Definitions

  • the invention relates to a packaging device for a cosmetic product, in particular for a cosmetic product in solid or pasty form, that is to say which does not spread in the open air, such as lipstick or balm. lip, blush or eye shadow and foundation.
  • packaging devices for lipstick in particular are known, the device of which is opened by the tilting of a first part about an axis of rotation, this first part being completely interlocking. inside a second part to reveal the product in the open position of the device.
  • this type of device is often not suitable for limiting the travel of the cover during the tilting of the latter inside the base and for locking the cover in the open or closed position.
  • One of the objectives of the invention therefore consists in providing a solution for controlling the tilting movement of the cover when the packaging device is opened and for locking the cover both in the open position and in the closed position.
  • One advantage of this invention is that it allows the consumer to use the device according to the invention without having to stop the stroke and block the cover.
  • the cover remains hidden in the base of the device, in a stable manner, without the cover returning to its course.
  • the consumer can thus have access to the cosmetic product, without the inconvenience of a possible untimely return of the cover.
  • random opening for example in a handbag, is avoided.
  • the invention relates to a packaging device for a cosmetic product, in particular for a solid or pasty cosmetic product, comprising a base, an intermediate part intended to carry the cosmetic product, a cover and locking means, the intermediate part being mounted integrally. of the base and the cover being mounted articulated on the intermediate piece so that said cover occupies two positions, a first position, called the device closure, in which the base and the cover define a space substantially closed between them, said cosmetic product being housed inside the cover, and a second position, called the opening of the device, in which the cover is retracted inside the base, in which said cover is configured to be locked in the open position - conversely in the closed position - by locking means comprising at least one protuberance of material projecting from the intermediate piece.
  • the packaging device further comprises, locking means allowing the cover to be retained in the open position - reciprocally in the closed position, the locking means being provided in the form of a protuberance of material forming projection of the intermediate piece, the protrusion of material being intended to come into abutment with the cover, the passage from the closed position to the open position, and vice versa, taking place by a limited force exerted on the cover, so as to release the cover from its position without using an external tool.
  • the invention makes it possible to be able to control the tilting movement of the cover when the packaging device is opened.
  • the invention makes it possible to be able to control the locking of the cover both in the open position and in the closed position.
  • the longitudinal and transverse orientations are determined in a fixed manner with respect to the base of the device so that the open or closed position of the device has no effect on said orientations.
  • left and right will also be used without limitation with reference to the longitudinal orientation, as well as “upper” and “lower” or “top” and “bottom” with reference to the vertical orientation and finally “Front” and “rear” with reference to the transverse orientation, the front of the device having a means for gripping the cover in the closed position.
