Claims (2)
- Verfahren zum Abwickeln eines flexiblen Bandes oder einer Bahn (2) aus textilem oder Verbundmaterial mit einer Breite zwischen 0,1 mm und 0,8 mm und einem Gewicht zwischen 15 g/m2 und 50 g/m2 von einer Spule sowie zum Transport des Bandes oder der Bahn (2) über eine Länge von über 30 m hinweg, mit einer Zugkraft auf das Band oder die Bahn (2) von unter 10 N und einer Geschwindigkeit von über 600 m/min, sowie zum Aufwickeln des Bandes oder der Bahn (2) auf eine Spule oder auf mehrere Spulen geringerer Breite des Bandes oder der Bahn (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, das Band oder die Bahn (2) über eine Vielzahl von Rollenpaaren (4, 5), ausgerüstet mit einem Motor und mit identischer Drehgeschwindigkeit angetrieben, abzuwickeln und zurückzuführen, jedes Rollenpaar (4, 5) ist dabei in einem Zuführungsmodul (3) montiert, die Module (3) haben zueinander einen Abstand zwischen 1.5 m und 3 m, jedes Rollenpaar (4, 5) treibt nacheinander eine erste Fläche (2a) des Bandes oder der Bahn (2) mittels einer ersten Rolle (4) an, die sich in eine Richtung dreht und eine zweite gegenüberliegende Fläche (2b) des Bandes oder der Bahn (2) mittels einer zweiten Rolle (5), die sich in Gegenrichtung dreht, so dass es keinerlei Gleiten zwischen dem Band und den Rollen (4, 5) gibt, die Rollen (4, 5) jedes Rollenpaars sind so angeordnet, dass der Teil (2c) des Bandes oder der Bahn (2) der sich zwischen den Rollen (4, 5) befindet, einen Winkel zwischen 50° und 80° zur Ebene (P) bildet, die durch die Drehachsen (8) der Rollen (4, 5) führt, die Rollen (4, 5) jedes Rollenpaares sind so angeordnet, dass die Länge des Teils (2c) des Bandes oder der Bahn (2), der sich zwischen den Rollen (4, 5) befindet, dem 0.2 bis 2- fachen des Rollendurchmessers (4, 5) entspricht.
- Anlage zum Abwickeln einer Spule eines flexiblen Bandes oder einer Bahn (2) aus textilem oder Verbundmaterial mit einer Breite zwischen 0,1 mm und 0,8 mm und einem Gewicht zwischen 15 g/m2 und 50 g/m2, sowie zum Transport des Bandes oder der Bahn (2) über eine Länge von über 30 m hinweg, mit einer Zugkraft auf dem Band oder der Bahn (2) von unter 10 N und einer Geschwindigkeit von über 600 m/min, sowie zum Aufwickeln des Bandes oder der Bahn (2) um eine Spule oder um mehrere Spulen geringerer Breite des Bandes oder der Bahn (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mehrere Zuführungsmodule (3) enthält, die auf der gesamten Ablauflänge des Bandes oder der Bahn (2) angeordnet sind und zueinander einen Abstand zwischen 1.5 m und 3 m haben, jedes Modul (3) enthält ein motorgetriebenes Rollenpaar (4, 5), das mit identischer Geschwindigkeit angetrieben wird, jedes Rollenpaar (4, 5) treibt nacheinander eine erste Fläche (2a) des Bandes oder der Bahn (2) mittels einer ersten Rolle (4) an, die sich in eine Richtung dreht und eine zweite, entgegengesetzte Fläche (2b) des Bandes oder der Bahn (2) mittels einer zweiten Rolle (5), die sich in Gegenrichtung dreht, so dass es keinerlei Gleiten zwischen dem Band und den Rollen (4, 5) gibt, die Rollen (4, 5) jedes Rollenpaars sind so angeordnet, dass der Teil (2c) des Bandes oder der Bahn (2) der sich zwischen den Rollen (4, 5) befindet, einen Winkel zwischen 50° und 80° zur Ebene (P) bildet, die durch die Drehachsen (8) der Rollen (4, 5) führt, die Rollen (4, 5) jedes Rollenpaares sind so angeordnet, dass die Länge des Teils (2c) des Bandes oder der Bahn (2), der sich zwischen den Rollen (4, 5) befindet, dem 0.2 bis 2- fachen des Rollendurchmessers (4, 5) entspricht.
