  1. Vehicle body (1, 1') for a rail vehicle (100) comprising a control panel (4), in particular an auxiliary control panel, for controlling the rail vehicle (100), and a control panel receptacle (41), wherein the control panel (4) comprises an arrangement of control elements (42),
    wherein the control panel (4) is repositionable from a rest position into an operating position, the control panel (4) being arranged in the control panel receptacle (41) in a rest position and being arranged at least partly outside the control panel receptacle (41) in the operating position in such a way that the control elements (42) are accessible for operation,
    characterized in that
    the control panel receptacle (41) is arranged in a side wall (111) of an end wall paneling (11) of the carriage body (1, 1') of the rail vehicle (100), and the control panel (4) is arranged outside a clearance of a passageway (12, 12') for people in the rest position and in particular is pivotable from the operating position out of the clearance into the rest position.
  2. Vehicle body (1, 1') for a rail vehicle (100) according to claim 1, wherein the control elements (42) of the control panel (4) are inaccessible in the rest position.
  3. Vehicle body (1, 1') according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the control panel (4) comprises an end plate (40), which is arranged in such a way that the end plate (40) and the side wall of the vehicle body (1, 1') in the rest position form a common surface, which surface preferably forms a substantially closed surface.
  4. Vehicle body (1, 1') according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the control panel (4) is arranged extendably or pivotably, in particular pivotably about an axis of rotation, or removably.
  5. Vehicle body (1, 1') according to any one of the claims 1-4, characterised in that means for determining the position of the control panel (4) and in particular for determining the rest position and/or the operating position are arranged on the control panel (4).
  6. Vehicle body (1, 1') according to claim 5, characterised in that the position-determining means are designed to switch the control panel (4) and/or a controller of the rail vehicle (100) and/or the rail vehicle (100) into an auxiliary operating mode.
  7. Vehicle body (1, 1') according to claim 6, wherein in the auxiliary operating mode at least one of the following elements is bypassable: controller of an automatic connecting door opening of one or more connecting doors (12, 12'); main controller of the rail vehicle (100).
  8. Vehicle body (1, 1') according to any one of the claim 1-7, characterised in that a plane in which the control elements (42) are arranged is oriented substantially horizontally in the operating position and/or is oriented substantially vertically in the rest position.
  9. Rail vehicle (100) comprising a vehicle body (1, 1') according to any one of the claims 1-8.
  10. Vehicle body (1, 1') according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the auxiliary control comprises control elements (42) which are arranged on a pivotably and/or extendably arranged control panel (4), wherein the auxiliary control comprises at least one control element by means of which a control signal for bypassing a main controller of the rail vehicle (100) and/or for bypassing the controller of an automatic connecting door (12, 12') is generatable or by means of which the main controller and/or the controller of a connecting door (12, 12') is bypassable.
  11. Vehicle body according to claim 10, characterised in that the control element is arranged on the control panel (4) in such a way that the signal or the bypassing is generatable compulsorily depending on the position of the control panel (4) .
  12. Method for controlling a rail vehicle (100) according to claim 9, characterised in that a control panel (4) is unlocked in a first step, preferably unlocked mechanically or electronically, and in a second step the control panel (4) is brought from a rest position into an operating position, characterised in that, by bringing the control panel (4) from the rest position into the operating position, a controller of the rail vehicle (100) and/or a controller of a connecting door (12, 12') is bypassed.
