Aus der US 6,006,862 A ist eine Geländerholmbefestigung mit einem mehrfach gebogenen Haken bekannt geworden.From the US 6,006,862A a railing rail attachment with a multiply bent hook has become known.

The generic DE 20 2008 001 019 U1 discloses a system scaffolding with a railing that can be arranged on a semicircular mounting bracket. Both the assembly and the The railing rail can be dismantled without tools by rotating the railing rail 180° around its longitudinal axis. The railing rail can be removed from the mounting bracket by means of a continuous turning movement.

Die DE 10 2004 005 636 A1 lehrt einen S-förmigen Haken am Gerüststiel zur Anordnung eines Geländerholms am Gerüststiel vorzusehen.the DE 10 2004 005 636 A1 teaches providing an S-shaped hook on the scaffolding post for locating a railing on the scaffolding post.

In the prior art, a railing rail is fastened in summary by moving parts for locking the railing rail to a scaffold post. As an alternative to this, the securing is effected by means of a connecting link of the railing rail on a pin of the scaffolding post, the unthreading of the railing rail being made more difficult either by the link guide or by the bending of the pin.

In contrast, the object of the present invention is to provide a cost-effective solution by means of which a railing rail can be assembled or disassembled from a lower scaffolding level with simplified handling, a large passage width and at the same time high security against accidental disassembly.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by a scaffolding element according to claim 1, a scaffolding according to claim 7 and a method according to claim 11. The dependent claims reflect preferred developments.

The object according to the invention is thus achieved by a scaffolding element according to claim 1, with a scaffolding post and a fastening element for fastening a railing. The fastener is immovably connected to the scaffolding post and has a fastener body. The fastener body is inherently rigid or immovable educated. The fastener body is connected at one end directly or indirectly to the scaffold post. At the other end, the fastening element has a free end. The free end runs parallel to the longitudinal axis of the scaffolding standard up to ±25°. A projection, which is designed to protrude from the fastening element body towards the scaffolding post, prevents unintentional dismantling of the railing rail when working on the scaffolding, without further reducing the passage width of the scaffolding.

Due to the free end of the fastening element body running essentially parallel to the scaffolding post, the railing rail can be threaded out upwards when the scaffolding post is in the assembled state. Overall, very simple handling of the railing rail is thereby achieved with high security of the railing rail against unintentional removal and a large passage width.

The free end preferably runs parallel up to ±15°, in particular parallel up to ±10°, particularly preferably parallel up to ±5°, to the longitudinal axis of the frame post.

The fastening element body has a particularly simple structural design and the framework element can be manufactured particularly cost-effectively as a result if the fastening element body is designed in the form of a bolt, in particular in the form of a forged part. In order to prevent the railing rail from getting caught, the cross section of the fastening element body is preferably designed without edges. More preferably, the fastener body has a circular or oval cross-section.

Der untere Abschnitt der L-Form des Befestigungselementkörpers verläuft im montierten Zustand des Gerüstelements bevorzugt horizontal ±20°, insbesondere horizontal ±10°, besonders bevorzugt horizontal ±5°.According to the invention, the fastener body is L-shaped. As a result, the overall construction of the scaffolding element is large Passage width of scaffolding significantly simplified. The longer, vertical portion of the L-shape includes the free end of the fastener body. This section preferably transitions into the lower section of the L-shape by means of a quarter-circular section. In the assembled state of the scaffolding element, the lower section of the L-shape of the fastening element body preferably runs horizontally ±20°, in particular horizontally ±10°, particularly preferably horizontally ±5°.

In the mounted state of the fastening element, the projection is preferably arranged or formed below the free end of the fastening element body on the fastening element body.

The manufacture of the framework element is simplified and the function of the fastening element is improved if, according to the invention, the projection is designed in the form of a bead, which extends radially around the fastening element body.

In order to further increase the passage width of the scaffolding and to reduce the risk of getting caught when passing through the scaffolding, the bead preferably does not protrude beyond the fastening element body on the side of the fastening element facing away from the scaffolding post. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the fastener body - except for the bead - a
constant cross-section.

Alternatively, the fastener may comprise a fastener plate which is connected to the fastener body on its first major side and to the scaffolding post 1 on the opposite major side, in particular by MAG welding

(Metallaktivgasschweißen), verschweißt ist.(Metal active gas welding) is welded.

The object of the invention is further achieved by a scaffolding according to claim 7, with a scaffolding element described above and a railing. The railing rail has a first through-hole at each of its two ends. The first through-holes are each designed in the form of a closed link. At least one first through-hole can be in the form of a slot. Both first through-holes are preferably designed in the form of a slot.

The first two through-holes can be of identical design. As a result, a worker does not have to pay attention to the orientation of the railing when installing it or he does not have to pay attention to which end of the railing to thread in first. The through-holes are preferably attached eccentrically in relation to the longitudinal axis of the scaffolding beam. As a result, the part of the fastening element body which projects away from the scaffolding post can be made shorter, so that a larger passage width is created.

The railing rail preferably has a second through-hole at each end. The second through-holes are each designed in the form of a closed link.

At least one second through-hole can be in the form of a slot. Both second through-holes are preferably designed in the form of a slot. The second through-holes can be of identical design.

The second through-holes are particularly preferred identical to the first through-holes.

More preferably, the through-holes at both ends of the railing are spaced the same distance from the outer edge of the railing perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the railing. This means that the railing rail can be mounted close to the scaffolding standard or independently of its orientation.

In weiter bevorzugter Ausgestaltung des Gerüsts entspricht die lichteIn a further preferred embodiment of the framework, the clear

Width of a first through-hole, in particular the clear width of a second through-hole, preferably the clear width of all through-holes, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the railing rail with a loose fit of the maximum cross-sectional width of the fastening element, in particular the maximum cross-sectional width in the area of the projection. In this case, the railing rail can only be dismantled from the fastening element if it is threaded out of the fastening element in a specifically aligned manner.

  1. A) zur Montage des Geländerholms:
    1. a) Einführen des Geländerholms durch Bewegen eines Endes des Geländerholms parallel bis auf ±25° zur Längsachse des Gerüststiels des oben beschriebenen erfindungsgemäßen Gerüstelementes;
    2. b) Drehen des Geländerholms in seine gesicherte Lage um die Längsachse des Geländerholms, oder parallel zur Längsachse des Geländerholms, um 90° ±10°;
      oder
  2. B) zur Demontage des Geländerholms:
    1. a) Drehen des Geländerholms aus seiner gesicherten Lage um die Längsachse des Geländerholms, oder parallel zur Längsachse des Geländerholms, um 90° ± 10°;
    2. b) anschließende Entnahme des Geländerholms durch Bewegen eines Endes des Geländerholms parallel bis auf ±25° zur Längsachse des Gerüststiels des oben beschriebenen erfindungsgemäßen Gerüstelementes.
The object according to the invention is further achieved by a method according to claim 11 for handling a scaffolding with a railing with the method steps
  1. A) to assemble the railing post:
    1. a) inserting the railing by moving one end of the railing parallel to ±25° to the longitudinal axis of the scaffolding post of the scaffolding element according to the invention described above;
    2. b) rotating the banister to its secured position about the longitudinal axis of the banister, or parallel to the longitudinal axis of the banister, by 90° ±10°;
      or
  2. B) to dismantle the railing rail:
    1. a) Rotating the railing from its secured position around the Longitudinal axis of the banister, or parallel to the longitudinal axis of the banister, at 90° ± 10°;
    2. b) Subsequent removal of the railing by moving one end of the railing parallel up to ±25° to the longitudinal axis of the scaffolding post of the scaffolding element according to the invention described above.

The attachment of the railing rail is thus carried out by lowering the railing rail essentially parallel to the scaffold post and then turning the railing rail a quarter turn. The handrail is removed in reverse by turning the handrail a quarter of a turn and then lifting the handrail essentially parallel to the scaffolding post.

Before and/or after method steps a) and b) or c) and d), a further method section or further method steps can be carried out. Preferably, however, the one-sided assembly or disassembly of the railing on the scaffolding post or from the scaffolding post is limited to the method steps a) and b) or c) and d) described above.

The handling of the railing rail described above is preferably carried out from a lower scaffolding level. In other words, the worker is preferably in the nth scaffolding level in order to install or uninstall the safety device by the railing in the (n+1)th scaffolding level.

The above-described handling of the railing according to method steps a) and b) is more preferably carried out first at one end of the railing on a scaffolding post that is in the upper scaffolding level, ie. h in the (n+1)-th scaffolding level, and then at the opposite end of the guardrail at a further scaffolding standard, which is in the lower scaffolding level, ie in the nth scaffolding level, and is then assembled in the upper scaffolding level.

Prior to the method steps c) and d) described above, a scaffolding standard in the upper scaffolding level is dismantled and the scaffolding standard is removed to the lower scaffolding level. After carrying out method steps c) and d), method steps c) and d) are preferably carried out again at the other end of the railing on another scaffolding post in the upper scaffolding level. The method according to the invention thus enables both the preliminary assembly and the preliminary dismantling of the railing.

Fig. 1a zeigt einen Teil eines Gerüsts 10. Fig. 1a 12 shows part of a scaffolding 10. The scaffolding 10 has a plurality of scaffolding posts 12a - 12f which are vertical when assembled. The scaffolding posts 12a-12f each have a substantially horizontal mounting plate 14a - 14f . The fastening plates 14a - 14f are each designed in the form of a rosette. The mounting plates 14a - 14f are used to arrange further in Fig. 1a not shown scaffolding elements.

Two scaffolding posts 12a-12f are connected by a crossbar 16a-16c tied together. Decks can be hung in the crossbars 16a - 16c, whereby in Fig. 1a a first covering 18a and a second covering 18b are arranged between the crossbars 16a and 16b.

To prevent a worker from falling on the scaffolding 10, railings 20a, 20b are provided. The handrails 20a, 20b can be assembled in advance, ie they can be assembled before a worker enters the scaffolding level in which the handrails 20a, 20b secure the worker from falling. The railing spar 20a is shown in FIG. The railing post 20b, on the other hand, is already hung at one end from the lower scaffolding level on the scaffolding post 12e, which already belongs to the next higher, upper or (n+1)th scaffolding level.

Fig. 1b zeigt die weitere Montage des Geländerholms 20b. Fig. 1b shows the further assembly of the railing spar 20b. For this purpose, the railing rail 20b is arranged at the other end on a frame post 12g of the frame 10, which is connected to a frame post 12h via a crossbar 16d.

Fig. 1c zeigt das Gerüst 10 in weiter montiertem Zustand. 1c shows the scaffolding 10 in a further assembled state. Accordingly, the scaffolding post 12g is slipped onto the scaffolding post 12a and the scaffolding post 12h is slipped onto the scaffolding post 12b. The railing post 20b was pivoted upwards during assembly of the scaffolding posts 12g and 12h and is now already fully assembled on the scaffolding 10, even before further decking (not shown) is assembled between the crossbars 16c, 16d. The scaffolding 10 according to the invention can be assembled particularly securely. However, it is also possible to remove the railing 20b on both sides of the scaffolding posts 12e and 12g if z. B. something has to be brought to the side of the frame 10 with a crane. The handrail 20b is dismantled in reverse order according to the Figs. 1c-1a . The railing spar 20b can thus be assembled in advance as well as dismantled in advance.

The in the Figs. 1a-1c The handrail 20a shown is mounted at hip height of a worker/the handrail 20b is mounted at knee height of a worker. Together with the railing rail 20a at hip height, another railing rail (not shown) can be installed in advance and dismantled in advance at knee height in the same scaffolding level. Furthermore, together with the railing rail 20b at knee height, another railing rail (not shown) can be mounted in advance and dismantled in advance at hip height in the same scaffolding level.

2 shows a scaffolding element 22 with a scaffolding post 12i without a mounting plate and without a cross bar. The scaffold post 12i has a longitudinal axis 24 . Fastening elements 26a, 26b are arranged, in particular welded, parallel to the longitudinal axis 24 and spaced apart from one another on the frame post 12i.

Aus Fig. 3a ist ersichtlich, dass der Geländerholm 20a erste Durchgangsausnehmungen 32a, 32b und zweite Figure 3a shows the railing spar 20a (see Fig. 1a ) for arrangement on the fastening element 26a or 26b (see 2 ). Durchgangsausnehmungen 34a, 34b aufweist. Has through holes 34a, 34b . A fastener 26a, 26b (see 2 ) can be inserted into any of the through-holes 32a, 32b, 34a, 34b.

Figure 3b shows an enlarged partial view of the railing spar 20a in the region of the end 30a. the end Figure 3b It can be seen that the through-holes 32a, 34a are each in the form of a slot. The distance A between the through-holes 32a, 34a and the respective outer edges 36a, 36b of the end 30a is the same.

The distance A is preferably smaller than the width B of the through-holes 32a, 34a perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 28. Due to the relatively narrow webs 38a, 38b with the width A, the handrail 20a can be positioned relatively close to the scaffolding post 12i (see 2 ) mount. This is subsequently from the Figure 4b apparent.

Figures 4a and 4b show the scaffolding element 22 with the railing 20a. The banister is shown in a state where it was inadvertently lifted.

Aus Fig.4a ist ersichtlich, dass das erste Ende 30a - ebenso wie das zweite Ende 30b (siehe Fig. 3a) - durch Abplatten des Geländerholmrohrs erfolgt.the end Figure 4a it can be seen that the first end 30a - just like the second end 30b (see Figure 3a ) - done by flattening the railing tube.

1a-1c) befindet, am Befestigungselement 26ac hängenbleibt oder sich verletzt, sehr gering gehalten.the end Figure 4b it can be seen that the clear width LW between the scaffold post 12i and a projection 54 (see Figure 5b ), in particular a bead 56 (see Figure 5b ), only has to be slightly wider than the width of Ades web 38a or 38b (see Figure 3b ). As a result, the passage width available for a worker between the fastening element 26a and the opposite side, be it a building or another railing rail or another fastening element 26d, is hardly reduced. The passage width becomes only reduced by the overhang V of the fastener 26a. The overhang V is made up of the clear width LW and the cross-sectional width Q. In addition, the shape of the fastening element 26a reduces the risk that a worker who is on the scaffolding 10 (see Figs. 1a-1c ) is located, snagging on the fastener 26ac or injuring himself is kept to a minimum.

A dot-dash line 40 indicates the securing position of the railing 20a. As shown by an arrow 42 , the railing rail 20a can be rotated through 90° and then removed from the fastening element 26a in the direction of an arrow 44 . The removal direction according to the arrow 44 runs parallel to the longitudinal axis 58 of the free end 52 of the fastening element 26a.

From a synopsis of Figs. 3a, 3b and 4b is also seen / that the width B of the through-holes 32a 1 32b, 34a, 34b corresponds to the maximum cross-sectional width Q of the fastener 26a with a loose fit.

Fig. 5a zeigt das Befestigungselement 26a und eine Befestigungselementplatte 46. Figure 5a 12 shows the fastener 26a and a fastener plate 46. The fastener plate 46 is used to easily weld the fastener 26a to the scaffold post 12i (see FIG Figure 4a ) or to a scaffolding post 12a-12h according to the Figs. 1a-1c . The fastening element plate 46 is integrally formed or welded to one side 48a or the first main side of the fastening element plate 46 on the fastening element 26a. On the opposite side 48b or the second main side of the fastening element plate 46, the fastening element plate 46 is connected to the scaffold post 12i, in particular welded.

Figure 5b shows a side view of the fastener 26a with the Fastener Plate 46. Off Figure 5b It can be seen that the fastener 26a has a fastener body 50 . The fastener body 50 is formed in an L-shape. The fastener body 50 has the shape of a pin or bolt with a constant cross-section. A free end 52 of the fastener body 50 is used to receive a through hole 32a, 32b, 34a, 34b (see Figure 3a ).

A projection 54 on the fastener body 50 projects toward the scaffold post 12i (see Fig Figure 4a ), to prevent unintentional unthreading of the railing spar 20a (see Figure 4a ) to avoid. The projection 54 is in the form of part of a bead 56 . As if from a synopsis of Figs. 5a and 5b As can be seen, the ridge 56 extends radially around the fastener body 50, the ridge 56 being attached to the scaffold post 12i (see Fig Figure 4a ) leading side does not protrude beyond the fastener body 50.

The free end 52 of the fastener body 20 has a longitudinal axis 58 that is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis 24 (see FIG Figure 4b ) of the scaffold post 12i (see Figure 4a ) runs.

A synopsis of Figs. 4a, 4b , 5a, 5b shows that in the event of an unintentional lifting, the railing rail 20a can rotate about its longitudinal axis 28 and move along the fastening element body 50, but on contact with the bead 56 it rotates beyond 90° until the inner edge of the corresponding through-hole 32a, 32b, 34a , 34b strikes the free end of the fastening element 26a. In this position, an unintentional further lifting of the railing spar 20a and thus an unintentional loosening is not possible. The railing spar 20a is thus securely fastened to the scaffold post 12i.

Fig. 6 zeigt ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel eines Befestigungselements 26c. The fastening element 26c corresponds to the fastening elements 26a, 26b (see 2 ), wherein no fastener plate 46 (see Figs. 5a and 5b ) is provided. The fastening element 26c is bolt-welded to a scaffolding post 12a to 12i (see FIG Figs. 1a - 1c and 2 ) can be arranged, the end pointing towards the scaffold post 12a to 12i has a geometry suitable for this depending on the method selected (not shown).

Taking all figures of the drawing together, the invention relates to a scaffolding element 22 according to claim 1, with a scaffolding post 12a-12i, wherein at least one fastening element 26a-26c is arranged or formed on the scaffolding post 12a-12i. The fastener 26a - 26c includes a fastener body 50 . The fastener body 50 is formed in an L-shape. Preferably, the free end 52 of the fastener body 50 protrudes straight up when the framework member 22 is assembled. A projection 54 formed by a bead is arranged or formed on the fastening element body 50 below the free end 52, in particular in a section parallel to the longitudinal axis 24 of the scaffolding post 12a-12i. The projection 54 can be part of a U-shaped bead 56 .
