Claims (16)

  1. Portalkran (1) zur Beförderung von Lasten, dadurch definiert, dass er besteht aus:
    - mindestens einem waagrechten Balken (2) mit einer Längsachse (2a), der an jedem seiner Endstücke einen im Wesentlichen senkrechten Fuß (3, 4) hat, um eine Last zu überspannen,
    - wobei jeder der Füße (3, 4) dabei an seinem unteren Ende mit einer Rollbasis (5, 6) versehen ist, die auf dem Boden aufsteht,
    - einem Motorantriebssystem mindestens einer Rollbasis (5, 6), um den genannten Portalkran (1) verschieben zu können, und
    - mindestens zwei Greifarmen (8, 9), die im Wesentlichen senkrecht sind, von denen jeder am unteren und freien Endstück mit einer verschiebbaren und über Gelenk verbundenen Anschlagschnittstelle (10) versehen ist, die dazu konfiguriert ist, mit einer komplementären, auf der Last vorgesehenen Anschlagschnittstelle zu kooperieren, wobei die genannten Greifarme (8, 9) jeweils ein oberes Endstück aufweisen, das auf einem beweglichen Schlitten (11) montiert ist, der von einem Balken (2) getragen wird und verschoben werden kann,
    und dadurch, dass:
    - die Greifarme (8, 9) teleskopisch sind und schwenkbar auf den beweglichen Schlitten (11) montiert sind;
    - der Portalkran (1) einen Motorantrieb umfasst, um die Greifarme (8, 9) bei ihrer Schwenkbewegung zu unterstützen; und
    - diese beweglichen Schlitten (11) einzeln auf mindestens einer Laufbahn (13) oder mindestens einem Paar Laufbahnen (13), geradlinig oder gekrümmt, die auf dem oder den Balken (2) vorgesehen sind, verschoben werden können und
    - jeder Fuß (3, 4) mit dem Balken (2) über eine drehbare Verbindung (15) mit einer vertikalen Achse verbunden ist, wobei jede der Rollbasen (5, 6) dabei mit einem unabhängigen Motorantrieb verbunden ist.
  2. Portalkran (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifarme (8, 9) entsprechend ihrer Längsachse (8a, 9a) auf ihrem jeweiligen beweglichen Schlitten (11) montiert sind.
  3. Portalkran (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifarme (8,9) mit ihrem beweglichen Schlitten (11) jeweils über ein Zapfengelenk (14), dessen Achse im Wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse (2a) verläuft, verbunden sind, damit diese Arme (8, 9) in einer zur Längsachse (2a) des Balkens (2) senkrechten und orthogonalen Ebene schwenken können.
  4. Portalkran (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Greifarme (8, 9) ein Betätigungsorgan enthält, das über ein Gelenk, zwischen diesem Greifarm (8, 9) und seinem beweglichen Schlitten (11) eingebaut ist, um in kontrollierter Art und Weise diesen Greifarm (8, 9) durch Schwenken um das Zapfengelenk (14) zwischen einer oberen Anschlagposition und einer nach oben ausgeklappten Position zu schwenken.
  5. Portalkran (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Positionssensoren und Kraftaufnehmer enthält, um die Signale an eine Steuereinheit weiterzugeben, die eine Baugruppe aus Stellgliedern regelt, um die Lasttransportphasen zu steuern.
  6. Portalkran (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füße (3, 4) teleskopisch sind.
  7. Portalkran (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine einzige Rollbasis (5) mit einem Motorantrieb verbunden ist, wobei der auf der Rollbasis (5) montierte Fuss (3) dabei mit dem Balken (2) über eine Drehverbindung (15) mit senkrechter Achse verbunden ist.
  8. Portalkran (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehverbindung (15) ein Organ zur Ver-/ Entriegelung enthält, um die Drehung des Fußes (3) bezogen auf den Balken (2) entsprechend einer von der Steuereinheit erteilten Anweisung zuzulassen oder zu verhindern.
  9. Portalkran (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Fuß (3, 4) mit dem Balken (2) über eine starre Verbindung verbunden ist, wobei die Laufbahnen (13) des beweglichen Schlittens (11) dabei mindestens einen gekrümmten Abschnitt aufweisen, damit die Greifarme (8, 9) der Verschiebung der schwenkbaren Tragstruktur folgen können.
  10. Portalkran (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuß (3) mit dem Balken (2) über eine starre Verbindung verbunden ist, wobei der andere Fuß (4) dabei mit dem Balken (2) über ein Gelenk mit einer zur Längsachse (2a) des Balkens (2) orthogonalen Gelenkachse (30) verbunden ist.
  11. Portalkran (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Balken (2) enthält, der zwei bewegliche Schlitten (11) trägt, von denen jeder mit einem Greifarm (8, 9) ausgerüstet ist.
  12. Portalkran (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwei Balken (2) enthält, die untereinander über eine mechanische Verbindungsstruktur verbunden sind, wobei jeder der Balken (2) dabei zwei bewegliche Schlitten (11) trägt, von denen jeder mit einem Greifarm (8, 9) ausgerüstet ist.
  13. Portalkran (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Balken (2) bestehend aus zwei Abschnitten (2e, 2d) enthält, die jeweils eine Krümmung, eine einander entgegengesetzte konvexe oder im Wesentlichen bogenförmige Form enthalten, wobei jeder der beiden Abschnitte (2d, 2e) dabei mit einem Paar Laufbahnen (13) ausgerüstet ist, auf denen sich zwei bewegliche Schlitten (11) bewegen.
  14. Portalkran (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Balken (2) mit einer starren ringförmigen Struktur (2c) ausgerüstet ist, deren Oberseite über ein Paar Laufbahnen (13) verfügt, wobei vier Schlitten (11) auf diesen Laufbahnen (13) fahren, um die Greifarme (8, 9) zu positionieren und die Lasten zu handhaben.
  15. System zum Öffnen und Schließen einer schwenkbaren Tragstruktur eines Eisenbahnwaggons, mit einem Portalkran (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, einer Infrastruktur mit zwei Eisenbahnschienen (17) mit gesetzlicher Spurweite, mindestens einer zusätzlichen Schiene (16), die parallel zu den Eisenbahnschienen (17) ist, mit einem bestimmten Abstand zu diesen Eisenbahnschienen (17), wobei alle diese Eisenbahnschienen (16, 17) in eine Betonplatte (18) eingebettet sind und mindestens eine der Fahrbasen (5, 6) mit Rollen versehen ist, um auf der zusätzlichen Schiene (16) verschoben werden zu können, wobei die Betonplatte (18) einerseits dazu konfiguriert ist, den Verkehr von Fahrzeugen wie Anhängern und Zugfahrzeugen zu erlauben und andererseits die Lasten an einem Endstück der schwenkbaren Tragstruktur in der offenen Position, aufgestützt auf dieser Betonplatte (18), zu übernehmen.
  16. System nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein mechanisches oder immaterielles Führungssystem für mindestens eine der Rollbasen (5, 6) enthält.
