Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Profilschiene mit Raststück nach dem oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
    • Stand der Technik
  • Aus der deutschen Gebrauchsmusterschrift DE 201 00 181 U1 ist ein Profil zum vertikalen Anordnen und Einhängen von herkömmlichen Konsolen von der Frontseite bekannt. An der Profilfrontseite sind Wandungen angeordnet, die zwischen sich einen Kanal mit Eintrittsschlitz bilden. Das Profil umfasst weiter ein Schlitzraster zur Aufnahme von Einhängenasen eingehängter Konsolen. Hinter dem Schlitzraster ist ein Freiraum vorhanden, in den die Einhängenasen der eingesteckten Konsolen hineinragen.
  • An das Profil können Paneelen über seitliche Laschen angeschraubt werden. Außerdem sind Halteklammern offenbart, die auf der Rückseite eines Paneels aufgeschraubt werden, wobei ein Paneel Haltelaschen des Profils mittels der Halteklammern hintergreifend am Profil eingehängt werden kann.
  • Eine derartige Anbringung ist vergleichsweise aufwändig.
  • Die DE 20 2004 002 701 U1 betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Aufhängen von Artikeln oder zur Halterung einer Ablage, wobei die Vorrichtung ein Profil mit einer Basisleiste und Abkantungen samt Ohren mit jeweils einem Loch aufweist, über welche Paneelelemente angeschraubt werden können.
    • Aufgabe und Vorteile der Erfindung
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Profilschiene bereitzustellen, bei welcher die Anbringung von Paneelen verbessert ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • In den abhängigen Ansprüchen sind vorteilhafte und zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen der Erfindung angegeben.
  • Die Erfindung geht von einer Profilschiene aus, die aus Metall und/oder Kunststoff besteht und als Unterkonstruktionselement für die Anbringung von Paneelen zum Aufbau eines Wandelements, z.B. im Ladenbau dient.
  • Der Kern der Erfindung liegt darin, dass eine entlang der Profilschiene sich erstreckende Konturnut mit einer im Querschnitt hinterschnittenen Passkontur vorgesehen ist, in welche ein an einem Paneel angeordnetes Raststück einrastbar ist. Zum Einrasten kann die Konturnut und/oder das Raststück elastisch nachgiebig ausgestaltet sein.
  • Durch die Maßnahme wird es möglich, entsprechend mit Raststücken vorbereitete Paneelen einfach "von vorne" auf z.B. eine vertikal angeordnete Profilschiene aufzuklipsen. Damit ist es z.B. nicht mehr notwendig, dass eine Rückseite der Profilschiene zugänglich sein muss, um z.B. zur Befestigung eine Schraube einzudrehen. Außerdem ist kein Spielraum für das Einklinken irgendwie gearteter Einhängemittel z.B. hinter Haltelaschen erforderlich. Entsprechende Paneelen lassen sich einfach durch eine Bewegung senkrecht zur Profilschiene anbringen. Über entsprechende Lehren ist es auch leicht möglich, positionsgenaue Raststücke vorher an den Paneelen zu montieren, so dass ein passgenauer Sitz von Paneelen an der Profilschiene nach dem Aufrastvorgang gewährleistet ist.
  • An der Profilschiene können entsprechende Anschlagelemente für die positionsgenaue Anordnung eines Paneels vorgesehen sein.
  • In einer überdies bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind an einer Profilschienenseite zwei parallele Konturnuten vorhanden.
  • Damit können an einer Profilschiene zwei Paneelenenden angebracht werden. Die Profilschiene bildet vorzugsweise die Stoßstelle der Paneelen.
  • In einer überdies besonders bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind an gegenüberliegenden Profilschienenseiten Konturnuten vorgesehen. Damit lässt sich die Profilschiene durch Aufklipsen von Paneelen von beiden Seiten "beplanken". In einem Fall, in welchem die Profilschiene gleichzeitig die Aufgabe einer vertikalen Stütze übernimmt, und mehrere derartiger, insbesondere zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Profilschienen montiert sind, kann somit auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Profilschienen eine Wandfläche aus Paneelen aufgebaut werden, so dass eine Hohlwand mit dazwischenliegenden Stützen entsteht, die von beiden Seiten eine gewünschte Optik aufweist.
  • Um der Profilschiene eine ausreichende Stabilität zu geben, wird im Weiteren vorgeschlagen, dass die Profilschiene ein kastenartiges Gehäuse umfasst. In einer im Weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind hinter dem Schlitz Einhängemittel ausgebildet, so dass eine Konsole in den Schlitz einsteckbar und in die Einhängemittel zur Arretierung einhängbar ist.
  • Durch diese Maßnahme kann die Profilschiene nicht nur zur Anbringung von Paneelen eingesetzt werden, sondern lässt sich darüber hinaus auch für die Anbringung von Warenpräsentationseinrichtungen nutzen. Beispielsweise lassen sich auf diese Weise Fachböden oder Hängestangen zwischen zwei Profilschienen anordnen. Damit an den Profilschienen angebrachte Paneele entsprechend zu an den Profilschienen angeordneten Warenpräsentationseinrichtungen ausgerichtet sind, wird im Weiteren vorgeschlagen, dass Konturnuten sich parallel zum Schlitz erstrecken.
  • Um zum Schlitz angrenzende Paneelen an den Profilschienen aufrasten zu können, wird außerdem vorgeschlagen, dass jeweils wenigstens eine Konturnut in seitlich von den Wandungsabschnitten, die den Schlitz definieren, sich erstreckenden Auflageprofilabschnitten ausgebildet ist. Damit können auf beiden Seiten des Schlitzes Paneelen durch Aufrasten angeordnet werden.
  • Die Auflageprofilabschnitte stehen vorzugsweise von einem kastenartigen Gehäuse der Profilschiene ab.
  • Die Auflageprofilabschnitte und die Wandungsabschnitte sind so aufeinander abgestimmt, dass eine aufgerastete Paneele auf dem Auflageprofilabschnitt aufliegt und an den Wandungsabschnitten insbesondere bündig oder mit einem kleinen Überstand von beispielsweise 0,5 - 2 mm, z.B. 1 mm anschließt. In der Ebene der Paneele sollte die Paneele an einen Wandungsabschnitt eines Schlitzes angrenzen. Damit ist bei aufgerasteten Paneelen lediglich der Schlitz und gegebenenfalls die jeweils den Schlitz begrenzende Wand in der Frontansicht sichtbar.
  • Damit der Schlitz optisch so wenig wie möglich in Erscheinung tritt, wird im Weiteren vorgeschlagen, dass er nur so breit ist wie eine einzusteckende Konsole Platz benötigt. Sofern zwei Konsolen eingesteckt werden sollen, hat der Schlitz vorzugsweise eine Breite, die ein Einstecken von zwei Konsolen ermöglicht. Das heißt, die Breite kann eine oder zwei Konsolenbreiten betragen zzgl. einer gewissen Einschubtoleranz.
  • Vorzugsweise verlaufen Konturnuten, und/oder der Schlitz und/oder die Auflageprofilabschnitte über die komplette Länge der Profilschiene. Eine solche Ausgestaltung bietet sich vor allem an, wenn es sich um ein Strangpressprofil handelt.
  • In einer weiteren besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist ein Einschubkanal für das Einschieben eines Inlays vorgesehen, das Einhängeöffnungen für das Einhängen einer Konsole umfasst.
  • Durch diese Maßnahme können auf unterschiedliche Konsolen abgestimmte Inlays an ein und derselben Profilschiene zum Einsatz kommen. Des Weiteren können die Inlays, z.B. vorgestanzte Metallleisten, aus besonders widerstandsfähigem Material gefertigt werden. Dadurch büßt die Profilschiene, die gegebenenfalls aus Kunststoff oder aus einem weicheren Metall besteht, in der Gesamtanordnung nicht an Stabilität ein.
  • Ein eingeschobenes Inlay hat darüber hinaus den Vorteil, dass es aus einem sehr gut leitenden Material hergestellt werden kann, so dass das Inlay zur Elektrifizierung von Konsolen und daran angeordneten Elementen, wie z.B. Fachböden mit Leuchtmitteln, verwendet werden kann.
  • Damit der Profilschiene eine vergleichsweise hohe Stabilität verliehen wird, wird überdies vorgeschlagen, dass das Inlay im kastenartigen Gehäuse der Profilschiene untergebracht ist.

  • Weitere Vorteile und Merkmale der Erfindung werden anhand eines in den Figuren dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Im Einzelnen zeigt:

  • Figur 1a zeigt eine Profilschiene 1 in vertikaler Ausrichtung von einer Vorderseite 1a mit einem darin untergebrachten Inlay 2. Die hier als Hohlkammerschiene gebildete Profilschiene 1 umfasst ein kastenartiges Gehäuse 3, entlang dem an Auflageprofilabschnitten über die gesamte Länge des Gehäuses 3 bzw. der Profilschiene 1 an einer Rückseite 1b der Profilschiene 1 zwei durchgängige Konturnuten 4 und 5 mit Hinterschneidung ausgebildet sind. Gegenüberliegend sind an der Vorderseite 1a am Gehäuse 3 zwei entsprechende nach vorne offene durchgehende Konturnuten 6 und 7 ausgebildet. Die Konturnuten 4 bis 7 weisen jeweils die gleiche im Querschnitt hinterschnittene Passkontur auf, welche auf eine Einschnappkontur eines passenden Raststücks (nicht dargestellt) abgestimmt ist. Das Raststück kann an dem an der Profilschiene 1 anzubringenden Element, z.B. Paneelen 8 und 9 (siehe Figur 2), an dessen Anbringseite fixiert werden, um die Paneelen 8, 9 über die Raststücke in die Konturnuten 6 und 7 von der Vorderseite 1a aufklipsen zu können, so dass die Paneelen 8 und 9 an der Profilschiene 1 lösbar festgeklemmt sind. Beim Einklipsen bzw. Entfernen des Raststücks können Wandungen der Konturnuten 4 bis 7 federnd ausweichen und/oder das Raststück elastisch nachgeben.
  • Die Raststücke können beispielsweise als Kunststoffteile ausgebildet werden, welche auf der jeweiligen Rückseite der anzubringenden Paneele anschraubbar oder anderweitig befestigbar sind.
  • Grundsätzlich kann, wie in den Figuren 2 und 4 erkennbar ist, sowohl an der Rückseite als auch an der Vorderseite der Profilschiene 1 über die Konturnuten 4 bis 7 eine Anbringung von Elementen mittels der Raststücke erfolgen. Die Profilschiene 1 kann über die hinteren Konturnuten 4 und 5 z.B. an flächigen Abschnitten, an denen Raststücke vorhanden sind, fixiert werden.
  • An einer Paneele 8, 9 bzw. einem Anbringabschnitt kann zur Anbringung an der Profilschiene 1 nur ein Raststück oder es können mehrere Raststücke vorgesehen werden, um über die Länge der Konturnuten 4 bis 7 eine Einrastverbindung auszubilden. Die Raststücke, welche beispielsweise ca. 2 cm lang und in der Breite an die Breite der Konturnuten 4 bis 7 angepasst sind, können z.B. U-förmig sein und zwei gegenüberliegende Federarme umfassen.
  • An der Vorderseite 1a der Profilschiene 1 ist mittig am Gehäuse 3 ein Schlitz 10 zwischen nach vorne vorstehenden Wandungsabschnitten 11, 12 ausgebildet. Die beiden Wandungsabschnitte 11 und 12 stehen entsprechend der Dicke der z.B. plattenartigen Paneele 8, 9 nach vorne am Gehäuse 3 über, so dass bei an der Profilschiene 1 aufgeklipsten Paneelen 8, 9 die Wandungsabschnitte 11, 12 stirnseitig bündig mit der Vorderseite der Paneele 8, 9 abschließen.
  • Außerdem sind in der Profilschiene 1 im Bereich der Konturnuten 4 bis 7 Öffnungen 13, 14, 15 und 16 (siehe Figur 2) vorgesehen, so dass mit Befestigungsmitteln beispielsweise mit Schrauben die Profilschiene 1 an Gegenabschnitten fixiert werden kann.
  • Das insbesondere als gestanztes Metallteil ausgebildete Inlay 2 ist in einen auf das Inlay 2 abgestimmten Einschubkanal 17 im Inneren des Gehäuses 3 endseitig an der Profilschiene 1 einschiebbar und darin festgehalten. Der Einschubkanal 17 wird durch gegenüberliegend angeordnete im Schnitt rechteckige Nuten 18 und 19 begrenzt.
  • Das Inlay 2 weist regelmäßig verteilt über seine Länge rechteckförmige Ausnehmungen 2a auf, welche über den Schlitz 10 von außen zugänglich sind und ein Einhängen einer Konsole 21 (siehe Figur 4) an der mit dem Inlay 2 versehenen Profilschiene 1 ermöglicht. Dabei greift ein endseitiger Einsteckabschnitt 20 der Konsole 21 von der Vorderseite 1a durch den Schlitz 10 und durch die dahinter im Inneren des Gehäuses 3 liegende Ausnehmung 2a des Inlays 2. Der Einsteckabschnitt 20 ragt etwas durch die Ausnehmung 2a hindurch und wird dort beidseitig durch Stege 18a und 19a etwas geklemmt. Auch vorne am Eintrittbereich des Schlitzes 10 wird der Einsteckabschnitt 20 an einer Engstelle des Schlitzes 10 beidseitig gehalten. Hierzu ragen Anlagebereiche 11a, 12a innen an den Wandungsabschnitten 11 und 12 etwas in den Schlitz 10 hinein. Der Einsteckabschnitt 20 wird zudem durch die obere bzw. untere Begrenzung der Ausnehmung 2a in seiner vertikalen Lage gehalten.
  • Die Ausgestaltung des Schlitzes 10 ist auf den Einsteckabschnitt 20 für eine Einsteckmechanik abgestimmt. Insbesondere ist die Breite bzw. Tiefe des Schlitzes 10 auf die entsprechende Breite bzw. Tiefe des Einsteckabschnitts 20 abgestimmt.
  • Der eingesteckte Zustand der Konsole 21 an der Vorderseite 1a der Profilschiene 1 ist in Figur 3 und 4 dargestellt, in denen ggf. aufgeklipste Paneele an der Profilschiene 1 nicht gezeigt sind.
  • Ist das Inlay 2 und der Einsteckabschnitt 20 aus einem elektrisch leitfähigen Material, kann durch eine elektrische Verbindung des Inlays 2 eine Versorgung des Einsteckabschnitts 20 bzw. der Konsole 21 mit elektrischem Strom realisiert werden.

Claims (7)

  1. Profilschiene (1) mit Raststück, wobei die Profilschiene (1) aus Metall und/oder Kunststoff als Unterkonstruktionselement für die Anbringung von Paneelen (8, 9) zum Aufbau eines Wandelements, insbesondere im Ladenbau besteht, wobei eine entlang der Profilschiene (1) sich erstreckende Konturnut (4, 5, 6, 7) mit einer im Querschnitt hinterschnittenen Passkontur vorgesehen ist, in welche das an einem Paneel (8, 9) anordenbare Raststück einrastbar ist, und wobei zwei Wandungsabschnitte (11, 12) vorgesehen sind, die einen entlang der Profilschiene (1) sich erstreckenden Schlitz (10) definieren und Einhängemittel (2) hinter dem Schlitz (10) vorgesehen sind, so dass eine Konsole (20, 21) in den Schlitz (10) einsteckbar und in die Einhängemittel (2) zur Arretierung einhängbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils wenigstens eine Konturnut in seitlich von den Wandungsabschnitten (11, 12), die den Schlitz (10) definieren, sich erstreckenden Auflageprofilabschnitten ausgebildet ist, wobei die Wandungsabschnitte (11, 12) nach vorne entsprechend der Dicke der anzubringenden Paneelen (8, 9) überstehen und wobei die Auflageprofilabschnitte und die Wandungsabschnitte (11, 12) derart aufeinander abgestimmt sind, dass ein mit dem Raststück aufgerastetes Paneel (8, 9) auf dem jeweiligen Auflageprofilabschnitt aufliegen und an den Wandungsabschnitt (11, 12) stirnseitig bündig anschließen kann.
  2. Profilschiene mit Raststück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer Profilschienenseite zwei parallele Konturnuten (4, 5; 6, 7) vorhanden sind.
  3. Profilschiene mit Raststück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an gegenüberliegenden Profilschienenseiten Konturnuten (4, 5; 6, 7) vorgesehen sind.
  4. Profilschiene mit Raststück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilschiene ein kastenartiges Gehäuse (3) umfasst.
  5. Profilschiene mit Raststück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Konturnuten (6, 7) sich parallel zum Schlitz (10) erstrecken.
  6. Profilschiene mit Raststück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz (10) wenigstens so breit ist, wie eine einzusteckende Konsole (21).
  7. Profilschiene mit Raststück nach einer dem vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Einschubkanal (17) für das Einschieben eines Inlays (2) vorhanden ist, das Einhängeöffnungen (2a) zum Einhängen einer Konsole (21) umfasst.
