Claims (10)
- Double-sided ring spinning machine (1) with drafting systems (3) on each machine side, which have several drafting system bottom rollers (21, 22, 23) rotating at different speeds positioned one after the other in the running direction of a sliver which can be acted upon by drive devices (26, 27) positioned at the machine ends as well as at least one additional auxiliary drive device (28), whereby the drafting systems (3) are each part of a workstation (2), of which several are positioned next to each other at each side of the machine,whereby the auxiliary drive device (28) has an electromotive drive (29), a main transmission (30) and two distribution transmissions (31), in which case one of the distribution transmissions (31) is assigned to a drafting system bottom roller (21, 22, 23) of the drafting system (3) positioned on one machine side and the other distribution transmission (31) to a drafting system bottom roller (21, 22, 23) of the drafting system (3) positioned on the other machine side,characterised in that,that the distribution transmissions (31) are each fitted with fastening devices (33), which are connected to the relevant drafting system bottom roller (21, 22, 23) at a bearing position (38) at an initial empty space between two workstations for bearing mounting of the distribution transmissions (31), and that the distribution transmissions (31) are each connected on a drive position (18) at a second empty space between two workstations (2) with the relevant drafting system bottom roller (21, 22, 23) for transmission of a torque.
- Ring spinning machine (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the relevant fastening device (33) is connected to another bearing position (38) at a third empty space between two workstations (2) for bearing mounting of the distribution transmission (31) with the relevant drafting system bottom roller (21, 22, 23).
- Ring spinning machine (1) according to claim 2, characterised in that the drive position (18) is positioned midway between the two bearing positions (38).
- Ring spinning machine (1) according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the main transmission (30) is connected with the distribution transmissions (31) via a universal joint (32), which is preferably covered by a housing.
- Ring spinning machine (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the distribution transmissions (31) each have a transmission reduction which is coordinated with the speed of the associated drafting system bottom roller (21, 22, 23).
- Ring spinning machine (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the relevant drafting system bottom roller (21, 22, 23) at the drive position (18) has a shaft pinion for transmitting the torque from the distribution transmission (31) to the relevant drafting system bottom roller.
- Ring spinning machine (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the fastening device (33) has specified locking elements (35) at the housing (34) of the distribution transmission (31), which are each fitted at the end at the bearing position (38) with a bearing support (36) for connecting the fastening device (33) with the relevant drafting system bottom roller (21, 22, 23).
- Ring spinning machine (1) according to claim 7, characterised in that a rotation bearing is positioned in the bearing support (36).
- Ring spinning machine (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the ring spinning machine (1) has dies (10) on which the drafting system bottom rollers (21, 22, 23) are bearing mounted and that the auxiliary drive device (28) is positioned between two neighbouring dies.
- Ring spinning machine (1) according to claim 9, characterised in that the fastening devices (33) are also fitted with tensioning and/or pressure elements (37), via which the fastening devices (33) are connected to the neighbouring dies (10).
