- Handling gantry (1) for the handling of loads defined in that it includes:- at least one horizontal beam (2) having a longitudinal axis (2a), comprising at each of its ends a foot (3, 4), substantially vertical to straddle a load,- each of the feet (3, 4) having at its bottom, a running base (5, 6) resting on the ground,- a motor drive system for at least one running base (5, 6) to move the said gantry (1), and- at least two gripping arms (8, 9), substantially vertical, each having at one bottom and free end, an attaching interface (10) capable of being moved and articulated, configured to work together with an additional attaching interface provided on the load, the said gripping arms (8, 9) each having a top end mounted on a mobile trolley (11) supported by a beam (2) and capable of moving,and in that:- the gripping arms (8, 9) are telescopic and assembled to oscillate on the mobile trolleys (11);- the gantry (1) has a motor drive system to assist the gripping arms (8, 9) in their oscillation movement; and- the said mobile trolleys (11) can be moved individually along at least one running track (13) or at least one pair of running tracks (13), rectilinear or curved inwards and provided on the beam or beams (2); and- each foot (3, 4) is connected to the beam (2) by means of a rotating link (15) having a vertical axis, wherein each of the running bases (5, 6) is associated with an independent motor drive.
- Gantry (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the gripping arms (8, 9) are mounted to rotate on their longitudinal axis (8a, 9a) on their respective mobile trolleys (11).
- Gantry (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the gripping arms (8, 9) are connected to their respective mobile trolleys (11) by means of a pivoting articulation (14) having an axis substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis (2a) to enable the said arms (8, 9) to oscillate in a vertical plane at right angles to the longitudinal axis (2a) of the beam (2).
- Gantry (1) according to the claim 3, characterized in that each gripping arm (8, 9) includes an actuating device articulated between the said gripping arm (8, 9) and its mobile trolley (11), to move in a controlled manner the said gripping arm (8, 9) by swivelling about the pivot articulation (14), between a bottom attaching position and a position retracted upwards.
- Gantry (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it comprises position and force sensors to transmit signals to a control unit which controls a set of actuators controlling the load handling phases.
- Gantry (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the feet (3, 4) are telescopic.
- Gantry (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that a single running base (5) is associated with a motor drive, with the foot (3) mounted on the running base (5) being connected to the beam (2) by means of a rotating link (15) having a vertical axis.
- Gantry (1) according to claim 7 characterized in that the rotating link (15) has a locking/unlocking device to enable or prohibit the rotation of the foot (3) with respect to the beam (2) depending on an instruction from the control unit.
- Gantry (1) according to any one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that each foot (3, 4) is connected to the beam (2) by a rigid link, with the running tracks (13) of the mobile trolleys (11) having at least one curved section enabling the gripping arms (8, 9) to accompany the movements of the pivoting supporting structure.
- Gantry (1) according to any one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the foot (3) is linked to the beam (2) by a rigid link, with the other foot (4) being linked to the beam (2) by an articulation on an articulation axis (30) at right angles to the longitudinal axis (2a) of the beam (2).
- Gantry (1) according to any one of the claims 1 to 10, characterized in that it comprises a beam (2) supporting two mobile trolleys (11) each equipped with a gripping arm (8, 9).
- Gantry (1) according to any one of the claims 1 to 10, characterized in that it comprises two beams (2) connected together by means of a mechanical linking structure, with each of the beams (2) supporting two mobile trolleys (11) each having a gripping arm (8, 9).
- Gantry (1) according to any one of the claims 1 to 10, characterized in that it comprises a beam (2) consisting of two sections (2e, 2d) each having an inward curve, of a convex shape or substantially in the form of a circle arc, opposed mutually, with each section (2d, 2e) being provided with a pair of running tracks (13) over which two mobile trolleys (11) move.
- Gantry (1) according to any one of the claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the beam (2) has a rigid circular structure (2c) the upper face of which having a pair of running tracks (13), four trolleys (11) running over the said running tracks (13) to position the gripping arms (8, 9) and manipulate the loads.
- System for opening and closing a pivoting bearing structure of a railway wagon, comprising a handling gantry (1) according to any one of the claims 1 to 14, an infrastructure comprising two railway rails (17) at regulatory railway intervals, at least one additional rail (16) in parallel with the railway rails (17) having a determined interval with respect to the said railway rails (17), all the rails (16, 17) being embedded in a concrete slab (18) and at least one of the running bases (5, 6) being provided with rollers to move over the additional rail (16), with the concrete slab (18) being configured to allow the movement of semitrailer and tractor type vehicles and also to recover the loads at one end of the pivoting bearing structure in the open position, resting on the said concrete slab (18).
- System according to claim 15 characterized in that it comprises a mechanical or intangible guiding system for at least one of the running bases (5, 6).
