Definitions
- the present invention relates to a drive device for a movable furniture part, with a locking element, a release member and a latchable ejector device, by means of which the movable furniture part can be ejected from a closed position by an energy storage device in the opening direction, the ejector device being latched by overpressing the movable furniture part
- the closing position can be unlocked in the closing direction, and an overpressure protection is provided which prevents the ejector from being unlocked during a closing process and when the movable furniture part moves beyond the closed position into the overpressed position, the ejector being unlockable via a control element that is connected to the movable furniture part is movable from a closed position into the overpressure position, and a method for opening and closing a movable furniture part.
- EP 2 208 440 A1 discloses a locking fitting for a pull-out guide in which a pretensioned switching element can be latched on a switching cam.
- the WO 2014/165877 discloses a drive device for a movable furniture part, in which a pivotable ejection lever is provided for ejecting the movable furniture part and can be locked in a closed position.
- the movable furniture part can be moved into an overpressure position in order to then eject the furniture part in the opening direction via the ejector lever and an energy store. If, during a closing process, the movable furniture part is moved beyond the closed position into the overpressure position, a blocking element is provided which prevents the ejector from unlocking when the overpressure position is reached. This prevents the movable furniture part from being accidentally ejected again if the closing speed is too high.
- the blocking element can be moved from a blocking position into a release position with a time delay via a reset device. An immediate opening of the movable furniture part after a closing process is thus prevented.
- the time delay takes place by switching the blocking element after the closing process. In this respect, there can be an undesirably long delay before the next opening process can be carried out.
- the blocking element is mechanically stressed when attempting to open it.
- an overpressure protection with a locking element is ensured, which in a first position blocks a movement of the control element into the actuating position and in a second position releases access for the control element to an actuating position from which the control element can unlock the ejection device.
- the locking element for overpressure protection can block the control and only then release access to the actuation position when it is to be unlocked again.
- the locking element thus blocks the control element on the way to the actuation position, so that the time until the next unlocking process can be set as required.
- the movable furniture part can preferably be moved together with the control element in the closing direction, a slide which is connected to a part of the latching receptacle then also being moved. As a result, the locking receptacle can be moved into a release position.
- the ejection device preferably comprises a housing on which a guide track for the control element is formed.
- a pin which engages in the guide track can then be formed on the control element, wherein the locking element can block the pin and thus the control element from moving into the actuating position.
- the control element can be arranged in the actuating position adjacent to a slide which, when unlocked by the control element, can be displaced against the force of a spring.
- the slide can be designed in a stepped manner adjacent to the control element and form a receptacle for a pin of the control element, in particular an angular receptacle.
- the locking element is preferably movably mounted on the slide.
- the locking element can be arranged on the slide or the housing in a displaceable or pivotable manner.
- the release member comprises a damper, which brakes the movement of the locking element from the first to the second position.
- the damper can be designed as a linear damper that is pretensioned into the starting position by a spring.
- the damper is designed as a rotary damper which is coupled to the locking element via a mechanism.
- another mechanical timing element can also be provided for the delayed movement of the locking element.
- Simple mechanical timers are e.g. Suction cups with a small hole that break the contact with a surface due to the inflowing air or an elastomer with a slowed return movement.
- the tensioning process for the energy store of the ejector device takes place during a closing movement of the movable furniture part, preferably at a distance from the self-closing position, for example at least 25 mm from the self-closing position in a range between 100 mm to 40 mm before the closed position. It is also possible for the self-closing mechanism to tension part of the spring energy of the ejection device, so that the ejection device only engages in the effective area of the self-closing mechanism.
- a first pin can be provided on the control element, which is guided in a guideway on a housing, and a second pin which engages on the driver which engages with the activator can be brought.
- the driver can be moved relative to the control element, the control element during an ejection movement is arranged in a different position relative to the driver than during a closing movement.
- a movable furniture part is ejected after an ejector device has been unlocked.
- the movable furniture part is then moved in the closing direction in order to tension an energy storage device, a control element coupled to the driver being moved along a guide path.
- the control element is deposited on a latching receptacle on the guide track and / or a locking element, the locking element then being moved into a release position in order to move the control element further along the latching receptacle or the locking element into an actuating position in which the control element can unlock the ejector device .
- the movement of the locking element is braked by a damper or controlled by a mechanical timing element in order to be able to set the time from when the movable furniture part is released again for unlocking.
- a piece of furniture 1 comprises an in Figure 1 schematically illustrated body 2 on which one or more drawers can be movably mounted as movable furniture parts 3. Each drawer is guided on opposite sides over a pull-out guide 5, the pull-out guide 5 being fixed to a side wall of the body 2 via a bracket 9 and the drawer 3 being fixed to a movable running rail of the pull-out guide 5.
- a front panel 4 of the drawer is a short distance from the body 2, for example between 1 mm and 6 mm, in order to be pushed slightly further into the body 2 from this closed position into an overpressing position in order to unlock an ejector 6.
- each ejection device 6 can thus be supported on the activator 7 in order to eject the drawer as the movable furniture part 3.
- the pull-out guides 5 are each arranged in a side frame 8 of the drawer. It is of course also possible to arrange the ejector 6 stationary on the body 2 and the activator 7 on the drawer. In addition, the number and arrangement of the ejection devices 6 and activators 7 on the movable furniture part 3 or on the Body 2 can be varied.
- the ejector device 6 is arranged on the carcass rail or the carcass rail holder of a pull-out slide and the activator is arranged on the drawer rail.
- a wide variety of arrangement combinations of ejector 6 and activator 7 are known in the prior art, whereby the activator 7 can also be formed directly from a movable furniture part or an immovable part, so that the function of the activator does not require a separate component.
- Each pull-out guide 5 can be coupled to a self-closing mechanism that pulls a movable running rail of the pull-out guide 5 in a draw-in area in the closing direction and optionally brakes it with a damper.
- a pull-out guide 5 with a self-closing mechanism is for example in the documents DE 10 2011 053 840 A1 or DE 10 2011 054 441 A1 disclosed, to which reference is made.
- the ejection device 6 is shown, which is arranged in a housing 10.
- a guide 11 in the form of a web is provided on a longitudinal edge of the housing 10, on which a driver 12 is movably mounted.
- a cover 14 is arranged on the housing 10.
- the driver 12 is connected to a coupling element 13 which forms a contact surface for the activator 7. Since the coupling element 13 has a magnet 24, both tensile and compressive forces can be transmitted between the driver 12 and the activator 7.
- an adjustment mechanism 15 is provided, by means of which the position of the coupling element 13 relative to the driver 12 can be adjusted.
- the coupling element 13 can alternatively also be designed as a gripper controlled in a guide or another mechanically releasable coupling.
- a slide 30 which is slidably mounted in a receptacle 20 in the longitudinal direction of the housing 10.
- a holder 21 on one end face in order to fix one end of an energy store in the form of at least one spring 22, in particular a tension spring.
- Two springs 22 are provided, each of which is arranged in a spring receptacle 31 on the slide 30.
- An opposite end of the spring 22 is fixed to a spring holder 32 on the slide 30, so that the slide 30 is pretensioned on the housing 10 in the opening direction.
- the number of springs 22 can be selected depending on the intended use of the drive device.
- a receptacle 33 for guiding a control element 40 is also provided on the slide 30.
- the control element 40 is designed in the form of a plate and has protruding sliding elements 44 which rest on the side walls 38 of the receptacle 33.
- the control element 40 comprises a first pin 41 which is guided in a guide track 17 on the housing 10.
- a second pin 42 which is guided on the driver 12, is also provided on the control element 40.
- a groove-shaped track 16 for guiding the pin 42 is formed on the driver 12.
- a cam guide 34 by means of which a gearwheel 36 is guided, is also provided on the slide 30.
- the gear 36 engages with a locking projection 35 in the cam guide 34 and is part of a backstop.
- a toothed rack 19 is formed on the housing 10.
- the gear 36 is guided with a pin in a loop-shaped guide track 18 of the housing 10, a section of the guide track 18 running in the tensioning direction past the rack 19, while a section for an opening movement guides the gear 36 at a distance from the rack 19. If a tensioning process of the ejector device 6 is interrupted, the toothed wheel 36 engages in the toothed rack 19 and thus prevents the movable furniture part from being ejected.
- Such a backstop is for example in the DE 10 2016 107 918 described. Such a backstop is advantageous for the present ejection device, but can optionally also be omitted.
- a slide 50 is also provided on the housing 10 and is held displaceably in a slide receptacle 26 on the housing 10.
- a box-shaped section 55 engages in the slide receptacle 26, while a web 56 is received on an end section 27 of the housing 10.
- the slide 50 is biased into an initial position via a spring 68.
- the spring 68 is stored in a spring receptacle 69 on the slide 50 ( Figure 4B ), wherein the spring 68 rests on one end face of the slide 50 and on the opposite side against a wall of the housing 10.
- the Spring 68 is designed as a compression spring and thus biases slide 50 in the opening direction.
- a guide track 17 for the first pin 41 of the control element 40 is formed on the housing 10.
- the guide track 17 is designed in the shape of a loop.
- a locking element 64 is shown, which is pivotably mounted on the guide track 17 adjacent to the latching receptacle on the housing 10.
- the blocking element 64 is coupled to a damper 60 which has a cylinder 61 and a piston rod 62 which can be pushed into the cylinder 61 in order to generate damping forces.
- the damper 60 is prestressed in an initial position with the piston rod 62 pulled out, a spring 63 being wound around the piston rod 62 for this purpose, which is supported on one side on the cylinder 61 and on the opposite side on the locking element 64.
- the spring can alternatively be integrated in the cylinder 61 or act as a separate spring element on the locking element 64.
- a latching projection 25 is also formed on the housing 10 in the area of the guide track 17, which interacts with the latching lug 54 on the slide 50 in order to be able to latch the slide 50 in an unlocked or released position for the control element 40.
- FIG Figures 5 to 11 each showing two sectional views through the ejection device 6, some of which are arranged in different planes in order to better follow the position of the pins 41 and 42 in the area of the driver 12 and the guide track 17.
- the ejector 6 is in a closed position.
- the pin 41 of the control element 40 is located in the latching receptacle, which is formed by the locking element 64 and the receptacle 52 on the pressure piece 51 of the slide 50.
- the two-part latching receptacle is in the closed position, and the ejection device 6 is latched against the force of the springs 22 via the pin 41 and the latching receptacle.
- the second pin 42 of the control element is located at an angled end of the track 16 on the driver 12.
- the movable furniture part 3 or the drawer is moved from the closed position into an overpressed position, as shown in FIG Figures 6A and 6B is shown.
- the control element 40 is pressed in against the force of the springs 22, which are held on the slide 30, the movable furniture part acting on the control element 40 via the driver 12 and the pin 42.
- the first pin 41 presses against the pressure piece 51 of the slide 50, which is moved relative to the housing 10 against the force of the spring 68.
- part of the latching receptacle is displaced relative to the locking element 64.
- the pin 41 can now pass through the gap between the locking element 64 and the pressure piece 51, as shown in FIG Figures 7A and 7B is shown.
- the driver 12 is coupled to the control element 40 in the pull-out direction via the second pin 42, so that the movable furniture part is ejected by the driver 12.
- the slide 50 is pressed again in the opening direction by the spring 68 until the latching lug 54 rests against the latching projection 25 of the housing 10.
- the pressure piece 51 and thus the locking receptacle remain in a release position. The distance between the two parts of the locking receptacle is so great that the pin 41 can pass between them.
- the carriage 30 with the control element 40, and thereby also the driver 12 with the movable furniture part, is moved further in the opening direction until the in Figures 8A and 8B position shown is reached.
- the first pin 41 on the control element 40 runs against a run-on bevel 57 on the web 53 and thus releases the latch 54 from the latch projection 25. This allows the slide 50 to be moved further in the opening direction by the force of the spring 68 to close the latch close.
- the movable furniture part 3 is now moved further in the opening direction until the first pin 41 strikes a bevel 45 of the guide track 17 in order to move the control element 40 on the slide 30.
- the second pin 42 moves out of the angled end section of the track 16 and can thus be moved along the middle section of the track 16, which is aligned slightly inclined to the closing and opening direction, in order to keep the driver 12 along the guide 11 on the Moving housing.
- the second pin 42 is moved to the angled end section of the track 16, and the first pin 41 is located at a pointed end of the guide track 17.
- the activator 7 In order to bring the movable furniture part back into a closed position, the activator 7 is moved against the driver 12, which is coupled to the control element 40 via the second pin 42.
- the control element 40 thus moves together with the slide 30 in the closing direction and thereby tensions the springs 22.
- the backstop is also activated with the gearwheel 36, which is moved along the rack 19 on the housing. If the tensioning process is interrupted, the gearwheel 36 of the backstop secures the previously tensioned position of the slide 30.
- the control element 40 moves in Figure 9 on the left side of the guide track 17, up to an angled end on which the locking element 64 is arranged.
- the second pin 42 moves out of the angled end section of the track 16 on the driver 12.
- the track 16 has an inclination to the opening and closing direction so that the pins 41 and 42 are slowly shifted to the right when the driver 12 closes, until the pin 42 arrives at the angled end section of the track 16.
- the pin 41 By moving the pin 42 to the right, the pin 41 is also moved to the right, so that the pin 41 is positioned between the locking element 64 and the receptacle 52 on the pressure piece 52, as shown in FIG Figures 5A and 5B is shown.
- the driver 12 When the closed position is reached, the driver 12 has reached the end position and essentially simultaneously the pin 41 is in an actuating position in which the ejector 6 can be unlocked when the movable furniture part 3 is pushed in again.
- FIG 10 a position is shown in which the movable furniture part 3 was moved manually during the closing movement via the closed position into the overpressing position or the movable furniture part 3 was moved at high closing speed and has thus also reached the overpressing position.
- the pin 41 on the control element 40 is therefore located at a distance from the locking element 64 within an end section on the guide track 17. If the movable furniture part 3 is now released, the energy storage device with the springs 22 presses the slide 30 and thus also the control element 40 in Opening direction until the pin 41 hits the locking element 64.
- the locking element 64 is now pivoted against the force of the damper 60, so that the pin 41 enters the stepped receptacle 52 on the pressure piece 51, that is to say in the actuating position in which the ejector device can be unlocked.
- the pin 42 reaches the angled end section of the track 16 and thus locks the control element 40 with the driver 12.
- the ejector 6 can be unlocked again immediately.
- FIG. 12 to 19 a second embodiment of an ejector 6 is shown, the same components being provided with the same reference numerals.
- the second exemplary embodiment differs essentially in a modified blocking element 80 and its coupling to a damper 88, so that essentially only the differences from the previous exemplary embodiment are described.
- a locking element 80 comprises a web 81 on which a projection 82 for engagement with a control lever 86 is formed. On the locking element 80 there is also a toothing 83 for engagement with a gear 89 which is non-rotatably coupled to a damper 88 in the form of a rotary damper.
- the locking element 80 is pretensioned in the closing direction via a holder 84 and a spring 85.
- the pin 41 is located on a latching receptacle which has a fixed part 23 which is fixedly arranged on the housing 10, preferably formed integrally with the housing 10.
- a second part of the latching receptacle is formed on a slide 50 which has a receptacle 52 on a pressure piece 51.
- the pin 41 on the control element 40 is pretensioned in the opening direction via the slide 30 and the energy store.
- the movable furniture part with the driver 12 and the control element 40 is moved into an overpressing position, the pin 41 moving the slide 50 in the closing direction, as shown in FIG Figure 14 is shown. This creates a gap between the first part 23 of the latching receptacle and the pressure piece 51, which gap is sufficient for the pin 41 to be able to be moved along the guide track 17 in the opening direction.
- the locking element 80 with the web 81 which prevents the pin 41 from reaching the receptacle 52 on the pressure piece 51, is arranged on the latching receptacle 23.
- the locking element 80 can be moved essentially linearly, wherein the movement of the locking element 80 can be controlled via a control lever 86 which is mounted pivotably about an axis 87.
- the control lever 86 interacts with a cam guide 75 on the driver 12, which has a recess. If the driver 12 is moved in the closing direction, the control lever 86 pivots before reaching the closed position and thus moves the locking element 80 with the web 81 to the first part 23 of the locking receptacle, so that the pin 41 is prevented from entering the receptacle 52 on the other Side of the web 81 to arrive.
- the driver 12 is now moved further in the closing direction until the receptacle of the cam guide 75 arrives in the area of the control lever 86 and releases the control lever 86, which is now pulled up by the control element 80 due to the force of a spring 85.
- the spring 85 is fixed at one end to a holder 84 of the locking element 80 and at the opposite end to the housing 10. Furthermore, the control element 80 is coupled to a gear wheel 89 of the damper 88 via a toothing 83, so that braking forces are generated when the locking element 80 is moved in the housing 10.
- the spring 85 can also be attached to any other desired position in order to fulfill the function.
- FIG 18 the ejection device 6 is shown in an overpressing position in which the pin 41 is located in an end section of the guide track 17. If the movable furniture part is now released, the energy store pulls the slide 30 and thus also the control element 40 in the opening direction and the pin 41 comes against the inclined first part 23 of the latching receptacle. The driver 12 is also moved in the opening direction so that the control lever 86 is released through the recess on the cam guide 75 and the locking element 80 can be moved away from the first part 23 of the latching receptacle by the force of the spring 85. As a result, the pin 41 can get into the receptacle 52 on the pressure piece 51 and the pin 42 gets into the angled end section on the track 16 and is therefore locked with the driver 12. This process is in Figure 19 shown. Then the closed position is reached, which is shown in Figure 13 is already shown.
- FIG. 20 a path-time diagram of the ejector is shown, which is brought into the closed position via a self-retraction.
- the movable furniture part is drawn in via a self-closing mechanism, which is designed to be damped, so that the closing speed slows down before the closed position is reached, as shown by the curved path.
- a movement of the locking element 64 or 80 begins so that the pin 41 of the control element 40 can move into an actuating position, which takes place when the closed position is reached. The user can thus unlock the ejection device again immediately after reaching the closed position or wait, and then move the movable furniture part into an overpressed position, as shown in FIG Figure 20 is shown.
- FIG 21 a distance-time diagram is shown in which the closing movement does not take place via the self-closing, but manually controlled in an overpressure position.
- the furniture part After tensioning the energy store and moving the furniture part over the intake area, the furniture part is moved beyond the closed position into an overpressure position and held there. Since the closing movement is continuous, the overpressure protection is effective and prevents the ejector from unlocking. After releasing the movable furniture part, it moves into the closed position, with a movement of the locking element 64 or 80 at the same time.
- the pin 41 of the control element 40 is also in an actuating position and can immediately trigger the ejector 6 if necessary.
- the duration of movement of the locking element can be adjusted if the movement from the overpressure position to the closed position is to be slowed down. This can increase the operational reliability of the ejection device 6.
