  • Figure 10 shows a cut view of the protection device 10 attached on the elongated blade 32 inside a cavity 102 of the sealed connector housing 100. The cut is carried out perpendicular to the longitudinal axis X.
  • a protrusion 104 protrudes into the cavity 102 and further into the slot 22 of the protection device 10.
  • the electrical terminal 30 is blocked by the protrusion 104, whereby the protection device 10 is movable along the longitudinal axis X because the protrusion is received in the slot 22.
  • the protrusion 104 furthermore guides the protection device 10 inside the cavity 102.

Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de protection (10) pour protéger un joint (50) agencé dans un boîtier de connecteur étanché (100) vis-à-vis d'un endommagement, tout en passant à travers une lame allongée (32) le long d'un axe longitudinal (X), dans lequel la lame allongée se projette depuis une borne électrique (30), le long de l'axe longitudinal, dans lequel le dispositif protecteur comprend un corps tubulaire (12) fait en matière plastique et agencé le long de l'axe longitudinal, dans lequel une première extrémité (14) du corps tubulaire est rendue lisse en supprimant tous les bords acérés, et une seconde extrémité (16) comprend une ouverture (18) adaptée pour recevoir la lame allongée, dans lequel le corps tubulaire (12) est adapté pour couvrir au moins un bout (34) de la lame allongée, quand la lame allongée est reçue dans le corps tubulaire ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    la première extrémité (14) du corps tubulaire (12) comprend une paroi rectiligne agencée perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal (X), définissant la première extrémité, dans lequel ladite paroi rectiligne ferme le corps tubulaire sur la première extrémité, et dans lequel la surface extérieure du corps tubulaire (12) et la paroi rectiligne se rencontrent sous un angle d'environ 90 degrés.
  2. Dispositif de protection (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la première extrémité (14) du corps tubulaire (12) est incurvée en empêchant des bords acérés.
  3. Dispositif de protection (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le corps tubulaire (12) comprend un moyen d'enlèvement pour assister à l'enlèvement du corps tubulaire (12) depuis la lame allongée (32) après être passé à travers le joint (50).
  4. Dispositif de protection (10) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le moyen d'enlèvement comprend un bras flexible (20) qui se projette en diagonale par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (X), vers l'extérieur depuis le corps tubulaire (12) et vers la seconde extrémité (16).
  5. Dispositif de protection (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le corps tubulaire (12) comporte une section transversale rectangulaire ou dans lequel le corps tubulaire (12) comporte une section transversale ronde.
  6. Dispositif de protection (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel le corps tubulaire (12) comprend une fente (22) s'étendant depuis la première extrémité (14) jusqu'à la seconde extrémité (16).
  7. Assemblage à borne, comprenant
    - un dispositif de protection selon l'une des revendications précédentes ;
    - une borne électrique comprenant la lame allongée.
  8. Procédé pour assembler une borne électrique (30) à un boîtier de connecteur étanché (100), comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    a) fournir la borne électrique (30), le boîtier de connecteur étanché (100) et un dispositif de protection (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6;
    b) monter le dispositif de protection par-dessus la lame allongée (32) de sorte que le corps tubulaire (12) couvre le bout (34) de la lame allongée (32) ;
    c) faire passer la lame allongée et le dispositif de protection à travers le joint (50) du boîtier de connecteur étanché (100) ;
    d) supprimer le dispositif de protection vis-à-vis de la lame allongée.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel l'étape b) comprend :
    l'opération consistant à déplacer le corps tubulaire (12) et/ou la borne électrique (30), alignés le long de l'axe d'accouplement (X), l'un en direction de l'autre, grâce à quoi la lame allongée (32) est insérée jusque dans l'ouverture (18) prévue à la seconde extrémité (16) du corps tubulaire.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 et 9, dans lequel l'étape a) comprend :
    l'opération consistant à fournir un dispositif d'enlèvement (110),
    et dans lequel l'étape b) comprend :
    l'opération consistant à enlever le corps tubulaire (12) en utilisant le dispositif d'enlèvement.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le corps tubulaire (12) comprend un bras flexible (20) qui se projette en diagonale par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (X), vers l'extérieur depuis le corps tubulaire (12) et vers la seconde extrémité (16), et dans lequel le dispositif d'enlèvement (110) comprend une paroi (112) agencée perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal (X), ladite paroi ayant une ouverture (114), dans lequel l'étape c) comprend les opérations consistant à :
    faire passer le corps tubulaire (12) à travers l'ouverture le long de l'axe d'accouplement (X), quand le bras flexible (20) et fléchit en direction du corps tubulaire, et
    empêcher de faire passer le corps tubulaire (12) quand le bras flexible n'est pas fléchi en direction du corps tubulaire.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel l'étape b) comprend :
    l'opération consistant à enlever le boîtier de connecteur depuis le dispositif d'enlèvement (110).
