Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an arrangement comprising a medical clothing upper part with a first outer visible side and a medical clothing lower part with a second outer visible side, wherein the clothing upper part has a main part and an adjoining sleeve, and wherein the clothing lower part has a body part and trouser legs adjoining it.
  • An “arrangement” of a medical upper part of clothing and a lower part of medical clothing is understood to mean a joint presentation or an arrangement or combination of at least one upper medical clothing part and at least one lower leg clothing part.
  • the arrangement is preferably such that the interaction of the medical upper part of clothing and the lower medical clothing part, in particular the possibility of joint and simultaneous wearing of an upper medical clothing part and a lower medical clothing part, can be seen.
  • Medical clothing items in the sense of the invention have many possible uses in the entire medical field, such as clothing for the doctor or for other employees in the medical field, such as nursing staff or ward staff, during rounds, medical examinations, an operation, the care of inpatients or for staying in the clean room.
  • Medical clothing items are mainly used to comply with the requirements for hygiene or sterility towards the patient as well as to protect the wearer, in particular from liquids or microorganisms that occur during an examination, treatment or generally when dealing with patients or in the medical environment may arise.
  • the combination of a medical upper part and a medical lower part represents basic equipment.
  • medical clothing tops and medical leg clothing bottoms are provided as functional clothing in medical facilities for doctors, ward or nursing staff.
  • Visibly gathered areas at the distal ends of the sleeves of an upper clothing part and / or at the lower ends of the pant legs of a lower clothing part are known.
  • the EP 2 175 750 A1 shows a jumpsuit in a configuration brought in for easy putting on with gathered sleeves and pant legs that are shortened in length.
  • Gathered areas at the distal ends of sleeves and trouser legs, as obtained in particular by means of gathering elements, on the one hand have the function of a positioning aid for the respective sleeve and for the respective pant leg by adapting the circumference of a sleeve or a pant leg to the circumference of the arm or of a user's leg. Gathering elements also represent a barrier in order to prevent contamination parameters from the body-facing environment of the wearer, such as hair, flakes of skin or liquids, from entering the patient environment, and also to prevent undesired components from entering the sleeve and / or into the patient's sleeve to prevent the user's pant leg.
  • each sleeve is a half-sleeve, and that the half-sleeves have an outer sleeve element and an inner sleeve element and that the pant legs have an outer pant leg element and an inner pant leg element, the inner sleeve element having a first gathered area and the inner pant leg element having a second having gathered area, and wherein neither the first gathered area on the first visible side nor the second gathered area on the second visible side is visually recognizable.
  • a respective visible side is understood to mean the entire outside including the back and front of the respective item of clothing.
  • neither the first gathered area on the first visible side nor the second gathered area on the second visible side can be perceived haptically.
  • the first and second gathered areas on the inner sleeve element and the inner pant leg element represent an important seal of the wearer's body areas from the outside environment. Such a seal appears particularly in the case of half-sleeves in which the armpit and the associated armpit hair area and body sweat area are relatively free are accessible, important in order to reduce the risk of contamination from loose armpit hair and / or armpit sweat.
  • gathered areas also represent a contamination trap Collect liquids or particles from the surrounding area. Because the gathered areas are not recognizable visually and, in particular, haptically, neither on the first nor on the second outer visible side, these gathered areas are less accessible to contamination.
  • the "longitudinal direction or wearing direction” relates to the direction taken in the position of use of the medical upper part of the medical clothing, namely the direction of a longitudinal axis of an upright wearer.
  • the "transverse direction” or “circumferential direction” is the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
  • the term “upper end” or “lower end” refers here to the arrangement of the medical upper part of clothing in the position of use on an upright wearer.
  • Half-sleeve is understood to mean a sleeve which, when in use, is intended not to extend beyond an elbow area of a wearer.
  • the upper medical clothing part can have a main part that is completely closed in the circumferential direction or also a main part that is open in the circumferential direction and has an opening that extends partially or completely in the longitudinal direction. This opening, which extends in the longitudinal direction, can be formed in a front side of the medical upper part of clothing between a first and a second front-side part element, which can be brought together in an overlapping state to form a closed circumference.
  • the outer sleeve element has a first inner side and a first distal end and wherein the inner sleeve element is arranged on the first inner side of the outer sleeve element, and wherein the inner sleeve element has a second proximal end and a second distal end, with an a first gathering element to the inner sleeve element to form the first gathered area is provided and wherein the inner sleeve member does not extend beyond the first distal end of the outer sleeve member.
  • the first gathering element is in particular provided exclusively on the inner sleeve element, that is to say the outer sleeve element in particular has no further gathering element.
  • the sleeve elements are designed such that the inner sleeve element provided with the first gathering element is arranged inside the outer sleeve element without the inner sleeve element extending beyond the distal end of the outer sleeve element, i.e. in such a way that the outer sleeve element is the inner sleeve element If the sleeve element is completely covered, the inner sleeve element together with its gathered area is completely covered and thus protected from contamination.
  • Covering the inner sleeve element with a first gathering element with an outer sleeve element also always enables the upper arms to be covered, even if the inner sleeve element follows the arm with a certain lateral movement when the arms are moved, for example when the arms are raised.
  • a distance of at least 1 cm, more in particular of at least 2 cm, more in particular of at least 3 cm is provided between the first distal end of the outer sleeve element and the second distal end of the inner sleeve element.
  • the distance here is understood to be the smallest distance between the respective distal ends of the inner and outer sleeve elements in a flat, spread-out state.
