Definitions

  • the invention relates to a pull-out hose device which comprises a hose box with a box housing, a pull-out hose held in an extendable manner on the box housing with at least one hose bend received in the box housing and a fluid connection for the pull-out hose, as well as a sanitary shower equipped with such a pull-out hose device.
  • a pull-out hose here means a hose that can be pulled out of the hose box at one end and moved back into the same again, with a useful element being typically arranged at this end of the hose which can fulfill a desired useful function with the supplied fluid, e.g. a shower function.
  • hose pull-out devices are known in many designs and are used, for example, in sanitary showers that have a pull-out shower head unit, such as, for example, kitchen pull-out showers and bathtub hand showers.
  • the hose box with its box housing is used to hold the hose bend or bends, preferably secured against rotation, and possibly for guiding the same when the hose bend or bends hang down in a U-shape with a variable length depending on the extension of the hose.
  • a guide weight roller that is optionally rotatably inserted into the hose bend can take over or support the guiding of the hose bend.
  • a pull-out hose device of this type is for example in the laid-open specification DE 10 2015 226 412 A1 disclosed.
  • the pull-out hose is coupled on the outlet side to a shower head unit and on the inlet side to an outlet of a corresponding kitchen sink fitting, such as a single-lever mixer.
  • the box housing is arranged in a sink substructure and mounted on a corresponding substructure wall.
  • the utility model DE 20 2005 019 492 U1 discloses a sanitary shower with a further such pull-out hose device, there being an pull-out shower hose connected at its fluid inlet end with a threaded coupling to a channel drilled into the box housing, which in turn is connected to an inlet of the box housing for connection to a water supply via a corresponding connection coupling.
  • the shower hose is passed through an opening in the box housing on the inlet side and connected to a water line connection outside the box housing with a threaded coupling.
  • the box housing is formed from a support part, a jacket attached to the support part by means of a plug-in closure and an upper part placed on the jacket, on the top of which a mixing valve is arranged, on the underside of which a cold water line, a hot water line and the pull-out hose are connected .
  • the cold water pipe and the hot water pipe are led upwards from a respective opening in the support part in the box housing to the underside of the mixing valve.
  • the pull-out hose has several downwardly hanging hose bends which are held in the hose box in a manner secured against rotation.
  • a guide weight roller with a translationally movable axis of rotation can be rotatably inserted into the tube bends.
  • the hose box has at least one hose deflection element for hose deflection between two of the downwardly hanging hose bends, for example in the form of a sliding bend element arranged immovably on the hose box.
  • a fluid inlet connection for the pull-out hose can be integrated into the hose box, e.g.
  • a vertical inlet connection pipe which is arranged in the upper half of the box on the outside of the narrow side and which has a conventional inlet connection piece at a lower end and opens into the hose box at the upper end and there with it a U-bend merges into a hose connection to which the pull-out hose is coupled with its inlet-side end from below.
  • a technical problem of the invention is the provision of a pull-out hose device of the type mentioned at the beginning which, compared to the above-mentioned prior art, has novel, advantageous functionalities, in particular with regard to the fluid connection for the pull-out hose, as well as a sanitary shower equipped with it.
  • the invention solves this problem by providing a pull-out hose device with the features of claim 1 and a sanitary shower with the features of claim 10.
  • the hose box contains a box holding frame to which the box housing can be detachably attached in an assembly direction and from which the box housing can be removed in a dismantling direction.
  • the fluid connection has a first connection part arranged on the box housing and a second connection part arranged on the box holding frame, the pull-out hose being connected to the first connection part with one hose end.
  • the first and the second connection part can be connected to one another in a fluid-tight manner in the assembly direction and can be detached from one another in the disassembly direction.
  • these properties make it possible to remove the box housing with the pull-out hose from the box holding frame and at the same time to release the fluid connection for the pull-out hose through this dismantling movement, since the first and second connection parts in the same direction to release or disconnect the fluid connection to be solved or separated from each other like the direction in which the box housing is to be removed from the box holding frame, namely in the said dismantling direction.
  • the first and second connection parts in the same direction to release or disconnect the fluid connection to be solved or separated from each other like the direction in which the box housing is to be removed from the box holding frame, namely in the said dismantling direction.
  • Both functions can take place simultaneously with the same handling movement, i.e.
  • the fluid connection for the pull-out hose can be released or disconnected at the same time.
  • the fluid connection can be re-established at the same time as the box housing is reattached to the box frame with the same handling movement, i.e. the two connecting parts are connected to each other again.
  • the box holding frame can advantageously be used to attach the hose box to a desired location, for example in the case of a pull-out hose device for a pull-out bath hand shower by attaching the box holder frame to a bathtub panel or an adjacent wall area of a bathroom. Since the box housing is detachably attached to the box holder frame, it can be removed from the box holder frame, for example, for maintenance purposes, without the box holder frame itself having to be dismantled or its fastening e.g. to a tub panel, a kitchen sink substructure or the like having to be detached.
  • the box holder frame can alternatively also be formed by part of a shower or bathroom wall area, a tub panel or a kitchen sink substructure.
  • the first connection part has a first connection piece and the second connection part has a second connection piece, wherein the two connection pieces can be plugged into one another, i.e. one connection piece can be plugged into the other connection piece.
  • the second connection piece extends through an opening in the box housing parallel to the assembly direction into the box housing.
  • connection piece extends parallel to the assembly direction through the opening of the box housing into the latter, the two connection pieces can be plugged into one another to establish the fluid connection when the box housing is attached to the box holding frame by attaching the box housing to the box holding frame in the assembly direction.
  • the assembly direction is a translation direction or a direction of rotation or a pivoting direction, the disassembly direction being opposite to the assembly direction.
  • the box housing is attached to the holding frame by means of a translational movement, for example from above, from below or from the side.
  • the first and the second connection part of the fluid connection can then also be connected to one another in a fluid-tight manner or detached from one another through this translational movement of the box housing relative to the box holding frame.
  • the box housing can be attached to or from the box holding frame by a rotary movement are removed, and accordingly the two connection parts of the fluid connection can be connected to one another in a fluid-tight manner by this rotary movement or can be detached from one another again.
  • the box housing is attached to or removed from the box holding frame by a pivoting movement, and the two connection parts of the fluid connection can correspondingly be connected to one another in a fluid-tight manner or released from one another again by this pivoting movement.
  • the box housing is open on an upper side and fluid-tight at least in a lower area, and the assembly direction runs vertically in an installation position of the hose box. Due to the fluid-tight design of at least its lower area, the box housing is suitable as a leakage fluid collector if, in the event of a leak, e.g. of the pull-out hose or its end connections, fluid escapes in the area of the box housing.
  • the open top of the box housing can e.g. can be used to pull the pull-out hose with its hose section on the fluid outlet side out of the box housing, i.e. up out of the box.
  • the vertical installation direction in the installation position of the hose box enables e.g.
  • the at least one hose bend is received in the box housing in a U-shaped hanging downwards with a variable length.
  • the box housing is bent in a U-shape on its underside and / or has a greater vertical length than its horizontal width. This combines an advantageous, gravity-assisted orientation of the hose bend or bends with an advantageous configuration or dimensioning of the box housing.
  • the box housing has a smaller horizontal depth than its horizontal width, and the fluid connection is arranged on a narrow side area of the hose box.
  • the fluid connection is arranged on an upper side area of the hose box. This is advantageous for certain applications, e.g. also with regard to the accessibility of the fluid connection and in particular of its second connection part arranged on the box holder frame.
  • the fluid connection has a non-return valve securing against the direction facing the pull-out hose, and / or the second connection part has a check valve securing in the direction of the pull-out hose.
  • the former has the advantage that such a check valve can prevent a fluid backflow from the pull-out hose into the second connection part. For example, when used in a shower head, this can prevent dirty water from being sucked in via the shower head and into the second connection part via the pull-out hose and from there, e.g. Can get into an associated upstream line network or the like.
  • the last-mentioned check valve has the advantage that unintentional leakage of fluid from the second connection part can be reliably avoided if the first connection part is detached from the second connection part to separate the fluid connection and fluid pressure may still be present in a fluid supply to the second connection part.
  • this check valve is automatically and automatically opened by coupling the first connection part to the second connection part when the box housing is attached to the box holding frame, whereby it then closes automatically when the first connection part is uncoupled from the second connection part when the box housing is removed from the box holding frame becomes.
  • the fluid connection has a securing device which secures the first connection part against automatic detachment from the second connection part.
  • the safety device can, for example, be designed in such a way that it can be unlocked by a user in order to allow the first connection part to be released from the second connection part.
  • the box housing has a retaining bracket arrangement with at least one retaining bracket which can be folded between an operating position and a rest position and which comprises a releasable lock with which the attachment of the box housing to the box holding frame can be locked, the locking being moved by a folding movement of the retaining bracket from the rest position releases into the operating position and locked by a folding movement of the retaining bracket from the operating position into the rest position.
  • the box housing can thus be secured against being simply removed from the box holding frame, and the holding bracket (s) can facilitate the removal of the box housing from the box holding frame in terms of handling.
  • the sanitary shower according to the invention is equipped with a pull-out hose device according to the invention and with a shower head unit which includes a shower outlet part and a shower handle part.
  • the shower head unit is connected at a fluid inlet to a fluid outlet of the pull-out hose, and the hose box has a holder for detachably holding the shower head unit.
  • the sanitary shower has the properties and advantages mentioned for this pull-out hose device.
  • the hose box also serves as a holder for the shower head unit. This holder is preferably located on the box housing of the hose box. In this case the box housing together with the pull-out hose and shower head unit can be removed from the box holding frame.
  • the shower shown in the figures contains a pull-out hose device which comprises a hose box 1 with a box holding frame 2 and a box housing 3 which can be detachably attached to the box holding frame 2 in an assembly direction M and detachable from the box holding frame 2 in a disassembly direction D.
  • a pull-out hose 5 is held on the box housing 3 so that it can be pulled out.
  • the pull-out hose 5 comprises at least one hose bend 5 a received in the box housing 3.
  • the pull-out hose 5 comprises two hose bends 5 a, 5 b received in the box housing 3; in alternative embodiments, it comprises only one or three or more hose bends that are received in the box housing 3.
  • the pull-out hose device comprises a fluid connection 4 for the pull-out hose 5, the fluid connection 4 being a first one arranged on the box housing 3 Connection part 4a and a second connection part 4b arranged on the box holding frame 2.
  • the pull-out hose 5 is connected with a hose end 6 to the first connection part 4a.
  • the first and second connection parts 4a, 4b can be connected to one another in a fluid-tight manner in the assembly direction M and can be detached from one another in the disassembly direction D.
  • the fluid connection 4 for the pull-out hose 5 can be released or disconnected at the same time, or the fluid connection 4 can be restored at the same time when the box housing 3 is reattached to the box holder frame 2.
  • any connection means can be used, such as are known per se to the person skilled in the art for producing such fluid connection connections, including plug connection means, screw connection means and combinations thereof.
  • the mounting direction M is a translation direction.
  • the mounting direction is a direction of rotation or a pivoting direction.
  • the disassembly direction D is opposite to the assembly direction M in the embodiment shown. In alternative designs, this is not the case, for example the dismantling direction can run obliquely to the assembly direction, or the assembly direction can be a translation direction and the dismantling direction can be a direction of rotation or pivoting direction or the assembly direction can be a direction of rotation or pivoting direction and the dismantling direction a translation direction.
  • the assembly direction M and the disassembly direction D are parallel to a longitudinal axis L of the pull-out hose device; in alternative versions this is not the case, for example in such versions the assembly direction and / or the disassembly direction can run obliquely or perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the pull-out hose device.
  • the pull-out hose device is set up for vertical assembly and disassembly, ie the assembly direction M and the disassembly direction D each run in a vertical direction, for example the assembly direction M downwards and the disassembly direction D upwards. In alternative designs, this is not the case, for example, in such designs, the assembly direction and / or the disassembly direction can run horizontally or at an angle to the horizontal.
  • the first connection part 4a has a first connection piece 7a and the second connection part 4b has a second connection piece 7b, the two connection pieces 7a, 7b being able to be plugged into one another and the second connection piece 7b extending through an opening 8 of the box housing 3 parallel to the assembly direction M. extends into the box housing 3, as is the case in the embodiment shown. It can thereby be achieved that the connection or separation point between the two connecting pieces 4a, 4b comes to lie in the box housing 3 and not outside the box housing 3. This has the advantage that any leakage fluid that unintentionally escapes at this connection or separation point in the event of a leak can be held and collected in the box housing 3 so that it does not get into the outer space outside the box housing 3.
  • the second connection part 4b with an inlet connection piece 23 on the underside is used for the usual connection to a fluid or water supply, which is therefore not shown in detail here.
  • the fluid or water exits at the pull-out end of the pull-out hose 5.
  • the reverse fluid flow direction can be provided, i. the fluid then enters the pull-out hose 5 at its pull-out end and exits the second connection part 4b.
  • the box housing 3 is open on an upper side 3a and fluid-tight at least in a lower area 3b, the mounting direction M running vertically in an installation position of the hose box 1.
  • the open upper side can be used to arrange the pull-out end of the pull-out hose 5 there, ie to be able to pull the pull-out hose 5 upwards out of the hose box 1.
  • the open top 3 a of the box housing 3 can be covered by a removable cover rosette 9, as in the example shown.
  • the pull-out hose can be pulled out of the hose box on another side of the box, for example below or to the side.
  • the box housing 3 can be provided with a reinforcing rib structure 24 as shown. This can promote the stability of the box housing 3 and facilitate its manufacture with a relatively low weight.
  • the at least one hose bend 5a is accommodated in a U-shaped hanging downwards with a variable length in the box housing 3, the box housing 3 extending in a U-shape on its underside and / or the box housing 3 being a compared to its horizontal width H B has greater vertical length V L.
  • V L vertical length
  • the at least one hose bend is in a different position, e.g. horizontal, with a variable length in the box housing added, or the box housing is not bent U-shaped on its underside, but for example in an angular or rectangular contour, or the box housing has a smaller vertical length compared to its horizontal width.
  • the box housing 3 has a horizontal depth H T that is smaller than its horizontal width H B , and the fluid connection 4 is arranged on a narrow side area 3c of the hose box 1 or the box housing 3. This promotes a non-rotatable accommodation of the hose bend or bends 5a, 5b in the box housing 3 and a space-saving arrangement of the fluid connection 4.
  • the box housing has a greater horizontal depth than its horizontal width and / or the fluid connection is arranged on a broad side area of the hose box.
