projects over or is flush with the support surface (38) both when the leaf (15) is raised and when the leaf (15) is lowered.
  4. A lift and slide element in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the rail (29) is lowered along its total longitudinal extent with respect to the floor plane (39), and/or in that
    the track (35) is arranged at least partly beneath the floor plane (39).
  5. A lift and slide element in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the threshold (30) has an upper side defining the floor plane (39) and a recess (45) formed at the upper side, with the track (29) being arranged in the recess (45).
  6. A lift and slide element in accordance with claim 5,
    characterized in that
    the roller arrangement (21, 27) projects into the recess (45) in the assembled state of the lift and slide element (11) both when the leaf (15) is raised and when the leaf (15) is lowered.
  7. A lift and slide element in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the threshold (30) is at least partly produced from a fiber composite material, in particular from a glass fiber-reinforced plastic.
  8. A lift and slide element in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the rail (29) has at least one guide rib (33) for guiding rollers (27) of the roller arrangement (21, 27), with the guide rib (33) not projecting beyond the floor plane (39).
  9. A lift and slide element in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the ratio of the width (B) of the leaf frame profile (17) measured in parallel with the leaf plane (20) to the depth (T) of the leaf frame profile (17) measured at a right angle to the leaf plane (20) amounts to 0.8 or less, preferably 0.7 or less and particularly preferably 0.6 or less.
  10. A lift and slide element in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the leaf frame profile (17) comprises a support (50) and at least one decorative element (53, 55) attached to said support (50), with the support (50) consisting of a fiber composite material, in particular of a glass fiber-reinforced plastic, and the decorative element (53, 55) preferably being produced from wood and/or metal.
  11. A lift and slide element in accordance with claim 10,
    characterized in that
    the support (50) has an inner side (51) and an opposite outer side (52), with a decorative element (55) preferably produced from metal, in particular from aluminum, being attached to the outer side (52) and/or a decorative element (53) preferably produced from wood being attached to the inner side (51).
  12. A lift and slide element in accordance with claim 10 or claim 11,
    characterized in that
    at least one reinforcing element composed of metal, in particular of steel, is arranged at or in the support (50).
  13. A lift and slide element in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the hollow profile has a plurality of separate chambers (47).
  14. A lift and slide element in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the leaf frame profile (17) has a cross-sectional shape in which the width (B) of the leaf frame profile (17) measured in parallel with the leaf plane (20) amounts to 60 mm or less, preferably 50 mm or less.
  15. A lift and slide element in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the leaf (15) has a weight of 100 kg or more.
