Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) destiné à éclairer des locaux intérieurs dans des bâtiments ou des installations extérieures, le dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) étant conçu pour un montage dans une zone de coin (1) sensiblement en angle droit du local intérieur, de l'installation extérieure ou d'un autre objet, ayant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) un porte-luminaire (2), qui est conçu pour une fixation dans la zone de coin (1) sensiblement en angle droit, le porte-luminaire (2) possédant au moins une première surface de fixation (211) destinée à la fixation sur une première surface de zone de coin (11) et une deuxième surface de fixation (221) destinée à la fixation sur une deuxième surface de zone de coin (12), les première et deuxième surfaces de fixation (211, 221) du porte-luminaire (2) étant disposées sensiblement perpendiculairement l'une par rapport à l'autre,
    b) un cache-luminaire (3) en un matériau au moins partiellement transparent, le cache-luminaire (3) étant conçu pour une fixation au porte-luminaire (2),
    c) un espace d'accueil (5) destiné à accueillir au moins un élément luminescent (4) du dispositif d'éclairage, notamment une rampe de LED, étant formé par un espace intermédiaire entre le porte-luminaire (2) et le cache-luminaire (3),
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) possède en outre une première aile (21), au niveau de laquelle est formée la première surface de fixation (211), et une deuxième aile (22), au niveau de laquelle est formée la deuxième surface de fixation (221), les ailes (21, 22) étant reliées entre elles par le biais d'une portion de liaison (23), et
    a) la première aile (21) possédant une première portion de base (213) qui se rattache à la première surface de fixation (211) en direction de la deuxième aile (22), la première surface de fixation (211) étant coudée selon un angle aigu (α1) par rapport à la première portion de base (213), notamment un angle dans la plage de 1 degré à 8 degrés et/ou
    b) la deuxième aile (22) possédant une deuxième portion de base (223) qui se rattache à la deuxième surface de fixation (221) en direction de la première aile (21), la deuxième surface de fixation (221) étant coudée selon un angle aigu (α2) par rapport à la deuxième portion de base (223), notamment un angle dans la plage de 1 degré à 8 degrés.
  2. Dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un angle supérieur à 90 degrés et/ou un angle supérieur à 180 degrés est formé entre la première et la deuxième portion de base (213, 223) dans l'espace d'accueil (5).
  3. Dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première aile (21) est reliée à la deuxième aile (22) par le biais d'une portion de liaison (23) sensiblement plane.
  4. Dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la portion de liaison (23) forme en même temps une surface de fixation (24) pour l'au moins un élément luminescent (4) du dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4).
  5. Dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cache-luminaire (3) et/ou le porte-luminaire (2) sont de configuration à symétrie en miroir par rapport à un plan de symétrie.
  6. Dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cache-luminaire (3) est rendu mat et/ou coloré et/ou diffuse la lumière au niveau d'au moins une surface.
  7. Dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cache-luminaire (3), à l'état monté, recouvre entièrement le porte-luminaire (2).
  8. Dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cache-luminaire (3) est constitué d'au moins un profilé en matière plastique en forme de brin.
  9. Dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cache-luminaire (3), au moins dans la zone de la surface de rayonnement de la lumière (33), est configuré à la manière d'une baguette en stuc.
  10. Dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) peut être juxtaposé avec un ou plusieurs dispositifs d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) du même type à l'infini dans la direction longitudinale, seul un joint d'aboutage étant formé entre deux cache-luminaires (3).
  11. Dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) possède plusieurs segments de porte-luminaire disposés selon un certain angle les uns par rapport aux autres, lesquels forment un porte-luminaire sensiblement de forme annulaire, et le dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) possède un cache-luminaire qui est constitué de plusieurs segments de cache-luminaire disposés selon un certain angle les unes par rapport aux autres et reliés ensemble, lesquels sont déposés sur le porte-luminaire.
  12. Dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les segments de cache-luminaire sont préparés par des coupes en onglet et sont reliés à fleur les uns des autres au niveau des traits de coupe des onglets afin d'obtenir le porte-luminaire sensiblement de forme annulaire.
  13. Élément de mobilier comprenant au moins un dispositif d'éclairage (2, 3, 4) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
