- a projection 54 on the fastener body 50 projects toward the scaffold post 12i (see Fig Figure 4a ), to prevent unintentional unthreading of the railing spar 20a (see Figure 4a ) to avoid.
- the projection 54 is in the form of part of a bead 56 .
- the ridge 56 extends radially around the fastener body 50, the ridge 56 being attached to the scaffold post 12i (see Fig Figure 4a ) leading side does not protrude beyond the fastener body 50.
- the free end 52 of the fastener body 20 has a longitudinal axis 58 that is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis 24 (see FIG Figure 4b ) of the scaffold post 12i (see Figure 4a ) runs.
- FIG. 4a, 4b , 5a, 5b shows that in the event of an unintentional lifting, the railing rail 20a can rotate about its longitudinal axis 28 and move along the fastening element body 50, but on contact with the bead 56 it rotates beyond 90° until the inner edge of the corresponding through-hole 32a, 32b, 34a , 34b strikes the free end of the fastening element 26a. In this position, an unintentional further lifting of the railing spar 20a and thus an unintentional loosening is not possible. The railing spar 20a is thus securely fastened to the scaffold post 12i.
- FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of a fastener 26c.

In the prior art, a railing rail is fastened in summary by moving parts for locking the railing rail to a scaffold post. As an alternative to this, the securing is effected by means of a connecting link of the railing rail on a pin of the scaffolding post, the unthreading of the railing rail being made more difficult either by the link guide or by the bending of the pin.
In contrast, the object of the present invention is to provide a cost-effective solution by means of which a railing rail can be assembled or disassembled from a lower scaffolding level with simplified handling, a large passage width and at the same time high security against accidental disassembly.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a scaffolding element according to claim 1, a scaffolding according to claim 7 and a method according to claim 11. The dependent claims reflect preferred developments.
The object according to the invention is thus achieved by a scaffolding element according to claim 1, with a scaffolding post and a fastening element for fastening a railing. The fastener is immovably connected to the scaffolding post and has a fastener body. The fastener body is inherently rigid or immovable educated. The fastener body is connected at one end directly or indirectly to the scaffold post. At the other end, the fastening element has a free end. The free end runs parallel to the longitudinal axis of the scaffolding standard up to ±25°. A projection, which is designed to protrude from the fastening element body towards the scaffolding post, prevents unintentional dismantling of the railing rail when working on the scaffolding, without further reducing the passage width of the scaffolding.
Due to the free end of the fastening element body running essentially parallel to the scaffolding post, the railing rail can be threaded out upwards when the scaffolding post is in the assembled state. Overall, very simple handling of the railing rail is thereby achieved with high security of the railing rail against unintentional removal and a large passage width.
The free end preferably runs parallel up to ±15°, in particular parallel up to ±10°, particularly preferably parallel up to ±5°, to the longitudinal axis of the frame post.
The fastening element body has a particularly simple structural design and the framework element can be manufactured particularly cost-effectively as a result if the fastening element body is designed in the form of a bolt, in particular in the form of a forged part. In order to prevent the railing rail from getting caught, the cross section of the fastening element body is preferably designed without edges. More preferably, the fastener body has a circular or oval cross-section.
Der untere Abschnitt der L-Form des Befestigungselementkörpers verläuft im montierten Zustand des Gerüstelements bevorzugt horizontal ±20°, insbesondere horizontal ±10°, besonders bevorzugt horizontal ±5°.According to the invention, the fastener body is L-shaped. As a result, the overall construction of the scaffolding element is large Passage width of scaffolding significantly simplified. The longer, vertical portion of the L-shape includes the free end of the fastener body. This section preferably transitions into the lower section of the L-shape by means of a quarter-circular section. In the assembled state of the scaffolding element, the lower section of the L-shape of the fastening element body preferably runs horizontally ±20°, in particular horizontally ±10°, particularly preferably horizontally ±5°.
In the mounted state of the fastening element, the projection is preferably arranged or formed below the free end of the fastening element body on the fastening element body.
The manufacture of the framework element is simplified and the function of the fastening element is improved if, according to the invention, the projection is designed in the form of a bead, which extends radially around the fastening element body.
In order to further increase the passage width of the scaffolding and to reduce the risk of getting caught when passing through the scaffolding, the bead preferably does not protrude beyond the fastening element body on the side of the fastening element facing away from the scaffolding post. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the fastener body - except for the bead - a
constant cross-section.
Alternatively, the fastener may comprise a fastener plate which is connected to the fastener body on its first major side and to the scaffolding post 1 on the opposite major side, in particular by MAG welding
(Metallaktivgasschweißen), verschweißt ist.(Metal active gas welding) is welded.
The object of the invention is further achieved by a scaffolding according to claim 7, with a scaffolding element described above and a railing. The railing rail has a first through-hole at each of its two ends. The first through-holes are each designed in the form of a closed link. At least one first through-hole can be in the form of a slot. Both first through-holes are preferably designed in the form of a slot.
The first two through-holes can be of identical design. As a result, a worker does not have to pay attention to the orientation of the railing when installing it or he does not have to pay attention to which end of the railing to thread in first. The through-holes are preferably attached eccentrically in relation to the longitudinal axis of the scaffolding beam. As a result, the part of the fastening element body which projects away from the scaffolding post can be made shorter, so that a larger passage width is created.
The railing rail preferably has a second through-hole at each end. The second through-holes are each designed in the form of a closed link.
At least one second through-hole can be in the form of a slot. Both second through-holes are preferably designed in the form of a slot. The second through-holes can be of identical design.
The second through-holes are particularly preferred identical to the first through-holes.
More preferably, the through-holes at both ends of the railing are spaced the same distance from the outer edge of the railing perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the railing. This means that the railing rail can be mounted close to the scaffolding standard or independently of its orientation.
In weiter bevorzugter Ausgestaltung des Gerüsts entspricht die lichteIn a further preferred embodiment of the framework, the clear
Width of a first through-hole, in particular the clear width of a second through-hole, preferably the clear width of all through-holes, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the railing rail with a loose fit of the maximum cross-sectional width of the fastening element, in particular the maximum cross-sectional width in the area of the projection. In this case, the railing rail can only be dismantled from the fastening element if it is threaded out of the fastening element in a specifically aligned manner.
- a) Einführen des Geländerholms durch Bewegen eines Endes des Geländerholms parallel bis auf ±25° zur Längsachse des Gerüststiels des oben beschriebenen erfindungsgemäßen Gerüstelementes;
- b) Drehen des Geländerholms in seine gesicherte Lage um die Längsachse des Geländerholms, oder parallel zur Längsachse des Geländerholms, um 90° ±10°;
oder
- B) zur Demontage des Geländerholms:
- a) Drehen des Geländerholms aus seiner gesicherten Lage um die Längsachse des Geländerholms, oder parallel zur Längsachse des Geländerholms, um 90° ± 10°;
- A) to assemble the railing post:
- a) inserting the railing by moving one end of the railing parallel to ±25° to the longitudinal axis of the scaffolding post of the scaffolding element according to the invention described above;

- b) Subsequent removal of the railing by moving one end of the railing parallel up to ±25° to the longitudinal axis of the scaffolding post of the scaffolding element according to the invention described above.
The attachment of the railing rail is thus carried out by lowering the railing rail essentially parallel to the scaffold post and then turning the railing rail a quarter turn. The handrail is removed in reverse by turning the handrail a quarter of a turn and then lifting the handrail essentially parallel to the scaffolding post.
Before and/or after method steps a) and b) or c) and d), a further method section or further method steps can be carried out. Preferably, however, the one-sided assembly or disassembly of the railing on the scaffolding post or from the scaffolding post is limited to the method steps a) and b) or c) and d) described above.
The handling of the railing rail described above is preferably carried out from a lower scaffolding level. In other words, the worker is preferably in the nth scaffolding level in order to install or uninstall the safety device by the railing in the (n+1)th scaffolding level.
The above-described handling of the railing according to method steps a) and b) is more preferably carried out first at one end of the railing on a scaffolding post that is in the upper scaffolding level, ie. h in the (n+1)-th scaffolding level, and then at the opposite end of the guardrail at a further scaffolding standard, which is in the lower scaffolding level, ie in the nth scaffolding level, and is then assembled in the upper scaffolding level.
Prior to the method steps c) and d) described above, a scaffolding standard in the upper scaffolding level is dismantled and the scaffolding standard is removed to the lower scaffolding level. After carrying out method steps c) and d), method steps c) and d) are preferably carried out again at the other end of the railing on another scaffolding post in the upper scaffolding level. The method according to the invention thus enables both the preliminary assembly and the preliminary dismantling of the railing.
