Claims (20)

  1. Dispositif de raccordement (40) destiné à relier des éléments préfabriqués minces (11) constitués d'un matériau coulable et durcissable (12), le dispositif de raccordement (40) présentant au moins un élément de liaison (3), un élément de protection d'arête (2) plaqué au moins en partie le long d'une face frontale (13) de l'élément préfabriqué (11) et au moins un élément d'ancrage (4), ledit au moins un élément de liaison (3) s'étendant à partir de l'élément de protection d'arête (2) et ledit au moins un élément d'ancrage (4) s'étendant à partir de l'élément de protection d'arête (2), l'élément de protection d'arête (2), l'élément d'ancrage (4) et l'élément de liaison (3) étant réalisés d'une seule pièce, l'élément d'ancrage (4) présentant des éléments de denture (9) qui s'étendent transversalement, de préférence sensiblement orthogonalement, à partir de l'élément d'ancrage (4) et l'élément d'ancrage (4) présentant deux plaques (41) sensiblement parallèles l'une à l'autre avec les éléments de denture (9), les plaques (41) s'étendant dans la même direction à partir de bords opposés (22) de l'élément de protection d'arête (2), caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'ancrage (4) présente une pluralité d'éléments allongés (31) qui s'étendent à partir de l'élément de protection d'arête (2).

Dispositif de raccordement (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison (3) se présente sous la forme d'un profilé angulaire comprenant une première branche (15) qui s'étend à partir de l'élément de protection d'arête (2) et une seconde branche (16) qui s'étend sensiblement parallèlement à l'élément de protection d'arête (2).
  6. Dispositif de raccordement (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison (3) se présente sous la forme d'un élément de crochet (21) élastiquement déformable.
  7. Ensemble de deux dispositifs de raccordement (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison (3) du premier dispositif de raccordement (40) est formé à partir de deux plaques (34) sensiblement parallèles l'une à l'autre, et en ce que l'élément de liaison (3) du second dispositif de raccordement (40) comprend une plaque (35) qui peut être insérée entre les plaques (34) du premier dispositif de raccordement (40) et qui présente de préférence la même longueur que les plaques (34) du premier dispositif de raccordement (40).
  8.   9. Ensemble de deux dispositifs de raccordement (40) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de protection d'arête (2) du second dispositif de raccordement (40) se présente sous la forme d'un profilé angulaire (53).
  10. Ensemble de deux dispositifs de raccordement (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison (3) du premier dispositif de raccordement (40) se présente sous la forme d'un profilé angulaire (61) comprenant une première branche (62) qui s'étend à partir de l'élément de protection d'arête (2) et une seconde branche (63) qui est sensiblement parallèle à l'élément de protection d'arête (2), et en ce que l'élément de liaison (3) du second dispositif de raccordement (40) se présente sous la forme d'un profilé creux (64) carré comportant une rainure (65) sensiblement parallèle à l'élément de protection d'arête (2) entre le profilé creux (64) et l'élément de protection d'arête (2), la profondeur de la rainure (65) et la longueur de la seconde branche (63) présentant de préférence la même dimension.
  11. Ensemble de deux dispositifs de raccordement (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison (3) du premier dispositif de raccordement (40) se présente sous la forme d'un profilé angulaire (61) comprenant une première branche (62) qui s'étend à partir de l'élément de protection d'arête (2) et une seconde branche (63) qui est sensiblement parallèle à l'élément de protection d'arête (2), et en ce que l'élément de liaison (3) du second dispositif de raccordement (40) se présente sous la forme d'un profilé creux (64) carré comportant une rainure ouverte (65) semi-latérale, qui est sensiblement orthogonale à l'élément de protection d'arête (2) entre le profilé creux (64) et l'élément de protection d'arête (2), la profondeur de la rainure (65) et la longueur de la seconde branche (63) présentant de préférence la même dimension.
  12. Dispositif de raccordement (40) ou ensemble de deux dispositifs de raccordement (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison (3) comporte au moins une ouverture (8) qui est destinée à accueillir un moyen de liaison (14).
  13. Dispositif de raccordement (40) ou ensemble de deux dispositifs de raccordement (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de protection d'arête (2) présente une longueur qui est égale à au moins cinq fois, de préférence à au moins dix fois la hauteur de l'élément de protection d'arête (2).
  14. Elément préfabriqué mince (11) constitué d'un matériau coulable et durcissable (12), présentant au moins un dispositif de raccordement (40) ou un ensemble de deux dispositifs de raccordement (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'élément préfabriqué mince présente une épaisseur qui est comprise dans la gamme d'un demi-centimètre à douze centimètres, de préférence dans la gamme d'un centimètre à quatre centimètres.
  15. Elément préfabriqué mince (11) selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'une hauteur de l'élément de protection d'arête (2) du dispositif de raccordement (40) correspond à au moins l'épaisseur (17) de l'élément préfabriqué (11) au niveau d'une face frontale (13) de l'élément de protection d'arête (2) sur laquelle l'élément de protection d'arête (2) est plaqué.
  16. Elément préfabriqué mince (11) selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de protection d'arête (2) du dispositif de raccordement (40) est réalisé d'une seule pièce et est entièrement plaqué le long de la face frontale (13).
  17. Elément préfabriqué mince (11) selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de raccordement (40) forme une partie d'un coffrage qui est destiné à produire l'élément préfabriqué mince (11).
  18. Elément préfabriqué mince (11) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 17, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'ancrage (4) est entièrement coulé dans l'élément préfabriqué (11).
  19. Elément préfabriqué mince (11) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 18, caractérisé en ce que l'élément préfabriqué (11) est constitué de béton, de glace ou de matière plastique.
  20. Procédé de fabrication d'un élément préfabriqué mince (11) constitué d'un matériau coulable et durcissable (12), comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    ériger un coffrage pour l'élément préfabriqué mince (11),
    verser un matériau coulable et durcissable (12) dans le coffrage,
    faire durcir le matériau coulable et durcissable (12), et
    enlever l'élément préfabriqué mince (11) ;
    et caractérisé en ce que, lorsque le coffrage est érigé, un dispositif de raccordement (40) ou un ensemble de deux dispositifs de raccordement (40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13 est disposé en tant que partie du coffrage.
