  1. Dispositif servant à exécuter au moins un processus de coupe (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'appui (30) est ajusté et disposé de telle manière qu'il rejoint le second plan, dans lequel la force de coupe est appliquée au livre (70), en l'affleurant ou à une distance minimale, dans lequel la distance atteint au maximum 1 mm, notamment au maximum 0,5 mm.
  4. Dispositif servant à exécuter au moins un processus de coupe (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'appui (30) est délimité par une arête (34) ou un plan limite sur le côté opposé au premier plan, dans lequel l'arête (34) ou le plan limite présente une distance d'au moins 3 mm par rapport au premier plan.
  5. Dispositif servant à exécuter au moins un processus de coupe (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie d'un dispositif de préhension (50) est ou peut être disposée à l'intérieur de l'espace intermédiaire (36), qui est ou qui peut être constitué entre les éléments d'appui (32).
  6. Dispositif servant à exécuter au moins un processus de coupe (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de préhension (50) est déplaçable de telle manière qu'au moins un trajet peut être franchi dans le sens opposé à la direction de la force de coupe exercée, qui correspond à la distance de l'arête (34) ou du plan limite du dispositif d'appui (30) par rapport au premier plan, de sorte qu'au moins une partie d'un bras de préhension (53) est au moins mobile de telle manière qu'une zone de contact (55) du bras de préhension (53), avec laquelle le bras de préhension (53) peut être placé sur le livre (70), se trouve au moins dans un plan avec l'arête (34) ou qu'il existe une plus grande distance entre la zone de contact (55) et le premier plan qu'entre l'arête (34) ou le plan limite du dispositif d'appui (30) et le premier plan.
  7. Dispositif servant à exécuter au moins un processus de coupe (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de préhension (50) est ou peut être entraîné par voie pneumatique.
  8. Procédé d'exécution d'au moins un processus de coupe afin de fabriquer un livre (70), une brochure ou une publication semblable, notamment un document d'identification de type livre tel un passeport, lequel comprend des pages, qui sont reliées à un dos (74), lors duquel
    - un dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 7 (10) est mis à disposition,
    - un livre (70) est amené vers le dispositif,
    - le livre (70) est logé dans ou sur l'élément de réception (12),
    - le livre (70) est placé avec son dos (74) sur ou dans le dispositif d'appui (30),
    - le livre (70) est serré dans ou sur l'élément de réception (12),
    - le livre (70) est soumis à une force de coupe, dont au moins une des composantes s'étend perpendiculairement au plan de l'élément de réception (12), au moyen d'un élément de coupe, dans lequel le dispositif d'appui (30) exerce une force d'appui sur au moins une zone du dos (74) dans la direction opposée à celle de la force de coupe exercée.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le livre (70) est saisi au moyen des bras de préhension (52,53), de sorte que le livre (70) se déplace en conséquence lors d'un mouvement des bras de préhension (52, 53).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le serrage du livre (70) s'achève après l'exécution d'un processus de coupe et les bras de préhension (52, 53) sont déplacés avec le livre (70) dans un sens opposé à la direction de la force de coupe exercée, de sorte que le livre (70) est retiré du premier plan.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les bras de préhension (52, 53) se déplacent au moins de 3 mm dans une direction opposée à celle de la force de coupe exercée, de sorte que le livre (70) est retiré du premier plan.
  12. Procédé selon les revendications 10 et 11, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins les bras de préhension (52, 53) se déplacent encore de telle manière que le livre (70) saisi par les bras de préhension (52, 53) est retiré de la zone de projection de l'élément de réception (12) et du dispositif d'appui (30).
  13. Procédé d'exécution d'au moins un processus de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le processus de coupe se réalise moyennant un mouvement de translation d'un élément de coupe conçu sous la forme d'un couteau ou moyennant un mouvement de rotation d'un élément de coupe conçu sous la forme d'une fraise.
