Dispositif de cornière de cabine (1), destiné à un angle (2) d'une cabine, notamment dispositif de cornière de cabine de douche, destiné à un angle (2) d'une cabine de douche, le dispositif comportant au moins une ouverture de réception (3), destinée à la réception par complémentarité de forme d'au moins une zone de bordure (4) d'au moins un élément de cloison (5) - notamment d'un élément de cloison de douche -, au moins une - de préférence une - cornière (6), ainsi qu'au moins un profilé de fixage (7) fixé sur la cornière (6) étant prévus, l'au moins une ouverture de réception (3) pour l'élément de cloison (5) étant placée entre la cornière (6) et le profilé de fixage (7) et par ailleurs, au moins un profilé de recouvrement (8) emboîté sur le profilé de fixage (7) étant présent, la cornière (6) comportant deux branches angulaires (10), les profilés de recouvrement (8) comportant chacun un listel formant cache (19), qui est orienté en direction du côté intérieur de la cabine ou de la cabine de douche,
    la cornière (6) comportant un listel de liaison (11), qui relie l'une à l'autre les deux branches angulaires (10) de la cornière (6), la longueur L du listel de liaison (11) correspondant au moins au double de la longueur I d'une branche angulaire (10) et deux profilés de fixation (7) étant prévus, chacun des deux profilés de fixation (7) étant fixé sur une extrémité du listel de liaison (11) et étant fixé sur le listel de liaison (11).
  3. Dispositif de cornière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une ouverture de réception (3) est aménagée pour réceptionner par complémentarité de forme et par serrage la zone de bordure (4) de l'élément de cloison (5).
  4. Dispositif de cornière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la ou une ouverture de réception (3) comporte au moins un élément d'étanchéité (9), lequel élément d'étanchéité (9) est placé entre la cornière (6) et l'ouverture de réception (3) ou l'élément de cloison (5) et/ou entre l'ouverture de réception (3) ou l'élément de cloison (5) et le profilé de fixage (7) et en ce que de préférence au moins une ouverture de réception (3) comporte au moins deux éléments d'étanchéité (9), au moins un élément d'étanchéité (9) étant placé entre la cornière (6) et l'ouverture de réception (3) ou l'élément de cloison (5) et au moins un élément d'étanchéité (9) étant placé entre l'ouverture de réception (3) ou l'élément de cloison (5) et le profilé de fixage (7).
  5. Dispositif de cornière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comporte au moins deux ouvertures de réception (3), dont chacune est aménagée pour réceptionner par complémentarité de forme (de préférence par complémentarité de forme et par serrage) la zone de bordure (4) d'un élément de cloison (5) et en ce que de préférence deux ouvertures de réception (3) ou les deux ouvertures de réception (3) sont placées avec le critère que les éléments de cloison (5) qui y sont réceptionnés forment un angle α inférieur à 180°, de préférence inférieur à 150° et de manière préférentielle, inférieur à 100°.
  6. Dispositif de cornière selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les deux branches angulaires (10) de la cornière (6) forment entre elles l'angle a.
  7. Dispositif de cornière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un profilé de fixage (7) ou le profilé de fixage (7) est fixé par l'intermédiaire d'un raccord vissé (12) sur le listel de liaison (11) de la cornière (6).
  8. Dispositif de cornière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de fixage (7) comporte un listel de fixation (13), qui est placé à la parallèle ou sensiblement à la parallèle du listel de liaison (11) de la cornière (6) ou d'un segment dudit listel de liaison (11) et de préférence le listel de fixation (13) étant fixé par l'intermédiaire d'un raccord vissé (12) ou par l'intermédiaire du raccord vissé (12) sur le listel de liaison (11).
  9. Dispositif de cornière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de fixage (7) comporte au moins un listel de fixage (14), lequel listel de fixage (14) délimite une ouverture de réception (3) pour réceptionner par complémentarité de forme - de préférence par complémentarité de forme et par serrage - l'élément de cloison (5).
  10. Dispositif de cornière selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'entre le listel de fixage (14) et l'élément de cloison (5) qui doit être ou qui est réceptionné dans l'ouverture de réception (3) est placé au moins un élément d'étanchéité (9), l'élément d'étanchéité (9) étant fixé de préférence sur le listel de fixage (14) et de manière particulièrement préférentielle, étant fixé au moyen d'une liaison par enclenchement (15) sur le listel de fixage (14).
  11. Dispositif de cornière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un ou le profilé de recouvrement (8) est fixé sur un ou le profilé de fixage (7) et est fixé de préférence au moyen d'une fixation par enclenchement sur le profilé de fixage (7).
  12. Dispositif de cornière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de fixage (7) comporte un compartiment de fixage (17) délimité par le listel de fixation (13) du profilé de fixage (7) et dans ledit compartiment de fixage (17) étant placé au moins un système de fixation pour la fixation du profilé de recouvrement (8) et de préférence le système de fixation étant conçu sous la forme d'un système d'enclenchement (18) pour la fixation du profilé de recouvrement (8) par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison par enclenchement.
  13. Dispositif de cornière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de recouvrement (8) comporte un listel formant cache (19) qui est placé à la parallèle ou sensiblement à la parallèle du listel de fixation (13) du profilé de fixage (7) et/ou qui est placé à la parallèle ou sensiblement à la parallèle du listel de liaison (11) de la cornière (6).
  14. Dispositif de cornière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le listel de liaison (11) de la cornière (6) et/ou le listel de fixation (13) du profilé de fixage (7) et/ou le listel formant cache (19) du profilé de recouvrement (8) forme avec une branche angulaire (10) de la cornière (6) et/ou avec un élément de cloison (5) qui est ou qui doit être réceptionné dans l'ouverture de réception (3) un angle β de 120° à 150°, de préférence de 130° à 140° et de manière préférentielle, de 135° ou d'approximativement 135°.
  15. Dispositif de cornière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une cornière (6) et/ou l'au moins un profilé de fixage (7) et/ou l'au moins un profilé de recouvrement (8) est constitué de métal ou est sensiblement constitué de métal et est constitué de préférence d'aluminium ou est sensiblement constitué d'aluminium.
