Definitions
- the invention relates to a roll-up hanging with a winding shaft, on which the roll-up hanging can be wound and from which the roll-up hanging can be unrolled, wherein the roll-up hanging is formed from hanging segments that are connected to one another in segment rows which are oriented in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft, each in one Segment row provided hanging segments rigid and the hanging segments of each segment row are connected to the hanging segments of adjacent segment rows pivotably about a pivot axis oriented in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft, and adjacent hanging segments of each segment row are connected to one another via at least one plug connection.
- Roll-up hangings of this type are regularly installed in a roller door system and are intended for opening and closing an underground car park entrance, a door, gate or window opening or the like opening in a building as required.
- Such roll hangings can be wound onto a winding shaft and can be unrolled from the winding shaft, which winding shaft can be driven to rotate either in one or the other direction of rotation with the aid of a shaft drive.
- the previously known roll hangings are mostly made of corrugated bars, with adjacent corrugated bars being connected to one another in an articulated manner at the wave tips of their wave shape with the aid of clip-shaped connectors.
- the connectors of adjacent corrugated bars can each have a straight bar running through them. Due to the articulated connection of the rods forming the roll hangings, such roll hangings are on the winding shaft designed to be rolled up and unrolled again from the winding shaft.
- the bars of the roll-up hangings available on the market are mostly made of metal, which is why such a roll-up hangings made of metal bars usually have a high level of stability and security against break-ins, but at the same time also have a high weight.
- the high weight of the roll hangings available on the market requires powerful and correspondingly large shaft drives and limits the maximum dimensions of such roll hangings and the building openings closed by them so that the roll hangings ultimately do not become too heavy.
- the previously known roller door system has a roller curtain of the type mentioned at the beginning with a winding shaft onto which the roller curtain can be wound and from which the roller curtain can be unrolled.
- the curtain of the previously known roller door system is formed from curtain segments. These hanging segments each have the outer contour of a horizontal H, the horizontally oriented longitudinal webs of this H-shape being tubular. These curtain segments are connected to one another in segment rows.
- stub axles are inserted into the tubular longitudinal webs of the H-shaped hanging segments, which protrude with their free stub ends alternately into the longitudinal webs of the adjacent hanging segments of a segment row provided above or below.
- the hanging segments provided in each segment row are rigidly connected to one another and the hanging segments of adjacent segment rows are connected to one another so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis oriented in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft. Since the longitudinal webs of each hanging segment are only connected to one another via the one transverse web of this H-shape, the individual Curtain segments have a comparatively low load-bearing capacity and impact resistance, in particular if the curtain segments of the previously known roller curtain are designed as a plastic injection-molded part.
- a roll curtain is previously known, which was created to have increased impact resistance.
- This known roll curtain is formed from hanging segments which are plate-shaped and have two flat-sided main surfaces, two opposite longitudinal edges and two opposite transverse edges.
- Bush-shaped hinge parts are provided in the area of the longitudinal edges of the hanging segments.
- the evenly spaced hinge parts on one longitudinal edge of each hanging segment are offset from the hinge parts on the other longitudinal edge of the hanging segment in such a way that the hinge parts of adjacent hanging segments are in engagement with one another.
- common hinge pins are inserted into the hinge parts of adjacent hanging segments, which pins define the pivot axis between the hanging segments.
- the hanging segments connected to one another in this way form an almost gapless roll-up hanging which, however, is comparatively heavy due to the plate-shaped design of the hanging segments.
- the dimensions of such a heavy roll-up curtain are limited so that the roll-up curtain can still be moved at all by a compact but sufficiently powerful shaft drive.
- a roll-up curtain is previously known, which is essentially made of transparent plastic film, which allows passers-by to see through the roll-up curtain should continue to enable, for example, when this curtain secures and closes a shop window.
- the known roll-up curtain is formed from a plurality of two different components which are assigned to one another in pairs and each form a curtain segment.
- a first component of each hanging segment is plate-shaped and has an integrally formed tubular axis guide on one of its longitudinal edges.
- each curtain segment has on its longitudinal edge facing away from the first component an axis guide receptacle in the form of a loop divided in cross section, which axis guide receptacle accommodates the axis guide of an adjacent curtain segment.
- the curtain segments are connected to one another by plug-in axles which are guided through the axle guides of the curtain segments. Since the axle guide receptacles on the second component of each hanging segment have only one narrow longitudinal slot, in which longitudinal slot the axle guide of an adjacent hanging segment engages, the mobility of the previously known roller hanging and its components is restricted.
- a roll curtain is previously known, the curtain segments of which are each frame-shaped and made from a sheet metal strip.
- This sheet metal strip from which the frame opening is cut out, has sleeve-like sheet metal formations on its longitudinal edges. Through these sleeve-like sheet metal deformations of the hanging segments adjacent to one another in rows, an axis can be implemented in each case, which serves as a pivot axis between the hanging segment rows.
- the production of the curtain segments formed as sheet metal parts from U.S. 2,830,660 A known roll hangings is comparatively complex.
- the inventive solution to this problem consists in the roll-up hanging of the type mentioned in particular in that at least a subset of the hanging segments forming the roll-up hanging is designed in the shape of a frame, that at least a subset of the hanging segments forming the rolling hanging is made of plastic, and that one of the adjacent hanging segments each segment row that has a hanging segment at least one outwardly pointing connecting pin of the plug connection, which is held in an associated and inwardly pointing connection opening of this plug connection in the adjacent hanging segment.
- the roll-up curtain according to the invention is part of a roller door system which is used to open or close an underground car park entrance, a door, gate or window opening or the like opening of a building.
- a winding shaft which is in drive connection with a shaft drive, is assigned to the roll-up curtain.
- the curtain is on the Winding shaft designed to be wound up and unrolled from the winding shaft and formed from a plurality of hanging segments which are connected to one another in segment rows.
- the segment rows formed from hanging segments connected to one another in rows are oriented in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft.
- the curtain segments provided in each segment row are rigid and the curtain segments of each segment row are connected to one another so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis oriented in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft with the curtain segments of adjacent segment rows. Since the roll curtain according to the invention is not made of solid rods, but essentially from flat hang segments, and since these hang segments can be made of any suitable material that is sufficiently stable and at the same time comparatively light, the roll hang according to the invention can also be made comparatively in larger dimensions easily run. Since the curtain is formed from a plurality of flat curtain segments, damage and deformations of the curtain can also be repaired retrospectively by replacing individual deformed segments in the affected part of the curtain.
- the adjacent curtain segments of each segment row are connected to one another via at least one plug-in connection.
- the one hanging segment has at least one outwardly pointing connecting pin of the plug connection, which is held in an associated and inwardly pointing connection opening of this plug connection in the adjacent hanging segment.
- adjacent hanging segments of each segment row can be rigidly connected to one another via at least one plug connection, it is possible to dispense with additional connectors between the curtain segments adjacent to one another in a row of segments. As a result, the effort associated with the production of the roll curtain according to the invention is additionally reduced.
- the at least one plug connection provided between adjacent hanging segments comprises an outwardly pointing connecting pin which is held in an associated and inwardly pointing connection opening of this plug connection in the adjacent hanging segment.
- At least some of the hanging segments forming the roll-up hanging according to the invention are designed in the shape of a frame. Since the curtain segments are frame-shaped, the roll-up curtain is also characterized by its low weight and the frame-shaped curtain segments can also be designed to be visible and air-permeable in the area of the frame openings of their frame shape.
- the flat shaped curtain segments of the roller blind according to the invention each have a certain inherent stability, it is possible that at least a subset of the curtain segments forming the roller blind is made of plastic.
- a roll curtain the curtain segments of which are made of plastic, is characterized by a low weight and at the same time also by a high stability; Due to the low weight of the roll-up hanging according to the invention, this roll-up hanging is also possible in larger dimensions, and a few powerful, but much smaller shaft drives can also be used to roll up and down the roll-up hanging be used.
- the roll-up curtain in particular on its long sides of the curtain that is guided in guide rails, can additionally also have curtain segments that deviate from a frame-like shape.
- At least one plug connection provided between adjacent hanging segments has a connection opening with a non-circular opening cross-section in which a shape-adapted non-circular connecting pin is held.
- the rolling up and unrolling of the hanging segments arranged in the segment rows is significantly facilitated if these hanging segments have a curved shape on their flat sides and preferably approximate to the shaft circumference of the winding shaft.
- the hanging segments In the cross section oriented transversely to the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft, the hanging segments thus have a curved shape which is at least approximated to the likewise curved shaft circumference of the winding shaft.
- the curtain segments forming the roll curtain is made of fiber-reinforced plastic.
- the manufacture and assembly of the roll-up hanging according to the invention is further facilitated if at least a subset of the hanging segments forming the roll-up hangings are designed in the same way.
- a further developing embodiment according to the invention provides that the connecting pin of each plug connection can be detachably or non-detachably latched in the associated connection opening. If the connecting pin is permanently locked in the associated connection opening of the relevant plug connection, the high stability of this plug connection is permanently promoted. If, on the other hand, the connecting pin of each plug-in connection is releasably latched into the associated connection opening of this plug-in connection, the hanging segments affected in the event of damage to the roller blind can be replaced particularly easily.
- an advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that on adjacent curtain segments of each segment row, stub axles that are assigned to one another and oriented in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft protrude in pairs, and that the axle stubs that form the pivot axis between adjacent segment rows Pairs of stub axles are each rotatably mounted in stub axle openings on a stub axle counterpart, which axle stub counterparts protrude on the hanging segment of the respective adjacent row of segments.
- a pivot axis is formed on the axle stub pairs of the hanging segments that each form a segment row, around which this segment row and the respective adjacent segment row, which in turn has the required axle stub counterparts on its hanging segments, can be pivoted in such a way that the roller hanging formed from these rows of segments can be rolled up and down.
- each stub axle counterpart is at least two-part and has a first coupling piece and a second coupling piece, each of which carries an opening section of the stub axle openings assigned to a pair of stub axles, and that the coupling pieces of each axle stub counterpart can be connected to one another on at least one of their opposite sides and can preferably be locked to one another.
- the stub axle openings can be formed in which the stub axles forming the pivot axis between adjacent rows of segments are rotatably mounted.
- a particularly simple and easy-to-assemble embodiment according to the invention provides that the coupling pieces of each axle stub counterpart are connected to one another in a pivotable manner on one of their opposite sides, preferably via a film hinge.
- these coupling pieces of each axle stub counterpart can be pivoted on the film hinge provided between them in such a way that these coupling pieces can be connected to one another and preferably locked together at their coupling piece ends facing away from the film hinge.
- An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that at least a subset of the curtain segments forming the roll curtain in the area of a lengthwise direction of the Winding shaft oriented longitudinal side of the hanging segment has the stub axle counterpart and on one narrow side of the narrow sides provided on both sides of this hanging segment the connecting pin and on the opposite narrow side of the hanging segment the connection opening of the plug-in connections.
- the stub axles can also be provided on both sides on the narrow sides or on the longitudinal side of these hanging segments facing away from the stub axle counterpart, which are intended to interact with the stub axle counterparts of the adjacent row of segments.
- At least a subset of the hanging segments has one of the axle stubs on their narrow sides, preferably in a partial area approximated to the longitudinal side opposite the axle stub counterpart.
- a preferred development according to the invention provides that the curtain segments of adjacent segment rows are each connected to one another via a common axle element. If the curtain segments of adjacent segment rows are connected to one another via a common axle element, the structurally comparatively simple curtain segments can be produced with reduced effort.
- a simple and preferred embodiment according to the invention provides that the common axle elements are guided by axle guides which are molded onto the facing longitudinal sides of the hanging segments of adjacent segment rows.
