Im nächsten Verfahrensschritt erfolgt dann die Beschriftung des ersten Markierungsschildes 2 der Reihenklemme 1 durch den Laserkopf 4, was in Fig. 1b durch den schematisch dargestellten Laserstrahl 6 veranschaulicht ist. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass sich der Abstand der Reihenklemmen 1 zum Laserkopf 4 nicht oder nur geringfügig ändert, wenn die Reihenklemmen 1 mit Hilfe der Verschwenkeinrichtung 12 verschwenkt werden. So besteht die Möglichkeit, dass sowohl an der Oberseite 7 der Reihenklemmen 1 befestigte Markierungsschilder 2 als auch an den Stirnseiten 8 der Reihenklemmen 1 befestigte Markierungsschilder 2', 2" mit Hilfe des Laserkopfs 4 beschriftet werden können, ohne dass die Position des Laserkopfes 4 innerhalb der Markiervorrichtung 3 verändert werden muss. Der Laserkopf 4 kann somit ortsfest innerhalb der Markiervorrichtung 3 angeordnet sein, was den Anschluss und den Betrieb des Laserkopfes 4 vereinfacht. Um Markierungsschilder 2" mit Hilfe des Laserkopfs 4 zu beschriften, die an einer Stirnseite 8 der Reihenklemmen 1 befestigt sind, wird die Verschwenkeinrichtung 12 aus der in Fig. 3 dargestellten Position um etwa 90° in die in Fig. 4 dargestellte Position verschwenkt. Darüber hinaus kann die Kennzeichnung der zu markierenden Reihenklemmen 1 auch mit Hilfe eines entsprechenden Steuerungsprogramms in die Auswerte- und Steuereinheit 16 eingelesen werden. Schließlich besteht auch die Möglichkeit, dass die Markiervorrichtung 3 einen Sensor zur automatischen Erfassung der Kennzeichnung der zu markierenden Reihenklemmen 1 bzw. des zu markierenden Reihenklemmenblocks 10 aufweist. Claims (3)

  1. Marking device (3) for marking electrical components, in particular a plurality of terminal strips (1) arranged next to one another, having a laser head (4) for labelling marking material (2, 2', 2") fastened to the electrical components and having a linear pivoting system (5), wherein the linear pivoting system (5) has a receiving device (9) for receiving the electrical components, a pivoting device (12) for pivoting the receiving device (9) and a linear feed (13) for linearly moving the electrical components received by the receiving device (9), characterized in that the pivoting device (12) has two slewing rings (14, 15) situated opposite each other, wherein the receiving device (9) is arranged between the slewing rings (14, 15) and the ends of the receiving device (9) are connected to the slewing rings (14, 15).
  2. Marking device (3) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the receiving device (9) is designed to receive a mounting rail (11) on which a plurality of terminal strips (1) forming a terminal strip block (10) are fastened.
  3. Marking device (3) according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that a sensor for detecting an identifier of the electrical components to be marked and an evaluation and control unit (16) are provided, wherein the evaluation and control unit (16) is designed to evaluate the identifier, detected by the sensor, of the electrical components to be marked, and to control the laser head (4) on the basis of the detected identifier.
