  • the invention relates to an arrangement of a first transport pallet, at least one further transport pallet and such Device for stacking the transport pallets, wherein the transport pallets are arranged vertically stacked one above the other.
  • transport pallets are used to transport several cargo together.
  • the piece goods can be fixed on the transport pallet, for example by being wrapped in foil.
  • the dimensions of the transport pallets are standardized in order to make them usable in a variety of application areas. Due to the standardized dimensions, empty pallets can be easily stacked.
  • loading a transport pallet with piece goods usually does not create a flat top surface on which another pallet could be safely stacked. Rather, such loaded pallets can only be stored and transported next to each other, which means a considerable amount of space.
  • the strip-shaped elements are quite expensive to mount at appropriate positions on horizontal edges of the walls, so that the known unit can be used only after performing complex assembly steps for stacking another pallet.
  • FR 2 669 302 A1 There is also known an arrangement comprising a pallet and a corrugated cardboard container or container mounted on the pallet.
  • FR 2 627 746 A1 open sided container or container made of corrugated cardboard, which are stacked by providing stacking surfaces at projecting edge regions.
  • the device according to the invention for stacking transport pallets, in particular flat pallets, by means of which at least two transport pallets can be stacked on top of one another is characterized by the fact that they are suitable for a means for securing a first transport pallet and the other means for holding another transport pallet, wherein the fastening means and the holding means are arranged vertically spaced from each other.
  • the device according to the invention is further distinguished by the fact that the holding means have rather vertical support legs, by means of which horizontal holding legs of the holding means can be supported on vertically aligned frame walls of a frame of the stacking device, and in that the more vertical support legs have insertion tabs which insert into the vertically aligned Frame walls of the frame of the stacking device can be inserted.
  • the holding means have more vertical support legs, by means of which horizontal holding leg of the holding means can be supported on vertically aligned frame walls of a frame of the stacking device.
  • the upper of the transport pallets loaded with a cargo can be stacked on the stacking device advantageous.
  • loads up to 250 kg present present no problem.
  • the more vertical support legs have insertion tabs which can be inserted into Einstecknuten the vertically aligned frame walls of the frame of the stacking device, the holding means can be designed to be particularly stable.
  • first transport pallet which is ideally attached to the stacking device
  • second transport pallet an intermediate volume in which a Transport goods of the first transport pallet can be accommodated.
  • two transport pallets are transported stacked stacked, although in particular the lower of the two transport pallets is already loaded with a cargo.
  • transport pallet in this case essentially describes any pallets on which a cargo or goods to be transported can be placed on a correspondingly flat cargo bed and can be transported together with the pallet or can.
  • These are generally reusable flat pallets, such as euro pallets from the Europool exchange system with a base area of 0.96 m 2 and the dimensions 1200 x 800 x 144 mm.
  • existing transport pallets may also have deviating dimensions.
  • attachment means and the holding means are arranged more than 20 cm, preferably more than 50 cm, vertically spaced from one another.
  • the object of the invention is also achieved by an arrangement of a first transport pallet, at least one further transport pallet and a device for stacking the transport pallets, wherein the transport pallets are arranged vertically stacked, and between two transport pallets a transport volume for arranging transport goods is arranged.
  • the stacking device has a frame with vertically aligned frame walls, wherein both the fastening means and the holding means are arranged on the frame.
  • the stacking device can be provided structurally particularly simple.
  • the vertically aligned frame walls can limit the intermediate volume described above well, while the intermediate volume below and above each of a Transport pallet is included.
  • the frame can in this case preferably be placed from above on an already loaded transport pallet and then comprise this transport pallet concentrically in the form of a transport pallet ring.
  • both the fastening means and the holding means can be realized in different ways on the stacking device.
  • they are realized on the frame of the stacking device by external components or groups of components.
  • the fastening means can be provided in a structurally particularly simple manner if the fastening means can be configured by a frame of the stacking device.
  • an advantageous embodiment provides that advantageously also the holding means of a frame of the stacking device can be ausgestaltbar.
  • the fastening means are arranged on a lower frame side.
  • the stacking device can be easily attached to a lower, preferably already loaded with a cargo transport pallet.
  • the fastening means can be structurally particularly simple.
  • the fastening legs can advantageously already be stamped on the frame walls, so that they can be easily issued manually from the vertical wall level out.
  • a particularly good and reliable connection between a transport pallet and the stacking device can be achieved if the Mounting legs are arranged in the frame of the stacking device folded on the vertically aligned frame walls. For example, the fastening legs are manually pressed inwards.
  • fastening legs can be folded under a pallet loading surface and / or between pallet feet of a transport pallet on the frame of the stacking device. In this way can be made structurally particularly simple and fast form-fitting between the stacking device and the transport pallet, by means of which the stacking device and the transport pallet are reliably connected to each other.
  • first transport pallet may be advantageously secured to the stacking device by means of the attachment means on a lower frame side
  • another pallet may be advantageously spaced therefrom on the stacking device when the support means are disposed on an upper frame side of a frame of the stacking device.
  • the holding means horizontal holding leg which arranged from vertical wall levels of vertically aligned frame walls of a frame of the stacking device arranged on the frame of the stacking device are, the holding means can be designed structurally simple on the stacking device.
  • the upper transport pallet can also be arranged very reliable on the stacking device above the lower transport pallet when the horizontal support leg forming shelves on which a transport pallet can be parked.
  • An exceptionally good lateral support can be experienced by the upper of the transport pallets on the stacking device when the horizontal holding legs are arranged below an upper frame edge of the stacking device. So can upper Edge regions of the stacking device support and stabilize the side parked on the horizontal support legs transport pallet well.
  • Self-loaded transport pallets which are stacked on top of each other by means of the stacking device, can be advantageously transported by a suitably suitable material handling equipment, such as a forklift or a lift truck, if the stacking device has openings for receiving a lifting device for transport pallets. These openings can be structurally easily formed on the stacking device by the mounting legs are pressed in manually or by a fork of a forklift inward.
  • the present stacking device can be made of many materials. It is particularly advantageous if the stacking device is made of cardboard, in particular of corrugated cardboard, since this is simple, easy and inexpensive to implement. In particular, corrugated board can be easily prefabricated, also lightweight and relatively stable provided. Since the features in connection with a stacking device produced in particular from corrugated cardboard already advantageously develop conventional stacking devices, these features are also advantageous without the other features of the present invention.
  • the stacking device can be stored and transported when the stacking device is designed foldable. Again, this can be done with a stacking device made of corrugated cardboard very easy.
  • the in the Fig. 1 shown stacking device 1 is placed from above a first, lower transport pallet 2 to a substrate 3.
  • the transport pallet 2 is formed in this embodiment as a flat pallet with a flat pallet loading surface 4 and pallet feet not shown here in detail, being arranged on the pallet loading surface 4 for clarity still no cargo.
  • the stacking device 1 has a frame 5 made of corrugated cardboard 6, as in particular after the detailed representation according to the Fig. 3 additionally well illustrated.
  • the frame 5 is arranged around the first, lower transport pallet 2 and comprises a total of four substantially vertically aligned frame walls 7, 8, 9 and 10. Each vertically oriented frame wall 7, 8, 9 and 10 forms a vertical one. Wall level 11 (numbered here only as an example) of the stacking device 1 from.
  • fastening means 13 On the lower frame side 12 of the frame 5 fastening means 13 (only exemplified here) provided by means of which a positive connection 14 (see, in particular Fig. 2 ) between the stacking device 1 and the first, lower transport pallet 2 can be produced.
  • the fastening means 13 are designed structurally particularly simple from the frame 5 of the stacking device 1.
  • attachment legs 13 are essentially punched onto the vertically aligned frame walls 7 to 10, wherein the attachment legs 15 can be pressed inwardly into the frame 5. In this case, then move the mounting legs 15 between the upper pallet boards 16 (see Fig. 1 ) of the first, lower transport pallet 2 and lower pallet boards 17 (see Fig. 2 ) of this first, lower transport pallet 2, wherein the mounting legs 15 are then positively clamped between the pallet boards 16 and 17.

Description

The invention relates on the one hand to a device for stacking transport pallets, in particular flat pallets, by means of which at least two transport pallets can be stacked one above the other, according to the preamble of claim 1. On the other hand, the invention relates to an arrangement of a first transport pallet, at least one further transport pallet and such Device for stacking the transport pallets, wherein the transport pallets are arranged vertically stacked one above the other.

For the transport of piece goods usually transport pallets are used to transport several cargo together. The piece goods can be fixed on the transport pallet, for example by being wrapped in foil. The dimensions of the transport pallets are standardized in order to make them usable in a variety of application areas. Due to the standardized dimensions, empty pallets can be easily stacked. However, loading a transport pallet with piece goods usually does not create a flat top surface on which another pallet could be safely stacked. Rather, such loaded pallets can only be stored and transported next to each other, which means a considerable amount of space.

From the GB 1 101 136 A However, it is known to attach or fasten on a pallet a four-unit unit, which is intended on the one hand, arranged on the pallet cargo during transport or enclose the storage by means of the walls. Furthermore, a further pallet can be stacked on this unit, for which purpose additional strip-shaped elements are provided on the respective mutually pivotable walls, on which the further pallet can be arranged, wherein the strip-shaped elements can be suspended from the upper horizontal edges of the walls in such a way, that they each extend horizontally from a wall to an adjacent wall. Overall, it is necessary in this known solution to initially arrange the walls of the unit so relative to each other that they make a stacking of the other range possible. Subsequently, the strip-shaped elements are quite expensive to mount at appropriate positions on horizontal edges of the walls, so that the known unit can be used only after performing complex assembly steps for stacking another pallet. From the FR 2 669 302 A1 There is also known an arrangement comprising a pallet and a corrugated cardboard container or container mounted on the pallet. Furthermore, from the FR 2 627 746 A1 open sided container or container made of corrugated cardboard, which are stacked by providing stacking surfaces at projecting edge regions.

It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a device for stacking loaded transport pallets, which is an alternative to known solutions and whose holding means for holding a further stacked transport pallet have a high load capacity.

Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen 2 bis 16.The object of the invention is achieved on the one hand by a device for stacking transport pallets with the features of independent claim 1 and on the other hand by an arrangement having the features of independent claim 17. Advantageous developments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims 2 to 16.

The device according to the invention for stacking transport pallets, in particular flat pallets, by means of which at least two transport pallets can be stacked on top of one another, is characterized by the fact that they are suitable for a means for securing a first transport pallet and the other means for holding another transport pallet, wherein the fastening means and the holding means are arranged vertically spaced from each other.

The device according to the invention is further distinguished by the fact that the holding means have rather vertical support legs, by means of which horizontal holding legs of the holding means can be supported on vertically aligned frame walls of a frame of the stacking device, and in that the more vertical support legs have insertion tabs which insert into the vertically aligned Frame walls of the frame of the stacking device can be inserted.

For a particularly high load capacity of the holding means, it is advantageous that the holding means have more vertical support legs, by means of which horizontal holding leg of the holding means can be supported on vertically aligned frame walls of a frame of the stacking device. In this way, the upper of the transport pallets loaded with a cargo can be stacked on the stacking device advantageous. In particular, loads up to 250 kg present present no problem. The fact that the more vertical support legs have insertion tabs which can be inserted into Einstecknuten the vertically aligned frame walls of the frame of the stacking device, the holding means can be designed to be particularly stable.

Characterized in that the fastening means and the holding means are arranged vertically spaced from each other, it is possible to provide between a first transport pallet, which is ideally attached to the stacking device, and arranged by means of the holding means on the stacking device second transport pallet an intermediate volume in which a Transport goods of the first transport pallet can be accommodated. Advantageously, thereby
two transport pallets are transported stacked stacked, although in particular the lower of the two transport pallets is already loaded with a cargo.

The term "transport pallet" in this case essentially describes any pallets on which a cargo or goods to be transported can be placed on a correspondingly flat cargo bed and can be transported together with the pallet or can. These are generally reusable flat pallets, such as euro pallets from the Europool exchange system with a base area of 0.96 m 2 and the dimensions 1200 x 800 x 144 mm. However, existing transport pallets may also have deviating dimensions.

In order to be able to provide a sufficiently large intermediate volume for a transport item between the stacked transport pallets, it is particularly advantageous if the attachment means and the holding means are arranged more than 20 cm, preferably more than 50 cm, vertically spaced from one another.

In particular, in this context, the object of the invention is also achieved by an arrangement of a first transport pallet, at least one further transport pallet and a device for stacking the transport pallets, wherein the transport pallets are arranged vertically stacked, and between two transport pallets a transport volume for arranging transport goods is arranged.

By means of such an arrangement, the functionality of a device for stacking transport pallets can advantageously be extended. This applies in particular if, with regard to such an arrangement, a stacking device is used according to at least one of the feature combinations explained here.

A preferred embodiment provides that the stacking device has a frame with vertically aligned frame walls, wherein both the fastening means and the holding means are arranged on the frame. By means of such a frame, the stacking device can be provided structurally particularly simple. In addition, the vertically aligned frame walls can limit the intermediate volume described above well, while the intermediate volume below and above each of a Transport pallet is included. The frame can in this case preferably be placed from above on an already loaded transport pallet and then comprise this transport pallet concentrically in the form of a transport pallet ring.

It is understood that both the fastening means and the holding means can be realized in different ways on the stacking device. For example, they are realized on the frame of the stacking device by external components or groups of components.

However, the fastening means can be provided in a structurally particularly simple manner if the fastening means can be configured by a frame of the stacking device.

The same also applies to the holding means, so that an advantageous embodiment provides that advantageously also the holding means of a frame of the stacking device can be ausgestaltbar.

With regard to the fastening means, it is furthermore advantageous if the fastening means are arranged on a lower frame side. As a result, the stacking device can be easily attached to a lower, preferably already loaded with a cargo transport pallet.

Assign the attachment means mounting legs, which are arranged from vertical wall levels of vertically aligned frame walls of a frame of the stacking device adjustable on the frame of the stacking device, the fastening means can be structurally particularly simple. In this case, the fastening legs can advantageously already be stamped on the frame walls, so that they can be easily issued manually from the vertical wall level out.

A particularly good and reliable connection between a transport pallet and the stacking device can be achieved if the Mounting legs are arranged in the frame of the stacking device folded on the vertically aligned frame walls. For example, the fastening legs are manually pressed inwards.

It is particularly advantageous if the fastening legs can be folded under a pallet loading surface and / or between pallet feet of a transport pallet on the frame of the stacking device. In this way can be made structurally particularly simple and fast form-fitting between the stacking device and the transport pallet, by means of which the stacking device and the transport pallet are reliably connected to each other.

While the first transport pallet may be advantageously secured to the stacking device by means of the attachment means on a lower frame side, another pallet may be advantageously spaced therefrom on the stacking device when the support means are disposed on an upper frame side of a frame of the stacking device.

Assign the holding means horizontal holding leg, which arranged from vertical wall levels of vertically aligned frame walls of a frame of the stacking device arranged on the frame of the stacking device
are, the holding means can be designed structurally simple on the stacking device.

The upper transport pallet can also be arranged very reliable on the stacking device above the lower transport pallet when the horizontal support leg forming shelves on which a transport pallet can be parked.

An exceptionally good lateral support can be experienced by the upper of the transport pallets on the stacking device when the horizontal holding legs are arranged below an upper frame edge of the stacking device. So can upper Edge regions of the stacking device support and stabilize the side parked on the horizontal support legs transport pallet well.

Self-loaded transport pallets, which are stacked on top of each other by means of the stacking device, can be advantageously transported by a suitably suitable material handling equipment, such as a forklift or a lift truck, if the stacking device has openings for receiving a lifting device for transport pallets. These openings can be structurally easily formed on the stacking device by the mounting legs are pressed in manually or by a fork of a forklift inward.

It is understood that the present stacking device can be made of many materials.

Exceptionally space-saving, the stacking device can be stored and transported when the stacking device is designed foldable. Again, this can be done with a stacking device made of corrugated cardboard very easy.

Further advantages, objects and characteristics of the present invention will be explained with reference to the following description of the appended drawing, in which an exemplary embodiment of an apparatus for stacking transport pallets is shown by way of example.

The in the Fig. 1 shown stacking device 1 is placed from above a first, lower transport pallet 2 to a substrate 3. The transport pallet 2 is formed in this embodiment as a flat pallet with a flat pallet loading surface 4 and pallet feet not shown here in detail, being arranged on the pallet loading surface 4 for clarity still no cargo.

The stacking device 1 has a frame 5 made of corrugated cardboard 6, as in particular after the detailed representation according to the Fig. 3 additionally well illustrated.

The frame 5 is arranged around the first, lower transport pallet 2 and comprises a total of four substantially vertically aligned frame walls 7, 8, 9 and 10. Each vertically oriented frame wall 7, 8, 9 and 10 forms a vertical one. Wall level 11 (numbered here only as an example) of the stacking device 1 from.

On the lower frame side 12 of the frame 5 fastening means 13 (only exemplified here) provided by means of which a positive connection 14 (see, in particular Fig. 2 ) between the stacking device 1 and the first, lower transport pallet 2 can be produced. The fastening means 13 are designed structurally particularly simple from the frame 5 of the stacking device 1. For this purpose, attachment legs 13 are essentially punched onto the vertically aligned frame walls 7 to 10, wherein the attachment legs 15 can be pressed inwardly into the frame 5.

On the upper frame side 18 of the frame 5 are further still holding means 19 (here also exemplified only) arranged on the vertically aligned frame walls 7 to 10, wherein in the present case, the holding means 19 structurally simple also of the frame 5 are configured.

The holding means 19 are in this case arranged vertically spaced apart from the fastening means 13 such that a transport volume 21 is created between a further, upper transport pallet parked on the holding means 19 (not shown here) and the first, lower transport pallet 2.

For securely receiving and holding the other, upper transport pallet 2, the holding means 19 include horizontal holding legs 22, which form corresponding storage areas 23 for the further, upper transport pallet. The horizontal support legs 22 are based here by means of approximately vertically aligned support legs 24 inside of the frame 5 from.

According to the invention, the rather vertical support legs 24 engage with insertion tabs 25 in corresponding insertion grooves 26, which are embedded in the vertically aligned frame walls 7 to 10. Thus, even larger loads can be held or carried by the holding means 19, so that the other, upper transport pallet can be provided with a cargo.
