Claims (11)
- Austauschbares Verbindungsmodul (2) zum elektrischen Verbinden einer elektrischen Kommutierungs-Vorrichtung (1) mit einer elektrischen Einrichtung mittels elektrischer Anschlüsse (3), wobei die elektrische Vorrichtung (1) eine Verbindungsschnittstelle (10) aufweist, die wenigstens einen elektrischen Kontakt (11) und wenigstens ein Halte-Federblatt (12) aufweist, das zwischen einer Eingedrückt-Position und einer Freigelassen-Position deformierbar ist,
wobei dieses Verbindungsmodul (2) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es verlagerbar ist zwischen einer Position gekuppelt mit der Vorrichtung (1) und einer Position abgekuppelt von der Vorrichtung (1), dass es ein Gehäuse (20), wenigstens ein Verbindungsstück (21) und einen Betätigungsknopf (23) aufweist,
wobei jedes Verbindungsstück (21) dazu bestimmt ist, eine elektrische Verbindung zwischen einem Ende eines elektrischen Anschlusses (3) und einem der elektrischen Kontakte (11) der Vorrichtung (1) zu gewährleisten, wenn das Verbindungsmodul (2) mit der Vorrichtung (1) verbunden ist, und wenigstens einen Verbindungsabschnitt (212) aufweist, der sich über das Gehäuse (20) hinaus vorstehend erstreckt, wobei jedes Verbindungstück (21) mit einem elektrischen Kontakt (11) der Vorrichtung (1) in Kontakt gehalten ist durch ein korrespondierendes Halte-Federblatt (12) der Vorrichtung (1), wenn dieses Blatt (12) in seiner Freigelassen-Position ist und wenn das Modul (2) mit der Vorrichtung (1) verbunden ist, wobei dieses Halten nicht ausgeübt wird, wenn das Blatt (12) in seiner Eingedrückt-Position ist,
wobei der Knopf (23) translatorisch verlagerbar ist bezüglich des Gehäuses (20) des Moduls (2) zwischen einer Ruhe-Position und einer Gedrückt-Position und wenigstens einen Anstoßabschnitt (231) aufweist, der sich über das Gehäuse (20) hinaus vorstehend erstreckt, wenn der Knopf (23) in seiner Gedrückt-Position ist, wobei jeder Anstoßabschnitt (231) angepasst ist zum Verlagern eines korrespondierenden deformierbaren Federblatts (12) zu dessen Gedrückt-Position hin, wenn das Modul (2) mit der Vorrichtung (1) verbunden wird und wenn der Knopf (23) zu seiner Gedrückt-Position hin verlagert wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Verbindungsmodul (2) eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung (24) aufweist, die imstande ist, mit einer Verriegelungsschnittstelle (16) der Vorrichtung (1) zusammenzuwirken, wobei diese Verriegelungsvorrichtung anhand des Knopfs (23) betätigbar ist. - Verbindungsmodul (2) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsvorrichtung Schwenk-Haken (24) aufweist, die imstande sind, mit Nuten (16) zusammenzuwirken, die an der Vorrichtung (1) ausgebildet sind und die eine Verriegelungsschnittstelle (16) der Vorrichtung (1) bilden, wobei die Haken (24) eingerichtet sind, um verlagert zu werden von einer Geschlossen-Position aus zu einer Offen-Position hin, wenn der Knopf (23) von seiner Ruhe-Position aus zu seiner Gedrückt-Position hin verlagert wird.
- Verbindungsmodul (2) gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Haken (24) einen Nocken (241) aufweist und dass der Knopf (23) wenigstens einen weiteren Anstoßschnitt (232) aufweist, wobei der Nocken (241) zu dem weiteren Anstoßabschnitt (232) ausgerichtet ist, sodass eine durch die Translation des weiteren Anstoßabschnitts (232) auf den Nocken (241) ausgeübte Kraft eine Verlagerung des Hakens (24) zu dessen Offenposition hin antreibt.
- Verbindungsmodul (2) gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haken (24) in einem Stück mit dem Gehäuse (20) des Verbindungsmoduls (2) gebildet sind.
- Verbindungsmodul (2) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Verbindungsabschnitt (212) mit Rasteinschnitten (214) versehen ist, die Anschläge zum Aufnehmen eines freien Endes des Halte-Federblatts (12) definieren, wenn dieses Halte-Federblatt (12) in seiner Freigelassen-Position ist.
- Verbindungsmodul (2) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Knopf (23) eine Drucktaste (233) aufweist, die vorsteht und sich zum Äußeren des Gehäuses (20) des Verbindungsmoduls (2) erstreckt, wenn der Knopf (23) in seiner Ruhe-Position ist.
- Verbindungsmodul (2) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (20) des Verbindungsmoduls (2) eine elektrisch isolierende Abdeckung (203) aufweist, die den Knopf (23) von den Verbindungsstücken (21) trennt.
- Verbindungsmodul (2) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aufweist, für jedes Verbindungsstück (21), ein Befestigungselement (22) zum mechanischen Verbinden eines elektrischen Anschlusses (3) mit einem Verbindungsstück (21).
- Verbindungsmodul (2) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Verbindungsstück (21) zwei Verbindungsabschnitte (212) aufweist und dass jeder Verbindungsabschnitt (212) eines selben Stücks (21) in Kontakt mit dem korrespondierenden elektrischen Kontakt (11) gehalten ist durch ein zugeordnetes Halte-Federblatt (12), wenn dieses Blatt (12) in seiner Freigelassen-Position ist und wenn das Modul (2) mit der Vorrichtung (1) verbunden ist.
- Elektrisches System mit einer elektrischen Kommutierungs-Vorrichtung (1) und einem austauschbaren Verbindungsmodul (2) zum elektrischen Verbinden der Vorrichtung (1) mit einer elektrischen Einrichtung mittels elektrischer Anschlüsse (3), wobei dieses elektrische System dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Verbindungsmodul (2) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ist, dass die elektrische Vorrichtung (1) eine Verbindungsschnittstelle (10) aufweist, die wenigstens einen elektrischen Kontakt (11) und wenigstens ein Halte-Federblatt (12) aufweist,
wobei jedes Verbindungstück (21) dazu bestimmt ist, einen elektrischen Kontakt zwischen einem Ende eines elektrischen Anschlusses (3) und einem der elektrischen Kontakte (11) der Vorrichtung (1) zu gewährleisten, wenn das Verbindungsmodul (2) mit der Vorrichtung (1) verbunden ist, und aufweist wenigstens einen Verbindungsabschnitt (212), der sich über das Gehäuse (20) hinaus vorstehend erstreckt,
und dass die elektrische Vorrichtung (1) eine zu der Verriegelungsvorrichtung (24) komplementäre Verriegelungsschnittstelle (16) aufweist. - System gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (1) ein Gehäuse aufweist, von welchem eine Wand (13) dazu bestimmt ist, das Verbindungsmodul (2) aufzunehmen, dass die elektrischen Kontakte (11) und die Halte-Federblätter (12) im Inneren des Gehäuses hinter der Wand (13) angeordnet sind und dass die Wand (13) Schlitze (14, 15) zur Durchführung der Verbindungsabschnitte (212) und der Anstoßabschnitte (231) aufweist.
