Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Verpacken mindestens einer einzelnen Arzneimitteleinnahme in aufgeteilter fester Darreichungsform, die mindestens eine Lager- und Abgabezelle (10) einer solchen einzelnen Einnahme bildet, wobei jede Zelle umfasst:- eine Mulde (11), die ein Lagervolumen (15) einer solchen einzelnen Einnahme begrenzt;- einen Deckel (12), ausgeführt, um das Lagervolumen zu schließen;- eine Unterteilung (13), ausgeführt, um sich in dem Lagervolumen der Mulde erstrecken, und dort eine Vielzahl von Fächern (20) begrenzen zu können, die es ermöglichen, die Arzneimittel der einzelnen Einnahme voneinander getrennt zu halten;
wobei die Unterteilung (13), die sich in der Mulde (11) erstreckt, in Bezug auf die Mulde (11) herausnehmbar ist;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die herausnehmbare Unterteilung (13) eine Unterteilung ohne Boden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mulde (11) einen umlaufenden Ansatz (18) aufweist, der eine Öffnung der Mulde (11) begrenzt, wobei der Deckel (12) aus einem Verschlussfilm gebildet ist, der ausgeführt ist, um an dem umlaufenden Ansatz der Mulde (11) anzuhaften.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussfilm eine, Haftseite genannte, Hauptseite aufweist, die mindestens eine Haftzone aufweist, die angeordnet ist, um an dem umlaufenden Ansatz der Mulde anzuhaften.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussfilm eine zweite, bedruckte Seite genannte, Hauptseite gegenüber der Haftseite aufweist, und mindestens eine Aufschrift aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mulde (11) in einer in einer Hauptausdehnungsrichtung ausgedehnten Form ist, und Folgendes aufweist:- eine größere Abmessung parallel zu der Hauptausdehnungsrichtung der Mulde, mit einem Wert, der zwischen 60 mm und 150 mm enthalten ist, und;- eine Breite in einer Richtung senkrecht zu der Hauptausdehnungsrichtung, mit einem Wert, der zwischen 20 mm und 50 mm enthalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mulde eine Tiefe aufweist, die sich senkrecht zu der Hauptausdehnungsrichtung, senkrecht zu der Breite erstreckt, und mit einem Wert kleiner als die Breite, insbesondere zwischen 10 mm und 20 mm enthalten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ausgeführt ist, um eine Vielzahl von Lagerzellen (10) einer Vielzahl von einzelnen Einnahmen solcher Arzneimittel bilden zu können, wobei die Zellen der Vielzahl von Lagerzellen (10) miteinander in Form einer Lager- und Abgabeplatte von Arzneimitteln miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:- eine vorausgeschnittene Arzneimittelaufnahmeplatte, die eine Vielzahl von nebeneinandergestellten Mulden (11) bildet;- einen vorausgeschnittenen Bogen von Verschlussfilmen, und;- eine vorausgeschnittene Einheit an herausnehmbaren Unterteilungen (13).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Bodenteil (16) der Mulde (11) eine Vertiefung (31) zum Sammmeln der Arzneimittel der einzelnen Arzneimitteleinnahme bildet, die ausgeführt ist, um die Arzneimittel aufnehmen, und sie enthalten zu können, und um deren Zerstoßen in der Vertiefung (31) zu ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (31) eine Vertiefung ist, die zwischen einer eingezogenen Form, in der die Vertiefung das Zerstoßen der Arzneimittel nicht ermöglicht, und einer ausgebreiteten Form verformbar ist, in der die Vertiefung eine Tiefe aufweist, die angepasst ist, um die Arzneimittel aufzunehmen und deren Zerstoßen zu ermöglichen.
- Verfahren zum Verpacken mindestens einer einzelnen Einnahme von Arzneimitteln in aufgeteilter fester Darreichungsform, wobei:- eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Verpacken nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 ausgewählt wird;- eine herausnehmbare Unterteilung (13) in einer Mulde (11) der Vorrichtung (1) zum Verpacken platziert wird;- Arzneimittel in aufgeteilter fester Darreichungsform, in mindestens zwei Lagerfächer (20) geteilt, die durch herausnehmbare Unterteilungen (13) gebildet werden, die in der Mulde (11) platziert sind, verteilt werden und;- die Mulde (11) der Vorrichtung, die die Arzneimittel umfasst, durch Anlegen eines Deckels (12) geschlossen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- eine herausnehmbare Unterteilung (13) in jeder Mulde (11) der Vorrichtung (1) zum Verpacken platziert wird;- Arzneimittel in aufgeteilter fester Darreichungsform, in mindestens zwei Lagerfächer (20) geteilt, die durch herausnehmbare Unterteilungen (13) gebildet werden, die in der Mulde (11) platziert sind, verteilt werden, und;- die Mulde (11) der Vorrichtung, die die Arzneimittel umfasst, durch Anlegen eines Deckels (12) geschlossen wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Lagern und Ausgeben mindestens einer einzelnen Arzneimitteleinnahme in aufgeteilter fester Darreichungsform, umfassend eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei jede einzelne Einnahme dazu bestimmt ist, einem Patienten zu einem vorbestimmten Zeitpunkt, und in einer Lager- und Abgabezelle (10) einer solchen einzelnen Einnahme verteilt, verabreicht zu werden, wobei jede Zelle umfasst:- die Mulde (11), die eine solche einzelne Einnahme enthält;- die Unterteilung (13), die sich in dem Lagervolumen der Mulde (11) erstreckt und dort eine Vielzahl von Fächern (20) begrenzt, die die Arzneimittel der einzelnen Einnahme voneinander getrennt halten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die herausnehmbare Unterteilung (13) fest mit dem Deckel verbunden ist, um beim Öffnen der Lagerzelle (10) ein gleichzeitiges Extrahieren der herausnehmbaren Unterteilung (13) aus der Mulde (11) heraus, und eine zufällige Verteilung der Arzneimittel in der Mulde (11) zu ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die herausnehmbare Unterteilung (13) derart von dem Deckel getrennt ist, dass das Öffnen der Lagerzelle (10) ein zeitversetztes Extrahieren der herausnehmbaren Unterteilung (13) aus der Mulde (11) heraus nötig macht, um eine zufällige Verteilung der Arzneimittel in der Mulde (11) zu bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Bodenteil (16) der Mulde (11) eine Vertiefung (31) zum Sammeln der Arzneimittel der einzelnen Arzneimitteleinnahme bildet, die ausgeführt ist, um die Arzneimittel aufnehmen, und sie enthalten zu können, und um deren Zerstoßen in der Vertiefung (31) zu ermöglichen.
- Verfahren zur Ausgabe mindestens einer einzelnen Arzneimitteleinnahme in aufgeteilter fester Darreichungsform an einen Patienten, wobei:- eine Lager- und Abgabevorrichtung mindestens einer einzelnen Einnahme von Arzneimitteln in aufgeteilter fester Darreichungsform nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16 ausgewählt wird;- eine Lager- und Abgabezelle (10) einer solchen einzelnen Einnahme von der Lagervorrichtung getrennt wird;- der Deckel dieser Zelle (10) der Lager- und Abgabevorrichtung entsprechend der einzelnen Arzneimitteleinnahme entfernt wird, und;- die herausnehmbare Unterteilung (13) aus dieser Zelle (10) derart extrahiert wird, dass die Arzneimittel in der Mulde (11) nicht mehr voneinander getrennt sind, und;- die einzelne Arzneimitteleinnahme an den Patienten abgegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (12) entfernt wird, und die herausnehmbare Unterteilung (13) gleichzeitig extrahiert wird, wobei die herausnehmbare Unterteilung (13) fest mit dem Deckel (12) verbunden ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Bodenteil (16) der Mulde (11) eine Vertiefung (31) zum Sammeln und Zerstoßen der Arzneimittel der einzelnen Einnahme bildet, die bemessen ist, um die Arzneimittel aufzunehmen und sie zu enthalten, die Arzneimittel nach dem Extrahieren der herausnehmbaren Unterteilung (13) in die Vertiefung (31) verschoben werden, und ein Zerstoßen der Arzneimittel der einzelnen Arzneimitteleinnahme in der Vertiefung (31) durchgeführt wird.
