- the distance between the support plates is usually standardized and should be referred to as the support plate spacing.
- the transport pallets are preferably made of wood, so that they can yield to a permissible deformation when subjected to pressure without affecting the functionality of the transport pallet.
- the transport pallet interacting with the anti-tilt device can be a standardized transport pallet, such as a Euro pallet, which can be certified and/or registered in accordance with EPAL. It is clear that future transport pallets can interact with the anti-tipper device according to the invention.
- the purpose of the anti-tip device is to provide a railing function attached to the shipping pallet for laterally holding the cargo, the anti-tip device is intended to be moved along with the shipping pallet to prevent the cargo from tipping over, but does not need to be attached to the shipping pallet all the time, but light has to be attachable and removable so that the transport goods can reach the support side of the transport pallet unhindered when loading the transport pallet.
- the anti-tilt device is intended to gently place the goods to be transported on the transport pallet and lift them slightly, especially a few centimeters, such as 1 to 10 cm, in order to push the transport pallet through under the lifted transport goods or pull it out.
- the anti-tilt device according to the invention not only serves to ensure protection against tipping or falling over for the goods to be transported on the transport pallet, but also to lift or set down the goods to be transported when loading and unloading the transport pallet.
- the anti-tilt device has a state of use in which the anti-tilt device is attached to the transport pallet, in particular is clamped to the transport pallet exclusively under the influence of the weight of the transported goods, in order in particular to fulfill the two functional tasks mentioned above.
- the anti-tip device also has a storage condition in which the anti-tip device can be stored separately from the shipping pallet.
- the state of use is designed in particular in that the anti-tilt device is fastened to the transport pallet without an additional fastening element, such as clamps, screws, etc. For this purpose, only clamping and holding forces are used, which result from the influence of the weight of the transported goods themselves and the anti-tipper device.
- the anti-tilt device comprises a holding column which, when in use, extends above the transport pallet in particular essentially vertically to the support side.
- the support column should be designed so long that it extends upwards by at least 30 cm above the support side in order to be able to absorb the lateral tipping forces of larger transported goods.
- the support column preferably extends 50, 60, 70, 80 or 100 cm above the support side, with the support column height in particular being less than 110 cm.
- the holding column can have a holding side which faces the goods to be transported and which is essentially flat and/or flat.
- the support column can have a large-area plate shape or a bar-shaped frame structure, in which the frame struts define the flat support side.
- the one according to the invention is particularly suitable Anti-tilt device when the goods to be transported are a stack of paper, in particular a stack of paper folded in a leporello pattern, which has a particular direction of inclination due to its folds. It is advantageous here that the stack of paper has a flat base side with which the anti-tilt device can advantageously interact when jammed.
- the support column is designed to support a cuboid stack of paper with a substantially vertical flat stack side. The support column is shaped to the flat side of the cuboid.
- the anti-tilt device according to the invention has a floor support which extends downwards from the holding column along the height of the transport pallet and has a support end which faces the floor for support on the floor.
- the transport pallet height is determined by the vertical distance between the storage side and the support side of the transport pallet.
- the anti-tilt device according to the invention has a prong section attached to the holding column and the floor support for gripping under the goods to be transported and for engaging in the space between the support plates, which is bounded laterally by adjacent support plates and vertically at the bottom by a base beam of the transport pallet, which firmly connects the support plates to one another.
- the space between the support plates is open and is covered by the goods to be transported, in particular the stack of paper.
- the vertical thickness of the prong section is dimensionally adapted in particular to the vertical height of the space between the support plates, in particular so that the prong section can be pushed into the space between the support plates when the transport plate is already occupied by the goods to be transported, such as the stack of paper, in particular without causing the goods to be transported to be lifted, or at least lifting of the stack only in sections in the area of the prong section without raising the center of gravity of the stack vertically, and/or so that the prong section is clamped due to the weight of the transported goods.
- the invention makes use of the deformability of the goods to be transported, in particular the paper stack, which conforms to the protruding tine section or the recessed tine section in a pressing manner.
- the tine section When in use, the tine section extends in particular horizontally.
- the tine portion may extend substantially vertically from the support column and the ground support.
- the tine section can be dimensioned in relation to the support plate gap such that when the tine section is placed on the base beam of the transport pallet, the tine section is under the influence of the weight of the above lying transport goods is braced with the transport pallet. In this way, the anti-tip device is held on the transport pallet without the need for additional fastening elements.
- the transported goods With the help of the floor support and the support end, the transported goods can be lifted slightly from the support side of the transport pallet with appropriate lever contact with the floor as soon as the anti-tipper device is pivoted about the lifting pivot axis at the contact point of the support end with the floor by actuating the support column.
- the tine section is vertically spaced from the support end such that when the tine sections engage between the support plates, the support end is in fulcrum with the ground or at least a slight distance of less than 5 cm, preferably less than 3 cm or 1 cm.
- the tine portion which lies between the support plates when the anti-tipper is in use, is clamped by the cargo to the shipping pallet to fix the anti-tipper to the shipping pallet when in use, and on the other hand as a lifting device when the supporting end acts as a lever joint by levering contact with the ground. If an operator communicates manual tilting forces of the holding column via the holding column, the prong section and the goods to be transported lying thereon can be lifted using the supporting end as a swivel joint.
- the tine section serves as a tipping stop for the anti-tip device. When the goods to be transported tip over, the weight of the goods to be transported is prevented from tipping sideways in cooperation with the tine section, despite a loss of balance.
- a slight grasping of the tine section and thus an easy attachment of the anti-tipper device to the transport pallet can be structurally realized in that the tines of the tine section in the vertical direction are slightly narrower or just as thick or slightly thicker, preferably by a maximum of 10 mm or 5 mm, than the Thickness of the support plates of the transport pallet that lie on the base beam, in particular less than 3 cm or 2 cm, preferably between 1 cm and 4 cm.
- the tines of the tine section can taper towards the end thereof, so that it is possible to push under the goods to be transported without injuring the latter.
- the tapered shape of each prong portion approximates a correspondingly shaped fork structure. Exactly two tines are preferably provided for the tine section.
- the prong section can in particular engage with a precise fit in the intermediate space on the support side and directly below the underside of the item to be transported.
- a holding counterforce is immediately achieved due to the blocking of the weight of the goods to be transported against the tine section pivoting open. In this way, the support column holds itself to the transport pallet using the weight of the transported goods.
- the anti-tilt device according to the invention for attachment to the transport pallet can be used to safely store and transport paper stack supplies, which are often stored in cuboid endless paper web stacks folded in a zigzag pattern.
- the anti-tip device is formed by a metal frame.
- the design of the anti-tilt device ensures that it can be attached quickly to a transport pallet, in particular to a front side.
- the support column is designed to secure transported goods, such as paper stacks, which are stored on the transport pallet, against falling over, in particular along the entire height of the transported goods. If there is a risk of the item being transported tipping over, for example if an upper third of the paper stack slips off the rest of the paper stack, the support column serves to hold the falling part of the paper stack to the side.
- the tine section grips the stack of paper and is able to carry the full weight of the stack of paper.
- the weight of the stack of paper generates a force directed substantially perpendicularly downwards on the tine portion, which acts against the momentum of the portion of the stack of paper tending to tip over.
- the anti-tip device described is therefore suitable for supporting without the need for clamping or tensioning elements. It is also ensured that the transported goods are not damaged.
- the support column according to the invention does not require a motor or any other device for moving the support column and/or the tine section.
- the support column is designed to be brought into an engagement and assembly state with the transport pallet by an operator, even without mechanical support, by merely pushing the prong section into the free space between the support plates until the floor support comes into lateral engagement with the outside of the transport pallet.
- the anti-tilt device can be attached to the transport pallet already occupied by the transport goods, so that the anti-tilt device is attached, in particular clamped, exclusively under the influence of the weight of the transport goods lying on the transport pallet and/or is attached to the transport pallet the anti-tilt device is worn for the onward transport of the transport pallet together with the goods to be transported.
- the anti-tipper device In order to attach the anti-tipper device to the transport pallet, it is not necessary to unload the transported goods from the transport pallet.
- the tine section in particular its tines, can be dimensioned in such a way that the goods to be transported lying on the transport pallet brace the tine section with the transport pallet in such a way that the anti-tilt device is particularly releasably attached to the transport pallet and/or when the transport pallet is unloaded from the Goods to be transported can be removed from the transport pallet, in particular without loosening any other fastening devices.
- the support end touches the floor or is arranged at a slight distance from the floor in such a way that when the support column tilts, the support end that comes into contact with the floor forms a lever pivot bearing axis, so that when the support column tilts the To let swing up tine section with a vertical swing direction.
- the tine section extends at an angle of between 85° and 95° from the support column section and the bottom support section. This ensures that when the support column is in the assembled state, the prong section and the support of the transport pallet, in particular the transported goods stored thereon, are aligned parallel to one another in the direction in which the prong section extends.
- the tine section preferably has a fork structure with at least two tines, preferably exactly two tines, with the at least two tines extending parallel to one another extend away from the support column section and the floor support section, wherein in particular a tine spacing between two tines is at least 145 mm and at most 205 mm.
- the fork structure enables the goods to be transported to be gripped underneath and gripped between the longitudinal support plates of the transport pallet, which are arranged at a distance from one another.
- the tine portion may have a scoop structure with a substantially thin-walled planar plate extending substantially perpendicularly from the support column portion and the bottom support portion for gripping underneath cargo stored on a shipping pallet, for example.
- a distance of the support end viewed in the direction of the column from the prong section extending essentially vertically away from the base support section is slightly shorter than a pallet height, which is measured from the underside of the base to the transport top side of the transport pallet.
- the pallet height of a standardized EPAL pallet is 144 mm.
- the distance of the support end from the prong section is in the range of 150 mm, in particular 140 mm, and 90 mm, in particular 100 mm.
- the support column section is formed from two vertical struts arranged parallel to one another.
- An upper stiffening transverse strut is preferably fastened to the upper ends of the vertical struts, with the bottom of the support section in particular being formed by an extension of the respective vertical struts beyond the vertical height of the zinc sections.
- a stiffening cross strut is formed to form the support end, so that the bottom support section and the support column section form a closed strut frame, with the prong section extending away from the column frame in particular essentially perpendicularly at a predetermined vertical height.
- a further intermediate transverse strut at the vertical height of the tine section can be designed to connect the two vertical struts. It is clear that the further intermediate cross brace does not necessarily have to be arranged at the vertical height of the prong section. Preferably you can too two intermediate transverse struts extending diagonally and crossing in particular in the middle of the support column can be provided for stabilizing the support column.
- the predetermined vertical height of the tine section is 120 mm, in particular the tine section is formed integrally with the support column section and the bottom support section.
- the support column is preferably manufactured as a welded part or mounted by means of fastening means such as screws.
- the tines have an essentially unchanged, in particular rectangular, cross section along the tine section.
- a ramp-shaped surface can preferably be formed on an end of the tines facing away from the support column section, in order to make it easier for the goods to be transported to be gripped underneath and for the tines to move into intermediate spaces between the support plates.
- the angle between the ramped surface and the direction of extension of the tines is 30°, with the tines in particular having a tine height in a range from 1 cm to 4 cm or 3 cm, preferably 15 mm, preferably at most 20 mm, for example around 15 mm , exhibit. It is clear that further tine heights are possible by matching the tine heights to the vertical height of the support plates.
- the vertical struts and/or the transverse struts preferably have a continuous rectangular cross section, the vertical struts in particular being connected perpendicularly to the transverse struts, preferably forming an angle of between 85° and 95°.
- the vertical struts and/or the transverse struts can also have a circular cross section, it being clear that the geometry of the vertical and transverse struts is not intended to be limiting and further cross-sectional shapes are included in this disclosure.
- the total height of the support column is at least 300 mm, preferably 1000 mm, and the width is at least 165 mm, in particular less than 225 mm.
- the prong section preferably has a length of at least 150 mm, preferably exactly 300 mm, in the direction of extension, in order in particular to support a transport item that is not placed directly on the edge of the transport pallet.

- the vertical struts 5 shown have an essentially rectangular cross section, with edges 7 of the vertical struts 5 being deburred or rounded off.
- the vertical struts 5 are connected to one another via an upper stiffening cross strut 11, which also has a substantially rectangular cross section, in particular except for deburred or rounded edges 7. Furthermore, the stiffening cross strut 11 has a stiffening cross strut end 13 at each of the two ends. wherein the stiffening transverse strut ends 13 are matched to the vertical strut ends 9 in such a way that the stiffening transverse strut 11 extends essentially perpendicularly to both vertical struts 5 and a transition free of projections is formed.
- the anti-tilt device 1 comprises a floor support 15 which extends essentially vertically downwards from the transport pallet and which is preferably formed by extending the vertical struts 5 downwards in the direction of the floor. Therefore, in particular the statements regarding the geometry and the cross section of the vertical struts 5 of the support column 3 can be transferred analogously to the floor support 15 .
- the vertical struts 5 of the floor support 15 At the lower ends of the vertical struts 5 of the floor support 15, lower vertical strut ends 17 are formed, to which a lower stiffening cross strut 19 is attached to form a support end 21 facing the floor.

Up to a distal end 29 remote from the support column, the prongs 27 are provided with an essentially unchanged, in particular rectangular, cross-section, the prong height being 15 mm.
- the prongs 27 have a ramp-shaped surface 31 inclined at an angle of 30°, which makes it easier to reach under the palletized goods.
- the height of the prongs is adjusted in such a way that the prong section 25 can be pushed into the space between the support plates, even if the goods to be transported, in particular the stack of paper, are lying on the support plates.
- the tine height is dimensioned in such a way that it can be pushed in manually.
- a vertical height H of the prong section 25 is preferably 120 mm in order to be matched to the standardized transport pallets. This ensures that the prong section 25 engages between two support plates of the transport pallet that are arranged at a distance from one another and does not damage the goods to be transported. Furthermore, at the predetermined vertical height H of the prong section 25 there is a further intermediate transverse strut 33 for connecting the two vertical struts 5 which have a geometry analogous to that of the vertical struts 5 .
- the anti-tipper device 1 shown is manufactured as a welded part, two vertical struts 5 being welded to one another with the upper cross strut 11, the lower cross strut 19 and the intermediate cross strut 33 to form a closed strut frame. Furthermore, the two tines 27 forming the tine section 25 are welded to one another at the predetermined tine height H with the brace frame. As the material of the individual components steel is therefore an option, for example. Of course, further combinations of material and assembly method of the anti-tipper device 1 are conceivable.

It is the object of the invention to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art, in particular to provide a support column for detachable attachment to a transport pallet, in particular a standardized one, with which the transport goods stored on the pallet can be supported easily and quickly, with a sensitive Goods to be transported, such as stacks of paper, should remain undamaged due to supporting forces and/or the transport pallet is already occupied by the goods to be transported.
The object is solved by the features of claim 1.
According to this, an anti-tilt device separate from the transport pallet is provided for detachable mounting or attachment to a transport pallet. The transport pallet has a deposit side for placing on the floor and a support side diametrically opposite the deposit side, in particular aligned parallel thereto, on which the transport goods are to be placed and which is formed in particular by several horizontal support plates, such as support boards, arranged parallel and at a distance from one another. The distance between the support plates is usually standardized and should be referred to as the support plate spacing. The transport pallets are preferably made of wood, so that they can yield to a permissible deformation when subjected to pressure without affecting the functionality of the transport pallet. The transport pallet interacting with the anti-tilt device can be a standardized transport pallet, such as a Euro pallet, which can be certified and/or registered in accordance with EPAL. It is clear that future transport pallets can interact with the anti-tipper device according to the invention. The purpose of the anti-tip device is to provide a railing function attached to the shipping pallet for laterally holding the cargo, the anti-tip device is intended to be moved along with the shipping pallet to prevent the cargo from tipping over, but does not need to be attached to the shipping pallet all the time, but light has to be attachable and removable so that the transport goods can reach the support side of the transport pallet unhindered when loading the transport pallet. In addition, the anti-tilt device is intended to gently place the goods to be transported on the transport pallet and lift them slightly, especially a few centimeters, such as 1 to 10 cm, in order to push the transport pallet through under the lifted transport goods or pull it out. In this respect, the anti-tilt device according to the invention not only serves to ensure protection against tipping or falling over for the goods to be transported on the transport pallet, but also to lift or set down the goods to be transported when loading and unloading the transport pallet. The anti-tilt device has a state of use in which the anti-tilt device is attached to the transport pallet, in particular is clamped to the transport pallet exclusively under the influence of the weight of the transported goods, in order in particular to fulfill the two functional tasks mentioned above. The anti-tip device also has a storage condition in which the anti-tip device can be stored separately from the shipping pallet. The state of use is designed in particular in that the anti-tilt device is fastened to the transport pallet without an additional fastening element, such as clamps, screws, etc. For this purpose, only clamping and holding forces are used, which result from the influence of the weight of the transported goods themselves and the anti-tipper device.
The anti-tilt device according to the invention comprises a holding column which, when in use, extends above the transport pallet in particular essentially vertically to the support side. The support column should be designed so long that it extends upwards by at least 30 cm above the support side in order to be able to absorb the lateral tipping forces of larger transported goods. The support column preferably extends 50, 60, 70, 80 or 100 cm above the support side, with the support column height in particular being less than 110 cm. In particular, the holding column can have a holding side which faces the goods to be transported and which is essentially flat and/or flat. For example, the support column can have a large-area plate shape or a bar-shaped frame structure, in which the frame struts define the flat support side. The one according to the invention is particularly suitable Anti-tilt device when the goods to be transported are a stack of paper, in particular a stack of paper folded in a leporello pattern, which has a particular direction of inclination due to its folds. It is advantageous here that the stack of paper has a flat base side with which the anti-tilt device can advantageously interact when jammed. In particular, the support column is designed to support a cuboid stack of paper with a substantially vertical flat stack side. The support column is shaped to the flat side of the cuboid. Furthermore, the anti-tilt device according to the invention has a floor support which extends downwards from the holding column along the height of the transport pallet and has a support end which faces the floor for support on the floor. The transport pallet height is determined by the vertical distance between the storage side and the support side of the transport pallet. Furthermore, the anti-tilt device according to the invention has a prong section attached to the holding column and the floor support for gripping under the goods to be transported and for engaging in the space between the support plates, which is bounded laterally by adjacent support plates and vertically at the bottom by a base beam of the transport pallet, which firmly connects the support plates to one another. Vertically at the top, the space between the support plates is open and is covered by the goods to be transported, in particular the stack of paper.
Preferably, the vertical thickness of the prong section is dimensionally adapted in particular to the vertical height of the space between the support plates, in particular so that the prong section can be pushed into the space between the support plates when the transport plate is already occupied by the goods to be transported, such as the stack of paper, in particular without causing the goods to be transported to be lifted, or at least lifting of the stack only in sections in the area of the prong section without raising the center of gravity of the stack vertically, and/or so that the prong section is clamped due to the weight of the transported goods. The invention makes use of the deformability of the goods to be transported, in particular the paper stack, which conforms to the protruding tine section or the recessed tine section in a pressing manner.
When in use, the tine section extends in particular horizontally. The tine portion may extend substantially vertically from the support column and the ground support. The tine section can be dimensioned in relation to the support plate gap such that when the tine section is placed on the base beam of the transport pallet, the tine section is under the influence of the weight of the above lying transport goods is braced with the transport pallet. In this way, the anti-tip device is held on the transport pallet without the need for additional fastening elements. With the help of the floor support and the support end, the transported goods can be lifted slightly from the support side of the transport pallet with appropriate lever contact with the floor as soon as the anti-tipper device is pivoted about the lifting pivot axis at the contact point of the support end with the floor by actuating the support column.
In particular, the tine section is vertically spaced from the support end such that when the tine sections engage between the support plates, the support end is in fulcrum with the ground or at least a slight distance of less than 5 cm, preferably less than 3 cm or 1 cm. The tine portion, which lies between the support plates when the anti-tipper is in use, is clamped by the cargo to the shipping pallet to fix the anti-tipper to the shipping pallet when in use, and on the other hand as a lifting device when the supporting end acts as a lever joint by levering contact with the ground. If an operator communicates manual tilting forces of the holding column via the holding column, the prong section and the goods to be transported lying thereon can be lifted using the supporting end as a swivel joint. In addition, the tine section serves as a tipping stop for the anti-tip device. When the goods to be transported tip over, the weight of the goods to be transported is prevented from tipping sideways in cooperation with the tine section, despite a loss of balance.
A slight grasping of the tine section and thus an easy attachment of the anti-tipper device to the transport pallet can be structurally realized in that the tines of the tine section in the vertical direction are slightly narrower or just as thick or slightly thicker, preferably by a maximum of 10 mm or 5 mm, than the Thickness of the support plates of the transport pallet that lie on the base beam, in particular less than 3 cm or 2 cm, preferably between 1 cm and 4 cm. In particular, the tines of the tine section can taper towards the end thereof, so that it is possible to push under the goods to be transported without injuring the latter. The tapered shape of each prong portion approximates a correspondingly shaped fork structure. Exactly two tines are preferably provided for the tine section. It turned out that a malleable material, such as wood, could be used for the base beam and the support plates of the transport pallet is advantageous in that the insertion of the prong section allows deformation of the pallet, particularly in the case of slightly oversized prongs, without impairing its functionality. With the measure according to the invention, the prong section can in particular engage with a precise fit in the intermediate space on the support side and directly below the underside of the item to be transported. In the case of tipping forces of the goods to be transported, which act on the holding column, a holding counterforce is immediately achieved due to the blocking of the weight of the goods to be transported against the tine section pivoting open. In this way, the support column holds itself to the transport pallet using the weight of the transported goods. The anti-tilt device according to the invention for attachment to the transport pallet can be used to safely store and transport paper stack supplies, which are often stored in cuboid endless paper web stacks folded in a zigzag pattern.
Die Kippschutzvorrichtung ist durch ein Metallgestell gebildet. The anti-tip device is formed by a metal frame.
The design of the anti-tilt device ensures that it can be attached quickly to a transport pallet, in particular to a front side. In the assembled state, the support column is designed to secure transported goods, such as paper stacks, which are stored on the transport pallet, against falling over, in particular along the entire height of the transported goods. If there is a risk of the item being transported tipping over, for example if an upper third of the paper stack slips off the rest of the paper stack, the support column serves to hold the falling part of the paper stack to the side. The tine section grips the stack of paper and is able to carry the full weight of the stack of paper. In this way, the weight of the stack of paper generates a force directed substantially perpendicularly downwards on the tine portion, which acts against the momentum of the portion of the stack of paper tending to tip over. The anti-tip device described is therefore suitable for supporting without the need for clamping or tensioning elements. It is also ensured that the transported goods are not damaged. Furthermore, the support column according to the invention does not require a motor or any other device for moving the support column and/or the tine section. The support column is designed to be brought into an engagement and assembly state with the transport pallet by an operator, even without mechanical support, by merely pushing the prong section into the free space between the support plates until the floor support comes into lateral engagement with the outside of the transport pallet. To avoid damaging the transported goods by swinging them upwards To avoid the tine sections, a small distance of the supporting end of the ground support or an already existing contact with the ground when mounting the anti-tipper device is provided, since the ground support represents a pivoting limitation of the anti-tipper device. In this way, the tipping forces, which are transmitted from the goods to be transported to the support column, are transmitted from the floor support to the floor, as a result of which the goods to be transported continue to be spared from the tipping forces.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the anti-tilt device can be attached to the transport pallet already occupied by the transport goods, so that the anti-tilt device is attached, in particular clamped, exclusively under the influence of the weight of the transport goods lying on the transport pallet and/or is attached to the transport pallet the anti-tilt device is worn for the onward transport of the transport pallet together with the goods to be transported. In order to attach the anti-tipper device to the transport pallet, it is not necessary to unload the transported goods from the transport pallet. In addition or as an alternative to this, the tine section, in particular its tines, can be dimensioned in such a way that the goods to be transported lying on the transport pallet brace the tine section with the transport pallet in such a way that the anti-tilt device is particularly releasably attached to the transport pallet and/or when the transport pallet is unloaded from the Goods to be transported can be removed from the transport pallet, in particular without loosening any other fastening devices. Additionally or alternatively, when the anti-tipper device is in place, the support end touches the floor or is arranged at a slight distance from the floor in such a way that when the support column tilts, the support end that comes into contact with the floor forms a lever pivot bearing axis, so that when the support column tilts the To let swing up tine section with a vertical swing direction.
In a further development of the invention, the tine section extends at an angle of between 85° and 95° from the support column section and the bottom support section. This ensures that when the support column is in the assembled state, the prong section and the support of the transport pallet, in particular the transported goods stored thereon, are aligned parallel to one another in the direction in which the prong section extends.
The tine section preferably has a fork structure with at least two tines, preferably exactly two tines, with the at least two tines extending parallel to one another extend away from the support column section and the floor support section, wherein in particular a tine spacing between two tines is at least 145 mm and at most 205 mm. The fork structure enables the goods to be transported to be gripped underneath and gripped between the longitudinal support plates of the transport pallet, which are arranged at a distance from one another. Alternatively, the tine portion may have a scoop structure with a substantially thin-walled planar plate extending substantially perpendicularly from the support column portion and the bottom support portion for gripping underneath cargo stored on a shipping pallet, for example.
Preferably, a distance of the support end viewed in the direction of the column from the prong section extending essentially vertically away from the base support section is slightly shorter than a pallet height, which is measured from the underside of the base to the transport top side of the transport pallet. For example, the pallet height of a standardized EPAL pallet is 144 mm. In particular, the distance of the support end from the prong section is in the range of 150 mm, in particular 140 mm, and 90 mm, in particular 100 mm. By adapting the geometric dimensions of the support column, in particular the distance between the end of the support and the prong section, it is ensured that the goods to be transported can be reached under without damaging them. The distance between two tines is also matched to the standardized transport pallet in such a way that the tines can be moved into gaps between the support plates arranged at a distance from one another.
In a preferred embodiment of the support column, the support column section is formed from two vertical struts arranged parallel to one another. An upper stiffening transverse strut is preferably fastened to the upper ends of the vertical struts, with the bottom of the support section in particular being formed by an extension of the respective vertical struts beyond the vertical height of the zinc sections. At the lower ends of the vertical struts, a stiffening cross strut is formed to form the support end, so that the bottom support section and the support column section form a closed strut frame, with the prong section extending away from the column frame in particular essentially perpendicularly at a predetermined vertical height. A further intermediate transverse strut at the vertical height of the tine section can be designed to connect the two vertical struts. It is clear that the further intermediate cross brace does not necessarily have to be arranged at the vertical height of the prong section. Preferably you can too two intermediate transverse struts extending diagonally and crossing in particular in the middle of the support column can be provided for stabilizing the support column.
Preferably, the predetermined vertical height of the tine section is 120 mm, in particular the tine section is formed integrally with the support column section and the bottom support section. The support column is preferably manufactured as a welded part or mounted by means of fastening means such as screws.
In a further development of the invention, the tines have an essentially unchanged, in particular rectangular, cross section along the tine section. A ramp-shaped surface can preferably be formed on an end of the tines facing away from the support column section, in order to make it easier for the goods to be transported to be gripped underneath and for the tines to move into intermediate spaces between the support plates. In particular, the angle between the ramped surface and the direction of extension of the tines is 30°, with the tines in particular having a tine height in a range from 1 cm to 4 cm or 3 cm, preferably 15 mm, preferably at most 20 mm, for example around 15 mm , exhibit. It is clear that further tine heights are possible by matching the tine heights to the vertical height of the support plates.
The vertical struts and/or the transverse struts preferably have a continuous rectangular cross section, the vertical struts in particular being connected perpendicularly to the transverse struts, preferably forming an angle of between 85° and 95°. Alternatively, the vertical struts and/or the transverse struts can also have a circular cross section, it being clear that the geometry of the vertical and transverse struts is not intended to be limiting and further cross-sectional shapes are included in this disclosure.
The total height of the support column is at least 300 mm, preferably 1000 mm, and the width is at least 165 mm, in particular less than 225 mm. The prong section preferably has a length of at least 150 mm, preferably exactly 300 mm, in the direction of extension, in order in particular to support a transport item that is not placed directly on the edge of the transport pallet.
In a development of the invention, at least one, preferably two, through-holes for attaching a handle, such as a bow-type handle, are provided on the upper crossbar of the support column section. The handle can be attached in particular by means of attachment means such as screws, in particular in a detachable manner, on a rear side of the support column that faces away from the transport pallet, with the distance between the two through-holes being at least 100 mm and at most 200 mm, preferably exactly 112 mm. Alternatively, at least one blind hole can be provided on the back of the support column, in particular on the upper cross brace, which is designed to receive the handle, the handle preferably being fastened in the blind hole in a form-fitting manner, such as being clipped.
According to the invention, the support column also has a support foot, which is attached to the back of the support column to form contact with the ground and supports the supporting of the goods to be transported. The support leg is formed as a thin-walled plate and extends away from the support end substantially perpendicularly, preferably at an angle of between 85° and 95°, to the floor support portion.

Furthermore, the anti-tilt device 1 comprises a
The anti-tipper device 1 also includes a
The anti-tipper device 1 shown is manufactured as a welded part, two
Two through-
