Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Halter (1) für eine elektronische Preisanzeigeeinheit (2) umfassend ein Aufnahmeabschnitt (3) für die elektronische Preisanzeigeeinheit (2) mit einer Rückwand (4), ein von der Rückwand (4) an einer ersten Längsseite (6) nach vorne abragende erste Haltekante (5) sowie eine auf einer der ersten Längsseite (6) gegenüberliegenden zweiten Längsseite (8) ebenfalls nach vorne abragende zweite Haltekante (7), und umfassend ein von der Rückwand (4) unter einem Winkel (±) von 2° bis 30° zu einer Rückwand normalen (13) abragenden Halteabschnitt (9), der abgebildet ist zum Festlegen des Halters (1) an einem Warenträger (22) in einer ersten Orientierung und in einer zu der ersten Orientierung um 180° gedrehten zweiten Orientierung.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen zur Aufnahme einer elektronischen Preisauszeichnungseinheit ausgebildeten Halter mit einem Aufnahmeabschnitt für die Preisauszeichnungseinheit.
  • Halter für elektronische Preisauszeichnungseinheiten sind in vielfältiger Form bekannt, beispielsweise aus der DE 20 2012 100 644 U1 . Es ist hierbei so, dass der Aufnahmeabschnitt für die elektronische Preisauszeichnungseinheit entweder schwenkbar ausgebildet ist, sodass die elektronische Preisauszeichnungseinheit abhängig von der Positionierung derselben an einem Warenregal stets in Richtung der wahrscheinlichen Blickrichtung beziehungsweise Position eines Nutzers ausgerichtet werden kann. Alternativ ist bekannt, den Aufnahmeabschnitt starr beziehungsweise nicht schwenkbar festzulegen. In diesem Fall wird ein Set von Haltern mit unterschiedlichen festen Neigungswinkeln für den Aufnahmeabschnitt bereitgestellt. Abhängig von der Positionierung des Aufnahmeabschnitts mit der elektronischen Preisauszeichnungseinheit wird dann der vorteilhaft geneigte Halter aus dem Halterset ausgewählt.
  • Obwohl sich die gattungsgemäßen Halter in der Praxis einer weiten Verbreitung erfreuen, ist es so, dass die Herstellkosten des Halters mit dem schwenkbaren Aufnahmeabschnitt vergleichsweise groß sind und bei dem Halterset stets unterschiedliche Halter zugekauft und bevorratet werden müssen.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, einen variabel verwendbaren, kostengünstigen Halter für eine elektronische Preisauszeichnungseinheit anzugeben.
  • Zur Lösung der Aufgabe weist die Erfindung die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 auf. Demnach umfasst der Halter für eine elektronische Preisauszeichnungseinheit einen Aufnahmeabschnitt für die elektronische Preisauszeichnungseinheit mit einer Rückwand, einen von der Rückwand an einer ersten Längsseite derselben nach vorne abragende erste Haltekante und eine auf einer der ersten Längsseite gegenüberliegenden zweiten Längsseite der Rückwand ebenfalls nach vorne von ebendieser abragenden zweiten Haltekante. Ferner umfasst der erfindungsgemäße Halter einen von der Rückwand unter einem Winkel von 2° bis 30° zu einer Rückwand normalen abragenden Halteabschnitt, der ausgebildet ist zum Festlegen des Halters an einem Warenträger in einer ersten Orientierung und in einer zu der ersten Orientierung um 180° gedrehten zweiten Orientierung.
  • Der besondere Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin, dass der Halter durch die geneigte Orientierung des Halteabschnitts, bezogen auf die Rückwand des Aufnahmeabschnitts, und die Möglichkeit zur Montage desselben in zwei Orientierungen abhängig von dem Einsatzort ergonomisch vorteilhaft an dem Warenträger festgelegt werden kann. In einer ersten Orientierung kann der Aufnahmeabschnitt des erfindungsgemäßen Halters demzufolge so angeordnet sein, dass ein Display der elektronischen Preisauszeichnungseinheit nach oben geneigt angeordnet ist, nämlich für Waren, welche im Regal vergleichsweise tief positioniert werden. In der zweiten Orientierung kann der Halter um 180° geschwenkt an den Warenträger angesetzt sein und die elektronische Preisauszeichnungseinheit so fassen, dass deren Display nach unten geneigt orientiert ist, so dass die Preisanzeige für relativ hoch positionierte Waren ergonomisch vorteilhaft und gut einsehbar positioniert ist.
  • Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung sieht der Halteabschnitt zwei symmetrisch bezüglich einer Längsmittelebene desselben angeordnete, zueinander beabstandete Haltestege vor. Vorteilhaft vereinfacht sich die Handhabung des Halters durch die symmetrische Ausbildung des Halteschnitts. Unabhängig von der Orientierung kann der erfindungsgemäße Halter demzufolge in gleicher Weise an den Warenträger angesetzt werden.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung bilden der Halteabschnitt beziehungsweise die zueinander beabstandeten Haltestege eine in Richtung der ersten Längsseite oder der zweiten Längsseite der Rückwand erstreckte Rinne mit einem jedenfalls abschnittsweise kreisförmigen Querschnitt. Vorteilhaft kann in die so gebildete Rinne ein bevorzugt korrespondiert geformter Quersteg des Warenträgers eingesetzt werden zur verdrehsicheren Festlegung des Halters an dem Warenträger.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist auf einer dem Aufnahmeabschnitt gegenüberliegenden Seite der Rinne an jedem Haltesteg eine Ausnehmung gebildet, wobei die Ausnehmungen einander gegenüberliegen und ein Abstand der Haltestege senkrecht zu der Längsmittelebene des Halteabschnitts im Bereich der Ausnehmungen jedenfalls bereichsweise kleiner ist als das doppelte eines Radius der im Querschnitt jedenfalls abschnittsweise kreisförmigen Rinne. Vorteilhaft kann durch das Vorsehen der Ausnehmungen und die erfindungsgemäße Wahl des Abstands der Haltestege im Bereich der Ausnehmungen eine in der Längsmittelebene verdrehsichere Festlegung des Halters an einem Halteabschnitt des Warenträgers erfolgen.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist eine in Richtung der Längsmittelebene bestimmte Länge des Halteabschnitts wenigstens doppelt so groß wie ein quer hierzu bestimmter Abstand der Haltestege. Vorteilhaft kann durch die bezogen auf den Abstand vergleichsweise große Länge des Halteabschnitts eine immanente Elastizität bereitgestellt werden, welche das Ansetzen des Halters an den Warenträger vereinfacht. Es kann insofern auf separat ausgebildete Klemmelemente beziehungsweise elastische Komponenten verzichtet werden.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist an einem dem Aufnahmeabschnitt abgewandten freien Ende jeweils eine Ansatzschräge gebildet, wobei die einander gegenüberliegenden Ansatzschräge der Haltearme einander abgewandt zugeordnet sind beziehungsweise voneinander wegweisen. Vorteilhaft kann durch das Vorsehen der entsprechend ausgestellten Ansatzschrägen das Ansetzen des Halters an dem Warenträger weiter vereinfacht werden.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist der Halter aus Kunststoff gebildet. Vorteilhaft kann der Kunststoffhalter in großen Stückzahlen vergleichsweise kostengünstig hergestellt werden. Er ist leicht, sodass sich aufgrund des geringen Gewichts geringe Kosten für den Versand des Halters ergeben. Zugleich begünstigt die immanente Elastizität des Kunststoffs das Festlegen des Halters an dem Warenträger.

  • Ein in Figur 1 in einer Seitenansicht dargestellter, erfindungsgemäßer Halter 1 umfasst einen Aufnahmeabschnitt 3, in den eine elektronische Preisanzeigeeinheit eingesetzt werden kann. Der Halter 1 besitzt eine flächig ausgebildete, im Wesentlichen ebene Rückwand 4. An einer ersten Längsseite 6 sind eine von der Rückwand 4 nach vorne abragende erste Haltekante 5 und eine zweite Haltekante 7 angeformt, wobei die zweite Haltekante 7 an einer der ersten Längsseite 6 gegenüberliegenden zweiten Längsseite 8 angeformt.
  • Zusätzlich umfasst der Halter 1 einen Halteabschnitt 9, welcher zwei symmetrisch zu einer Längsmittelebene 10 angeordnete, zueinander beabstandete Haltestege 11, 12 aufweist. Der Halteabschnitt 9 ist bezogen auf die Längsmittelebene 10 unter einem Winkel α von etwa 6° zu einer Rückwandnormalen 13 geneigt, so dass entsprechend die Rückwand 4 in Bezug auf eine Horizontale, welche zugleich eine Mittelachse des Halteabschnitts 9 zwischen den beiden Haltestegen11, 12 bildet, leicht nach oben geneigt ist Die Haltestege 11, 12 des Halteabschnitts 10 formen in einem rückwandnahen Bereich eine Rinne 14 mit einem zumindest abschnittsweise kreisförmigen Querschnitt. Die Rinne 14 erstreckt sich parallel zur ersten Längsseite 5 beziehungsweise zur zweiten Längsseite 8.
  • In Figur 2 ist derselbe Halter 1 in umgekehrter Lage dargestellt, das heißt, die in Figur 1 oben liegende Längsseite 5 liegt nun unten. Aufgrund des fest ausgebildeten Neigungswinkels zwischen der Mittelachse des Halteabschnitts 9 und der Rückwand 4 ist letztere in dieser Lage leicht nach unten geneigt. Der erfindungsgemäße Halter 1 ist in Bezug zu einer senkrecht zu der Längsmittelebene 10 orientierten Quermittelebene 19 symmetrisch ausgebildet.
  • Wie insbesondere die perspektivische Ansicht auf die Rückseite des Halters 1 in Figur 4 zeigt, ist auf einer dem Aufnahmeabschnitt 3 gegenüberliegenden Seite der Rinne 14 an jedem Haltesteg 11, 12 eine Ausnehmung 15, 16 gebildet, welche in Bezug auf die Längsmittelebene 10 einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist. Die Ausnehmungen 15, 16 sind einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet. Ein Abstand 17 der Haltestege 11, 12 im Bereich der Ausnehmung 15, 16, welcher senkrecht zu der Längsmittelebene 10 des Halteabschnitts 9 bestimmt ist, ist dabei abschnittsweise geringer als das Doppelte des Radius der im Querschnitt abschnittsweise kreisförmigen Rinne 14.
  • Vorliegend ist der Halter 1 aus einem Kunststoff gebildet. Eine Länge des Halteabschnitts 9 in Richtung der Längsmittelebene 10 ist dabei etwa dreimal so groß wie ein maximaler Abstand der Haltestege 11, 12 quer zur Längsmittelebene 10. An einem dem Aufnahmeabschnitt 9 gegenüberliegenden freien Ende der Haltestege 11, 12 ist jeweils eine Ansatzschräge 20, 21 gebildet, wobei die einander gegenüberliegenden Ansatzschrägen 20, 21 voneinander wegweisen.
  • Wie die Schnittansicht in Figur 3 zeigt, liegen die Ausnehmungen 15, 16 in den Haltstegen 11, 12 in vertikaler Projektion übereinander.
  • Der Radius der Rinne 14 beträgt beispielsweise 2,6 mm und der maximale Abstand 17 der Haltestege 11, 12 im Bereich der Ausnehmungen 15, 16 beträgt 2,85 mm. Eine quer zur Orientierung der Rinne 14 bestimmt Länge der Ausnehmungen 15, 16 liegt beispielsweise im Bereich von 8 mm bis 8,5 mm und eine quer hierzu bestimmt Breite der Ausnehmung 15, 16 im Bereich von 5 mm. Ein Abstand der Haltestege 11, 12 auf einer der Rinne 14 gegenüberliegenden Seite der Ausnehmung 15, 16 beträgt beispielsweise 4,8 mm.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Halter 1 ist in Figur 5 in einer perspektivischen Ansicht von vorn dargestellt. Zwischen der ersten Haltekante 6 und der zweiten Haltekante 7 ist an der Rückwand 4 ein nach vorne abragender Anlagesteg 30 gebildet.
  • Wie die folgenden Figuren 6 bis 13 zeigen, ist der Halter zur Aufnahme einer elektronischen Preisanzeigeeinheit 2 ausgebildet.
  • Dabei wird gemäß Figur 6 der Halter 1 zunächst an einen Warenträger 22 angesetzt. Dieser umfasst im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel einen Warensteg 23 zum Festlegen der Ware, einen Längssteg 24 und einen an einem freien Ende derselben vorgesehenen Quersteg 25 zum Festlegen des Halters 1. Außerdem weist er einen zum Festlegen des Warenträgers 22 an einem Regal ausgebildeten Festlegeabschnitt 26 auf, von dem der Warensteg 23 und der Längssteg 24 abragen. Der erfindungsgemäße Halter 1 wird nun an den Warenträger 22 angesetzt, indem er mit dem Halteabschnitt 9 voran so an den Quersteg 25 angesetzt wird, dass der Quersteg 25 in der Rinne 14 des Halters 1 positioniert ist und zugleich der Längssteg 24 mantelseitig in die Ausnehmungen 15, 16 eingreift, welcher an den gegenüberliegenden Haltestegen 11, 12 gebildet sind. Auf diese Weise ist eine Verdrehsicherheit des Halters 1 an dem Warenträger 22 sowohl in der Längsmittelebene 10 als auch senkrecht hierzu realisiert.
  • Die elektronische Preisanzeigeeinheit 2 wird an dem Halter 1 festgelegt, indem sie, wie in Figur 6 und 7 dargestellt, von vorn auf den Halter 1 aufgerastet oder von der Seite so eingeschoben wird, dass die randseitig an der Preisanzeigeeinheit 2 vorhandenen Stege von der ersten Haltekante 5 und der zweiten Haltekante 7 umgriffen werden. An der ersten Haltekante 5 und an der zweiten Haltekante 7 sind hierzu haken- beziehungsweise nasenförmige Ausformungen 27, 28 gebildet, siehe die Detailansicht in Figur 9.
  • Die elektronische Preisanzeigeeinheit 2 ist im montierten Zustand zur exakten Positionierung mit ihrer Rückseite an den Anlagesteg 30 des Halters 1 angelegt.
  • Aufgrund der bezogen auf die Rückwandnormale 13 des Aufnahmeabschnitts 3 geneigten Anordnung des Halteabschnitts 9 kann der Halter 1 mit der elektronischen Preisanzeigeeinheit 2 in einer ersten Orientierung (vergleiche Fig. 8, 9 und 12) und alternativ in einer zweiten Orientierung (vergleiche Fig. 10, 11 und 13) an den Warenträger 22 angesetzt werden.
  • Figur 8 zeigt die zur Benutzung an einem Warenregal fertige Warenträgereinheit 100, bestehend aus dem Warenträger 22, dem Halter 1 und der Preisanzeigeeinheit 2, in der ersten Orientierung in einer Seitenansicht. In der ersten Orientierung, die insbesondere auch durch die perspektivische Ansicht auf die Warenträgereinheit 100 in Figur 12 deutlich wird, ist ein Display 29 der elektronischen Preisanzeigeeinheit 2 leicht nach oben geneigt angeordnet, sodass eine Preisanzeige, von der elektronischen Preisanzeigeeinheit dargeboten wird, für tief in dem Regal vorgesehene Waren gut sichtbar wiedergegeben wird.
  • In der zweiten Orientierung des Halters 1 an dem ansonsten unveränderten Warenträger 22, die in Figur 13 perspektivisch dargestellt ist, ist die Neigung des Displays 29 der am Halter 1 befestigten Preisanzeigeeinheit 2 so vorgesehen, dass die Preisanzeige 2 für vergleichsweise hoch orientierte Waren entsprechend ergonomisch ausgerichtet ist.
  • Der an dem Halter 1 zwischen der Rückwand 4und der vertikalen Quermittelebene 19 eingestellte Winkel α beträgt beispielsweise 6°. Hierdurch ergibt sich ein Winkel zwischen Rückwand 4 und der Längsmittelebene 10 von 84° auf der einen Seite des Halteabschnitts 9 und von 96° auf der anderen Seite, siehe Figur 17.
  • Die Auswahl des Winkels α erfolgt dabei bevorzugt im Gesamtzusammenhang der gesamten Warenträgereinheit 100. Wie Figur 8 zeigt, besteht bei dem Warenträger 22 besteht üblicherweise eine voreingestellte Schrägstellung zwischen dem Festlegungsabschnitt 26, der an einer Regelrückwand zu befestigen ist, und dem Warenstegs 23 bzw. dem parallelen Längsstegs 24. Zwischen einer Flächennormalen der hier nicht dargestellten Warenrückwand und dem Warenträger 22 besteht somit ein Winkel β>0. Diese Schrägstellung wird vorgenommen, damit am Warenträger 22 aufgehängte Waren nicht nach vorne rutschen, sondern in Richtung der Regalrückwand.
  • Wie die beispielhaften Darstellungen in den Figuren 13 und 14 zeigen, beträgt die Neigung β = 7°. Je nach Montagelage des erfindungsgemäßen Halters 1 an dem Längssteg 24 des Warenträgers addieren sich - in Bezug auf eine horizontale Bezugsebene, die senkrecht zur Regalrückwand ist - die Winkel α und β oder heben sich teilweise gegeneinander auf:
    • Bei Montage des Halters 1 in der ersten Orientierung gemäß Figur 13 ergibt sich in Summe ein Betrachtungswinkel bei einem am Halter befestigten Display von 77° zur Horizontalen bzw. 13° zur Vertikalen.
    • In der zweiten Orientierung gemäß Figur 14 ergibt sich in Summe ein Betrachtungswinkel bei einem am Halter befestigten Display von 89° zur Horizontalen bzw. 1° zur Vertikalen.
  • Exemplarisch ist in Figur 16 der Radius 18 der Rinne 14 in der vorliegenden Ausführungsform der Erfindung zu 2,6 mm gewählt und der Abstand 17 der Haltestege 11, 12 im Bereich der Ausnehmung 15, 16 beträgt 2,85 mm. Der Winkel α beträgt 6°. Die Ausnehmungen 15,16 habe eine in die Richtung der Längsseiten 5, 8 bestimmte Breite von 5 mm und eine quer hierzu bestimmte Länge von 8,18 mm.
  • Die Erfindung ist nicht auf das dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt. Alternative Ausführungsformen des Halters 1, welche von der erfindungsgemäßen Idee Gebrauch machen, sind ebenso umfasst.
  • Beispielsweise kann der Halter 1 und insbesondere der Halteabschnitt 9 an unterschiedliche Geometrien verschiedener Warenträger angepasst sein. Das Vorsehen eines Längsstegs 24 mit dem endseitig hieran vorgesehenen Quersteg 25 ist insofern nur exemplarisch gewählt.
  • Ebenfalls exemplarisch versteht sich die symmetrische Ausbildung der Haltestege 11, 12 sowie die symmetrische Orientierung der Ausnehmungen 15, 16. Auch wenn die symmetrische Gestaltung der Haltestege 11, 12 beziehungsweise des Halteabschnitts 9 hinsichtlich der Handhabung vorteilhaft ist, kann eine nichtsymmetrische Realisierung des Halteabschnitts 9 gewählt werden. Wesentlich ist insofern, dass der Halteabschnitt 9 einander gegenüberliegende Haltestege 11, 12 aufweist. Ebenso kann eine einzige Ausnehmung in den Haltestegen 15, 16 des Halteabschnitts zum Festlegen des Halters 1 an dem Warenträger 22 ausreichen.
  • Figur 18 verdeutlich die Problematik mit mehreren, in unterschiedlichen Höhen an einer Regalrückwand 30 angebrachten Warenträgern 22 in Bezug auf den Betrachtungswinkel, mit dem eine vor dem Regal stehender Betrachter auf die an den Haltern 1 angebrachten Preisanzeigeeinheiten 2 schauen kann

Claims (7)

  1. Halter (1) für eine elektronische Preisanzeigeeinheit (2), wenigstens umfassend:
    - einen Aufnahmeabschnitt (3) für die elektronische Preisanzeigeeinheit (2) mit einer Rückwand (4),
    - ein von der Rückwand (4) an einer ersten Längsseite (6) nach vorne abragende erste Haltekante (5) sowie eine auf einer der ersten Längsseite (6) gegenüberliegenden zweiten Längsseite (8) ebenfalls nach vorne abragende zweite Haltekante (7), und
    - einen von der Rückwand (4) unter einem festen Winkel α von 2° bis 30° zu einer Rückwandnormalen (13) abragenden Halteabschnitt (9), der zum Festlegen des Halters (1) an einem Warenträger (22) in einer ersten Orientierung und in einer zu der ersten Orientierung um 180° gedrehten zweiten Orientierung ausgebildet ist.
  2. Halter (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halteabschnitt (9) zwei symmetrisch bezüglich einer Längsmittelebene (10) ausgebildete, zueinander beabstandete Haltestege (11, 12) vorsieht.
  3. Halter (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halteabschnitt (9) und/oder die Haltestege (11, 12) eine in Richtung der ersten Längsseite (5) und/oder der zweiten Längsseite (8) erstreckten Rinne (14) mit einem zumindest abschnittswiese kreisförmigen Querschnitt formt.
  4. Halter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf einer dem Anlageabschnitt (3) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Rinne (14) an jedem Haltesteg (11, 12) eine Ausnehmung (15, 16) gebildet ist, wobei ein Abstand (17) der Haltestege (11, 12) im Bereich der Ausnehmungen (15, 16) bezogen auf die Längsmittelebene (10) jedenfalls bereichsweise kleiner ist als das doppelte eines Radius (18) der jedenfalls abschnittsweise im Querschnitt kreisförmige Rinne (14).
  5. Halter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine in Richtung der Längsmittelebene bestimmte Länge des Halteabschnitts (9) wenigstens doppelt so groß ist wie ein quer hierzu bestimmter Abstand.
  6. Halter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Haltestegen (11, 12) an einem von dem Aufnahmeabschnitt (3) abgewandten freien Ende voneinander abgewandte Ansatzschrägen (20, 21) gebildet sind.
  7. Warenträgereinheit (100) mit wenigstens:
    - einem Halter (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und
    - einem Warenträger (22), der zumindest einen Festlegeabschnitt (26) zur Befestigung an einer Regelrückwand (30) und einen davon abragenden Längssteg (24) aufweist, der an einem freien Ende einen Quersteg (25) zum Festlegen des Halters (1), wobei der Längssteg (24) von dem Festlegeabschnitt (26) ausgehend in einem Winkel β zur horizontalen Längsmittelebene (10) ansteigend angeordnet ist;
    wobei der Winkel α am Halter (1) und der Winkel β am Warenträger (22) beide jeweils zwischen 2° und 10° betragen und wobei die Rückwand (4) des am Warenträger (22) befestigten Halters (1) in einer ersten Orientierung einen Betrachtungswinkel von (90°- (α + β)) = 70° bis 86° bis zur horizontalen Längsmittelebene (10) einnimmt und bei Befestigung des Halters (19) am Warenträger (22) in einer zweiten Orientierung einen Betrachtungswinkel von 90° - (α - β)) = 98° bis 82° einnimmt.
