PATENTANSPRÜCHE
Fig. 1 ein Palettenaufsatzgestell an einer teilweise und gestrichelt dargestellten Palette in schaubildlicher Darstellung;

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Pallet rack, with two identical frame parts, each with two vertical supports, horizontal connecting brackets with a coupling device for the second connecting bracket, as well as connecting elements at the bottom for connection to a pallet, characterized in that the vertical supports (6) of each frame part (4) outside of the pallet and extend to the contact surface of the pallet, the vertical supports (6) being connected by means of a cross strut (22) which is arranged between the loading surface and the entry openings of the pallet for the arms of a forklift truck, and as connecting elements connecting hooks (26 ) which engage in the space between two loading planks of the pallet and hook behind a cross member of the pallet,
wherein at the upper end of the vertical supports (6) receiving plates (16) are arranged for pallets to be placed with a pallet rack.
2. Pallet rack according to claim 1, characterized in that the vertical supports (6) are arranged in the corner regions of the pallet outside the imaginary extensions of the loading areas.
3. Pallet rack according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting bracket (8) each have a coupling hook (12) and a coupling opening (14).
4. Pallet rack according to claim 1, characterized in that the receiving plates (16) on the outer sides have bent edges (18).
The invention relates to a pallet rack according to the preamble of claim 1.
Pallet rack frames of the type mentioned are known.
Such a pallet rack has two identical frame parts, the vertical supports of which are provided at the lower end with mounting plates, by means of which the frame parts are placed on the pallet. The disadvantage here is that the pallet top frame limits the loading area of the pallet. In addition, the frame part can only be attached to the pallet when it is empty.
The object of the invention is to design a pallet rack of the type mentioned in such a way that the frame parts can be attached on the one hand even when the pallet is fully loaded and on the other hand a full utilization of the loading area is possible.
This object is achieved in a pallet rack of the type mentioned by the characterizing features of claim 1.
The fact that the vertical supports of each frame part are arranged outside the pallet enables a full utilization of the loading area of the pallet. Supporting the vertical supports on the contact surface of the pallet also ensures great stability. The connection of the vertical supports of a frame part by means of a cross strut, which is arranged between the loading surface and the entry openings of the pallet for the arms of a forklift, does not impede the loading of the loading surface of the pallet when the pallet attachment frame is attached. In addition, free access to the arms of a forklift is guaranteed. On the strut connecting hooks are arranged as connecting elements, which engage in the space between two loading planks of the pallet and hook behind a cross member of the pallet.
This makes it possible for the frame parts to be attached and removed laterally even when the pallet is loaded. The arrangement of mounting plates on the upper ends of the vertical supports also ensures that pallets provided with pallet top frames can be stacked on top of one another. The vertical supports of an upper pallet attachment frame are supported on the mounting plate of the underlying patella attachment frame.
Advantageous designs of the pallet attachment frame result from claims 2 to
The vertical supports can be arranged on one long side of the pallet, so that the other side of the pallet is freely accessible.
However, an embodiment of the pallet according to claim 2 is particularly advantageous, which ensures the accessibility of the pallet from every side.
A wide variety of means can be provided as a coupling device between two connecting brackets of composite frame parts, such as screws, clamps and the like. However, an embodiment of the coupling device according to claim 3 is particularly advantageous.
The design of the pallet add-on frame according to claim 4 improves the safety of stacked add-on frames, since the bent-up edges of the mounting plate prevent the vertical supports placed on it from slipping sideways.
The new type of pallet add-on frame is characterized by a number of outstanding properties that can not be determined in its entirety on any previously known pallet add-on frame. The pallet rack can be attached and removed when the pallet is loaded, whereby it can also be moved with an empty pallet. The pallet loading frame allows full use of the loading area of a pallet, whereby loading and unloading of the pallet is possible from all sides.
The pallets provided with a pallet attachment frame can be stacked on top of one another, yet they have such a strength that they can also be moved when stacked and loaded. The frame parts of the pallet add-on frame have an extremely simple structure and are therefore easy and economical to manufacture. The individual frame parts can be stacked easily and are interchangeable.
An embodiment of the pallet rack according to the invention is described below with reference to a drawing; show:
Figure 1 shows a pallet rack on a partially and dashed pallet in a graphical representation.
Fig. 2 shows a horizontal connecting bracket with its coupling device in the cutout.
1 and 2 show a pallet rack on a pallet 2. This pallet rack contains two identical frame parts 4, each of which is constructed as follows. Two vertical supports 6 have at their upper end one of the vertical supports connecting horizontal connecting bracket 8. At the end facing away from the vertical supports, the connecting bracket 8 contains a coupling device 10, which in the present example consists of a coupling hook 12 and a coupling opening 14, which are arranged symmetrically to a vertical longitudinal center plane. This makes it possible for the coupling hook 12 of a connecting bracket 8 to engage in the coupling opening 14 of the adjacent connecting bracket and vice versa.
At the upper end of the vertical supports 6 there are also receiving plates 16, the outer sides of which have bent edges 18. These receiving plates 16 enable the stacking of pallets provided with pallet add-on frames, an upper pallet mounting frame with a pallet being supported on the receiving plates 16 of an underlying pallet add-on frame.
The vertical supports 6 are arranged outside the pallet 2, preferably in such a way that they are arranged in the corner regions of the pallet outside the imaginary extensions of the loading area 20.
The vertical supports 6 of a frame part 4 are with a cross
strut 22 connected, which is arranged between the loading surface 20 and the entry openings 24 of the pallet for the arms of a forklift, so that it does not hinder the loading of the pallet or the insertion of the arms of a forklift. On the cross strut 22, horizontal connecting hooks 26 are fastened, which are inserted into the space 28 between two loading boards 30 of the pallet 2 and hook behind a cross member 32 for the loading boards 30.
This makes it possible to attach or remove the frame parts 4 even when the pallet 2 is fully loaded.
