Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sanitary outlet device with a housing which forms a jet shaper receptacle into which an adapter is removably inserted, which defines a flow path, the adapter in the jet shaper receptacle between a fixing position in which the adapter is locked to the housing and a Forms flow resistance in the flow path, and a releasing position in which the adapter is removable from a jet shaper receptacle, is rotatably arranged.
  • the invention further relates to a sanitary fitting with a sanitary outlet device of the type mentioned at the beginning.
  • adapters are used which produce the desired spray pattern.
  • a sanitary outlet device of the type mentioned is previously known, which can be mounted on the water outlet of a sanitary outlet fitting, in order to shape the water exiting there into a homogeneous and non-spraying water jet.
  • the known outlet device has a sleeve-shaped housing which has an internal thread on its inner circumference of the housing on the inflow side, with which internal thread the housing can be screwed onto an external thread on the water outlet of the outlet fitting.
  • the housing of the known outlet device forms a beam shaper receptacle into which an adapter is removably inserted.
  • the adapter which is flushed by the exiting water and thus defines a flow path, can be moved in the jet shaper receptacle of the housing between a fixing position in which the adapter is locked to the housing and forms a flow resistance in the flow path, and a releasing position in which the adapter can be removed from the beam former holder.
  • the adapter has spring arms with external locking projections which, in the fixing position, engage in a circumferential locking groove on the inner circumference of the sleeve of the housing.
  • a locking element is provided which is axially displaceably guided in the adapter.
  • the locking element prevents unintentional deflection of the spring arms in the fixing position
  • the locking element when it has been moved in the axial direction into the releasing position, releases an annular gap which enables the spring arms to spring in and thus the locking projections to disengage from the locking groove. If the locking projections on the spring arms are locked in the locking groove in the fixing position, the adapter can be rotated as required in the water outlet.
  • the previously known discharge device is comparatively complex to manufacture and design. Since the locking element is movably guided in the annular gap between the adapter and its spring arms, the locking element can only be operated at the downstream end of the adapter, which makes handling of the known outlet device considerably more difficult.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object of creating a sanitary outlet device of the type mentioned at the outset, in which the adapter can be replaced easily and in a particularly simple manner without tools.
  • the features of claim 1 are provided to achieve the stated object in a sanitary outlet device.
  • the advantage here is that the adapter can be firmly attached to the beam shaper receptacle in the fixing position, so that the flow obstacle or flow resistance that the adapter forms in the flow path during operation does not result in the adapter automatically moving away from its fixing position . Since the adapter is locked in the fixing position on an outside of the housing with the housing, locking means and counter-locking means are ver in the interior and in particular in the beam shaper receptacle indispensable.
  • the housing can thus be provided with a smooth inner contour that forms as few contamination zones as possible.
  • the adapter can be transferred into a releasing position by a simple rotation, in which the adapter can be removed.
  • the housing of the outlet device according to the invention has a non-round contour on an outside at least in one section.
  • the advantage here is that the locking connection can be released by turning the adapter.
  • the non-round contour displaces a locking means on the adapter from engagement with a counter-locking means on the housing.
  • a simple way is described to release the already mentioned latching by rotating the adapter. This can be done, for example, by a rotation of less than 270 ° or less than 180 °, for example less than 100 °, in particular approximately or exactly 90 °.
  • With a comparatively high holding force of the latching a low release force is therefore required in order to transfer the adapter into the releasing position and to pull it off from the housing there. There is no need for a tool.
  • the adapter can be inserted into the jet shaper receptacle in a direction of insertion into the jet shaper receptacle that is oriented against a flow direction of the flow path.
  • the adapter can thus be easily inserted into the beam former holder from below.
  • the existing opening as a water outlet can thus be used to insert the adapter.
  • the adapter can be moved by a flow in the flow path also push them out of the beam former holder. Additional measures for removing the adapter in its releasing position from the beam shaper receptacle can thus be dispensed with. Rather, the adapter can be removed in a simple manner by opening the fitting to which it is attached, as soon as it has been transferred into the releasing position.
  • the adapter engages around the housing.
  • the adapter can thus be grasped on all sides outside the housing.
  • the locking means and counter-locking means, with which the adapter can be locked on the housing can be formed on the outside of the housing and thus outside the flow path. Potential contamination points in the flow path can thus be avoided.
  • the adapter is arranged in the jet shaper receptacle so that it can rotate about an axis of rotation aligned along the flow path and that the fixing position and the releasing position are arranged at the same height with respect to the insertion direction of the adapter.
  • the adapter is from the fixed position can be transferred into the releasing position with the aid of an actuating movement, which is typically easily accessible in the case of valve spouts because it can be carried out obliquely from above on a valve spout that is open at the bottom.
  • the fixing position and the releasing position are arranged at the same level with respect to an insertion direction of the adapter, for example the already mentioned insertion direction or the insertion direction for the already mentioned insertion of the adapter, threads or the like are on the adapter or the Housing dispensable.
  • complex machining of a housing made of a metallic material can thus be dispensed with. The transfer between the positions can thus be carried out by a movement that takes place in an axial plane.
  • the adapter consists of plastic or a plastic combination and / or the housing consists of a metallic material.
  • a housing made of metallic material offers the advantage that it can be cleaned easily and thoroughly.
  • An adapter made of plastic offers the advantage that complex shapes can also be implemented with comparatively little effort and / or that an adapter can be produced with comparatively low material costs. This makes it easier to use the adapter of a sanitary outlet device according to the invention as a disposable product. Designing all components from a uniform material facilitates the recovery of the material.
  • the non-round contour has a flattening that is limited to a circumferential section and / or a contour / run-on bevel running in a circumferential direction.
  • a locking means which is connected to the housing in a locking manner outside the circumferential section, can be removed from the housing in the area of the flattened area.
  • a latching means on the contour run-on slope can be displaced or displaceable from engagement with a counter-latching means which is formed according to the invention on the housing.
  • the adapter is non-circular on the outside, in particular with at least one protruding handling projection.
  • the advantage here is that the adapter can easily be gripped for performing the rotary movement already described. It is particularly favorable if the adapter is equipped with at least one protruding handling projection, preferably with two diametrically opposite, each protruding handling projections.
  • a simple means is provided to carry out the desired rotary movement in the releasing position.
  • the orientation of, for example, a latching means in the interior of the adapter can also be easily displayed or simply felt to the user. This makes it easier to correctly attach the adapter to the beam shaper holder, so that it can be turned directly into to get to the fixed position.
  • the locking means is a locking projection and the counter-locking means is a locking receptacle and that the counter-locking means is designed as a groove section preferably limited to a circumferential section.
  • the advantage here is that a locking projection and a locking receptacle represent known connecting means in order to establish a locking connection.
  • the locking means is formed on the adapter and the counter-locking means is formed on the housing.
  • the counter-locking means is designed as a groove section.
  • locking projections or locking lugs can simply lock with the counter locking means. It is particularly favorable if the groove section is limited to a circumferential section. It can thus be achieved that the latching can be canceled by, for example, moving the latching means out of this peripheral section, in particular by rotating the adapter relative to the housing.
  • the locking means is formed on an inner surface of the adapter.
  • the advantage here is that the locking means is covered in the operating position on the valve. It is particularly favorable if the latching means is formed on an inner surface of the adapter, which preferably runs circumferentially without interruption, if the inner surface has a Defined inner diameter and / or an inner circumference, which is matched to an outer diameter and / or an outer circumference of the housing, and if an attachment aid is formed upstream of the counter-locking means in the insertion direction.
  • the adapter thus fully encompasses the housing in the area of the latching means and thus provides sufficient resistance against too easy displacement of the latching means radially outwards. This improves the strength of the latching connection between the adapter and the housing, so that it can be ensured that the adapter is not unintentionally pushed out of the beam former receptacle or cannot be pushed out.
  • the inner surface defines an inner diameter which is matched to an outer diameter of the housing, that is to say, for example, matches this up to a predetermined fit.
  • a play-free arrangement of the adapter on the housing in the fixed position can be achieved, which results in a particularly firm latching.
  • the inner surface defines an inner circumference which is matched to an outer circumference of the housing, that is to say, for example, corresponds to this up to a predetermined fit. This represents an alternative possibility of achieving a virtually or completely play-free abutment of the adapter on the housing, and can be combined with the preceding embodiment in order to achieve a particularly firm hold.
  • an attachment aid is formed upstream of the counter-locking means in the insertion direction.
  • the attachment aid can be designed, for example, as an indentation if the locking means forms an elevation, for example a locking projection. A collapse of the elevation into the indentation, that is, a correct assembly position, can thus be easily felt by turning the adapter.
  • the attachment aid can also be designed as an elevation if this fits the inner contour of the adapter and in particular the latching means, for example a latching groove.
  • the latching projection has a latching projection run-on bevel that is oriented in the direction of insertion and preferably attaches to the inner surface. This can make it easier for the adapter to latch onto the housing.
  • the counter-locking means is formed on the outside of the housing and has a counter-locking means run-up bevel.
  • the counter-locking means can thus be formed outside of the flow path, so that unnecessary points of contamination can be avoided.
  • the counter-locking means has a counter-locking means run-up bevel. This makes it easier for the latching means and the counter-latching means to latch when the adapter is connected to the housing.
  • the jet shaper receptacle is designed to widen in the direction of flow. This enables sealing insertion of the adapter into the beam shaper receptacle even with manufacturing tolerances of the adapter.
  • the adapter is deformed at its end on the inflow side in the inserted state by the beam shaper receptacle.
  • a simple possibility is described to let the adapter rest close to the beam shaper receptacle.
  • the jet shaper receptacle is designed to widen in the direction of flow for this purpose.
  • a desired deformation can be easily achieved when inserting the adapter into the beam shaper receptacle, for example by manufacturing the adapter with an oversize with respect to the position and deformed dimension it assumed before the beam shaper receptacle.
  • the adapter has an elastic sealing lip resting against the jet shaper receptacle at its end on the inflow side and / or has a sealing ring resting axially on a jet shaper and resting against the jet shaper receptacle. If the adapter has a sealing lip resting on the beam shaper receptacle, an intermediate space between the adapter and the beam shaper receptacle can easily be sealed. It is particularly advantageous if the sealing lip is formed on an end of the adapter on the inflow side. The advantage here is that no gap areas between the adapter and the jet former receptacle are accessible from the flow path. Alternatively or additionally it can be provided that the sealing lip is elastic.
  • the elastic sealing lip can be rubber-free in order to prevent colonization of the Avoid or at least reduce sealing lip with bacteria.
  • the adapter preferably has a sealing ring resting on the jet shaper receptacle at its end on the inflow side.
  • a particularly tight seal can thus be achieved with simple means.
  • the sealing ring is preferably held axially on the jet shaper on one side or even on both sides, in order to hold the sealing ring on the jet shaper when it is inserted into the jet shaper receptacle or even when it is inserted and pulled out.
  • water contact with the sealing ring which can be made of rubber, can be tolerated, since the sealing ring is always replaced with the jet shaper. This can be ensured, for example, by mounting on both sides of the beam shaper.
  • the sealing ring preferably over a shoulder or at least one radially protruding projection, on one side (for insertion into or withdrawal from the jet shaper receptacle with the jet shaper) or, preferably over two shoulders directed against one another and the sealing ring between them, or at least two radially protruding, axially spaced apart and / or the sealing ring between them, projections, be axially held on both sides (for insertion into and removal from the beam former receptacle with the beam former).
  • the sealing ring can also be made of rubber when it comes into contact with water during use, since it is frequently replaced.
  • sealing ring is preceded by a sealing lip formed on the jet shaper, for example as already described.
  • a sealing lip namely in particular the hygienic safety
  • the advantages of a sealing ring namely in particular the increased tightness.
  • the adapter is made of plastic. This enables a comparatively free design of the adapter to achieve a desired spray pattern.
  • the adapter has a jet shaper, in particular a flow regulator or jet aerator. This makes it possible to set a desired upper limit for a flow rate with the adapter.
  • the adapter can be designed as a ventilated adapter.
  • a ventilated adapter enables air to be mixed in to create a soft jet of water.
  • the adapter can additionally or alternatively be equipped with further functional units, for example a throttle, depending on the requirements.
  • the latching means have at least two latching projections, preferably engaging on opposite sides of the housing, and the counter-latching means have at least two latching recesses, preferably arranged on opposite sides.
  • the locking means have at least two locking projections engaging on the housing, a secure hold in the fixed position is made possible with active locking.
  • the locking means are formed on two opposite sides of the housing, this embodiment not being covered by the wording of claim 1.
  • the locking means are arranged on the adapter and the counter-locking means on the housing. A two-sided hold on the housing can thus be achieved, which - in the fixed position - enables the adapter to be held particularly securely on the housing. It is like that, for example a hold of the adapter can be achieved even at high water pressures.
  • At least four latching means and / or suitable counter-latching means can thus also be formed.
  • at least four handling projections can be formed, which are best evenly spaced from one another.
  • the counter-locking means have at least two locking recesses. This enables locking at two points that are spaced apart from one another.
  • the counter-locking means are preferably arranged on opposite sides of the housing. It is particularly advantageous here if the latching means likewise have corresponding latching projections engaging two mutually opposite sides on the housing.
  • latching means - preferably evenly distributed along a circumference - and corresponding counter-latching means can be formed.
  • the sealing lip or the sealing ring can be held as uniformly as possible in the interior of the jet former receptacle.
  • the already mentioned handling projections and / or other material reinforcements can be provided on the outside, for example to increase a restoring force of the locking means.
  • the inner surface between two detent means adjacent in the circumferential direction describes a section of a body of revolution.
  • the advantage here is that a rotary movement can be carried out easily.
  • the outer surface of the housing describes a section of a body of rotation between two counter-locking means that are adjacent in the circumferential direction.
  • simple guidance of a rotary movement is made possible.
  • the inner surface and the outer surface in the sections mentioned describe the shape of a body of revolution.
  • the inner surface and the outer surface can slide on one another to guide the rotary movement of the adapter.
  • the housing has a fitting receptacle with a thread at an inflow end of the flow path, which can be screwed to a mating thread of a fitting outlet.
  • the advantage here is that the housing can be easily attached to valve outlets that have a thread. The housing is therefore also exchangeable.

  • the outlet part 47 can be connected in one piece to the adapter 4, or the outlet part 47 is held by the adapter 4.
  • a circumferential shoulder 46 is formed, which receive the sealing ring 40 between them and hold it axially on both sides.
  • the sealing ring 40 with the adapter 4 can thus be inserted and removed again.
  • radially protruding projections are formed which hold the sealing ring 40 axially in sections.
  • a smaller or larger number of handling projections 16 for example three or five or more than five.
  • Attachment aids 41 which here have the shape of indentations 42, are positioned upstream of the counter-locking means 15 in the insertion direction 7.
  • the latching means 13 are dimensioned in such a way that they are slightly bent open by the cylindrical section of the housing 2. A user can thus easily sense when the locking means 13 come into the circumferential area of the indentations 42 when the adapter 4 is rotated. This thus represents an attachment aid 41, since the latching means 13 are now aligned with respect to the counter-latching means 15 (which may already be covered in this position by the adapter 4) and can easily be attached to them.
  • a beam shaper receptacle 3 on a housing 2, in which an adapter 4 is removably inserted and rotatably arranged about its axis of rotation 6, the adapter 4 between a fixing position in which the adapter 4 counter removal is secured, and a releasing position in which the adapter 4 is removable can be rotated.
