Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif destiné à expulser une substance hors d'un tube déformable (24), le dispositif présentant les éléments suivants :
    - un boîtier (1) présentant une extrémité de base (2),
    - une partie supérieure (3) opposée à l'extrémité de base (2) et
    - des parties de paroi latérale (4) situées entre l'extrémité de base (2) et la partie supérieure (3),
    - un outil exprimeur (10) pouvant être inséré dans le boîtier (1), l'outil exprimeur (10) présentant un élément support (11) et deux mâchoires opposées (12) afin de saisir et de presser une substance hors du tube (24),
    le boîtier (1) présentant une ouverture (5) dans la partie supérieure (3) à travers laquelle une sortie de distribution du tube (24) peut être guidée, et des ouvertures (8) sur les sections opposées des parties de paroi latérale (4) au moyen desquelles les mâchoires (12) peuvent être actionnées, les mâchoires (12) étant fixées à une extrémité sur l'élément support (11) et l'outil exprimeur (10) présentant également un élément formant levier manuel (15) sur au moins une mâchoire (12), l'élément formant levier (15) étant relié à la mâchoire (12) dans une zone de liaison (20) dans un agencement dans lequel une pression appliquée manuellement sur l'élément formant levier (15) exerce une force sur la mâchoire (12) en direction de l'autre mâchoire (12),
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément formant levier (15) présente un corps (16) comportant des nervures de renforcement (17), les nervures de renforcement (17) étant au moins partiellement entourées d'une enveloppe extérieure fermée (18), une zone de l'enveloppe extérieure (18) réalisant une zone de préhension (19), la zone de liaison (20) présentant une largeur maximale v entre l'élément formant levier (15) et la mâchoire (12), la largeur maximale étant au plus une moitié d'une largeur b de la mâchoire (12) dans cette zone.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément formant levier (15) présente une partie concave (21) sur l'au moins une mâchoire (12) au niveau de la zone de liaison (20).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    pour un rayon de courbure r de l'enveloppe extérieure (18) de l'élément formant levier (15), il convient que 5 mm ≤ r ≤ 50 mm, en particulier 16 mm ≤ r ≤ 35 mm, dans la partie concave (21).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    des nervures de préhension (22) sont disposées dans la zone de préhension (19) sur l'enveloppe extérieure (18) de l'élément formant levier (15).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la zone de liaison (20) présente une longueur L entre l'élément formant levier (15) et la mâchoire (12), L étant inférieure à 25 % de la longueur de la mâchoire (12).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    pour la longueur L, il convient que : 2 mm ≤ L ≤ 20 mm, en particulier 3 mm ≤ L ≤ 12 mm.
